技术领域
本申请涉及工具收纳领域,例如涉及一种工具盒。
背景技术
工具盒主要设置为收纳各种不同工具,例如可以收纳形状和尺寸多样的锯片。锯片在收纳时一般通过固定机构固定在工具盒内。而相关技术中的固定机构一般包括设置在工具盒内的螺柱和与螺柱配合使用的螺母。在固定时,利用螺柱穿过设置在锯片上的安装孔,并将螺母旋入螺柱后与锯片抵接,从而实现锯片的固定。但是螺柱和螺母在长时间使用过程中很容易发生松动,从而在移动工具盒时,锯片会沿螺柱的轴线发生上下窜动,很容易损坏锯片。此外,采用螺母和螺柱固定和释放锯片花费的时间较长,无法实现锯片的快速固定和释放。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种工具盒,该工具盒能够容纳工具头,且固定工具头后的稳定性高,使工具头不易发生上下窜动,能够实现工具头的快速固定和释放。
一实施例提供了一种工具盒,包括:盒体,形成有容纳工具头的容纳空间;及工具头固定组件,设置为固定所述工具头;其中,所述工具头固定组件包括第一定位柱和弹性件;所述第一定位柱包括:定位部,沿第一直线方向延伸,所述工具头套装至所述定位部;及安装部,所述安装部连接至所述盒体;所述工具头固定组件具有组装状态和拆卸状态,当所述工具头固定组件处于所述组装状态时,所述弹性件安装至所述工具头的上方,所述弹性件与所述定位部过盈配合,所述弹性件在垂直于所述第一直线的平面内的投影与所述工具头在垂直于所述第一直线的平面内的投影至少部分重合。

具体实施方式
本实施例提供了一种工具盒,该工具盒能够容纳多个工具头,且工具头在工具盒内的位置能够保持固定,从而避免在移动工具盒时,工具头与工具盒的盒壁以及多个工具头之间相互碰撞,降低了工具头的损坏率。在本实施例中以容纳多个锯片2的工具盒为例进行介绍。如图1至图3所示,该工具盒包括盒体1和设置在盒体1内的工具头固定组件。其中,盒体1包括能够展开和闭合的第一盒体11和第二盒体12,第一盒体11的第一端和第二盒体12的第一端转动连接,转动连接的方式在此不做限制,例如可以利用转动轴或者合页等结构实现。第一盒体11的第二端和第二盒体12的第二端能够可拆卸连接,可拆卸连接的方式可以采用锁或者卡扣。第一盒体11和第二盒体12的形状可以为矩形,也可以根据锯片2的形状制造成其他形状。第一盒体11和第二盒体12可以采用塑料、合金或者其他材料制成,为了降低工具盒的成本和重量,一般采用硬质塑料制成。
当一个工具盒内需要收纳多个形状不同的锯片2时,还可以在第一盒体11和第二盒体12内设置分割件,分割件可设置为板状结构,利用分割件将第一盒体11和第二盒体12分割成多个小空间,在每一小空间内固定一个锯片2,从而避免相邻的锯片2发生碰撞,也便于用户快速识别和挑选所需锯片2。在一实施例中,工具盒内还可以设置防震件,防震件可以为防震泡沫等,防震件可以铺设在工 具盒的底面和侧壁上。
工具头固定组件设置在第一盒体11和第二盒体12内且设置为对锯片2在盒体1内的位置进行固定。如图4至图6所示,该工具头固定组件包括第一定位柱3和与第一定位柱3配合使用的弹性件5。其中,如图3和图4所示,第一定位柱3设置在第一盒体11和第二盒体12的底面上,且第一定位柱3的轴线方向与第一盒体11和第二盒体12的底面垂直设置。第一定位柱3的第一端为安装部32,第一定位柱3的第二端为定位部31,定位部31沿第一直线方向延伸,定位部31设置为安装锯片2并限制锯片2在垂直于第一直线的平面内运动,此处的运动指在平面内的移动,如果定位部31的截面形状为方形或者其他具有棱角的形状时,也能够限制锯片2在垂直于第一直线的平面内的转动。安装部32设置为将第一定位柱3安装至第一盒体11或者第二盒体12的底面。锯片2从定位部31上远离安装部32的一端穿入后与第一盒体11或者第二盒体12的底面抵接,定位部31的截面形状需要与锯片2上第一安装孔21的形状相同,并比第一安装孔21的尺寸略小,以便第一定位柱3能够顺利通过。在本实施例中,定位部31和安装部32呈阶梯状,且安装部32的横截面大于定位部31的横截面,以便利用安装部32支撑锯片2的底面,方便用户从工具盒内拿出锯片2。安装部32的形状不做限制,只要使第一定位柱3无法全部通过第一安装孔21即可。由于锯片2的第一安装孔21的形状通常为圆形,因此在本实施例中,第一定位柱3的安装部32和定位部31均为圆柱。
工具头固定组件具有组装状态和拆卸状态,当工具头固定组件处于组装状态时,弹性件5安装至锯片2的上方,弹性件5与定位部31过盈配合,弹性件5在垂直于第一直线的平面内的投影与锯片2在垂直于第一直线的平面内的投影至少部分重合。将弹性件5安装至锯片2的上方,并与锯片2的顶面抵接,弹性件5与第一盒体11的底面、第二盒体12的底面或者安装部32将锯片2夹持住,从而限制了锯片2沿第一直线方向上的移动。在一实施例中,弹性件5为采用弹性材料制成的环状结构,例如可以为采用橡胶制成的橡胶环,弹性件5的内环形状为与第一定位柱3的截面形状相同的圆形,且弹性件5的内环直径小于第一定位柱3的直径。弹性件5的外环形状不做限制,可以为圆环,也可以为其他形状的环,例如截面形状为方形的环。在本实施例中,为了降低弹性件5的制造难度,将弹性件5设置为圆环结构。
该工具头固定组件的使用方法为:将锯片2置于第一定位柱3的上方,并使锯片2上的第一安装孔21与第一定位柱3正对设置;将锯片2从第一定位柱3的定 位部31穿入,并沿第一定位柱3向下移动直至锯片2的底面与安装部32抵接,此时锯片2在水平方向上的移动即可限制;将弹性件5从第一定位柱3的定位部31穿入,并沿第一定位柱3向下移动直至弹性件5与锯片2的顶面抵接,从而将锯片2稳定地卡接在第一定位柱3的安装部32和弹性件5之间,此时锯片2在竖直方向的移动也被限制。
在本实施例中,由于弹性件5具有弹性,且弹性件5的内环直径小于第一定位柱3的直径,因此当弹性件5套设在第一定位柱3上时能够实现过盈配合,从而增加了第一定位柱3和弹性件5之间的摩擦力,进而保证即使移动工具盒时,弹性件5也不会在第一定位柱3上上下移动,避免了锯片2在竖直方向上发生窜动,提高了锯片2固定的稳定性,降低了锯片2的损毁率。此外,在固定锯片2时,将弹性件5插入第一定位柱3并向锯片2移动直至与锯片2抵接即可完成,反向操作即可释放锯片2,整个过程花费时间很少,有利于提高锯片2的固定和释放效率。
为了进一步地提高弹性件5对锯片2的抵压力,该工具头固定组件还包括压盖4,如图5所示,压盖4为采用硬性材料制成的结构,压盖4上设置有通孔,弹性件5的至少部分位于通孔内,当工具头固定组件处于组装状态时,压盖4和弹性件5同步套设在第一定位柱3上,且压盖4的底面能够与锯片2的顶面抵接。由于压盖4采用硬性材料制成,不易发生变形,因此利用压盖4与锯片2的顶面抵接,能够进一步提高对锯片2的固定效果。
在一实施例中,为了便于将弹性件5安装至压盖4内,如图6所示,压盖4包括可拆卸连接的第一盖体和第二盖体。其中,第一盖体包括第一板41和垂直于第一板41的底面并向下延伸的第一容纳环42,第一容纳环42为圆环,位于第一容纳环42内部的第一板41上设置有第一通孔411,第一通孔411为圆孔,并与第一容纳环42的内空间连通,且第一通孔411的直径小于第一容纳环42的内环直径。弹性件5设置在第一容纳环42内,弹性件5的内环与第一通孔411同轴设置。第二盖体包括第二板43,第二板43盖设在第一容纳环42的开口端,且第二板43上正对第一通孔411的位置设置有第二通孔431。第二通孔431的直径与第一通孔411的直径可以相同,也可以不同,只要能够允许第一定位柱3通过即可。在安装弹性件5时,只需将第二板43和第一容纳环42拆分开来,将弹性件5置于第一容纳环42内,再将第二板43盖设在第一容纳环42的开口处即可。
为了便于快速定位第一盖体和第二盖体的相对位置,以便实现快速组装,第二盖体还包括垂直于第二板43的顶面且向上延伸的第二容纳环44,第一容纳 环42和第二容纳环44嵌套设置。在一实施例中,可以将第二容纳环44套设在第一容纳环42的内部,也可以套设在第一容纳环42的外部。
为了进一步提高第一盖体和第二盖体的组装效率,在本实施例中,第一容纳环42和第二容纳环44卡扣连接。在一实施例中,第一容纳环42的端部设置有卡勾45,第二容纳环44上设置卡槽46,卡勾45能够卡在卡槽46内。在其他实施例中,也可以将卡勾45设置在第二容纳环44上,将卡槽46设置在第一容纳环42上。卡勾45和卡槽46的数量不做限制,可以为一个、两个或者更多个,在本实施例中,为了提高卡接稳定性,选择采用两个卡勾45和两个卡槽46,且将两个卡勾45和两个卡槽46分别关于压盖4的中心轴线对称设置。在其他实施例中,也可以采用其他方式实现快速组装,例如磁吸附等。
在一实施例中,为了限制锯片2在水平面上的转动,还可以在压盖4与锯片2抵接的端面上设置第二定位柱47(参考图5)。第二定位柱47与锯片2上的第二安装孔22配合使用(参考图4),第一定位柱3和锯片2上的第一安装孔21配合使用,即能够限制锯片2的自由端在水平面上的转动,避免锯片2发生转动时与其他锯片2发生碰撞从而损坏。第二定位柱47的数量不做限制,只要不大于第二安装孔22的数量即可,在本实施例中,第二定位柱47的数量为两个,两个第二定位柱47关于压盖4的中心轴线对称设置并分别与锯片2上的两个第二安装孔22配合使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种工具盒,包括:
    盒体,形成有容纳工具头的容纳空间;及
    工具头固定组件,设置为固定所述工具头;
    其中,所述工具头固定组件包括第一定位柱和弹性件,所述第一定位柱包括:
    定位部,沿第一直线方向延伸,所述工具头套装至所述定位部;及
    安装部,所述安装部连接至所述盒体;
    所述工具头固定组件具有组装状态和拆卸状态,当所述工具头固定组件处于所述组装状态时,所述弹性件安装至所述工具头的上方,所述弹性件与所述定位部过盈配合,所述弹性件在垂直于所述第一直线的平面内的投影与所述工具头在垂直于所述第一直线的平面内的投影至少部分重合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的工具盒,还包括压盖,所述压盖上设置有通孔,所述弹性件至少部分位于所述通孔内,当所述工具头固定组件处于所述组装状态时,所述压盖抵接至所述工具头的顶面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的工具盒,其中,所述压盖包括第一盖体和第二盖体,所述第一盖体和所述第二盖体可拆卸连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的工具盒,其中,所述第一盖体包括第一板和垂直于所述第一板的表面延伸的第一容纳环,所述第一板上设置有与所述第一容纳环的内空间相连通的第一通孔,所述弹性件设置在所述第一容纳环的内空间;
    所述第二盖体包括第二板,所述第二板盖设在所述第一容纳环的开口端,且所述第二板上开设有正对所述第一通孔的第二通孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的工具盒,其中,所述第二盖体还包括垂直于所述第二板的表面延伸的第二容纳环,所述第一容纳环和所述第二容纳环嵌套设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的工具盒,其中,所述第一容纳环和所述第二容纳环卡扣连接。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的工具盒,其中,所述弹性件为橡胶环。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的工具盒,其中,所述工具头上设有安装孔,所述压盖与所述工具头抵接的端面上设置有与所述安装孔配合的第二定位柱。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的工具盒,其中,所述第二定位柱的数量为两个,所述两个第二定位柱关于所述压盖的中心轴线对称设置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的工具盒,其中,所述安装部的横截面大于所述定位部的横截面,且所述安装部设置为支撑所述工具头的底面。
