Description
본 출원은 2018년 10월 12일자로 출원된 한국 특허 출원번호 제10-2018-0122136호에 대한 우선권주장출원으로서, 해당 출원의 명세서 및 도면에 개시된 모든 내용은 인용에 의해 본 출원에 원용된다.
본 발명은 배터리 관리 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 배터리 팩으로부터 측정된 팩 전압값의 전압 변화량에 기초하여 배터리 팩의 충방전 상태를 결정하는 배터리 관리 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
최근 들어, 화석 에너지의 고갈과 환경오염으로 인해 화석 에너지를 사용하지 않고 전기 에너지를 이용하여 구동할 수 있는 전기 제품에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다.
이에 따라 모바일 기기, 전기차, 하이브리드 자동차, 전력 저장 장치, 무정전 전원 장치 등에 대한 기술 개발과 수요가 증가함에 따라 에너지원으로서의 이차 전지의 수요가 급격히 증가하고 있으며 수요의 형태 역시 다양해지고 있다. 따라서 다양한 요구에 부응할 수 있게 이차 전지에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다.
일반적으로, 이차 전지의 종류로는 니켈 카드뮴 전지, 니켈 수소 전지, 리튬 이온 전지 및 리튬 이온 폴리머 전지 등이 있다. 이러한 이차 전지는 리튬 계열 전지와 니켈 수소 계열의 전지로 분류된다. 리튬 계열 전지는 디지털 카메라, P-DVD, MP3P, 휴대폰, PDA, Portable Game Device, Power Tool 및 E-bike 등의 소형 제품에 주로 적용되며, 니켈 수소 계열 전지는 전기 자동차나 하이브리드 전기 자동차와 같은 고출력이 요구되는 대형 제품에 적용되어 사용되고 있다.
한편, 이러한 이차 전지를 관리하는 배터리 관리 장치는 이차 전지의 충방전을 관리하고 충전 상태(SOC)를 추정하기 위하여 이차 전지의 전류를 측정하는 전류 센서를 포함한다.
배터리 관리 장치 중에서 일부 배터리 관리 장치는 단순히 이차 전지의 전류가 충전 전류인지 방전 전류인지 여부만이 요구된다. 이러한 경우, 정확한 전류 값을 측정할 수 있고 전류 센서를 이용하면 배터리 팩의 제조 비용이 상승하는 문제가 있다. 따라서, 고비용의 전류 센서 없이 이차 전지의 전류가 충전 전류인지 방전 전류인지 여부를 확인할 수 있는 기술이 요구되고 있다.
본 발명은, 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로서, 충전 전류, 시동 전류 및 구동 전류을 이용하여 제1 전압 구간, 제2 전압 구간 및 제3 전압 구간을 각각 설정하고 팩 전압값의 전압 변화량과 제1 전압 구간, 제2 전압 구간 및 제3 전압 구간 간의 비교 결과에 기초하여 배터리 팩의 충방전 상태를 결정할 수 있는 배터리 관리 장치 및 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

제1, 제2 등과 같이 서수를 포함하는 용어들은, 다양한 구성요소들 중 어느 하나를 나머지와 구별하는 목적으로 사용되는 것이고, 그러한 용어들에 의해 구성요소들을 한정하기 위해 사용되는 것은 아니다.
명세서 전체에서, 어떤 부분이 어떤 구성요소를 "포함"한다고 할 때, 이는 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한 다른 구성요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라, 다른 구성요소를 더 포함할 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 또한, 명세서에 기재된 프로세서와 같은 용어는 적어도 하나의 기능이나 동작을 처리하는 단위를 의미하며, 이는 하드웨어나 소프트웨어, 또는 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어의 결합으로 구현될 수 있다.
덧붙여, 명세서 전체에서, 어떤 부분이 다른 부분과 "연결"되어 있다고 할 때, 이는 "직접적으로 연결"되어 있는 경우뿐만 아니라, 그 중간에 다른 소자를 사이에 두고 "간접적으로 연결"되어 있는 경우도 포함한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 배터리 관리 장치(100)의 기능적 구성을 나타낸 블록도이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 배터리 관리 장치(100) 및 배터리 관리 장치(100)를 구비하는 배터리 팩(1)의 기능적 구성을 나타낸 회로도이고, 도 3은 시간에 따른 배터리 팩(1)의 팩 전압값을 도시한 그래프이다.
도 1 내지 도 3을 참조하면, 배터리 팩(1)은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 배터리 관리 장치(100), 셀 어셈블리(1a), 충방전 스위치(1b), 충방전 경로(1c) 및 입출력 단자(P+, P-)를 구비할 수 있다.
배터리 팩(1)은 엔진을 통해 주행하는 자동차에 장착되어 엔진으로부터 발전된 충전 전류를 입력받아 충전되고, 엔진의 시동을 온 시키기 위해 시동 전류를 출력하며, 전장품(L)을 구동시키기 위해 구동 전류를 출력할 수 있다.
이를 위해, 배터리 팩(1)의 입출력 단자(P+, P-)는 엔진의 언레귤레이터(L)와 전기적으로 연결되어 충전 전류를 입력받을 수 있다. 또한, 배터리 팩(1)의 입출력 단자(P+, P-)는 자동차의 시동 모터(L)와 전기적으로 연결되어 시동 전류를 출력할 수 있다. 또한, 배터리 팩(1)의 입출력 단자(P+, P-)는 자동차의 전장품(L)과 전기적으로 연결되어 구동 전류를 출력할 수 있다.
셀 어셈블리(1a)는 복수의 배터리 셀을 구비할 수 있다. 셀 어셈블리(1a)는 충방전 경로(1c)를 통해 입출력 단자(P+, P-)에 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다. 이를 통해, 셀 어셈블리(1a)는 충방전 경로(1c) 상에 위치하는 충방전 스위치(1b)가 턴 온되어 있는 동안, 충방전 경로(1c)를 통해 전류를 입력받거나 출력하여 충방전될 수 있다. 반대로, 셀 어셈블리(1a)는 충방전 스위치(1b)가 턴 오프되어 있는 동안, 충방전이 중단될 수 있다.
충방전 스위치(1b)는 후술되는 배터리 관리 장치(100)의 프로세서(130)에 의해 동작 상태가 턴 온 또는 턴 오프 상태로 제어될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 배터리 관리 장치(100)는 센싱부(110), 자가방전 회로부(120), 프로세서(130) 및 알림부(140)를 포함할 수 있다.
센싱부(110)는 ASICs(application specific integrated circuits) 등을 이용하여 구현되는 것으로서, 배터리 팩(1)의 팩 전압값을 측정할 수 있다.
여기서, 배터리 팩(1)의 팩 전압값은 셀 어셈블리(1a)의 양단에 인가된 전압을 의미할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 센싱부(110)는 셀 어셈블리(1a)에 전기적으로 연결되어 팩 전압값을 측정할 수 있다. 이를 위해, 센싱부(110)는 적어도 하나의 전압 센서(미도시)를 구비할 수 있다.
센싱부(110)는 측정된 팩 전압값을 나타내는 신호를 프로세서(130)에게 출력할 수 있다.
프로세서(130)는 센싱부(110)와 동작 가능하게 결합될 수 있다.
프로세서(130)는 엔진으로부터 발전된 충전 전류의 제1 전류값과 배터리 팩(1)의 내부 저항값을 이용하여 제1 전압 구간을 설정할 수 있다. 여기서, 충전 전류 제1 전류값은 언레귤레이터(L)의 미리 설정된 출력 전류값일 수 있다. 또한, 배터리 팩(1)의 내부 저항값은 충방전 실험을 통해 미리 정해진 저항값일 수 있다.
프로세서(130)는 제1 전류값과 내부 저항값의 곱을 제1 전압값으로 산출하며, 제1 전압값에 미리 설정된 기준 전압값을 가산하여 제1 전압 구간의 최대 전압값으로 설정하고, 제1 전압값에 미리 설정된 기준 전압값을 감산하여 제1 전압 구간의 최소 전압값으로 설정할 수 있다.
프로세서(130)는 엔진의 시동을 온 시키기 위해 시동 모터(L)로 출력되는 시동 전류의 제2 전류값과 배터리 팩(1)의 내부 저항값을 이용하여 제2 전압 구간을 설정할 수 있다. 여기서, 시동 전류의 제2 전류값은 엔진의 시동을 온 시키기 위해 시동 모터(L)로 출력되어야 하는 전류의 전류값으로 미리 설정된 전류 값일 수 있다.
프로세서(130)는 제2 전류값과 내부 저항값의 곱을 제2 전압값으로 산출하며, 제2 전압값에 미리 설정된 기준 전압값을 가산하여 제2 전압 구간의 최대 전압값으로 설정하고, 제2 전압값에 미리 설정된 기준 전압값을 감산하여 제2 전압 구간의 최소 전압값으로 설정할 수 있다.
프로세서(130)는 전장품(L)을 구동시키기 위해 출력되는 구동 전류의 제3 전류값과 배터리 팩(1)의 내부 저항값을 이용하여 제3 전압 구간을 설정할 수 있다. 여기서, 구동 전류의 제3 전류값은 전장품(L)의 미리 설정된 소비 전류값일 수 있다.
프로세서(130)는 제3 전류값과 내부 저항값의 곱을 제3 전압값으로 산출하며, 제3 전압값에 미리 설정된 기준 전압값을 가산하여 제3 전압 구간의 최대 전압값으로 설정하고, 제3 전압값에 미리 설정된 기준 전압값을 감산하여 제3 전압 구간의 최소 전압값으로 설정할 수 있다.
한편, 시동 전류와 구동 전류는 모두 배터리 팩(1)으로부터 출력되는 전류이지만 전류값이 서로 다를 수 있다. 예를 들어, 시동 전류의 제2 전류값은 구동 전류의 제3 전류값을 초과할 수 있다.
또한, 제1 전압 구간의 최소 전압값은 제2 전압 구간의 최대 전압값을 초과하고, 제2 전압 구간의 최소 전압값은 제3 전압 구간의 최대 전압값을 초과할 수 있다.
다시 말해, 프로세서(130)는 제1 전압 구간의 최소 전압값이 제2 전압 구간의 최대 전압값을 초과하고, 제2 전압 구간의 최소 전압값은 제3 전압 구간의 최대 전압값을 초과하도록 제1 전압 구간, 제2 전압 구간 및 제3 전압 구간을 설정할 수 있다.
프로세서(130)는 센싱부(110)로부터 측정된 팩 전압값의 전압 변화량을 산출할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 프로세서(130)는 미리 설정된 단위 시간의 시작 시점에서의 팩 전압값과 미리 설정된 단위 시간의 종료 시점에서의 팩 전압값 간의 팩 전압차를 미리 설정된 단위 시간 마다 산출할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 프로세서(130)는 최초로 측정된 팩 전압값과 미리 설정된 단위 시간 이후 측정된 팩 전압값 간에 팩 전압차를 산출하고, 다시 미리 설정된 단위 신 이후 측정된 팩 전압값을 이용하여 팩 전압차를 다시 산출할 수 있다.
이후, 프로세서(130)는 산출된 팩 전압차 중에서 최근에 산출된 n개의 팩 전압차의 평균을 전압 변화량으로 산출할 수 있다. 여기서, n은 상수일 수 있다.
예를 들어, n이 3인 경우, 프로세서(130)는 산출된 팩 전압차 중에서 최근에 산출된 3개의 팩 전압차의 평균을 전압 변화량으로 산출할 수 있다. 이를 통해, 프로세서(130)는 전압 변화량을 최신의 값으로 갱신하여 배터리 팩(1)의 충방전 상태를 정확하게 결정할 수 있다.
한편, 프로세서(130)는 제1 전압 구간, 제2 전압 구간 및 제3 전압 구간과 전압 변화량을 비교하고, 비교 결과에 기초하여 배터리 팩(1)의 충방전 상태를 결정할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 프로세서(130)는 전압 변화량이 제1 전압 구간 내에 포함되면 배터리 팩(1)이 충전 전류를 입력받는 충전 상태인 것으로 결정할 수 있다.
또한, 프로세서(130)는 전압 변화량이 제2 전압 구간 내에 포함되면 배터리 팩(1)이 전장품(L)으로 구동 전류를 출력하는 구동 방전 상태인 것으로 결정할 수 있다.
또한, 프로세서(130)는 전압 변화량이 제3 전압 구간 내에 포함되면 배터리 팩(1)이 엔진의 시동을 온 시키기 위해 시동 전류를 출력하는 시동 방전 상태인 것으로 결정할 수 있다.
이러한 본 발명에 따른면, 고비용의 전류 센서를 구비하지 않고도 배터리 팩이 충전 상태인지, 시동 방전 상태인지 및 구동 방전 상태인지 여부를 세분화하여 결정할 수 있다.
한편, 다른 실시예에 따른 프로세서(130')는 전압 변화량이 제1 전압 구간의 최대 전압값을 초과하면 배터리 팩(1)이 시동 방전 후 휴지기 상태인 것으로 결정할 수 있다.
이를 통해, 다른 실시예에 따른 프로세서(130')는 배터리 팩(1)이 고전류를 출력하는 시동 방전 이후 팩 전압값이 급격하게 승압되는 휴지기 상태이더라도 외부로부터 충전 전류를 입력받아 팩 전압값이 상승되는 충전 상태로 오결정하지 않을 수 있다.
한편, 다른 실시예에 따른 프로세서(130')는 전압 변화량이 "0" 미만이고 제3 전압 구간의 최대 전압값을 초과하면 배터리 팩(1)이 자연적으로 방전되는 자연 방전 상태인 것으로 결정할 수 있다.
이를 통해, 다른 실시예에 따른 프로세서(130')는 배터리 팩(1)이 자연적인 방전으로 팩 전압값이 감소하는 자연 상태이더라도 시동 전류 또는 구동 전류를 출력하여 방전되는 시동 방전 상태 또는 구동 방전 상태로 오결정하지 않을 수 있다.
다른 실시예에 따른 프로세서(130')는 배터리 팩(1)이 휴지기 상태 또는 자연 방전 상태인 것으로 결정하면 슬립 모드로 동작할 수 있다. 여기서, 슬립 모드는 전력을 입력받지 않고 동작을 대기하는 모드를 의미할 수 있다.
한편, 자가방전 회로부(120)는 자가방전 저항(121), 자가방전 스위치(123) 및 자가방전 경로(122)를 구비할 수 있다.
자가방전 저항(121)은 셀 어셈블리(1a)에 전기적으로 병렬 연결될 수 있다. 이를 위하여, 자가방전 저항(121)은 충방전 경로(1c)에 전기적으로 연결된 자가방전 경로(122) 상에 위치할 수 있다.
자가방전 스위치(123)는 자가방전 경로(122) 상에 위치하여 셀 어셈블리(1a)와 자가방전 저항(121)의 전기적 연결을 통전 또는 차단시킬 수 있다. 이러한, 자가방전 스위치(123)는 프로세서(130)에 의해 동작 상태가 제어될 수 있다.
예를 들어, 자가방전 스위치(123)가 턴 온 상태를 유지하고 충방전 스위치(1b)가 턴 온 상태를 유지하면, 셀 어셈블리(1a)로부터 출력되거나 셀 어셈블리(1a)로 입력되는 전류는 자가방전 저항(121)을 통해 흐를 수 있다.
반대로, 자가방전 스위치(123)가 턴 오프 상태를 유지하고 충방전 스위치(1b)가 턴 온 상태를 유지하면, 셀 어셈블리(1a)로부터 출력되거나 셀 어셈블리(1a)로 입력되는 전류는 자가방전 저항(121)을 거치지 않고 충방전 스위치(1b)를 통해 흐를 수 있다.
프로세서(130)는 팩 전압값과 기준 전압값을 비교하고, 비교 결과에 기초하여 자가방전 스위치(123)를 제어할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 프로세서(130)는 팩 전압값이 기준 전압값을 초과하면 자가방전 스위치(123)를 턴 온 상태로 유지시킬 수 있다. 여기서, 기준 전압값은 배터리 팩(1)의 과방전을 방지하기 위해 배터리 팩(1)이 최대로 충전될 수 있는 전압값을 의미할 수 있다.
이에 따라, 프로세서(130)가 자가방전 스위치(123)를 턴 온 상태로 유지시키면 셀 어셈블리(1a)로부터 출력되거나 셀 어셈블리(1a)로 입력되는 전류는 자가방전 저항(121)을 통해 흐름으로써, 팩 전압값이 기준 전압값 이하로 유지될 수 있다
한편, 프로세서(130, 130')는, 하드웨어적으로, ASICs(application specific integrated circuits), DSPs(digital signal processors), DSPDs(digital signal processing devices), PLDs(programmable logic devices), FPGAs(field programmable gate arrays), 마이크로 프로세서(microprocessors), 기타 기능 수행을 위한 전기적 유닛 중 적어도 하나를 이용하여 구현될 수 있다. 프로세서(130, 130')에는 메모리가 내장될 수 있다. 메모리에는, 후술할 방법을 실행하기 위한 프로그램 및 각종 데이터가 저장될 수 있다. 메모리는, 예컨대 플래시 메모리 타입(flash memory type), 하드디스크 타입(hard disk type), SSD 타입(Solid State Disk type), SDD 타입(Silicon Disk Drive type), 멀티미디어 카드 마이크로 타입(multimedia card micro type), 램(random access memory; RAM), SRAM(static random access memory), 롬(read-only memory; ROM), EEPROM(electrically erasable programmable read-only memory), PROM(programmable read-only memory) 중 적어도 하나의 타입의 저장매체를 포함할 수 있다.
알림부(140)는 프로세서(130)로부터 결정된 배터리 팩(1)의 충방전 상태를 입력받아 외부로 출력할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 알림부(140)는 배터리 팩(1)의 충방전 상태를 기호, 숫자 및 코드 중 하나 이상을 이용하여 표시하는 디스플레이부와 소리로 출력하는 스피커 장치 중 하나 이상을 구비할 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 배터리 관리 방법을 설명하도록 한다.
도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 배터리 관리 방법을 설명하기 위한 순서도이다.
도 4를 참조하면, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 배터리 관리 방법은 일 실시예에 따른 배터리 관리 장치(도 1의 100)를 이용할 수 있다.
우선, 단계 S1에서, 프로세서(130)는 엔진으로부터 발전된 충전 전류의 제1 전류값과 배터리 팩(1)의 내부 저항값을 이용하여 제1 전압 구간을 설정할 수 있다.
단계 S2에서, 프로세서(130)는 엔진의 시동을 온 시키기 위해 시동 모터(L)로 출력되는 시동 전류의 제2 전류값과 배터리 팩(1)의 내부 저항값을 이용하여 제2 전압 구간을 설정할 수 있다.
단계 S3에서, 프로세서(130)는 전장품(L)을 구동시키기 위해 출력되는 구동 전류의 제3 전류값과 배터리 팩(1)의 내부 저항값을 이용하여 제3 전압 구간을 설정할 수 있다.
단계 S4에서, 프로세서(130)는 센싱부(110)로부터 측정된 팩 전압값의 전압 변화량을 산출할 수 있다.
이때, 단계 S4에서, 프로세서(130)는 프로세서(130)는 미리 설정된 단위 시간의 시작 시점에서의 팩 전압값과 미리 설정된 단위 시간의 종료 시점에서의 팩 전압값 간의 팩 전압차를 미리 설정된 단위 시간 마다 산출할 수 있다.
또한, 단계 S4에서, 프로세서(130)는 산출된 팩 전압차 중에서 최근에 산출된 n개의 팩 전압차의 평균을 전압 변화량으로 산출할 수 있다.
이후, 단계 S5에서, 프로세서(130)는 제1 전압 구간, 제2 전압 구간 및 제3 전압 구간과 전압 변화량을 비교하고, 비교 결과에 기초하여 배터리 팩(1)의 충방전 상태를 결정할 수 있다.
이상에서 설명한 본 발명의 실시예는 장치 및 방법을 통해서만 구현이 되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명의 실시예의 구성에 대응하는 기능을 실현하는 프로그램 또는 그 프로그램이 기록된 기록 매체를 통해 구현될 수도 있으며, 이러한 구현은 앞서 설명한 실시예의 기재로부터 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야의 전문가라면 쉽게 구현할 수 있는 것이다.
이상에서 본 발명은 비록 한정된 실시예와 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 본 발명은 이것에 의해 한정되지 않으며 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 본 발명의 기술사상과 아래에 기재될 특허청구범위의 균등범위 내에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능함은 물론이다.
또한, 이상에서 설명한 본 발명은 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 있어 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 여러 가지 치환, 변형 및 변경이 가능하므로 전술한 실시예 및 첨부된 도면에 의해 한정되는 것이 아니라, 다양한 변형이 이루어질 수 있도록 각 실시예들의 전부 또는 일부가 선택적으로 조합되어 구성될 수 있다.

Claims (10)
- 엔진으로부터 발전된 충전 전류를 입력받아 충전되고, 상기 엔진의 시동을 온 시키기 위해 시동 전류를 출력하며, 전장품을 구동시키기 위해 구동 전류를 출력하는 배터리 팩의 팩 전압값을 측정하도록 구성된 센싱부; 및상기 센싱부와 동작 가능하게 결합된 프로세서;를 포함하고,상기 프로세서는상기 충전 전류의 제1 전류값과 상기 배터리 팩의 내부 저항값을 이용하여 제1 전압 구간을 설정하고, 상기 시동 전류의 제2 전류값과 상기 배터리 팩의 내부 저항값을 이용하여 제2 전압 구간을 설정하며, 상기 구동 전류의 제3 전류값과 상기 배터리 팩의 내부 저항값을 이용하여 제3 전압 구간을 설정하고, 상기 팩 전압값의 전압 변화량을 산출하며, 상기 제1 전압 구간, 제2 전압 구간 및 제3 전압 구간과 상기 전압 변화량을 비교하고, 상기 비교 결과에 기초하여 상기 배터리 팩의 충방전 상태를 결정하는 배터리 관리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 프로세서는미리 설정된 단위 시간의 시작 시점에서의 상기 팩 전압값과 상기 미리 설정된 단위 시간의 종료 시점에서의 상기 팩 전압값 간의 팩 전압차를 상기 미리 설정된 단위 시간 마다 산출하는 배터리 관리 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 프로세서는산출된 상기 팩 전압차 중에서 최근에 산출된 n개의 팩 전압차의 평균을 상기 전압 변화량으로 산출하는 배터리 관리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 프로세서는상기 전압 변화량이 상기 제1 전압 구간 내에 포함되면 상기 배터리 팩이 상기 충전 전류를 입력받는 충전 상태인 것으로 결정하는 배터리 관리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 프로세서는상기 전압 변화량이 상기 제2 전압 구간 내에 포함되면 상기 배터리 팩이 상기 전장품으로 구동 전류를 출력하는 구동 방전 상태인 것으로 결정하는 배터리 관리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 프로세서는상기 전압 변화량이 상기 제3 전압 구간 내에 포함되면 상기 배터리 팩이 상기 엔진의 시동을 온 시키기 위해 시동 전류를 출력하는 시동 방전 상태인 것으로 결정하는 배터리 관리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 전압 구간의 최소 전압값은상기 제2 전압 구간의 최대 전압값을 초과하고,상기 제2 전압 구간의 최소 전압값은상기 제3 전압 구간의 최대 전압값을 초과하는 배터리 관리 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 배터리 관리 장치를 포함하는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 배터리 관리 장치를 포함하는 자동차.
