一种进风面板、空调室内机和空调器
本申请要求于2018年10月26日提交至中国国家知识产权局、申请号为201811259984.X、发明名称为“一种进风面板、空调室内机和空调器”的专利申请的优先权。
技术领域
本申请属于空调技术领域,具体涉及一种进风面板、空调室内机和空调器。
背景技术
现有技术中的空调器室内机中进风控制板两端的固定通常是用使用固定柱和固定槽,中间部位无支撑,导致容易发生脱落或扭曲变形,不能形成牢固的固定作用,结构维修不方便,而且装配时无法解放双手,可靠性差。并且进风口大小和空调进风量大小无法调整、过滤网上有灰尘等杂物后影响进风量,并且空调进风口影响空调外观等问题。
由于现有技术中的空调器室内机中进风面板中间部位无支撑导致其维修不方便,装配时无法解放双手,可靠性差;进风口大小和空调进风量大小无法调整等技术问题,因此本申请研究设计出一种进风面板、空调室内机和空调器。
发明内容
因此,本申请要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中的的空调器室内机存在进风面板与面板本体连接之后中部位置发生变形脱落,维修不方便的缺陷,从而提供一种进风面板、空调室内机和空调器。
本申请提供一种进风面板,其包括:
面板本体;
设置在所述面板本体上、沿长度方向靠近所述面板本体一端的第一卡接结构;
设置在所述面板本体上、沿长度方向靠近所述面板本体另一端的第二卡接 结构;
设置在所述面板本体上、沿长度方向位于所述第一卡接结构和所述第二卡接结构之间的第三卡接结构,所述第一卡接结构、所述第二卡接结构和所述第三卡接结构均能够与空调的面板体之间卡合连接。
优选地,
所述面板本体包括第一长边和第二长边,以及第一宽边和第二宽边;
所述第一卡接结构靠近所述第一长边且靠近所述第一宽边而设置;所述第二卡接结构靠近所述第一长边且靠近所述第二宽边而设置;所述第三卡接结构设置于靠近所述第一长边、且位于所述第一卡接结构和所述第二卡接结构之间的位置。

本申请提供的一种进风面板、空调室内机和空调器具有如下有益效果:
1.本申请通过在进风面板的两侧的卡接结构中间再增设第三卡接结构的方式,相对于现有技术中的两侧卡接的方式能够有效增大中间部位的支撑,使得进风面板与面板体之间能够牢固地支撑,防止出现连接之后中部位置发生变形等情况,更防止了进风面板从面板体上脱落的现象,进风面板维修更为方便,在维修和装配时无需一直手扶着该进风面板,能够有效地解放双手,提高安装 和维修的便利性和可靠性;
2.本申请还通过在进风面板上设置转动机构优选齿轮的结构形式,从而有效地使得进风面板的第二长边能够绕着第一长边进行转动,进而使得空调室内机在进风时能够打开该进风面板,从而增大进风量,还可以通过该进风面板充当窗帘防吸板,增强空调室内机的可靠性,不用再增设窗帘防吸板,使得结构紧凑简单;
3.本申请还通过在底盘和/或顶盖上设置的第一凸柱和/或第二凸柱,使其能够插入第一齿轮和/或第二齿轮中,从而结合面板体与面板之间的卡接的初步定位卡扣连接方式,有效地增设了二次定位结构的形式,使得通过第一凸柱和/或第二凸柱能够对进风面板进行固定作用,使得进风面板在被固定的同时还能使得第二长边绕着第一长边进行转动,增强对进风面板的定位,实现进风量增大的有益效果和防窗帘吸到进风口的有益效果。

面板本体10,还包括设置在所述面板本体10上、沿长度方向靠近所述面板本体10一端的第一卡接结构21(该一端即图1中所示的第一宽边13);还包括设置在所述面板本体10上、沿长度方向靠近所述面板本体10另一端的第二卡接结构22(该另一端即图1中所示的第二宽边14);
还包括设置在所述面板本体10上、沿长度方向位于所述第一卡接结构21和所述第二卡接结构22之间的第三卡接结构23,所述第一卡接结构21、所述第二卡接结构22和所述第三卡接结构23均能够与空调的面板体4之间卡合连接(第一、第二和第三卡接结构设置在面板本体的一侧面上,该侧面与面板体相对)。

所述第一凸柱51的自由端具有第一限位结构52,且所述面板体4上设置有与所述第一限位结构52的形状相匹配的第一限位孔46、以能够容纳所述第一限位结构52插入的第一限位孔46中,以限制所述第一凸柱51转动。
通过第一凸柱自由端设置的第一限位结构、并且配合面板体上的第一限位孔,能够使得二者之间配合相接,以限制第一凸柱转动,从而使得形成第一齿轮转动的第一凸柱被固定住,不会发生转动,同时将底盘有效地固定在面板体上。

所述面板体4上还设置有能够对所述第二凸柱61进行承托的第二托台49。优选为圆弧形托台,这是本申请的进一步优选结构形式,通过设置第二托台能够对第二凸柱形成有效的结构支撑作用,提高对底盘的支撑作用。
本申请还提供一种空调器,其包括前任一项所述的空调室内机。通过在进风面板的两侧的卡接结构中间再增设第三卡接结构的方式,相对于现有技术中 的两侧卡接的方式能够有效增大中间部位的支撑,使得进风面板与面板体之间能够牢固地支撑,防止出现连接之后中部位置发生变形等情况,更防止了进风面板从面板体上脱落的现象,进风面板维修更为方便,在维修和装配时无需一直手扶着该进风面板,能够有效地解放双手,提高安装和维修的便利性和可靠性。
本申请是用于立式悬角式可颠倒180°安装的空调,该进风面板不仅可以提高空调的风量,还充当窗帘防吸板。该发明可以提高进风面板安装的便利性、可靠性和可维修性。
而本申请结构优选针对180°可颠倒安装的空调结构,但是如果采用两端采用固定住和固定槽、中间无支撑的方案,无法满足180°颠倒安装的空调结构,因此本申请是设计一种可以有效解决颠倒180°安装空调结构的进风面板安装和维修。
本申请的技术手段是设计初步定位卡扣和二次定位卡扣。即在安装时通过初步定位卡扣实现进风面板的初步定位,然后再通过二次定位结构确保180°上下颠倒后进风面板转动不会干涉。有益的效果是能够满足上下颠倒180°安装空调,同时能够提高安装的便利性、可靠性和方便维修。
图1为进风面板1的零件示意图。从图中可以看出,进风面板1除了进风格栅,同时在上下两端各设计了齿轮结构和上下两端的卡扣和中部的卡扣结构。齿轮结构在保证强度和齿轮转动齿数的前提下,尽可能的靠近进风面板1的边缘,这样可使旋转打开过程中边缘的轨迹线尽可能小,同时齿轮结构和卡扣的中心在同一条直线上。
图2a-2c和图3为面板体4的零件示意图,从图中可以看出,面板体4的两端各有一个旋转支点,在旋转支点附件各设有缺口(第一容置槽44和第二容置槽45)、异形口(第一限位孔46和第二限位孔48)和圆形托盘(第一托台47和第二托台49),中间部位设有一个中旋转支点,而且旋转支点和中旋转支点的圆心在同一条直线上。
图4和图5a-5d为生产过程装配示意图。从图4可以看出,当面板体4固定好后,装配工拿着进风面板1从上往下装配,进风面板1两端的的齿轮结构先进入面板体4两端的缺口中,然后卡扣和旋转支点和中旋转支点接触后,同时在进风面板1卡扣位置进行拍动,即可以使卡扣与旋转支点和中旋转支点配 合,实现进风面板1与面板体的初步定位,方便安装。由于本申请的空调优选为可颠倒180°安装的悬角式空调,当售后维修的时候,顶盖6和底盘5拆除后,卡扣和旋转支点、中旋转支点仍然是配合的,维修人员可以松开双手进行维修,无需手扶进风面板1,方便维修也不会脱落,可靠性高。同时为保证颠倒180°后安装,中旋转支点与卡扣的配合间隙要小于旋转支点与卡扣的配合间隙。
当进风面板1与面板体4初步定位完成后,可以安装顶盖6和底盘5,使进风面板1可以完全被其他运动结构驱动。从图6a-8b可以看出。当进风面板1初步定位后,把顶盖6和底盘5放在其两侧,确保顶销(第二凸柱61)和底销(第一凸柱51)先位于面板体4的圆形托盘处,然后继续往前装配,把顶销和底销穿过齿轮结构中间的圆形缺口,最终使顶销和底销尾部的异形结构进入异形口处,形成完成配合后即完成装配。其中顶销和底销尾部的异形结构和异形口的形状必须相配合,异形口的形状可以为十字形、三角形、四边形等形状。完成装配定位后,进风面板1即可以被驱动装置驱动,实现转动打开提高风量和充当窗帘防吸板的效果。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种进风面板,其特征在于:包括:
    面板本体(10);
    设置在所述面板本体(10)上、沿长度方向靠近所述面板本体(10)一端的第一卡接结构(21);;
    设置在所述面板本体(10)上、沿长度方向靠近所述面板本体(10)另一端的第二卡接结构(22);
    设置在所述面板本体(10)上、沿长度方向位于所述第一卡接结构(21)和所述第二卡接结构(22)之间的第三卡接结构(23),所述第一卡接结构(21)、所述第二卡接结构(22)和所述第三卡接结构(23)均能够与空调的面板体(4)之间卡合连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的进风面板,其特征在于:
    所述面板本体(10)包括第一长边(11)和第二长边(12),以及第一宽边(13)和第二宽边(14);
    所述第一卡接结构(21)靠近所述第一长边(11)且靠近所述第一宽边(13)而设置;所述第二卡接结构(22)靠近所述第一长边(11)且靠近所述第二宽边(14)而设置;所述第三卡接结构(23)设置于靠近所述第一长边(11)、且位于所述第一卡接结构(21)和所述第二卡接结构(22)之间的位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的进风面板,其特征在于:
    还包括转动机构(3),通过所述转动机构(3)使得所述面板本体(10)的所述第二长边(12)能够绕着所述第一长边(11)进行转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的进风面板,其特征在于:
    所述转动机构(3)包括设置于所述面板本体(10)上的、且靠近所述第一长边(11)设置的第一齿轮(31),所述第一齿轮(31)具有能够被第一转轴穿过而绕着第一转轴转动的第一齿轮孔(311)、以及能够被驱动机构带动转动的第一齿(312);
    以及设置于所述面板本体(10)上的、且也靠近所述第二长边(12)设置的第二齿轮(32),所述第二齿轮(32)具有能够被第二转轴穿过而绕着第二转轴转动的第二齿轮孔(321)、以及能够被驱动机构带动转动的第二齿(322);
    所述第一齿轮(31)相对于所述第二齿轮(32)靠近所述第一宽边(13)设置、所述第二齿轮(32)相对于所述第一齿轮(31)靠近所述第二宽边(14)设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的进风面板,其特征在于:
    所述第一齿轮(31)固定设置于所述第一卡接结构(21)和所述第一宽边(13)之间的位置,所述第二齿轮(32)固定设置于所述第二卡接结构(22)和所述第二宽边(14)之间的位置。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的进风面板,其特征在于:
    当所述第一卡接结构(21)包括设置在所述面板本体(10)上的第一卡扣,所述第二卡接结构(22)包括设置在所述面板本体(10)上的第二卡扣时:
    所述第一齿轮(31)和所述第一卡扣的中心线均位于同一条直线上;或者
    所述第二齿轮(32)和所述第二卡扣的中心线均位于同一条直线上;或者
    所述第一齿轮(31)和所述第一卡扣的中心线均位于同一条直线上,且所述第二齿轮(32)和所述第二卡扣的中心线均位于同一条直线上。
  7. 一种空调室内机,其特征在于:包括面板体(4)和权利要求1-6中任一项所述的进风面板(1),所述进风面板(1)通过第一卡接结构(21)、第二卡接结构(22)和第三卡接结构(23)与面板体(4)之间卡合连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:
    当所述第一卡接结构(21)包括设置在所述进风面板(1)上的第一卡扣,所述第二卡接结构(22)包括设置在所述进风面板(1)上的第二卡扣,所述第三卡接结构(23)包括设置在所述进风面板(1)上的第三卡扣时:
    所述面板体(4)上设置有与所述第一卡扣对应且配合相接的第一卡柱(41),与所述第二卡扣对应且配合相接的第二卡柱(42)和与所述第三卡扣对应且配合相接的第三卡柱(43)。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:
    当进风面板(1)还包括第一齿轮(31)和第二齿轮(32)时:
    在所述面板体(4)上与所述第一齿轮(31)相对应的位置还设置有能够容置所述第一齿轮(31)的第一容置槽(44),在所述面板体(4)上与所述第二齿轮(32)相对应的位置还设置有能够容置所述第二齿轮(32)的第二容置槽(45)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:
    所述面板体(4)内部还设置有能够与所述第一齿轮(31)和所述第二齿轮(32)啮合并驱动传动所述第一齿轮(31)和所述第二齿轮(32)转动、进而带动所述进风面板(1)转动的驱动传动机构;或者
    所述面板体(4)内部还设置有能够与所述第一齿轮(31)或所述第二齿轮(32)啮合并驱动传动所述第一齿轮(31)或所述第二齿轮(32)转动、进而带动所述进风面板(1)转动的驱动传动机构。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:
    当所述进风面板(1)还包括第一齿轮(31)和第一齿轮孔(311)时:
    所述空调室内机还包括底盘(5),所述底盘(5)能够扣合设置于所述面板体(4)的轴向一侧端面位置,且所述底盘(5)上设置有朝着所述面板体(4)的方向凸出的第一凸柱(51),所述第一凸柱(51)能够插设于所述第一齿轮(31)的第一齿轮孔(311)中,使得所述第一凸柱(51)形成为所述第一齿轮(31)围绕转动的第一转轴。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:
    所述第一凸柱(51)的自由端具有第一限位结构(52),且所述面板体(4)上设置有与所述第一限位结构(52)的形状相匹配的第一限位孔(46)、以能够容纳所述第一限位结构(52)插入的第一限位孔(46)中,以限制所述第一凸柱(51)转动。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:
    所述第一限位结构(52)的横截面形状为十字形、三角形或四边形,所述第一限位孔(46)的横截面形状也为十字形、三角形或四边形。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:
    所述面板体(4)上还设置有能够对所述第一凸柱(51)进行承托的第一托台(47)。
  15. 根据权利要求7所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:
    当所述进风面板(1)还包括第二齿轮(32)和第二齿轮孔(321)时:
    所述空调室内机还包括顶盖(6),所述顶盖(6)能够扣合设置于所述面板体(4)的轴向另一侧的端面位置,且所述顶盖(6)上设置有朝着所述面板体(4)的方向凸出的第二凸柱(61),所述第二凸柱(61)能够插设于所述 第二齿轮(32)的第二齿轮孔(321)中,使得所述第二凸柱(61)形成为所述第二齿轮(32)转动的第二转轴。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:
    所述第二凸柱(61)的自由端还具有第二限位结构(62),且所述面板体(4)上设置有与所述第二限位结构(62)的形状相匹配的第二限位孔(48)、以能够容纳所述第二限位结构(62)插入所述第二限位孔(48)中,以限制所述第二凸柱(61)转动。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:
    所述第二限位结构(62)的形状为十字形、三角形或四边形,所述第二限位孔(48)的形状也为十字形、三角形或四边形。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:
    所述面板体(4)上还设置有能够对所述第二凸柱(61)进行承托的第二托台(49)。
  19. 一种空调器,其特征在于:包括权利要求7-18中任一项所述的空调室内机。
