所述烟尘净化模块包括残渣收集室、烟气净化室、抽风机、排气通道,所述烟气净化室通过导气铁管与所述残渣收集室相连通,所述抽风机设置在所述烟气净化室的下方,用于提供烟尘从所述打磨吸尘模块到所述烟尘净化模块所需的负压,所述排气通道为L型通道,用于将经过所述烟气净化室净化的烟气排出到空气中;
所述残渣收集室为设置有进气口和出气口的空腔,所述空腔内设有金属过滤网、磁性残渣盒和电磁吸盘;所述金属过滤网倾斜设置在所述进气口下方,所述金属过滤网的周向与所述残渣收集室的侧壁固定连接,所述电磁吸盘固定设置在所述残渣收集室的底部,所述磁性残渣盒放置在所述电磁吸盘上;
所述烟气净化室依次设置有进口、物理过滤层和出口,所述出口设置在所述烟气净化室底部与所述抽风机对应的位置;
所述导气铁管一端与所述残渣收集室的出气口连接,所述导气铁管另一端与所述烟气净化室的进口连接;
所述导气软管一端与所述双层吸尘罩外侧层的缩口端连接,且与所述双层吸尘罩的间隙层连通;所述导气软管另一端与所述残渣收集室的进气口连接;
所述焊接用烟尘处理装置还包括控制室,所述控制室与所述机械臂、所述抽风机和所述驱动电机信号连接,用于控制所述机械臂、所述抽气机和所述驱动电机工作。
优选地,所述工业毛刷设置有多个吸气导孔。
优选地,所述双层吸尘罩设置有多个吸气孔,所述吸气孔间隔分布在所述吸尘罩的内侧层上。
优选地,所述焊接用烟尘处理装置还包括机械臂,所述机械臂一端与所述双层吸尘罩的外侧层可拆卸地连接,用于带动所述双层吸尘罩运动,所述机械臂的另一端与所述残渣收集室固定连接。
优选地,所述焊接用烟尘处理装置还包括焊接机构,所述焊接机构包括焊枪枪头和与所述焊枪枪头相连接的送丝机构,所述焊枪枪头通过刚性套管活动穿设在所述双层吸尘罩内,所述刚性套管通过法兰与所述双层防尘罩的内侧层固定连接,所述刚性套管上设置有夹持件,所述夹持件用于将固定所述焊枪枪头,所述送丝机构固定在所述焊接机器人的机械臂上。
优选地,,所述物理过滤层包括集尘板层、HEPA过滤板层、活性炭过滤板层、银离子过滤板层和PTFE覆膜滤材层。
有益效果
本发明提供的技术方案,至少存在以下技术效果:
(1)本发明的烟尘处理装置通过集成设计和机械臂的运用,将焊接工序中的打磨、焊接、吸尘三个过程集为一体,实现了装置的小型化、集约化和自动控制。
(2)本发明的烟尘处理装置,采用防护罩的设计以及在双层吸尘罩内侧、工业毛刷上均设置用于导气的孔,增强了负压吸尘的效果,同时,防护罩的设计还有利于焊接和打磨过程中的火花外溅,增加了操作的安全系数。
(3)烟尘净化模块设置了残渣收集室和烟气净化室,不仅可以实现残渣的回收利用,而且可以进一步净化烟气中的有害气体。

本发明的最佳实施方式
为了使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对实施例进行详细描述。应该指出的是,下文的描述仅涉及本发明的技术方案以及与该技术方案直接相关的技术。
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种焊接用烟尘处理装置,包括:打磨吸尘模块和烟尘净化模块,烟尘净化模块设置在打磨吸尘模块一侧并通过导气软管7与打磨吸尘模块相连通;
打磨吸尘模块包括双层吸尘罩3、防护罩2、工业毛刷4、第一导气部、第二导气部24和驱动电机22,防护罩2、第一导气部、第二导气部24和双层吸尘罩3依次连接且内部导通,防护罩2内设置有工业毛刷4,工业毛刷4可通过设置在防护罩2上方的驱动电机22驱动旋转,用于对工件进行打磨;
其中,双层吸尘罩3包括外侧层、内侧层以及由外侧层和内侧层所构成的间隙层,双层吸尘罩3两端分别为缩口端和扩口端,第二导气部24远离防护罩2的一端与双层吸尘罩3内侧层的缩口端连接;采用双层吸尘罩3有利于内部通气,更广泛地吸收工作中产生的烟尘和有害物质。
其中,第一导气部为周向分布在防护罩2上方的多个导气铁柱23,防护罩2上表面中心位置设有旋转轴支撑孔,驱动电机22固定安装在防护罩2上表面,并通过穿设在旋转轴支撑孔中的旋转轴与工业毛刷4连接。
烟尘净化模块包括残渣收集室13、烟气净化室15、抽气机14、排气通道17,烟气净化室15通过导气铁管16与残渣收集室13相连通,抽风机14设置在烟气净化室15的下方,用于提供烟尘从打磨吸尘模块到烟尘净化模块所需的负压,排气通道为L型通道,用于将经过烟气净化室15净化的烟气排出到空气中;
残渣收集室13为设置有进气口11和出气口12的空腔,出气口12位于接近空腔底部位置,空腔内设有金属过滤网8、磁性残渣盒9和电磁吸盘10;金属过滤网8倾斜设置在进气口11下方,金属过滤网8的周向与残渣收集室13的侧壁固定连接,电磁吸盘10固定设置在残渣收集室13的底部,磁性残渣盒9放置在电磁吸盘10上;
烟气净化室15依次设置有进口、物理过滤层和出口,出口设置在烟气净化室15底部与抽风机14对应的位置;
导气铁管16一端通过刚性套管和法兰与残渣收集室13的出气口12连接,导气铁管16另一端通过刚性套管和法兰与烟气净化室15的进口连接;
导气软管7一端通过刚性套管和法兰与双层吸尘罩3外侧层的缩口端连接,且与双层吸尘罩3的间隙层连通;导气软管7另一端通过刚性套管和法兰与残渣收集室13的进气口11连接;
焊接用烟尘处理装置还包括控制室,控制室与机械臂6、抽风机14和驱动电机22信号连接,用于控制机械臂6、抽风机14和驱动电机22工作。
在焊接前,机械臂6运动使焊枪枪头进入的刚性套管21中,使焊枪枪头1突出于工业毛刷4。当机械臂6带动双层吸尘罩3运动时,抽风机14开始缓慢启动,当机械臂6带动的双层吸尘罩3到达焊接起始点时,机械臂6停止运动1~2秒,此时抽气机14开始进行正常工作,双层吸尘罩3的内侧吸气孔20与工业毛刷4中的吸气导孔19有气流通过,开始吸气。当焊接开始,焊接枪头1进行移动焊接;双层吸尘罩3随着焊枪枪头1运动,进行烟尘的吸收与火花的阻挡。在焊接结束后,夹持件5松开焊枪枪头1,焊接枪头1移至双层吸尘罩3的内侧,夹持件5再次夹紧焊枪枪头1,然后机械臂6带动工业毛刷4再次运动到焊接起始点,机械臂6停止运动1~2秒,工业毛刷4开始高速旋转,并且抽气机14也开始工作,然后按照焊接的路线进行打磨。打磨完后,恢复到原始位置。
在抽风机14高速运转时,双层吸尘罩3的吸气孔和工业毛刷4的吸气导孔处形成负压区域,焊接产生的烟尘在负压的作用下,由导气软管7进入烟尘净化模块。当需要进行抛光打磨时,机械臂6带动双层吸尘罩3运动,同时驱动电机22带动工业毛刷4高速旋转,钢丝刷18部分进行打磨除尘除锈,抽风机14高速转动产生强劲的吸力,通过工业毛刷4上吸气导孔19吸收打磨产生的铁屑残渣等。
作为一种优选方案,焊接用烟尘处理装置还包括焊接机构,焊接机构包括焊枪枪头1和与焊枪枪头1相连接的送丝机构,焊枪枪头1通过刚性套管21活动穿设在双层吸尘罩3内,刚性套管21通过法兰与双层吸尘罩3的内侧层固定连接,刚性套管21上设置有夹持件5,夹持件5用于将焊枪枪头1固定在所述刚性套管2上,送丝机构固定在焊接机器人的机械臂6上。焊接机构的设置使焊接用烟尘处理装置可以实现集打磨、焊接、烟尘处理于一体,有利于实现全过程的自动化控制,而且实现了装置的小型化和集约化。
在本发明技术方案的基础上,本领域技术人员可以在上述实施例的基础上进行各种改进和变形,而这些改进和变形,都落在本发明的保护范围中内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种焊接用烟尘处理装置,其特征在于,包括:打磨吸尘模块和烟尘净化模块,所述烟尘净化模块设置在所述打磨吸尘模块一侧并通过导气软管与所述打磨吸尘模块相连通;
    所述打磨吸尘模块包括双层吸尘罩、防护罩、工业毛刷、第一导气部、第二导气部和驱动电机,所述防护罩、所述第一导气部、所述第二导气部和所述双层吸尘罩依次连接且内部导通,所述防护罩内设置有工业毛刷,所述工业毛刷可通过设置在所述防护罩上方的驱动电机驱动旋转,用于对工件进行打磨;
    其中,所述双层吸尘罩包括外侧层、内侧层以及由所述外侧层和内侧层所构成的间隙层,所述双层吸尘罩两端分别为缩口端和扩口端,所述第二导气部远离所述防护罩的一端与所述双层吸尘罩内侧层的缩口端连接;
    其中,所述第一导气部为周向分布在所述防护罩上方的多个导气铁柱,所述驱动电机固定安装在所述防护罩上表面并通过穿设在所述防护罩上表面中心位置的旋转轴与所述工业毛刷连接;
    所述烟尘净化模块包括残渣收集室、烟气净化室、抽风机、排气通道,所述烟气净化室通过导气铁管与所述残渣收集室相连通,所述抽气机设置在所述烟气净化室的下方,用于提供烟尘从所述打磨吸尘模块到所述烟尘净化模块所需的负压,所述排气通道为L型通道,用于将经过所述烟气净化室净化的烟气排出到空气中;
    所述残渣收集室为设置有进气口和出气口的空腔,所述空腔内设有金属过滤网、磁性残渣盒和电磁吸盘;所述金属过滤网倾斜设置在所述进气口下方,所述金属过滤网的周向与所述残渣收集室的侧壁固定连接,所述电磁吸盘固定设置在所述残渣收集室的底部,所述磁性残渣盒放置在所述电磁吸盘上;
    所述烟气净化室依次设置有进口、物理过滤层和出口,所述出口设置在所述烟气净化室底部与所述抽风机对应的位置;
    所述导气铁管一端与所述残渣收集室的出气口连接,所述导气铁管另一端与所述烟气净化室的进口连接;
    所述导气软管一端与所述双层吸尘罩外侧层的缩口端连接,且与所述双层吸尘罩的间隙层连通;所述导气软管另一端与所述残渣收集室的进气口连接;
    所述焊接用烟尘处理装置还包括控制室,所述控制室与所述机械臂、所述抽风机和所述驱动电机信号连接,用于控制所述机械臂、所述吸气机和所述驱动电机工作;
    工作方法:
    在焊接前,机械臂运动使焊枪枪头进入的刚性套管中,使焊枪枪头1突出于工业毛刷;当机械臂带动双层吸尘罩运动时,抽风机开始缓慢启动,当机械臂带动的双层吸尘罩到达焊接起始点时,机械臂停止运动1~2秒,此时抽气机开始进行正常工作,双层吸尘罩的内侧吸气孔与工业毛刷中的吸气导孔有气流通过,开始吸气;当焊接开始,焊接枪头进行移动焊接;双层吸尘罩随着焊枪枪头运动,进行烟尘的吸收与火花的阻挡;在焊接结束后,夹持件松开焊枪枪头,焊接枪头移至双层吸尘罩的内侧,夹持件再次夹紧焊枪枪头,然后机械臂带动工业毛刷再次运动到焊接起始点,机械臂停止运动1~2秒,工业毛刷开始高速旋转,并且抽气机也开始工作,然后按照焊接的路线进行打磨;打磨完后,恢复到原始位置;
    在抽风机高速运转时,双层吸尘罩的吸气孔和工业毛刷的吸气导孔处形成负压区域,焊接产生的烟尘在负压的作用下,由导气软管进入烟尘净化模块;当需要进行抛光打磨时,机械臂带动双层吸尘罩运动,同时驱动电机带动工业毛刷4高速旋转,钢丝刷部分进行打磨除尘除锈,抽风机高速转动产生强劲的吸力,通过工业毛刷上吸气导孔吸收打磨产生的残渣。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种焊接用烟尘处理装置,其特征在于,所述焊接用烟尘处理装置还包括焊接机构,所述焊接机构包括焊枪枪头和与所述焊枪枪头相连接的送丝机构,所述焊枪枪头通过刚性套管活动穿设在所述双层吸尘罩内,所述刚性套管通过法兰与所述双层防尘罩的内侧层固定连接,所述刚性套管上设置有夹持件,所述夹持件用于将所述焊枪枪头固定在所述刚性套管上,所述送丝机构固定在所述焊接机器人的机械臂上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种焊接用烟尘处理装置,其特征在于,所述工业毛刷设置有多个吸气导孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种焊接用烟尘处理装置,其特征在于,所述双层吸尘罩设置有多个吸气孔,所述吸气孔间隔分布在所述吸尘罩的内侧层上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种焊接用烟尘处理装置,其特征在于,所述焊接用烟尘处理装置还包括机械臂,所述机械臂一端与所述双层吸尘罩的外侧层可拆卸地连接,用于带动所述吸尘罩运动,所述机械臂的另一端与所述残渣收集室固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种焊接用烟尘处理装置,其特征在于,所述物理过滤层包括集尘板层、HEPA过滤板层、活性炭过滤板层、银离子过滤板层和PTFE覆膜滤材层。
