La présente invention concerne la détection précoce de l'accumulation d'amyloïde bêta (Αβ) et le diagnostic précoce de maladies associées, en particulier la maladie d'Alzheimer. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne une bibliothèque enrichie d'aptamères et ses utilisations pour la détection et le diagnostic d'Αβ et de maladies associées.
