Description

一种扬声器模组 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电声转换装置,更具体地,涉及一种设置有内置除静电装置的扬声器模组。
背景技术
现有的扬声器模组在使用时,有可能会因为静电的作用而损坏或产生干扰导致效果不良的问题。扬声器模组产生静电的原因,一方面是因为,模组壳体自身在应用或者工作时也会有弱电产生,不断累积的静电在释放时会有较高的电压产生,容易损坏模组壳体内部的组件,造成产品失效。另一方面与扬声器模组连接的其他电子元件或电子设备的其他内部结构也可能产生静电,并通过与壳体的接触传导至扬声器模组内部。如不能及时对模组壳体内的静电进行释放,会造成其内部某些脆弱电子零件的损坏。现有技术中进行静电去除的手段,主要是通过在扬声器壳体外部焊接钢片,通过钢片将静电导出,但是这一手段存在以下问题,
首先,进行外部钢片焊接时,容易因为高温而损伤外壳影响外观;
其次,进行外部焊接钢片时,钢片焊接位置以及焊接处的角度不容易确定,可能造成组装的精度差,影响产品良率;
另外,所述外部焊接钢片的方式,钢片后端焊接组装后会有焊痕,使得整体外观较差。
因此,需要提供一种新的技术方案,以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种扬声器模组的新技术方案。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种扬声器模组,包括模组中壳和设置在所述模组中壳上的模组上壳,在所述模组上壳上设置有注塑钢片,在 所述模组中壳上设置有内置式除静电结构;
所述除静电结构包括导电塑料件和与所述导电塑料件连接的金属嵌件,所述金属嵌件注塑在所述模组中壳内;
所述导电塑料件通过二次注塑的方式固定在模组中壳上,所述导电塑料件被配置为用于与外部设备导通;
所述金属嵌件与所述注塑钢片连接。
可选地,所述导电塑料件包括本体和悬臂,所述模组中壳的用于设置金属嵌件的部位形成凸台,所述本体通过二次注塑的方式固定在所述模组中壳的凸台上,所述悬臂的一端与本体的上表面连接。
可选地,所述金属嵌件包括两条平行的短臂和连接两条所述短臂的长臂,所述长臂被注塑在所述凸台内,计其中一条短臂为第一短臂,另一条为第二短臂,所述第二短臂与所述导电塑料件连接,所述第一短臂与所述注塑钢片连接。

本发明的有益效果是,通过在中壳上注塑安装导电塑料件,能够减轻产品结构,优化了产品外观,从而实现了除静电的目的,提高了产品的良率,。在现有技术中,采用外部焊接的钢片会对产品的精度和良品率带来影 响。因此,本发明所要实现的技术任务或者所要解决的技术问题是本领域技术人员从未想到的或者没有预期到的,故本发明是一种新的技术方案。

本发明实施例中,扬声器模组的模组中壳2一次注塑制成,所述的除静电结构通过金属嵌件22和导电塑料件21将注塑钢片与设备的外壳连通,注塑钢片上的静电首先被传导至金属嵌件22上,然后再由金属嵌件22传导至导电塑料件,最后通过导电塑料件21的悬臂212传导至外部设备的壳体上,在使用者用手握持设备的时候,壳体上的静电通过人体被传导至大地。
其中,导电塑料件21是通过二次注塑的方式固定在模组中壳2上。与焊接钢片的方式相比,本申请的方案中采用导电塑料件21,在加工的时候,直接通过模具二次注塑固定在中壳上,避免了另外安装的导电塑料件工序。同时,其位置和导电塑料件21的形状都能很好的控制,生产的产品精度好,良品率高。
本发明的一种可选的实施例中,所述导电塑料件21包括本体211和悬臂212,所述模组中壳2的用于设置金属嵌件22的部位形成凸台23,所述本体211通过二次注塑的方式固定在模组中壳2的凸台23上,所述悬臂212的一端与本体211的上表面连接。
进一步地,凸台23的顶部对应的设置有凹陷部,用于配合导电塑料件本体211的设置。
在安装完成后,悬臂212与模组下壳3表面成设定的夹角,悬臂212一端固定在本体211上,自由端的端部有一小段与下壳表面平行设置,这一段平行设置的结构,有利于悬臂212在组装后能和外部的导电壳体充分接触连接,更好的将静电导出。

本发明的另一个实施例中,扬声器模组还包括模组下壳,所述模组下壳3被设置在所述模组中壳2的与所述模组上壳1相对的一侧,模组下壳3与凸台23对应的位置开有通孔,所述导电塑料件21的本体211与通孔配合安装。
所述通孔的大小和凸台23的大小相适应,安装时正好将凸台卡在通孔处,起到固定的作用。
此外,所述凸台23的上部露出模组下壳3的表面。所述导电塑料件21的悬臂211位于模组下壳3的外部,用于和外部设备的壳体连接后将静电导出。即,在将模组下壳3安装在模组中壳2上,所述凸台23的上部伸出通孔,上表面超出模组下壳3的上表面,导电塑料件21的悬臂212也伸出在通孔之外,便于和外部壳体的连接。

  10. 一种电子设备,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1-9中的任意一项所述的扬声器模组。
