本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种显示面板及显示装置。
液晶显示面板由阵列基板和彩膜基板组成,结合图1和2;其中阵列基板的显示区内设置有数据线11(Data
line)、扫描线12(Gate
line)、公共电极线13(Com
line)、TFT以及像素电极;其中扫描线12和公共电极线13位同一膜层,数据线11位于另一膜层,像素电极位于又一膜层。
现有的公共电极线13包括外围的主干131和位于主干131内侧的分支132,分支132沿水平方向排列,且与左右两边外围主干131相连接;分支132与扫描线12不重叠。
由于分支132和扫描线12由同一金属层进行显影蚀刻形成,也即分支由不透光的金属材料制成,从而降低了开口率。
本发明的目的在于提供一种显示面板及显示装置,能够提高开口率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种显示面板,其包括:
多条数据线、多条扫描线以及公共电极,所述公共电极包括两个相对置的主干部和多个分支部;所述主干部与所述分支部位于不同层,所述分支部的位置与所述数据线的位置对应,其中每个所述主干部通过过孔与所述分支部电性连接,所述主干部沿第一方向排布,所述分支部沿第二方向排布,所述第一方向与所述第二方向相垂直。
在本发明的显示面板中,所述显示面板还包括像素电极;

如图3和4所示,本发明的显示面板可以为液晶显示面板,其包括:多条数据线11、多条扫描线12、像素电极(图中未出)以及公共电极21。
其中所述扫描线12位于第一金属层,所述扫描线12是通过对第一金属层进行图案化处理得到的。所述数据线11位于第二金属层,所述数据线12是通过对第二金属层进行图案化处理得到的。
所述公共电极21包括两个主干部211和多个分支部212。两个主干部211相对置,所述主干部211与所述分支部212位于不同层,所述分支部212的位置与所述数据线11的位置对应,其中两个所述主干部211均与所述分支部212电性连接。其中两个所述主干部211分别位于显示面板的上边缘和下边缘。两个主干部211之间平行设置。
其中多个所述分支部212之间相互平行,且多个分支部212位于两个所述主干部211所限定的区域内。也即分支部212位于所述主干部211的内侧。
其中所述主干部211沿第一方向排布,所述分支部212沿第二方向排布,所述第一方向与所述第二方向相垂直。比如所述主干部211沿水平方向排,所述分支部212沿竖直方向排布。
两个所述主干部211均通过过孔23与所述分支部212电性连接。例如,该分支部的材料比如为ITO,在涂布分支部的ITO层时,一并在过孔23内填充有ITO,使得主干部211与分支部212电性连接。
在一实施方式中,所述过孔23的位置与所述分支部212的端部的位置对应,使得分支部212的两个端部与主干部211电性连接。
为了减少制孔的工序,所述过孔23的位置与静电保护孔的位置对应,所述静电保护孔用于对所述数据线进行静电保护,比如将数据线上的静电通过静电保护孔释放掉。所述静电保护孔的位置与所述数据线的端部的位置对应。可以理解的,此时在该过孔内与数据线所在金属层对应的部分还设置有绝缘层,以防止分支部与数据线电性连接。
所述分支部212用于对所述显示面板中的异常点进行修复,此时所述分支部212与对应子像素的像素电极之间电性连接。比如,当显示面板出现异常点时,分别切断对应子像素的薄膜晶体管的源极和漏极,将该子像素的像素电极与分支部连接,使得该子像素的亮度变暗,由于人眼对暗点的明感度较低,从而提高了显示效果。
在一实施例中,为了简化制程工艺,降低生产成本,所述主干部211与所述扫描线12位于同一层,所述分支部212与所述像素电极位于同一层。也即所述主干部211与所述扫描线12均是通过对第一金属层进行图案化处理得到的,所述分支部212与所述像素电极均是通过对透明导电层进行图案化处理得到的。此时所述分支部212与像素电极之间间隔设置,也即两者彼此绝缘。
在另一实施例中,为了简化制程工艺,降低生产成本,所述主干部211与所述数据线11位于同一层,所述分支部212与所述像素电极位于同一层。也即所述主干部211与所述数据线11是对第二金属层进行图案化处理得到的,所述分支部212与所述像素电极是对透明导电层进行图案化处理得到的。此时所述分支部212与像素电极之间间隔设置,也即两者彼此绝缘。当然,可以理解的,分支部的设置方式不限于以上方式,比如为了降低开口率,还可以设置第三金属层,通过对第三金属层进行图案化处理,得到分支部。也即此时分支部与数据线、扫描线以及像素电极均不同层。

本发明还提供一种显示装置,其包括显示面板,如图3和4所示,本发明的显示面板包括:多条数据线11、多条扫描线12、像素电极(图中未出)以及公共电极21。
其中所述扫描线12位于第一金属层,所述扫描线12是通过对第一金属层进行图案化处理得到的。所述数据线11位于第二金属层,所述数据线12是通过对第二金属层进行图案化处理得到的。

两个所述主干部211均通过过孔23与所述分支部212电性连接。例如,该分支部的材料比如为ITO,在涂布分支部的ITO层时,一并在过孔23内填充有ITO,使得主干部211与分支部212电性连接。
在一实施方式中,所述过孔23的位置与所述分支部212的端部的位置对应,使得分支部212的两个端部与主干部211电性连接。
为了减少制孔的工序,所述过孔23的位置与静电保护孔的位置对应,所述静电保护孔用于对所述数据线进行静电保护,比如将数据线上的静电通过静电保护孔释放掉。所述静电保护孔的位置与所述数据线的端部的位置对应。可以理解的,此时在该过孔内与数据线所在金属层对应的部分还设置有绝缘层,以防止分支部与数据线电性连接。
所述分支部212用于对所述显示面板中的异常点进行修复,此时所述分支部212与对应子像素的像素电极之间电性连接。比如,当显示面板出现异常点时,分别切断对应子像素的薄膜晶体管的源极和漏极,将该子像素的像素电极与分支部连接,使得该子像素的亮度变暗,由于人眼对暗点的明感度较低,从而提高了显示效果。
在一实施例中,为了简化制程工艺,降低生产成本,所述主干部211与所述扫描线12位于同一层,所述分支部212与所述像素电极位于同一层。也即所述主干部211与所述扫描线12均是通过对第一金属层进行图案化处理得到的,所述分支部212与所述像素电极均是通过对透明导电层进行图案化处理得到的。此时所述分支部212与像素电极之间间隔设置,也即两者彼此绝缘。
在另一实施例中,为了简化制程工艺,降低生产成本,所述主干部211与所述数据线11位于同一层,所述分支部212与所述像素电极位于同一层。也即所述主干部211与所述数据线11是对第二金属层进行图案化处理得到的,所述分支部212与所述像素电极是对透明导电层进行图案化处理得到的。此时所述分支部212与像素电极之间间隔设置,也即两者彼此绝缘。当然,可以理解的,分支部的设置方式不限于以上方式,比如为了降低开口率,还可以设置第三金属层,通过对第三金属层进行图案化处理,得到分支部。
其中所述主干部211的材料为金属材料,所述分支部212的材料为氧化铟锡。
本发明的显示面板及显示装置,通过将主干部与分支部设置在不同的层,且将分支部的位置与数据线的位置对应,从而避免分支部遮挡显示区域的光线,提高了开口率。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。
Claims (20)
- 一种显示面板,其包括:多条数据线、多条扫描线以及公共电极,所述公共电极包括两个相对置的主干部和多个分支部;所述主干部与所述分支部位于不同层,所述分支部的位置与所述数据线的位置对应,其中每个所述主干部通过过孔与所述分支部电性连接,所述主干部沿第一方向排布,所述分支部沿第二方向排布,所述第一方向与所述第二方向相垂直。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中所述显示面板还包括像素电极;所述主干部与所述扫描线位于同一层,所述分支部与所述像素电极位于同一层。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中所述过孔的位置与所述分支部的端部的位置对应。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示面板,其中所述过孔的位置与静电保护孔的位置对应,所述静电保护孔用于对所述数据线进行静电保护,所述静电保护孔的位置与所述数据线的端部的位置对应。
- 根据权利要求4所述的显示面板,其中两个所述主干部分别位于显示面板的上边缘和下边缘,多个所述分支部位于两个所述主干部所限定的区域内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中所述显示面板还包括像素电极,所述主干部与所述数据线位于同一层,所述分支部与所述像素电极位于同一层。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中所述主干部的材料为金属材料,所述分支部的材料为氧化铟锡。
- 一种显示面板,其包括:多条数据线、多条扫描线以及公共电极,所述公共电极包括两个相对置的主干部和多个分支部;所述主干部与所述分支部位于不同层,所述分支部的位置与所述数据线的位置对应,其中每个所述主干部与所述分支部电性连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的显示面板,其中所述显示面板还包括像素电极;所述主干部与所述扫描线位于同一层,所述分支部与所述像素电极位于同一层。
- 根据权利要求8所述的显示面板,其中所述主干部通过过孔与所述分支部电性连接。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示面板,其中所述过孔的位置与所述分支部的端部的位置对应。
- 根据权利要求11所述的显示面板,其中所述过孔的位置与静电保护孔的位置对应,所述静电保护孔用于对所述数据线进行静电保护,所述静电保护孔的位置与所述数据线的端部的位置对应。
- 根据权利要求12所述的显示面板,其中两个所述主干部分别位于显示面板的上边缘和下边缘,多个所述分支部位于两个所述主干部所限定的区域内。
- 根据权利要求8所述的显示面板,其中所述主干部沿第一方向排布,所述分支部沿第二方向排布,所述第一方向与所述第二方向相垂直。
- 根据权利要求8所述的显示面板,其中所述显示面板还包括像素电极,所述主干部与所述数据线位于同一层,所述分支部与所述像素电极位于同一层。
- 根据权利要求8所述的显示面板,其中所述主干部的材料为金属材料,所述分支部的材料为氧化铟锡。
- 一种显示装置,其包括显示面板,其包括多条数据线、多条扫描线以及公共电极,所述公共电极包括两个相对置的主干部和多个分支部;所述主干部与所述分支部位于不同层,所述分支部的位置与所述数据线的位置对应,其中每个所述主干部与所述分支部电性连接。
- 根据权利要求17所述的显示装置,其中所述显示面板还包括像素电极;所述主干部与所述扫描线位于同一层,所述分支部与所述像素电极位于同一层。
- 根据权利要求17所述的显示装置,其中所述主干部通过过孔与所述分支部电性连接。
- 根据权利要求17所述的显示装置,其中所述显示面板还包括像素电极,所述主干部与所述数据线位于同一层,所述分支部与所述像素电极位于同一层。
