本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种组合式手推开合吊伞,包括伞座、立柱、横杆、斜杆和伞架,所述横杆的下端置于立柱上,横杆的上端与伞架的顶部相连,斜杆的后端安装在立柱顶部,斜杆的前端与横杆的中部相连接,所述立柱插装在伞座上,伞架的顶部与横杆的上端可转动地连接;立柱上套设有一滑块,横杆的下端与滑块相连接,其特征在于:所述伞座包括底座以及设置在底座上固定座,底座是底板和 竖直管焊接而成,固定座上环向间隔成型有可供若干个连接套管套设的定位凸台,连接套管的内径与立柱、定位凸台的外径相匹配,连接套管的下端套设在定位凸台上,连接套管的上端侧部与竖直管相固定,立柱的下端插置在连接套管内,立柱的上端设有顶盖,顶盖与斜杆相连接,通过连接片将不同伞架的各个顶盖连接固定。
进一步,所述立柱的侧部纵向开设有供滑块置入并上下滑动的滑槽,滑块的下部纵向开设有内外贯通的条形孔,条形孔内通过滚花销可转动设有一固定钩,固定钩的下端向内凸设有一钩部,滑槽的内壁凹设有与固定钩的下端钩部相配合在开伞状态下用于对滑块进行锁定的定位槽,在固定钩的上端与滑槽之间支撑有使固定钩具有始终向外转动将滑块锁定的固定弹簧。
再进一步,所述滑块的上端向外设有一伸出滑槽的凸台,一滑动把手可沿立柱外上下滑动地设置在滑块外位于凸台的下方,滑动把手上设有可将滑块的锁定解除的按钮,滑动把手通过上下推拉、以及与滑轮组和伞绳的配合实现开收伞,横杆的下端与滑动把手相转动连接,在滑动把手的下端设有对滑动把手的上下滑动进行锁定用于调整遮阳角度的锁紧旋钮。
进一步,所述滑动把手的内侧面成型为与立柱的外侧面滑动配合的弧形凹面,滑动把手的外侧上部成型有供横杆的下端插入并转动的U型的安装槽,安装槽的下方设有按钮安装槽,按钮的下端通过铆钉可转动地安装在按钮安装槽内,按钮安装槽的上端向内横向开设有一销孔,一插销横向穿过销孔与固定钩相抵配合,插销的后端通过弹性销与按钮的上端相连接,当向内按压按钮,带动固定钩克服固定弹簧的压力转动,使钩部从定位槽中脱离,实现滑块的解锁,在插销上套设有一按钮弹簧,按钮弹簧支撑在滑动把手与按钮的里端之间,使得按钮具有始终向外弹出的趋势。
进一步,所述滑动把手的下端横向开设有供锁紧旋钮安装的槽孔,槽孔向内与立柱的滑槽相贯通,锁紧旋钮安装在槽孔的外开口处,一固定块穿过在槽孔与锁紧旋钮螺纹连接,固定块的里端为大于槽孔孔径以及滑槽开口的扩径部,扩径部限位设置在滑槽内位于滑块的下方,通过顺时针旋转锁紧旋钮,使固定块向滑动把手移动将立柱的侧壁压紧在固定块与滑动把手之间,实现滑动把手的锁定。
进一步,所述锁紧旋钮为圆形,锁紧旋钮的中部设有一固定螺母,固定块的外端设有缩径的与固定螺母配合连接的外螺纹段,固定块通过外螺纹段与固定螺母的配合与锁紧旋钮螺纹连接,固定块的中部开设有一销孔,滑动把手的槽孔两侧开设有一对应的腰型限位孔,通过定位销将固定块定位在滑动把手的槽孔内滑动。
再进一步,所述滑轮组包括立柱滑轮、横杆滑轮和铰链滑轮,立柱滑轮至少为二个,分别固定在立柱的上下两端,横杆滑轮固定在横杆的中部,铰链滑轮固定在伞顶的铰链内,伞绳一端的第一绳结固定在滑块上,伞绳依次通过立柱底部的立柱滑轮、立柱顶部 的立柱滑轮,再通过斜杆到达横杆中部的横杆滑轮,至铰链内的铰链滑轮,最终伞绳另一端的第二绳结固定在下巢上。
优选,所述固定座的中部凸设有与竖直管相套接的固定槽,固定座通过固定槽套设在底座上,底板为方形,竖直管采用竖直方管,固定槽采用方槽,竖直方管焊接固定在底板的中部,固定座的定位凸台为均匀间隔设置的四个圆形凸台,固定座的方槽的上端侧部开设有连接孔,竖直方管的下部开设有对应的通孔,固定座套设在底座上通过抽芯铆钉与竖直方管连接固定。
进一步,所述圆形凸台的侧部开设有连接通孔,连接套管的下端设有对应的贯穿孔,连接套管的下端套设在圆形凸台上通过第一锁紧螺钉、配套的第一锁紧螺母与圆形凸台连接固定。
最后,所述竖直方管的上开口处设有一方形的底座管塞,连接套管的上开口处向上焊接有一与竖直方管的侧壁相抵的连接耳,底座管塞的侧壁以及竖直方管的上端侧壁开设有与连接耳上的通孔相对应的连接通孔,通过第二锁紧螺钉、配套的第二锁紧螺母将连接套管的上端与竖直方管、底座管塞连接固定。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:伞座设计新颖、可同时插置多个立柱,可通过拼接组合成多个伞架,实现遮阳面积的增加;采用了滑轮组联动滑动把手结构,无需摇把机构即可开伞,方便快捷;滑动把手上设置锁紧旋钮,可方便随时调整遮阳角度。本发明设计新颖,结构简单合理,且组装方便快捷,在通过拼装达到遮阳面积的大幅度增加的同时,还实现了开伞收合省力、调节固定方便,具有较强的实用性能。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
如图1~10所示,一种组合式手推开合吊伞,包括伞座1、立柱2、横杆6、斜杆5、滑轮组件16和伞架,立柱2插装在伞座1上,立柱2的顶部设有顶盖3,立柱2上设有滑块15、滑动把手13和锁紧旋钮14,伞架包括上巢8、下巢9、长骨10、短骨11和上节12,伞架的顶部设有铰链7,下巢9安装在上节12的下端,上巢8安装在上节12的上部,长骨10的一端与上巢8相转动连接,短骨11的一端与长骨10的中部相转动连接,另一端与下巢9相转动连接,上节12的上端开设有与铰链7相连接的圆孔,铰链7套设在上节12的顶部通过螺钉连接固定,横杆6的下端与立柱2上的滑动把手13转动连接,横杆6的上端与铰链7转动连接,斜杆5的后端转动地安装在立柱2顶部的顶盖3上,斜杆5的前端与横杆6的中部相转动连接。
滑轮组件16包括立柱滑轮3-1、横杆滑轮3-2、铰链滑轮3-3,如图3所示,其中立柱滑轮3-1为上下二个,分别固定在立柱1的上下两端,横杆滑轮3-2固定在横杆6中部,铰链滑轮3-3固定在铰链7内,伞绳17一端的第一绳结A固定在滑块15上,伞绳17依次通过立柱2底部的立柱滑轮3-1、立柱2顶部的立柱滑轮3-1、再通过斜杆5到达横杆6中部的横杆滑轮3-2,至铰链7内的铰链滑轮3-3,最终伞绳17另一端的的第二绳结B固定在下巢9上。
立柱2的侧部纵向开设有供滑块15置入并上下滑动的滑槽21,滑块15的下部纵向开设有内外贯通的条形孔151,条形孔151内通过滚花销15-1可转动设有一固定钩15-3,固定钩15-3的下端向内凸设有一钩部,滑槽21的内壁凹设有与固定钩15-3的下端钩部相配合用于在开伞状态下可对滑块15进行锁定的定位槽,在固定钩15-3的上端与滑槽21之间支撑有使固定钩15-3具有始终向外转动将滑块15锁定的固定弹簧15-2;滑块 15的上端向外设有一伸出滑槽21的凸台152,滑动把手13可沿立柱2外上下滑动地设置在滑块15外、位于凸台152的下方,滑动把手13上设有可将滑块15的锁定解除的按钮13-5,滑动把手13通过上下推拉、以及与滑轮组16和伞绳17的配合实现开收伞;滑动把手13的内侧面成型为与立柱2的外侧面滑动配合的弧形凹面131,滑动把手13的外侧上部成型有供横杆6的下端插入并转动的U型的安装槽132,安装槽132的下方设有按钮安装槽133,按钮13-5的下端通过铆钉13-1可转动地安装在按钮安装槽133内,按钮安装槽133的上端向内横向开设有一销孔,一插销13-3横向穿过销孔与滑块15相抵,插销13-3的后端通过弹性销13-2与按钮13-5的上端相连接,当滑动把手13向上移动与滑块15的凸台152相抵时,插销13-3的里端正好与固定钩15-3的上端相抵配合,通过向内按压按钮13-5,带动固定钩15-3克服固定弹簧15-2的压力转动,使钩部从定位槽中脱离,实现滑块15的解锁,在插销13-3上套设有一按钮弹簧13-4,按钮弹簧13-4支撑在滑动把手13与按钮13-5的里端之间,使得按钮13-5具有始终向外弹出的趋势;锁紧旋钮14设置在滑动把手13的下端,用于对滑动把手13的上下滑动进行锁定,随时调整遮阳角度;滑动把手13的下端横向开设有供锁紧旋钮14安装的槽孔134,槽孔向内与立柱2的滑槽21相贯通,锁紧旋钮14为圆形,锁紧旋钮14安装在槽孔134的外开口处,一固定块14-2穿过在槽孔134与锁紧旋钮14螺纹连接,锁紧旋钮14的中部设有一固定螺母14-1,固定块14-2的外端设有缩径的与固定螺母14-1配合连接的外螺纹段,固定块14-2通过外螺纹段与固定螺母14-1的配合与锁紧旋钮14螺纹连接,固定块14-2的中部开设有一销孔,滑动把手的槽孔两侧开设有一对应的腰型限位孔,通过定位销14-3将固定块14-2定位在滑动把手13的槽孔134内限位滑动,固定块14-2的里端为大于槽孔134孔径以及滑槽21开口的扩径部,扩径部限位设置在滑槽21内位于滑块15的下方,通过顺时针旋转锁紧旋钮14,使固定块14-2向滑动把手13移动将立柱2的侧壁压紧在固定块14-2与滑动把手13之间,实现滑动把手13的锁定。
伞座1包括一底座1.1、设置在底座1.1上固定座1.2以及连接套管1.3,底座1.1是由一底板111和一竖直方管112焊接而成,底板111为方形,竖直方管112焊接固定在底板111的中部,固定座1.2的中部凸设有与竖直方管112相套接的方槽121,方槽121的上端侧部开设有连接孔123,竖直方管112的下部开设有对应的通孔113,固定座1.2套设在底座1.1上通过抽芯铆钉1.5与竖直方管112连接固定;固定座1.2上环向间隔成型有4个供连接套管1.3套设的定位凸台122,定位凸台122为均匀间隔设置的四个圆形凸台,连接套管1.3的内径与立柱2、定位凸台122的外径相匹配,圆形凸台122的侧部开设有连接通孔,连接套管1.3的下端设有对应的贯穿孔,连接套管1.3的下端套设在定位凸台122上通过第一锁紧螺钉1.6、配套的第一锁紧螺母1.7与定位凸台122连接固定;竖直方管112的上开口处设有一方形的底座管塞1.4,连接套管1.3的上开口 处向上焊接有一与竖直方管112的侧壁相抵的连接耳1.31,连接耳1.31上端与竖直方管112的上端相齐平,底座管塞1.4的侧壁以及竖直方管112的上端侧壁开设有与连接耳1.31上的通孔相对应的连接通孔1.41,通过第二锁紧螺钉1.8、配套的第二锁紧螺母1.9将连接套管1.3的上端与竖直方管112、底座管塞1.4连接固定。
本实施例为单伞架结构,伞座1上具有一个连接套管1.3,安装时,如图9所示,立柱2的下端插置在连接套管1.3内,连接套管1.3的上端侧部设有连接孔1.32,立柱2具有对应的通孔22,通过第三锁紧螺钉1.10锁入连接套管1.3的连接孔1.32内,即可将立柱2紧固在伞座1上,亦可使用跳豆或者螺纹等方式将立柱2进行连接紧固。
具体操作如下:
开伞时,向上推动滑动把手13,上推至滑块15顶部的凸台152时,滑块15受力同步向上滑动,此时伞绳17的第一绳结A随滑块15向上移动,从而使伞绳17另一端的第二绳结B向上移动,带动下巢9向上移动,实现手推开伞;当达到开伞位置时,固定钩15-3受固定弹簧15-2的压力弹入立柱2滑槽21的定位槽内,使滑块15固定在立柱2上不能滑动被锁定,同时由于伞绳17与滑块15连接,此时伞绳17以及下巢9均固定不动,实现开伞功能。
需要收伞时,按压推动把手13上的按钮13-5,推动插销13-2向内压至固定钩15-3的外端上部,使固定钩15-3克服固定弹簧15-2的压力以滚花销15-1为轴向内转动,从而将固定钩15-3从立柱1的定位槽中脱出,滑块15的锁定解除,向下拉滑动把手13,此时滑块15受到伞绳17的拉力同步向下滑动,下巢9同步向下移动,实现收伞功能。
当滑动把手13上推至开伞位置时,固定钩15-3卡入立柱2中,滑块15被锁定时,直接向下拉动滑动把手13,滑块15仍被固定在立柱2上,迫使下巢9仍保持收紧状态,此时顺时针旋转锁紧旋钮14,使固定块14-2向滑动把手13移动将立柱1的侧壁压紧在固定块14-2与滑动把手13之间,通过摩擦力使滑动把手13固定,最终实现图6中所展示的调节遮阳角度功能。
实施例2
如图11~14所示,与实施例1的不同之处在于:本实施例的吊伞为双伞架,连接套管1.3为二个,二个连接套管1.3分别插置在固定座1.2上对角的二个定位凸台122上,二个连接套管1.3的上端分别通过连接耳1.31与竖直方管112固定,安装时,二个立柱2的下端插置在连接套管1.3内固定,通过连接片4将二个伞架的顶盖3连接固定,从而避免风力造成的晃动使二个伞架的顶盖3相互碰撞。
实施例3
如图15~18所示,与实施例1的不同之处在于:本实施例的吊伞为四伞架,连接套管1.3为四个,四个连接套管1.3分别插置在固定座1.2上的四个定位凸台122上,四个连接套管1.3的上端分别通过连接耳1.31与竖直方管112固定,安装时,四个立柱2的下端插置在连接套管1.3内固定,通过连接片40将四个伞架的相邻的顶盖3连接固定,从而避免风力造成的晃动使四个伞架的顶盖3相互碰撞;
本实施例的连接片40与实施例2的连接片4有区别,实施例2的连接片4为条形,本实施例的连接片40为L形。
另外,本发明的吊伞的伞面可以为圆形或者方形,伞架还可以为三个,各种组合方式下的俯视图如图19所示。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种组合式手推开合吊伞,包括伞座、立柱、横杆、斜杆和伞架,所述横杆的下端置于立柱上,横杆的上端与伞架的顶部相连,斜杆的后端安装在立柱顶部,斜杆的前端与横杆的中部相连接,所述立柱插装在伞座上,伞架的顶部与横杆的上端可转动地连接;立柱上套设有一滑块,横杆的下端与滑块相连接,其特征在于:所述伞座包括底座以及设置在底座上固定座,底座是底板和竖直管焊接而成,固定座上环向间隔成型有可供若干个连接套管套设的定位凸台,连接套管的内径与立柱、定位凸台的外径相匹配,连接套管的下端套设在定位凸台上,连接套管的上端侧部与竖直管相固定,立柱的下端插置在连接套管内,立柱的上端设有顶盖,顶盖与斜杆相连接,通过连接片将不同伞架的各个顶盖连接固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的组合式手推开合吊伞,其特征在于:所述立柱的侧部纵向开设有供滑块置入并上下滑动的滑槽,滑块的下部纵向开设有内外贯通的条形孔,条形孔内通过滚花销可转动设有一固定钩,固定钩的下端向内凸设有一钩部,滑槽的内壁凹设有与固定钩的下端钩部相配合在开伞状态下用于对滑块进行锁定的定位槽,在固定钩的上端与滑槽之间支撑有使固定钩具有始终向外转动将滑块锁定的固定弹簧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的组合式手推开合吊伞,其特征在于:所述滑块的上端向外设有一伸出滑槽的凸台,一滑动把手可沿立柱外上下滑动地设置在滑块外位于凸台的下方,滑动把手上设有可将滑块的锁定解除的按钮,滑动把手通过上下推拉、以及与滑轮组和伞绳的配合实现开收伞,横杆的下端与滑动把手相转动连接,在滑动把手的下端设有对滑动把手的上下滑动进行锁定用于调整遮阳角度的锁紧旋钮。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的组合式手推开合吊伞,其特征在于:所述滑动把手的内侧面成型为与立柱的外侧面滑动配合的弧形凹面,滑动把手的外侧上部成型有供横杆的下端插入并转动的U型的安装槽,安装槽的下方设有按钮安装槽,按钮的下端通过铆钉可转动地安装在按钮安装槽内,按钮安装槽的上端向内横向开设有一销孔,一插销横向穿过销孔与固定钩相抵配合,插销的后端通过弹性销与按钮的上端相连接,当向内按压按钮,带动固定钩克服固定弹簧的压力转动,使钩部从定位槽中脱离,实现滑块的解锁,在插销上套设有一按钮弹簧,按钮弹簧支撑在滑动把手与按钮的里端之间,使得按钮具有始终向外弹出的趋势。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的组合式手推开合吊伞,其特征在于:所述滑动把手的下端横向开设有供锁紧旋钮安装的槽孔,槽孔向内与立柱的滑槽相贯通,锁紧旋钮安装在槽孔的外开口处,一固定块穿过在槽孔与锁紧旋钮螺纹连接,固定块的里端为大于槽孔孔径以及滑槽开口的扩径部,扩径部限位设置在滑槽内位于滑块的下方,通过顺时针旋 转锁紧旋钮,使固定块向滑动把手移动将立柱的侧壁压紧在固定块与滑动把手之间,实现滑动把手的锁定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的组合式手推开合吊伞,其特征在于:所述锁紧旋钮为圆形,锁紧旋钮的中部设有一固定螺母,固定块的外端设有缩径的与固定螺母配合连接的外螺纹段,固定块通过外螺纹段与固定螺母的配合与锁紧旋钮螺纹连接,固定块的中部开设有一销孔,滑动把手的槽孔两侧开设有一对应的腰型限位孔,通过定位销将固定块定位在滑动把手的槽孔内滑动。
  7. 根据权利要求3至6任一权利要求所述的组合式手推开合吊伞,其特征在于:所述滑轮组包括立柱滑轮、横杆滑轮和铰链滑轮,立柱滑轮至少为二个,分别固定在立柱的上下两端,横杆滑轮固定在横杆的中部,铰链滑轮固定在伞顶的铰链内,伞绳一端的第一绳结固定在滑块上,伞绳依次通过立柱底部的立柱滑轮、立柱顶部的立柱滑轮,再通过斜杆到达横杆中部的横杆滑轮,至铰链内的铰链滑轮,最终伞绳另一端的第二绳结固定在下巢上。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一权利要求所述的组合式手推开合吊伞,其特征在于:所述固定座的中部凸设有与竖直管相套接的固定槽,固定座通过固定槽套设在底座上,底板为方形,竖直管采用竖直方管,固定槽采用方槽,竖直方管焊接固定在底板的中部,固定座的定位凸台为均匀间隔设置的四个圆形凸台,固定座的方槽的上端侧部开设有连接孔,竖直方管的下部开设有对应的通孔,固定座套设在底座上通过抽芯铆钉与竖直方管连接固定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的组合式手推开合吊伞,其特征在于:所述圆形凸台的侧部开设有连接通孔,连接套管的下端设有对应的贯穿孔,连接套管的下端套设在圆形凸台上通过第一锁紧螺钉、配套的第一锁紧螺母与圆形凸台连接固定。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的组合式手推开合吊伞,其特征在于:所述竖直方管的上开口处设有一方形的底座管塞,连接套管的上开口处向上焊接有一与竖直方管的侧壁相抵的连接耳,底座管塞的侧壁以及竖直方管的上端侧壁开设有与连接耳上的通孔相对应的连接通孔,通过第二锁紧螺钉、配套的第二锁紧螺母将连接套管的上端与竖直方管、底座管塞连接固定。
