现代社会生活节奏快，工作压力大，很多人身体处于亚健康状态。亚健康人最容易患的就是肠胃不适、便秘、肥胖、失眠、三高、心脑血管病和免疫力低下。便秘是临床常见的复杂症状，通常表现为：便意少，便次也少；排便艰难、费力；排便不畅；大便干结、硬便，排便不净感。长期便秘可伴腹胀，腹痛，大便带血等症状，容易诱发心、脑血管疾病的发作、诱发严重痔疮、肛裂、脱肛等疾病。在日常生活中服用药物自然是减轻症状的一种方式，目前治疗便秘的药物种类繁多。但是药物多数情况下有依赖性和副作用，长期服用对身体无益。因此，中药茶养生及治疗相关疾病被人们日益重视，养生茶也愈来愈成为亚健康人群首选的养生调理保健品。目前，中国的养生茶处于起步阶段，所占市场份额较小，虽然市场发展空间很大，但市场发展需要一个过程。养生茶的质量存在良莠不齐的现象，产品功能、功效达不到要求，以次充好大行其道。
本发明实施例提供了一种通便保健组合物及其制备方法、通便保健茶、通便保健口服液、通便保健片剂，旨在解决现有的现有保健茶产品功能不明确、功效达不到要求的问题。

具体的，上述步骤E01中，所述原料甘草、小麦、大枣、远志和酸枣仁应当选择较好物种，并经精选去除残次劣品。将所述甘草、小麦、大枣、远志和酸枣仁除去杂质，以避免引入的杂质影响通便保健组合物的质量，特别是影响其功效。
述步骤E02中，将所述甘草、小麦、大枣、远志、酸枣仁切割或裁剪或粉碎成颗粒状，为了在后续使用中能够更好的发挥其作用。所述切割或裁剪或粉碎，应使得颗粒尽可能的小。具体的，所述颗粒状的粒度为50~200目（74nm~335nm）。
述步骤E03中，按照本发明所述的通便保健组合物称取所述处理原料，将所述处理原料混合均匀，杀菌处理后，直接压制成片，获得通便保健片.
进一步的，在一些实施例中，按2g-6g每片的规格将混合原料压制成片，包装处理，制备通便保健片。
作为一种实施方式，一种通便保健片的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
D01.按照本发明所述的通便保健组合物称取甘草、小麦、大枣、远志、酸枣仁，将个原料组分混合均匀，加入130~170份水，浸泡15-60
min，将浸泡液煎煮20-40min使煎煮液浓缩至60~80份，过滤处理，分别得到滤渣A和滤液A；
D02.向所述滤渣A中继续加入130~170份水，将浸泡液煎煮20-40min使煎煮液浓缩至60~80份，过滤处理，收集滤液B；
D03.将滤液A与滤液B混合均匀，得到通便保健口服液。
具体的，上述步骤D01中，所述原料甘草、小麦、大枣、远志和酸枣仁应当选择较好物种，并经精选去除残次劣品。将所述甘草、小麦、大枣、远志和酸枣仁除去杂质，以避免引入的杂质影响通便保健组合物的质量，特别是影响其功效。优选的，在浸泡处理之前，将所述甘草、小麦、大枣、远志、酸枣仁切割或裁剪或粉碎成颗粒状，以方便在浸泡过程中更高效地提取甘草、小麦、大枣、远志、酸枣仁中的水溶性成分。所述切割或裁剪或粉碎，应使得颗粒尽可能的小。具体的，所述颗粒状的粒度为50~200目（74nm~335nm）
按照本发明所述的通便保健组合物称取所述处理原料，加入130~170份水进行浸泡15-60min，进一步的，浸泡15min，提取水溶性成分；将浸泡液煎煮20-40min，特别优选文火煎煮30min。将煎煮液进行固液分离，分别收集滤渣A和滤液A。
述步骤D02中，向所述滤渣A中继续加入130~170份水，再次浸泡15-60min，将浸泡液煎煮20-40min使煎煮液浓缩至60~80份，过滤处理，收集滤液B。进一步优选的，向所述滤渣A中继续加入130~170份水，再次浸泡15min后，将浸泡液文火煎煮30min使煎煮液浓缩至60~80份，过滤处理，收集滤液B。
通过控制两次浸泡处理的水量和浸泡时间，将所述甘草、小麦、大枣、远志、酸枣仁中的活性成分充分提取出来，从而赋予所述优异的通便保健功效。
述步骤D03中，将滤液A与滤液B混合均匀，得到通便保健口服液。
相应的，本发明实施例还提供了通便保健组合物的应用。具体的，
一种通便保健茶，所述通便保健口服液由本发明方法制备的通便保健组合物，按3g ~ 12g每包规格包装处理获得。通便保健茶可以作为日常饮品，服用简单、方便、快捷，满足现代人，尤其是年轻人的快节奏的生活，且可以提供更多的选择剂型及服用途径。
一种通便保健口服液，所述通便保健口服液由本发明方法制备得到的口服液分装获得。所述通便保健口服液服用简单、方便、快捷，满足现代人，尤其是年轻人的快节奏的生活，且可以提供更多的选择剂型及服用途径。
一种通便保健片，所述通便保健口服液由本发明所述通便保健片的制备方法按2g-6g每片的规格压制后包装出来获得。所述通便保健片制服用简单、方便、快捷，满足现代人，尤其是年轻人的快节奏的生活，且可以提供更多的选择剂型及服用途径。
下面结合具体实施例进行说明。
实施例1
一种通便保健茶，所述通便保健茶通过下述方法制备获得：
选取原料甘草、小麦、大枣、远志、酸枣仁；
分别将所述甘草、小麦、大枣、远志、酸枣仁切割或裁剪或粉碎成颗粒；
将经切割或裁剪或粉碎后的甘草1份、小麦4份、大枣 4份、远志 1.5 份，与酸枣仁0.5份混合后，进行杀菌处理，获得通便保健茶。
实施例 2
一种通便保健片，所述通便保健片通过下述方法制备获得：
选取原料甘草、小麦、大枣、远志、酸枣仁；
分别将所述甘草、小麦、大枣、远志、酸枣仁切割或裁剪或粉碎成颗粒；
将经切割或裁剪或粉碎后的甘草0.5份、小麦5份、大枣 3份、远志 1.0份，与酸枣仁1.5份混合后，进行杀菌处理，直接压片后，获得通便保健片。
实施例 3
一种通便保健茶，所述通便保健茶通过下述方法制备获得：
选取原料甘草、小麦、大枣、远志、酸枣仁；
分别将所述甘草、小麦、大枣、远志、酸枣仁切割或裁剪或粉碎成颗粒；
将经切割或裁剪或粉碎后的甘草1.5份、小麦3份、大枣5份、远志2份，与酸枣仁1.2份混合后，加入130份水，浸泡15min，文火进行煎煮30min；过滤得到滤液A和滤渣 A，得到65份滤液A。向滤渣A中继续加入130份水，文火进行煎煮30min；过滤得到65份滤液B；将滤液A与滤液B混合均匀，获得通便保健口服液。
实施例 4
选择30位便秘的成年人和老年人试用，每人每天饮用实施例1中所制备的通便保健茶 10g，连续饮用一个月，有 27人，排便的次数明显的增加，大便的干燥硬结程度也有明显的改善，其中的20人，原来3或4天才有排便的，经过饮用通便保健茶后，基本上1或2天都有排便，便秘情况明显改善，而且饮用后均无毒副作用。
实施例 5
选择20位睡眠不好、多梦的成年人和老年人试用，每人每天饮用实施例2中所制备的通便保健片剂12g，连续饮用一个月，有12人睡眠质量提高，而且饮用后均无毒副作用。
实施例6
选择 20 位工作压力大，亚健康的成年人试用，每人每天饮用实施例3中所制备的通便保健口服液130g，连续饮用半年，有 16 人反映身体状况有明显改善，精神与往常相比较好，而且饮用后均无毒副作用。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已，并不用以限制本发明，凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等，均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种通便保健组合物，其特征在于，由如下重量份数的下列组分组成：甘草 0.2~5份；小麦 1~10份；大枣 1~11份；远志 0.2~4份，酸枣仁 0.3~5份。
- 如权利要求1所述的通便保健组合物，其特征在于，由如下重量份数的下列组分组成：甘草 1~3份；小麦 4~7份；大枣 4~8份；远志 0.5~2份，酸枣仁 0.8~3份。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的通便保健组合物，其特征在于，所述甘草、小麦、大枣、远志、酸枣仁的粒度为50~200目。
- 一种通便保健茶的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：提供原料甘草、小麦、大枣、远志和酸枣仁；分别将所述甘草、小麦、大枣、远志、酸枣仁切割或裁剪或粉碎成50~200目的颗粒状，获得处理原料；按照权利要求1-2任一项所述的通便保健组合物的配方称取所述处理原料，将所述处理原料进行混合、杀菌处理，获得通便保健组合物。
- 如权利要求4所述的通便保健茶的制备方法，其特征在于，称取所述通便保健组合物，按3g ~ 12g每包的规格进行包装处理，制备通便保健茶。
- 一种通便保健片的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：提供原料甘草、小麦、大枣、远志和酸枣仁；分别将所述甘草、小麦、大枣、远志、酸枣仁切割或裁剪或粉碎成50~200目的颗粒状，获得处理原料；按照权利要求1-2任一项所述的通便保健组合物称取所述处理原料，将所述处理原料混合均匀，杀菌处理后，直接压制成片，获得通便保健片。
- 一种通便保健口服液的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：按照权利要求1-2任一项所述的通便保健组合物称取甘草、小麦、大枣、远志、酸枣仁，将个原料组分混合均匀，加入130~170份水，浸泡15-60 min，将浸泡液煎煮20-40min使煎煮液浓缩至60~80份，过滤处理，分别得到滤渣A和滤液A；向所述滤渣A中继续加入130~170份水，将浸泡液煎煮20-40min使煎煮液浓缩至60~80份，过滤处理，收集滤液B；将滤液A与滤液B混合均匀，得到通便保健口服液。
- 一种通便保健茶，其特征在于，所述通便保健口服液由上述权利要求4所述方法制备的通便保健组合物，按3g ~ 12g每包规格包装处理获得。
- 一种通便保健口服液，其特征在于，所述通便保健口服液由上述权利要求6所述方法制备得到的口服液分装获得。
- 一种通便保健片，其特征在于，所述通便保健口服液由上述权利要求7所述方法，按2g-6g每片的规格压制后包装出来获得。
