本申请要求于2018年11月02日提交中国专利局、申请号为2018113021894 、发明名称为“一种购物方法、电子商城服务器以及存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及电子商务技术领域,特别涉及一种购物方法、电子商城服务器以及存储介质。
背景技术
在电子商务领域,为了吸引顾客,商城经常展开各种优惠活动,优惠活动的种类很多,顾客参与的方式也多种多样,如领券参与、满减等等。目前各大商城均设置了购物车,顾客可以选择直接购买、或将选购商品加入购物车,待选购完成后,统一结算。因此,当顾客选择将商品放入购物车时,用户需要从商品详情页等界面进入购物车,在购物车中增减商品。部分商城在购物车界面对商品进行分类,如满减商品,可使用优惠券商品等等,如京东商城,会提示用户再选择多少金额的商品后可使用商品优惠券等等。
商城购物车一方面方便用户在购物车界面增减商品,另一方面通过购物车界面进行商品优惠信息提示,方便用户进一步购买,进而满足商品优惠条件。在一定程度上提升了用户体验,也提升了商城的销售额。
本申请的发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:用户为了满足商品优惠条件,往往需要在商品详情页、搜索主页、购物车等多个界面之间进行界面跳转,选择商品后还需要在购物车界面进一步确认是否满足优惠条件,或是否符合自身的购物预算等,不方便用户实时查看购物信息,用户购物体验不佳。
技术问题
本申请部分实施例的目的在于提供一种购物方法、电子商城服务器以及存储介质,方便用户实时查看购物信息,提升用户购物体验。
技术解决方案
本申请的一个实施例提供了一种购物方法,包括:获取商品选购指令,商品选购指令包含选购商品;根据所述选购商品获取优惠信息;根据所述选购商品以及所述优惠信息生成商品订单;获取当前显示界面信息;基于当前显示界面信息将商品订单展示在当前显示界面上。
本申请的一个实施例还提供了一种电子商城服务器,包括:至少一个处理器;以及,与至少一个处理器通信链接的存储器;其中,存储器存储有可被至少一个处理器执行的指令,指令被至少一个处理器执行,以使至少一个处理器能够执行上述购物方法。
本申请的一个实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机程序,计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述购物方法。
另外,当前显示界面信息包括:当前显示界面的布局;基于当前显示界面信息将商品订单展示在当前显示界面上的步骤,具体包括:根据当前显示界面的布局确定展示位置;在展示位置展示商品订单。根据当前显示界面的布局来确定展示商品订单的展示位置,从而可以通过商品订单的展示位置调整,避免商品订单遮挡当前界面中、用户感兴趣的内容,避免影响用户获取当前显示界面的其他信息。

另外,在商品订单中添加满足预设条件的商品的步骤,具体包括:在检测到用户多次浏览同一商品时,将用户多次浏览的所述商品添加至商品订单中;或者,在当前商品订单中的商品未满足优惠条件时,将拼单商品自动添加至商品订单中,拼单商品为使得商品订单中的商品满足优惠条件的商品。通过将用户多次浏览的商品或者满足订单中优惠活动的拼单商品直接添加到商品订单并展示,使得在商品订单中添加商品更加符合用户的关注热点或减轻拼单过程中选取货品的操作量。
在商品订单中添加满足预设条件的商品之后,还包括:若在接收到页面跳转指令时,未接收到确定选购满足预设条件的商品的确认指令,则在跳转页面时从商品订单中移除满足预设条件的商品。通过在用户未在当前显示界面选择满足预设条件的商品时,则在跳转页面时,移除该满足预设条件的商品,从而避免了用户未选购的商品继续出现在下一跳转页面中。
另外,根据选购商品获取优惠信息之后,还包括:根据商品选购指令中选购商品确定商品推荐信息,并在当前显示界面展示商品推荐信息。在当前显示界面展示商品推荐信息,方便用户查看推荐内容。
另外,根据商品选购指令中选购商品确定商品推荐信息的步骤,具体包括:确定商品选购指令中选购商品能够参加的优惠活动;根据优惠活动确定商品推荐信息,其中,商品推荐信息中的商品使得选购商品能够达到优惠活动的优惠条件;或者,确定商品选购指令中选购商品的商品类型;根据商品类型确定与该类型商品配合使用的商品作为推荐商品信息。通过为用户推荐满足优惠活动的商品,或者为用户推荐与已选购商品类型配合使用的商品,使得所推荐的商品更加符合用户的需求。

本申请部分实施例相对于现有技术而言,提供了一种购物方法,通过获取商品选购指令从而获取选购商品,根据选购商品获取优惠信息后,根据选购商品以及获取到的优惠信息生成商品订单,从而能够获知用户已选择的商品信息及优惠信息;获取当前显示界面信息,从而基于当前的显示界面信息将用户已选择的商品信息及优惠信息展示在当前显示界面上,方便用户在选购商品的同时实时了解订单信息以及优惠信息,并据此在当前界面增减商品,无需用户在商品详情页、搜索主页、购物车等多个界面之间进行界面跳转,方便用户实时查看购物信息,从而提升用户购物体验。

本申请第一实施例涉及一种购物方法,本实施例的核心在于,通过获取商品选购指令从而获取选购商品,根据选购商品获取优惠信息后,根据选购商品以及优惠信息生成商品订单,从而能够获知用户已选择的商品信息及优惠信息;获取当前显示界面信息,从而基于当前的显示界面信息将用户已选择的商品信息及优惠信息展示在当前显示界面上,方便用户在选购商品的同时实时了解订单信息以及优惠信息,并据此在当前界面增减商品,无需用户在商品详情页、搜索主页、购物车等多个界面之间进行界面跳转,方便用户实时查看购物信息,从而提升用户购物体验。
下面对本实施例的一种购物方法的实现细节进行具体的说明,以下内容仅为方便理解提供的实现细节,并非实施本方案的必须。
本实施例中的购物方法的流程示意图如图1所示,具体包括:
步骤101:获取商品选购指令,商品选购指令包含选购商品。
具体地说,获取来自用户的商品选购指令,当用户在同一商铺购买时,商品选购指令包含至少一件选购商品,例如:获取的商品选购指令中包含:用户选购的A店铺的a商品,也可能包含该A店铺的b、c、d等商品。由于用户在选购商品时,往往会在不同的店铺进行浏览以及选购,因此,商品选购指令还可能包含来自不同商铺的选购商品。例如,获取的商品选购指令中既包含用户选购A店铺的a商品,也包含用户选购B店铺中的b商品。
步骤102:根据选购商品获取优惠信息。
具体地说,在获取到商品选购指令中的选购商品后,获取选购商品所参加的优惠活动信息。可实现地,根据各选购商品通过互联网获取选购商品所在商铺的优惠活动信息。以用户选购A店铺的a商品以及B店铺中的b商品为例进行说明,若a商品既参加了A店铺的满100元减10元活动,还参加了A店铺的满400元减50元的优惠活动,而b商品仅参加了B店铺的满300元减30元的活动。
步骤103:根据选购商品以及优惠信息生成商品订单。
具体地说,根据用户选购的商品以及该店铺对应的优惠信息生成商品订单。例如,用户选购的a商品价格为60元,则生成的商品订单中会在显示商品a的信息的同时,显示差40元即可减10元;若B店铺中的b商品的价格为299元,则也会在显示商品b的信息的同时,显示差10元即可减30元。如此,用户便可同时查看到选购商品信息以及优惠信息。值得说明的是,商品订单中显示的商品信息包括:该商品的缩小图像,以及选择的规格、数量等参数以供用户可以在商品订单中看到详细的商品信息以及所参加的优惠活动。
步骤104:获取当前显示界面信息。
具体地说,当前显示界面信息包括:当前显示界面的布局;基于当前显示界面信息将商品订单展示在当前显示界面上的步骤,具体包括:根据当前显示界面的布局确定展示位置;在展示位置展示商品订单。
步骤105:基于当前显示界面信息将商品订单展示在当前显示界面上。
具体地说,获取当前显示界面的布局,从而获知当前显示界面中哪个部位显示的内容较少,从而在当前显示界面中显示内容较少的部位来展示商品订单。可选地,可通过获取当前页面控件参数来获取当前显示界面布局,具体如何通过当前页面控件参数来获取当前显示界面布局在现有技术中已经公开,在此不再赘述。该方案中根据当前显示界面的布局来确定展示商品订单的展示位置,从而可以通过商品订单的展示位置调整,避免商品订单遮挡当前界面中、用户感兴趣的内容,避免影响用户获取当前显示界面的其他信息。
进一步地,基于当前显示界面信息将商品订单展示在当前显示界面上的步骤,还可以包括:根据当前显示界面的布局确定展示位置以及展示面积,以确定的展示面积在展示位置进行展示。可选地,可通过获取前显示界面的当前页面控件参数来确定展示位置,根据展示位置的信息来确定展示商品订单的面积,避免由于展示面积过大商品订单遮挡当前界面中、用户感兴趣的内容,避免影响用户获取当前显示界面的其他信息。
进一步地,当前显示界面信息还包括:当前显示界面的颜色;在展示位置展示商品订单的步骤,具体包括:根据当前显示界面的颜色确定展示商品订单的颜色;以确定的展示商品订单的颜色、在展示位置展示商品订单。
具体的说,该方案中可以不同于当前显示界面的颜色展示商品订单,提高当前显示界面上的商品订单的识别度。例如,当前显示界面中以红色居多,则可通过与红色反差较大的紫色或黑色来展示商品订单,使得商品订单在当前显示界面上较为醒目,从而提高用户对商品订单的敏感度。可选地,可通过获取当前显示界面的代码信息或页面配置信息来获取当前显示界面的颜色,具体如何通过当前显示界面的代码信息或页面配置信息来获取当前显示界面的颜色在现有技术中已经公开,在此不再赘述。
可选地,将商品订单展示在当前显示界面上,具体为:将商品订单通过小窗口、弹窗的形式展示在当前显示界面上。
在将商品订单展示在当前显示界面上时具体通过小窗口或弹窗的形式展现在当前显示界面上,用户可以非常直观地看到已选购的商品信息,以及该商品参加的优惠活动信息,从而直接在当前显示界面的商品订单中添加或删除商品,甚至进行结算,无需用户在商品详情页、搜索主页、购物车等多个界面之间进行界面跳转,方便用户实时查看购物信息,从而提升用户购物体验。值得说明的是,当商品订单中商品信息较多时,可仅在窗口或弹窗中展示一部分商品信息,用户可通过在触摸屏上滑动手势以查看全部的商品信息。
可选地,商品订单也可隐藏在虚拟按钮中,在当前显示界面仅显示虚拟按钮,用户触发虚拟按钮后便可看到商品订单。
与现有技术相比,本申请第一实施例,通过获取商品选购指令从而获取选购商品,根据选购商品获取优惠信息,根据选购商品以及优惠信息生成商品订单,从而能够获知用户已选择的商品信息及优惠信息;获取当前显示界面信息,从而基于当前的显示界面信息将用户已选择的商品信息及优惠信息展示在当前显示界面上,方便用户在选购商品的同时实时了解订单信息以及优惠信息,并据此在当前界面增减商品,无需用户在商品详情页、搜索主页、购物车等多个界面之间进行界面跳转,方便用户实时查看购物信息,从而提升用户购物体验。
本申请的第二实施例涉及一种购物方法。第二实施例是对第一实施例的改进,主要改进之处在于,该方案中将满足预设条件的商品自动添加至商品订单并展示,方便依照预设规则将能够提升用户满意度的(满足条件的)商品自动添加至商品订单中,提高用户体验。
本实施例中的购物方法的流程示意图如图2示,具体包括。
步骤201:获取商品选购指令,商品选购指令包含选购商品。
步骤202:根据选购商品获取优惠信息。
步骤203:根据选购商品以及优惠信息生成商品订单。
步骤204:获取当前显示界面信息。
步骤205:基于当前显示界面信息将商品订单展示在当前显示界面上。
上述步骤201至步骤205与上述实施例中的步骤101和步骤105大致相同,在此不再进行赘述。
步骤206:在商品订单中添加满足预设条件的商品,并将添加有满足预设条件的商品的商品订单展示在当前显示界面上。
具体地,在商品订单中添加满足预设条件的商品的步骤,具体包括:在检测到用户多次浏览同一商品时,将用户多次浏览的所述商品添加至商品订单中;或者,在当前商品订单中的商品未满足优惠条件时,将拼单商品自动添加至商品订单中,拼单商品为使得商品订单中的商品满足优惠条件的商品。
具体的说,本实施例中在当前显示界面展示商品订单之后,将满足预设条件的商品添加至商品订单中。满足预设条件的商品可以是用户多次浏览的商品,也可以是满足商品订单中优惠条件的拼单商品。其中,用户多次浏览的商品很可能为用户较为期望的商品,直接将用户期望的商品添加至商品订单中,使用户看到该商品的优惠活动信息,从而可以提高用户选购该商品的几率;自动将满足商品订单中优惠条件的商品添加至商品订单中,使得用户可以快速获得拼单商品,起到一定的推荐作用。该方案中将用户多次浏览的商品或者满足订单中优惠活动的拼单商品直接添加到商品订单并展示,使得在商品订单中添加商品更加符合用户的关注热点或减轻拼单过程中选取货品的操作量。
可选地,也可通过检测用户浏览商品详情页的时间长短来确定是否将该商品详情页的商品添加到商品订单中,当用户浏览商品详情页的时长超过预设时长时,则自动将该商品详情页的商品添加至商品订单中。此处的预设时长可由商城管理人员自行设置,例如,可设置为1分钟。
步骤207:判断在接收到用户的页面跳转指令时,是否未接收到用户确定选购满足预设条件的商品的确认指令。若判定为是,则进入步骤208;若判定为否,则进入步骤209。
步骤208:在跳转页面时从商品订单中移除满足预设条件的商品。
步骤209:在跳转页面时不移除满足预设条件的商品。
针对上述步骤207至步骤209,具体的说,在将添加有满足预设条件的商品的商品订单展示在当前显示界面上之后,还判断在接收到用户的页面跳转指令时,是否接收到用户确定选购满足预设条件的商品的确认指令。即在跳转页面之前,先判定用户是否确认选购在当前页面自动添加的商品,如果用户确认选购,则为用户推荐的商品较符合用户的期望或需求,则不移除该满足预设条件的商品;若用户未确认选购,则说明为用户推荐的商品并不符合用户的期望或需求,则在跳转页面时,从商品订单中移除满足预设条件的商品,并根据新的显示界面信息重新为用户推荐新的满足预设条件的商品,并在商品订单中添加该新的满足预设条件的商品,将添加有新的满足预设条件的商品的商品订单展示在新的显示界面上。
值得注意的是,本实施例中满足预设条件的商品可能为一件商品也可能为多件商品。为多件商品时,则在跳转页面时,将用户确认选购的商品保留在商品订单中,将用户未选购的商品从商品订单中移除。
与现有技术相比,本申请实施例中提供了一种购物方法,将满足预设条件的商品自动添加至商品订单并展示,方便依照预设规则将能够提升用户满意度的(满足条件的)商品自动添加至商品订单中,提高用户体验;具体的将用户多次浏览的商品或者满足订单中优惠活动的拼单商品直接添加到商品订单并展示,使得在商品订单中添加商品更加符合用户的关注热点或减轻拼单过程中选取货品的操作量。进一步在用户未在当前显示界面选择满足预设条件的商品时,则在跳转页面时,移除该满足预设条件的商品,从而避免了用户未选购的商品继续出现在下一跳转页面中。
本申请的第三实施例涉及一种购物方法。第三实施例是对第二施例的改进,主要改进之处在于:在当前显示界面展示商品推荐信息,方便用户查看推荐内容。
本实施例中的一种购物方法如图3所示,具体包括:
步骤301:获取商品选购指令,商品选购指令包含选购商品。
步骤302:根据选购商品获取优惠信息。
上述步骤301与步骤302与第一实施例中的步骤101和步骤102大致相同,在此不再进行赘述。
步骤303:根据选购商品确定商品推荐信息,并展示商品推荐信息。
具体地,根据商品选购指令中选购商品确定商品推荐信息的步骤,具体包括:确定商品选购指令中选购商品能够参加的优惠活动;根据优惠活动确定商品推荐信息,其中,商品推荐信息中的商品使得选购商品能够达到优惠活动的优惠条件。
具体地说,顾客进入商城后在商城的商品列表页面或商品详情页查看商品后,选择商品,商城服务器根据选择的商品,计算出当前商品最接近哪种优惠活动,哪种优惠活动最能让顾客省钱,给出优惠建议方案供顾客选择,且判定当前选购商品里是否满足最大的优惠活动,或者还需要购买多少商品即可参加最大的优惠活动,并给出能参加此项最大优惠活动的商品列表快捷按钮,供顾客再次在当前的页面进行选购其他凑单的商品。进一步地,凑单商品列表根据符合最大优惠条件的商品按照价格从低到高进行排序,当顾客选择好凑单的商品后加入购物车后,商城的后台系统再次判断是否还满足其他更大的优惠活动,如满足,再次弹窗,显示更大的优惠活动,如无再不再进行提示。该方案中为用户推荐满足优惠活动的商品,使得所推荐的商品更加符合用户的需求。
另外,根据商品选购指令中选购商品确定推荐商品信息的步骤,具体包括:确定商品选购指令中选购商品的商品类型;根据商品类型确定与该类型商品配合使用的商品作为推荐商品信息。
具体地说,本方案为与“根据优惠活动确定商品推荐信息”的方案并列的方案,本方案中为用户推荐与已选购商品类型配合使用的商品,使得所推荐的商品更加符合用户的需求。例如,若用户选购的商品中包括牙膏,则在商品推荐列表中推荐同品牌的牙刷供用户选择。但值得一提的是,在推荐商品时,还可为用户推荐与商品订单中的选购商品类型相同的商品,为用户提供更多的选择。
步骤304:根据选购商品以及优惠信息生成商品订单。
步骤305:获取当前显示界面信息。
步骤306:基于当前显示界面信息将商品订单展示在当前显示界面上。
上述步骤304至步骤306与第一实施例中的步骤103至步骤105大致相同,在此不再进行赘述。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,在步骤302获取各选购商品的优惠信息的步骤之后的步骤303,与步骤304至步骤306之间并不限定先后关系,在实际应用中还可以先执行步骤304至步骤306之后,再执行步骤303。
与现有技术相比,本申请实施例提供了一种购物方法,在当前显示界面展示商品推荐信息,方便用户查看推荐内容。且具体地为用户推荐满足优惠活动的商品、或者为用户推荐与已选购商品类型配合使用的商品,使得所推荐的商品更加符合用户的需求。
上面各种方法的步骤划分,只是为了描述清楚,实现时可以合并为一个步骤或者对某些步骤进行拆分,分解为多个步骤,只要包括相同的逻辑关系,都在本专利的保护范围内;对算法中或者流程中添加无关紧要的修改或者引入无关紧要的设计,但不改变其算法和流程的核心设计都在该专利的保护范围内。
本申请第四实施例涉及一种电子商城服务器,如图4所示,包括少一个处理器401;以及,与至少一个处理器401通信连接的存储器402;其中,存储器402存储有可被至少一个处理器401执行的指令,指令被至少一个处理器401执行,以使至少一个处理器401能够执行上述的任一实施例中的购物方法。
其中,存储器402和处理器401采用总线方式连接,总线可以包括任意数量的互联的总线和桥,总线将一个或多个处理器和存储器402的各种电路连接在一起。总线还可以将诸如外围设备、稳压器和功率管理电路等之类的各种其他电路连接在一起,这些都是本领域所公知的,因此,本文不再对其进行进一步描述。总线接口在总线和收发机之间提供接口。收发机可以是一个元件,也可以是多个元件,比如多个接收器和发送器,提供用于在传输介质上与各种其他装置通信的单元。经处理器处理的数据通过天线在无线介质上进行传输,进一步,天线还接收数据并将数据传送给处理器401。
处理器401负责管理总线和通常的处理,还可以提供各种功能,包括定时,外围接口,电压调节、电源管理以及其他控制功能。而存储器402可以被用于存储处理器在执行操作时所使用的数据。
本申请的第五实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实上述任一实施例中的购物方法。
即,本领域技术人员可以理解,实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一个设备(可以是单片机,芯片等)或处理器(processor)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
本领域的普通技术人员可以理解,上述各实施例是实现本申请的具体实施例,而在实际应用中,可以在形式上和细节上对其作各种改变,而不偏离本申请的精神和范围。

    获取商品选购指令,所述商品选购指令包含选购商品;
    根据所述选购商品获取优惠信息;
    根据所述选购商品以及所述优惠信息生成商品订单;
    获取当前显示界面信息;
    基于所述当前显示界面信息将所述商品订单展示在当前显示界面上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的购物方法,其中,所述当前显示界面信息包括:当前显示界面的布局;
    所述基于所述当前显示界面信息将所述商品订单展示在当前显示界面上的步骤,具体包括:根据所述当前显示界面的布局确定展示位置,在所述展示位置展示所述商品订单。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的购物方法,其中,所述基于所述当前显示界面信息将所述商品订单展示在当前显示界面上之后,还包括:
    在所述商品订单中添加满足预设条件的商品,并将添加有所述满足预设条件的商品的商品订单展示在当前显示界面上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的购物方法,其中,所述在所述商品订单中添加满足预设条件的商品的步骤,具体包括:
    在检测到用户多次浏览同一商品时,将用户多次浏览的所述商品添加至所述商品订单中;或者,
    在当前商品订单中的商品未满足优惠条件时,将拼单商品自动添加至商品订单中,所述拼单商品为使得所述商品订单中的商品满足所述优惠条件的商品。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的购物方法,其中,所述在所述商品订单中添加满足预设条件的商品之后,还包括:
    若在接收到页面跳转指令时,未接收到确定选购所述满足预设条件的商品的确认指令,则在跳转页面时从所述商品订单中移除所述满足预设条件的商品。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的购物方法,其中,所述根据所述选购商品获取优惠信息之后,还包括:
    根据所述选购商品确定商品推荐信息,并展示所述商品推荐信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的购物方法,其中,所述根据所述选购商品确定商品推荐信息的步骤,具体包括:
    确定所述选购商品能够参加的优惠活动;根据所述优惠活动确定商品推荐信息,其中,所述商品推荐信息中的商品使得所述选购商品能够达到所述优惠活动的优惠条件。
    或者,确定所述选购商品的商品类型;根据所述商品类型确定与该类型商品配合使用的商品作为推荐商品信息。
  9. 一种电子商城服务器,其中,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及,
    与所述至少一个处理器通信链接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行如权利要求1至8中任一所述的购物方法。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机程序,其中,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至8中任一所述的购物方法。
