进一步,所述第二上离合齿上径向开设有对应的销孔,连接销子固定在第二上离合齿上对应的销孔中,横杆的侧部设有对应的导向限位槽,连接销子插置在销孔中,与导向限位槽配合,使得连接杆可以在横杆内上下限位移动;所述横杆上端固定有导向固定座,导向固定座的中心具有向上的导向柱,第二上离合齿中心开孔套在导向固定座的导向柱上,并且在导向固定座和第二上离合齿之间设置有复位弹簧,使第二上离合齿始终保持向上复位趋势,与第一上离合齿啮合固定。
进一步,所述转动件为一铰链,第一上离合齿的上端通过接头与铰链的侧部相铰接,铰链的下端与伞架的顶部相连接。
进一步,所述伞架包括上伞骨、下伞骨、上伞盘、下伞盘和支撑柱,下伞盘可上下滑动地安装在支撑柱的下端,上伞盘安装在支撑柱的上部,上伞骨的一端与上伞盘相转动连接,下伞骨的一端与上伞骨的中部相转动连接,另一端与下伞盘相转动连接,支撑柱的上端开设有与铰链相连接的圆孔,铰链套设在支撑柱的顶部通过螺钉连接固定。
最后,所述立柱的顶部设有一顶盖,所述横杆的中部套设有一斜杆连接套,所述斜杆的一端与顶盖相转动连,另一端与斜杆连接套相转动连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:转动机构设计成上、下离合齿机构,使用时,通过扳动调节把手带动下离合齿机构脱开,并通过连接杆带动上离合齿机构脱开,实现左右转动调节伞面的角度,操作方便且稳定可靠;设有旋转刻度,可对转动的角度进行控制。本发明不仅结构合理,而且操作方便、定位稳定可靠,可以左右无段式调节遮阳角度,并且能显示调节的角度,具有较强的实用性能。

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1~7所示,一种可左右转动的遮阳伞,包括伞座20、立柱10、横杆4、斜杆5、伞架6、伞布30、转动机构和调节把手3,立柱10插装在伞座20上,横杆4的下端置 于立柱10上,可上下滑动并锁定,横杆4的上端与伞架6的顶部相连,斜杆5的后端可转动地安装在立柱10顶部,斜杆5的前端与横杆4的中部可转动地相连接,伞架6的顶部与横杆4的上端可旋转地连接;伞架6包括上伞骨61、下伞骨62、上伞盘63、下伞盘64和支撑柱65,下伞盘64是可上下滑动地安装在支撑柱65的下端,上伞盘63安装在支撑柱65的上部,上伞骨61的一端与上伞盘3相转动连接,下伞骨62的一端与上伞骨61的中部相转动连接,另一端与下伞盘64相转动连接,伞布30套设在上伞骨61上,立柱10上套设有一可滑动把手101,横杆4的下端与把手101相连接,立柱10的顶部设有一顶盖102,横杆4的中部套设有一斜杆连接套51,斜杆5的一端与顶盖102相转动连接,另一端与斜杆连接套51相转动连接,伞架6上设有一加长伞骨611,该加长伞骨611的下端与转动机构相连接;转动机构包括有下离合齿机构1和上离合齿机构2,调节把手3设置在下离合齿机构1上,上离合齿机构2和下离合齿机构1分别设置在横杆4的上下两端且通过一连接杆8实现联动;
横杆4为一中空的圆形管,连接杆8设置在横杆4内,下离合齿机构1至少是由互相套接啮合的第一下离合齿11和第二下离合齿12组成,第一下离合齿11的一端通过连接头40与滑动把手101相连接,第一下离合齿11的另一端与连接杆8的下端相连接,第二下离合齿12套接在第一上离合齿11的上端,且与横杆4、加长伞骨611相连接,第一下离合齿11内支撑有使第一下离合齿11具有始终往上移动与第二下离合齿12啮合定位的弹簧9,调节把手3可转动地设置在第二下离合齿12外,调节把手3的上端凸设有与第一下离合齿11的上端相抵、用于推动第一下离合齿11往下移动与第二下离合齿12脱离的推块31,推块31具有凸轮部;上离合齿机构2至少是由互相套接啮合的第一上离合齿21和第二上离合齿22组成,第一上离合齿21和第二上离合齿22均设置在横杆4内,其中第一上离合齿21固定在横杆4内上端,伞架6的顶部设有转动件7与第一上离合齿21的上端相连接,第二上离合齿22的下端与连接杆8的上端相连接,这样,当第一下离合齿11在调节把手3的推块31作用下往下移动与第二下离合齿12脱离时,连接杆8随之下移并带动第二上离合齿22下移与第一上离合齿21脱离,能够实现伞面可以左右转动调节;
具体的结构是这样的:第一下离合齿11和第二下离合齿12均为圆形的套筒结构,横杆4的下端与第二下离合齿12的上端插接固定,第二下离合齿12的内壁下端上制有环齿,第一下离合齿11的上端设有配合的齿面,在第一下离合齿11的上端外周面上环向设有可显示转动角度的旋转刻度111,第一下离合齿11的下端设有扩径的台阶孔,连接头40的上端限位嵌置在台阶孔内,连接头40的下端通过固定件与可滑动把手101相连接,通常这种连接可以是铰接,弹簧9设置在台阶孔内,支撑在连接头40的上端与台阶面之间,使第一下离合齿11具有始终往上移动与第二下离合齿12啮合定位的趋势;台阶孔的台阶面上设有一连接销81,连接杆8的下端穿过第二下离合齿12的内孔插入 第一下离合齿11内与连接销81固定连接,在第二下离合齿12的侧部设有一延伸块121,延伸块121内设有一连接腔,加长伞骨611活动安装于伞架6内,加长伞骨611的下端插入延伸块121的连接腔中与第二下离合齿12相连接;第一上离合齿21和第二上离合齿22均为圆形的套筒结构,其中第一上离合齿21的内壁下端上制有环齿,第二上离合齿22的上端设有配合的齿面,第二上离合齿22的下端通过螺钉与连接杆8的上端固定连接;第二上离合齿22上径向开设有对应的销孔221,连接销子固定在第二上离合齿22上对应的销孔221中,横杆4的侧部设有对应的导向限位槽,连接销子插置在销孔221中,与导向限位槽配合,使得连接杆8可以在横杆4内上下限位移动;并通过连接销子与横杆4连接,在横杆4上端固定有导向固定座23,导向固定座23的中心具有向上的导向柱,第二上离合齿22中心开孔套在导向固定座23的导向柱上,并且在导向固定座23和第二上离合齿22之间设置有复位弹簧,使第二上离合齿22始终保持向上复位趋势,与第一上离合齿21啮合固定,而双头连接螺钉穿过导向固定座23,分别与连接杆8和第二上离合齿22相螺纹连接。
另外,伞架6顶部的转动件7为一铰链,支撑柱65的上端开设有与铰链7相连接的圆孔,铰链7的下端套设在支撑柱65的顶部通过螺钉与伞架6连接固定,第一上离合齿21的上端通过接头24与铰链的侧部相铰接。
使用时,转动机构通过上离合齿机构2和下离合齿机构1联动控制,往上转动调节把手3,调节把手3的推块31将第一下离合齿11向后推动,第一下离合齿11与第二下离合齿12脱开,第一下离合齿11内的连接销81随着第一下离合齿11向后移动,连接杆8随之向后移动,连接杆8带动第二上离合齿22克服复位弹簧的弹力向后移动,第二上离合齿22与第一上离合齿21脱开,此时,上离合齿机构2与下离合齿机构1的齿均脱开,如图5、6所示,可以左右转动调节把手3,由于调节把手3连接在第二下离合齿12上,把手3带动第二下离合齿12左右转动,加长伞骨611连接在第二下离合齿12上,第二下离合齿12就能带动伞架6转动,实现伞面左右转动,伞面转动至合适的角度后,停止转动调节把3,伞面转动角度显示在第一下离合齿11外周面的旋转刻度111上,松开调节把手3,第一下离合齿11在弹簧9的作用下回位,第一下离合齿11与第二下离合齿12啮合,连接销81被带动至原位,连接杆8被连接销81带动回位,连接杆8带动第二上离合齿22回位,第二上离合齿22在复位弹簧作用下再次与第一上离合齿21再次啮合,这样,上离合齿机构2与下离合齿机构1的齿均啮合,伞面停止转动而被锁定,如图3、4所示。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种可左右转动的遮阳伞,包括伞座、立柱、横杆、斜杆和伞架,所述横杆的下端置于立柱上,横杆的上端与伞架的顶部相连,斜杆的后端安装在立柱顶部,斜杆的前端与横杆的中部相转动连接,所述立柱插装在伞座上,伞架的顶部与横杆的上端可转动地连接;立柱上套设有一可滑块把手,横杆的下端与可滑动把手相连接,其特征在于:所述遮阳伞还包括可控制伞面左右转动的转动机构以及用于控制转动机构转动的调节把手,伞架上设有一加长伞骨,该加长伞骨的下端与转动机构相连接,转动机构包括有上离合齿机构和下离合齿机构,调节把手设置在下离合齿机构上,上离合齿机构和下离合齿机构分别设置在横杆的上下两端且通过一连接杆连接而实现联动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述横杆为一中空的圆形管,连接杆设置在横杆内,下离合齿机构至少是由互相套接啮合的第一下离合齿和第二下离合齿组成,第一下离合齿的一端通过连接头与可滑动把手相转动连接,第一下离合齿的另一端与连接杆的下端相连接,第二下离合齿套接在第一上离合齿的上端,且与横杆、加长伞骨相连接,第一下离合齿内支撑有使第一下离合齿具有始终往上移动与第二下离合齿啮合定位的弹簧,调节把手可转动地设置在第二下离合齿外,调节把手的上端凸设有与第一下离合齿的上端相抵、用于推动第一下离合齿往下移动与第二下离合齿脱离的推块。
- 根据权利要求2所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述上离合齿机构至少是由互相套接啮合的第一上离合齿和第二上离合齿组成,第一上离合齿和第二上离合齿均设置在横杆内,其中第一上离合齿固定在横杆内上端,伞架的顶部设有与第一上离合齿的上端相连接的转动件,第二上离合齿的下端与连接杆的上端相连接,当第一下离合齿在调节把手的作用下往下移动与第二下离合齿脱离时,连接杆随之下移并带动第二上离合齿下移与第一上离合齿脱离,这样才能实现伞面能够左右转动。
- 根据权利要求3所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述第一下离合齿和第二下离合齿均为圆形的套筒结构,横杆的下端与第二下离合齿的上端插接固定,第二下离合齿的内壁下端上制有环齿,第一下离合齿的上端设有配合的齿面,在第一下离合齿的上端外周面上环向设有可显示转动角度的旋转刻度,第一下离合齿的下端设有扩径的台阶孔,连接头的上端限位嵌置在台阶孔内,连接头的下端通过固定件与可滑动把手相转动连接,弹簧设置在台阶孔内,支撑在连接头的上端与台阶面之间。
- 根据权利要求4所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述台阶面上设有一连接销,连接杆的下端穿过第二下离合齿的内孔插入第一下离合齿内与连接销固定连接,在第二下离合齿的侧部设有一延伸块,延伸块内设有一连接腔,加长伞骨活动安装于伞架内,加 长伞骨的下端插入延伸块的连接腔中与第二下离合齿相连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述第一上离合齿和第二上离合齿均为圆形的套筒结构,其中第一上离合齿的内壁下端上制有环齿,第二上离合齿的上端设有配合的齿面,第二上离合齿的下端通过螺钉与连接杆的上端固定连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述第二上离合齿上径向开设有对应的销孔,连接销子固定在第二上离合齿上对应的销孔中,横杆的侧部设有对应的导向限位槽,连接销子插置在销孔中,与导向限位槽配合,使得连接杆可以在横杆内上下限位移动;所述横杆上端固定有导向固定座,导向固定座的中心具有向上的导向柱,第二上离合齿中心开孔套在导向固定座的导向柱上,并且在导向固定座和第二上离合齿之间设置有复位弹簧,使第二上离合齿始终保持向上复位趋势,与第一上离合齿啮合固定。
- 根据权利要求3所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述转动件为一铰链,第一上离合齿的上端通过接头与铰链的侧部相铰接,铰链的下端与伞架的顶部相连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述伞架包括上伞骨、下伞骨、上伞盘、下伞盘和支撑柱,下伞盘可上下滑动地安装在支撑柱的下端,上伞盘安装在支撑柱的上部,上伞骨的一端与上伞盘相转动连接,下伞骨的一端与上伞骨的中部相转动连接,另一端与下伞盘相转动连接,支撑柱的上端开设有与铰链相连接的圆孔,铰链套设在支撑柱的顶部通过螺钉连接固定。
- 根据权利要求1至9任一权利要求所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述立柱的顶部设有一顶盖,所述横杆的中部套设有一斜杆连接套,所述斜杆的一端与顶盖相转动连接,另一端与斜杆连接套相转动连接。
