일반적으로 공원이나 버스 정류장 등에는, 사람이 앉아서 휴식을 취할 수 있음과 동시에 비나 눈을 피할 수 있도록 하는, 지붕이 있는 의자 형태의 구조물이 설치되는데, 이러한 설치물을 파고라(Pergola)라고 한다.

도 5는 본 발명에 따른 안전 쉼터의 단면도이다.

이하, 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 보다 상세하게 설명한다. 도면상의 동일한 구성요소에 대해서는 동일한 참조부호를 사용하고 동일한 구성요소에 대해서 중복된 설명은 생략한다. 그리고, 본 발명은 다수의 상이한 형태로 구현될 수 있고, 기술된 실시 예에 한정되지 않음을 이해하여야 한다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 안전 쉼터의 사시도이고, 도 4는 본 발명에 따른 안전 쉼터의 투시도이고, 도 5는 본 발명에 따른 안전 쉼터의 단면도이고, 도 6은 본 발명에 따른 안전 쉼터에 설치된 디지털 젝터의 개념도이고, 도 7은 본 발명의 다른 실시 예에 따른 안전 쉼터의 사시도이고, 도 8은 본 발명에 따른 안전 쉼터에 설치된 디지털 젝터의 확대도이고, 도 9는 본 발명에 따른 안전쉼터에 설치된 CCTV의 확대도이다.
본 발명은 안전 쉼터에 관한 것으로 도 3 내지 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 그 구성은 야외에 설치되는 부스(200)와 상기 부스(200)의 내부에 구비되어 부스(200) 내부의 온도를 조절하는 냉난방장치(220)를 포함하여 이루어진다.
여기서, 상기 부스(200)는 도면에는 직육면체 형상으로 도시되었으나 다양한 형상으로 형성될 수 있으며, 일측에는 사용자의 출입을 위한 도어(202)가 형성되며, 도어(202)의 하부에는 휠체어 등이 용이하게 출입할 수 있도록 경사지게 형성되는 발판(204)이 구비되며, 내부에는 사용자가 앉아서 쉴 수 있도록 시트(206)가 구비된 된다.
그래서, 상기 부스(200)는 외부와 차단되어 외부의 열기와 한기가 내부로 유입되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 상기 냉난방장치(220)를 통하여 내부의 온도를 적절하게 유지하도록 함으로써, 외부의 환경이 혹서 또는 혹한의 환경이라도 부스(200)의 내부에 있는 사용자는 추위 및 더위에 영향을 받지 않고 편안한 상태로 휴식을 취할 수 있게 된다.
그리고, 상기 부스(200)의 상부에는 지붕(210)이 형성되고 상기 지붕(210)의 내측에는 공간부(212)가 형성되는데, 상기 공간부(212)에는 환기구(214)가 형성되어, 상기 냉난방장치(220)와 외부를 연결시키게 되어 내부의 탁한 공기를 외부로 배출하고, 외부의 신선한 공기를 내부로 공급할 수 있게 된다.
여기서, 상기 환기구(214)에는 필터(216)와 환기를 위한 환풍팬(218)이 구비되어 환기구(214)를 통하여 유입되는 공기에 포함된 미세먼지나 황사와 같은 이물질을 걸러주게 됨으로써, 부스(200)의 내부로 정화된 깨끗한 공기만을 공급하여 쾌적한 환경을 유지하게 된다.
한편, 상기 부스(200)의 내측에는 일측 상부에 CCTV(400)가 구비되어 부스(200) 내부를 실시간으로 촬영하여 내부에서 사용자에게 위험한 일이 발생하는 것을 방지하게 된다.
또한, 상기 부스(200)의 내측에는 타측 상부에 디지털 젝터(300)가 구비되는데, 상기 디지털 젝터(300)는 종래의 젝터와 달리 로고만을 출력하는 것이 아니라, 빔프로젝터와 유사하게 동영상까지 출력이 가능한 것으로서, 상기 디지털 젝터(300)는 부스(200)의 바닥면이나 벽면 등의 다양한 위치에 홍보 또는 광고를 위한 영상이나 이미지를 출력하게 된다.
여기서, 도 8 및 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 디지털 고로라이트(300)와 CCTV(400)의 후단에는 브라켓(340,440)이 구비되어 부스(200)의 내측 상부에 고정설치된다.
이때, 상기 디지털 젝터(300)와 CCTV(400)에는 통신모듈(310,410)이 구비되어 원격지에 위치하는 클라우드 시스템 방식으로 이루어지는 서버(500)와 연결되어 CCTV(300)에서 촬영한 영상을 저장하기도 하고, 디지털 젝터(300)를 통하여 출력할 영상을 전송받기도 한다.
즉, 상기 디지털 젝터(300)는 내부에 저장부(330)가 구비되어 있어, 상기 서버(500)로부터 전송받은 이미지나 영상을 저장하여, 서버(500)에서 설정한 데로 부스(200)의 바닥에 출력하게 됨으로써, 더위나 추위를 피해 부스(200)에 들어온 사용자가 홍보 또는 광고 영상을 시청하도록 하여 홍보 또는 광고 효과를 높이게 된다.
이때, 상기 디지털 젝터(300)에는 초음파 또는 적외선 등으로 이루어지는 물체 감지센서(미도시)가 구비되어 부스(200)의 내부에 사용자가 위치할 경우에만 영상 또는 이미지를 출력하도록 하여 전력의 낭비를 방지하게 된다.
한편, 본 발명의 안전 쉼터는 깊은 산속이나 오지에 설치될 수도 있는데, 이럴 경우에는 서버(500)와 통신으로 연결되기 어려워, 디지털 젝터(300)에는 근거리 무선 통신모듈(320)을 더 구비하여 관리자가 직접 단말기(600)를 통하여 출력할 영상 및 이미지를 업데이트하게 된다.
즉, 상기 디지털 젝터(300)는 부스(200)의 상부에 위치하기 때문에 사용자가 USB 등을 직접 연결하여 업데이트 하기가 어렵기 때문에 단말기(600)에 구비되는 블루투스와 같은 근거리 무선통신장치를 이용하여 디지털 젝터(300)의 근거리 무선 통신모듈(320)과 연결하여 영상 또는 이미지를 업데이트 하게 된다.
이때, 상기 단말기(600)를 통하여 직접 디지털 젝터(300)의 기능을 설정하거나 제어할 수 있는데, 상기 디지털 젝터(300)는 제어 및 설정을 위한 상태 화면을 부스(200)의 바닥면으로 출력하게 된다.
따라서, 관리자는 현재 디지털 젝터(300)의 상태를 눈으로 보면서 확인할 수 있어, 안정적으로 설정 및 제어할 수 있게 된다.
그리고, 본 발명의 다른 실시 예로 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 부스(200)의 상면에는 태양광 패널(230)이 더 구비되는데, 상기 태양광 패널(230)을 통하여 생성된 전기는 별도로 구비되는 배터리(미도시)에 저장되어, 상기 디지털 젝터(300), CCTV(400)나 조명등(미도시) 등을 위한 전원으로 사용하여 에너지를 절약할 수 있게 된다.
또한, 본 발명의 부스(200)는 도면에 이동가능하게 형성되어, 물론 보행길, 횡단보도, 건널목, 버스 및 택시 승강장, 옥상 휴계실 등 장소에 구애됨이 없이 설치하여 사용할 수 있게 된다.
이상에서 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 권리범위는 이에 한정되지 않으며, 본 발명의 실시 예와 실질적으로 균등한 범위에 있는 것까지 본 발명의 권리 범위가 미치는 것으로 본 발명의 정신을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 당해 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 다양한 변형 실시가 가능한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 야외에 설치되는 부스와,
    상기 부스의 내부에 구비되어 내부의 온도를 조절하는 냉난방장치를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 쉼터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 부스의 상부에 형성되는 지붕에는 상기 냉난방장치와 외부를 연결하는 환기구가 형성되고,
    상기 환기구에는 이물질을 걸러주는 필터와 환풍팬이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 쉼터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 부스의 내측 상부에는 디지털 젝터가 구비되며,
    상기 디지털 젝터는 부스의 바닥면 또는 벽면에 홍보 또는 광고 영상을 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 쉼터.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 디지털 젝터는 원격지의 서버와 통신망을 통하여 연결되어 홍보 또는 광고 영상을 업데이트받는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 쉼터.
  5. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 디지털 젝터에는 근거리 무선 통신모듈이 구비되어,
    단말기와 무선통신으로 연결되어 홍보 또는 광고 영상을 업데이트 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 쉼터.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 디지털 젝터는 상기 단말기에 의해 제어되되,
    상기 디지털 젝터는 제어를 위한 제어 및 상태 화면을 부스의 바닥면에 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 쉼터.
  7. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 부스의 상면에는 태양광 패널이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 쉼터.
