具体的,整个工作流程如下:
首先,推头12、转膜头20都在收缩位,如图1所示。
在具体实施时,整个电路必然要利用现有技术中的各种传感器件及控制电路来控制各个气缸的具体工作时间的参数。
此时,有颜料瓶33输送至转膜头正下方,即推头12的正前方。双向气缸10开始工作,推头12向前行至前进位,即转膜头20正下方、颜料瓶33的瓶口上方,如图2所示。在推头12前进过程中,同时带动放卷辊3上的封口膜2向前输送,由于输送对辊8的作用,不会将废弃的封口膜2从收卷辊9这一端扯回来。
紧接着,滑台气缸15开始工作,滑台16向下伸出至前进位,转膜头20正好紧贴推头12的上表面上的封口膜2并提取封口膜片。
实际操作中,为了防止推头12上的封口膜2移动,在双向气缸10的上方设有压紧气缸31,压紧气缸31此时向下伸出活塞杆并通过活塞杆的头部压住封口膜2。而为了防止双向气缸10的表面不平整,可以在双向气缸10的上表面设置表面光滑平整的平板32,保护封口 膜2。
当转膜头20完成封口膜片的提取后,推头12收缩至收缩位,转向辊13同步移动至前进位,即向后伸出,将因推头12收缩而松弛的封口膜2向后推送,拉紧。此时压紧气缸31保持前进位,将封口膜2压紧在双向气缸10上,防止转向辊13在向后推动时从放卷辊3拉出封口膜2。
待推头12在到达收缩位后,滑台16保持前进位,单向气缸18开始工作,活塞杆三19向下伸出,将转膜头20送至颜料瓶33的瓶口,进行封口作业,如图3所示。

Claims (8)

  1. 颜料瓶封口膜收放卷装置,其特征在于:包括竖直面板、固定在竖直面板上的按封口膜输送方向依次设有轴心线互相平行的放膜辊、导向辊一、导向辊二、导向辊三、导向辊四、输送对辊和收卷辊,还包括封口膜的推送装置和转移装置;
    所述导向辊一、导向辊二和导向辊三呈“7”形分布,所述导向辊四设于导向辊三的后方,导向辊四和导向辊三的轴心线在同一水平面;所述推送装置设于导向辊三和导向辊四的下方,封口膜依次通过导向辊三、推送装置的前端、推送装置的后端和导向辊四,封口膜经导向辊四转向后送入输送对辊;
    所述输送对辊设于导向辊四的上方,所述收卷辊设于输送对辊的上方;
    所述封口膜的转移装置设于推送装置前方的竖直面板边缘。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的颜料瓶封口膜收放卷装置,其特征在于:所述推送装置为一个水平放置的双向气缸,双向气缸的活塞杆一在水平直线方向上往返运动,活塞杆一的轴心线与竖直面板的表面平行;在活塞杆一前端为可伸至转移装置正下方的推头,所述推头的上表面光滑且俯视投影为矩形,后端为转向辊,所述转向辊的轴心线与导向辊四的轴心线平行。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的颜料瓶封口膜收放卷装置,其特征在于:所述推头的底部至少在前后两端分别设有过渡辊,位于后端的过渡辊的底部所在水平面的高度小于双向气缸的底部所在水平面的高 度。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的颜料瓶封口膜收放卷装置,其特征在于:所述转向辊的底部所在水平面的高度小于双向气缸的底部所在水平面的高度。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的颜料瓶封口膜收放卷装置,其特征在于:所述转移装置包括竖直固定在竖直面板边缘的滑台气缸,滑台气缸的滑台通过滑台气缸的活塞杆二在竖直方向上作上下往返运动,在滑台的前面还固定有单向气缸,所述单向气缸的活塞杆三竖直向下往返运动,在活塞杆三的底端设有转膜头。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的颜料瓶封口膜收放卷装置,其特征在于:还包括电机,所述电机固定在竖直面板前表面的中部,电机的输出轴从竖直面板前表面垂直穿入并从竖直面板的后表面穿出,在输出轴的前端设有主动轮,输送对辊的其中一个辊轴从竖直面板的后表面穿出并设有从动轮,主动轮和从动轮通过同步带传动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的颜料瓶封口膜收放卷装置,其特征在于:所述从动轮的外侧还并列设有同轴转动的主动摩擦轮,所述收卷辊的辊轴从竖直面板的后表面穿出并设有从动摩擦轮,主动摩擦轮和从动摩擦轮通过圆形皮带传动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的颜料瓶封口膜收放卷装置,其特征在于:所述放膜辊通过支架竖直固定在竖直面板的上方。
