所述自动晾衣装置2包括传送履带21、晾衣绳22、每隔一定距离与晾衣绳固定连接的晾衣夹23及收纳盒24;所述传送履带21位于外桶15下方,当衣物在外桶15中风干之后,通过自动开启外桶15底部并同时启动传送履带21(为了避免外桶13底部打开对电机18的影响,可将电机18固定安装在机壳12底部上,机壳12底部设有供外桶15底部打开的通道,机壳12底部与机壳12侧壁通过液压升降控制连接,在开启外桶15时先将机壳12底部连同电机18下降一定高度,再将外桶15及与其固定连接的转盘17打开一定角度即可,打开角度通常在45゜至70゜之间;本发明的内桶13底部和外桶15底部一侧通过铰接方式与桶壁固定连接,另一侧通过常用的液压气缸控制液压杆方式打开,且两个桶体底部与桶壁接触的周边上设有密封防水橡胶圈以达到理想的密封效果,上述液压方式打开桶底及升降机壳底部的装置在机械、建筑以及汽车领域为常用的技术手段可轻易实现),将落在传送履带21上的衣物传送至收纳盒24;所述晾衣绳22可循环移动,以使每个晾衣夹23经过收纳盒24上方,所述晾衣夹23可控制自动升降;所述晾衣夹23与收纳盒24上分别设有激光发射器和激光感应器,通过激光发射感应确定晾衣夹是否位于收纳盒上方,当位于收纳盒上方时启动晾衣夹使其下降至衣物处并夹取衣物上升至原有高度,移动晾衣绳22使下一个晾衣夹重复上述夹取动作直至衣物全部晾晒完成;所述收纳盒24上还设有重量感应器用以控制是否开启激光发射器或激光感应器,当收纳盒24中有衣物时其重量发生变化即启动激光发射器或激光感应器并开始夹取晾晒,当衣物全部晾晒完后重量回归初始值即刻关闭激光发射器或激光感应器;上述电机18、送风装置16、内桶13底部、外桶15底部、传送履带21及自动晾衣装置2均通过智能控制中心控制3。本发明的实施例全程均不需要人工操作,自动化程度高,省时省力,且所有部件均为常规简单部件,造价成本相比普通的洗衣机并没有太多提高,不仅适用于洗衣店、洗衣房等洗衣场所,而且普通家庭也可使用。
本发明的实施方式
实施例2
如图6所示:本实施例与在实施例1的基础上进行了改进,具体体现在:所述晾衣夹23包括主夹持部231及至少一个分夹持部232,所述分夹持部232与主夹持部231通过可控制式伸缩杆233固定连接,所述分夹持部232夹持方向正对主夹持部231,所述分夹持部232可控制式上下移动,且分夹持部232向主夹持部方向设有超声波传感器234,通过智能控制中心控制3。
本实施例与实施例1的区别工作过程是在晾衣夹23夹取后的工作,具体的是:当通过上述激光发射器或激光感应器启动晾衣夹23后,晾衣夹的主夹持部231下降至衣物所在处夹取衣物并提升至原有高度,同时启动分夹持部232上的超声波传感器234并使其下降,超声波传感器234反馈出分夹持部232与衣物间的距离值,当下降至衣物水平位置最低点时超声波传感器234反馈值发生突变,此时停止分夹持部232下降,并记录分夹持部232下降的距离值H,再通过伸缩杆233使其向主夹持部231移动至衣物处,进而夹取衣物最低点,夹取后分夹持部232返回与主夹持部231同一高度,并通过伸缩杆233使其与主夹持部231间距离值保持在前述下降的高度值H,如此衣物即可通过两点夹持均匀展开晾晒(为了实现分夹持部232向主夹持部231的移动,可以将伸缩杆233设置成粗杆内套细杆,并在粗杆上设置供分夹持部所在绳体来回滑动的凹槽;为保证相邻晾衣夹所夹持衣物间不受影响,相邻晾衣夹之间的距离应保持在120cm~300cm为宜)。
 本实施例的工作原理是利用衣物夹取后的重力及超声波反馈值确定衣物的另一个夹取点,进而使衣物能够完全展开晾晒,本实施例的分夹持部可在一个以上,可根据具体衣物大小及应用场景选择多个,其工作过程与上述一致。另外本实施例的所有控制过程均可通过常规的智能手段实现,技术原理及工作过程简单易懂,适合广泛使用。
另外本实施例还提供了一种全自动智能洗晾机的晾洗方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)打开机盖11,将衣物放进内桶13后关闭机盖11,启动控制面板14对衣物进行洗涤;
(2)在衣物洗涤完成后,通过智能控制中心3开启内桶13底部,使衣物落入外桶15与内桶13形成的腔体中,再关闭内桶13底部;
(3)通过智能控制中心3开启送风装置16及外桶15底部的电机18,在电机18的作用下使外桶15通过转盘17旋转,并在送风装置16的作用下使衣物快速风干,以达到良好的初步晾衣效果;
(4)打开外桶15底部,并同时启动传送履带21,使衣物落上传送履带21,并传送至收纳盒24内;
(5)开启晾衣绳22传动装置,使晾衣绳22开始循环移动,当晾衣夹23位于收纳盒24上方时,通过激光发射器及激光感应器判定并将晾衣夹23落下,通过主夹持部夹231持衣物后升起,启动超声波传感器234并生成分夹持部232与衣物间的距离,同时使分夹持部232下降,当将至衣物最低点时分夹持部232与衣物间距离会发生突变,此时停止下降并启动分夹持部232使其向衣物向移动,并夹持衣物最下方,然后回归原始高度,并使其与主夹持部231距离值和下降高度值一致,如此使衣物均匀展开;移动晾衣绳22使下一个晾衣夹23移动至收纳盒24上方,重复上述过程夹持衣物;如此反复至所有衣物均被夹起晾晒后即完成晾洗。

  1. 一种全自动智能洗晾机包括,洗衣装置(1)以及自动晾衣装置(2),所述洗衣装置(1)包括机盖(11)、机壳(12)、位于机壳内的内桶(13)及控制面板(14),其特征在于:所述洗衣装置(1)还包括位于机壳内的外桶(15),所述内桶(13)位于外桶(15)内部;所述外桶底部包括向上的送风装置(16),外桶底部朝向桶内方向为螺旋状栅格面板;所述外桶底部还固定连接有转盘(17),所述转盘(17)外沿设齿与电机(18)的输出齿轮配合;所述内桶(13)和外桶(15)底部均为可控制式自动开启;所述自动晾衣装置(2)包括传送履带(21)、晾衣绳(22)、每隔一定距离与晾衣绳固定连接的晾衣夹(23)及收纳盒(24);所述传送履带(21)位于外桶(15)下方,可将衣物传送至收纳盒(24);所述晾衣夹(23)位于收纳盒(24)上方,可控制自动升降;所述晾衣绳(22)可循环移动,以使每个晾衣夹(23)经过收纳盒(24)上方;所述晾衣夹(23)与收纳盒(24)上分别设有激光发射器和激光感应器,所述收纳盒(24)上还设有重量感应器用以开启激光发射器或激光感应器;所述电机(18)、送风装置(16)、内桶底部、外桶底部、传送履带(21)及自动晾衣装置(2)均通过智能控制中心控制(3)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种全自动智能洗晾机,其特征在于,所述晾衣夹(23)包括主夹持部(231)及至少一个分夹持部(232),所述分夹持部(232)与主夹持部(231)通过可控制式伸缩杆(233)固定连接,所述分夹持部(232)夹持方向正对主夹持部(231),所述分夹持部(232)可控制式上下移动,且分夹持部(232)上设有超声波传感器(234),通过智能控制中心控制(3)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种全自动智能洗晾机,其特征在于,相邻晾衣夹(23)之间的距离为120cm~300cm。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的一种全自动智能洗晾机,其特征在于,所述内桶(13)外侧还设有电辅加热装置。
  5. 在如权利要求1至3任一项所述的一种全自动智能洗晾机,其特征在于,所述外桶(15)内侧设有至少一条螺旋状扰流肋(151)。
  6. .根据权利要求2一种全自动智能洗晾机的晾洗方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    (1)打开机盖(11),将衣物放进内桶(13)后关闭机盖(11),启动控制面板(14)对衣物进行洗涤;
    (2)在衣物洗涤完成后,通过智能控制中心(3)开启内桶(13)底部,使衣物落入外桶(15)与内桶(13)形成的腔体中,再关闭内桶(13)底部;
    (3)通过智能控制中心(3)开启送风装置(16)及外桶(15)底部的电机(18),在电机(18)的作用下使外桶(15)通过转盘(17)旋转,并在送风装置(16)的作用下使衣物快速风干,以达到良好的初步晾衣效果;
    (4)打开外桶(15)底部,并同时启动传送履带(21),使衣物落上传送履带(21),并传送至收纳盒(24)内;
    (5)开启晾衣绳(22)传动装置,使晾衣绳(22)开始循环移动,当晾衣夹(23)位于收纳盒(24)上方时,通过激光发射器及激光感应器判定并将晾衣夹(23)落下,通过主夹持部夹(231)持衣物后升起,启动超声波传感器(234)并生成分夹持部(232)与衣物间的距离,同时使分夹持部(232)下降,当将至衣物最低点时分夹持部(232)与衣物间距离会发生突变,此时停止下降并启动分夹持部(232)使其向衣物向移动,并夹持衣物最下方,然后回归原始高度,并使其与主夹持部(231)距离值和下降高度值一致,如此使衣物均匀展开;移动晾衣绳(22)使下一个晾衣夹(23)移动至收纳盒(24)上方,重复上述过程夹持衣物;如此反复至所有衣物均被夹起晾晒后即完成晾洗。
