为使本公开的实施例要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
本公开的实施例提供一种资源池配置方法、使用方法及配置设备、终端,能够避免不同配置的终端之间互相干扰。本实施例的技术方案不仅仅适用于sidelink通信中,还适用于其他的通信系统中。其中,旁链路也可以称为边链路、直连链路,都属于同一概念,对应英文中的sidelink。
在不同的通信系统中本公开所涉及的信号的名称和缩写会出现对应的变化,在缩写变化的时候本公开的技术方案依然是适用的。
本公开实施例提供一种资源池获取方法,应用于终端,如图2所示,包括:
步骤101:通过以下至少一种方式获取第一资源池:获取预定义的所述第一资源池;获取预配置的所述第一资源池;获取配置的所述第一资源池。
本实施例,通过预定义和/或预配置和/或配置终端的第一资源池,能够避免配置的不同终端之间互相干扰。

本公开的技术方案为预定义和/或配置和/或预配置第一资源池,避免配置不同的终端之间互相干扰。该设计不仅可以用于NR系统和sidelink中,其他业务或者其他系统例如后续演进通信系统中也可以使用。
需要说明的是,Sidelink传输是指在Sidelink上进行的传输,包含设备到设备(Device-to-Device,简称D2D),车到外界(Vehicle-to-Everything,简称V2X)等在旁链路上进行的通信业务中的至少之一。其中,V2X主要包含了车到车通信(Vehicle-to-Vehicle,简称V2V),车到路通信(Vehicle-to-Infrastructure,简称V2I),车到网络通信(Vehicle-to-Network,简称V2N)以及车到人通信(Vehicle-to-Pedestrian,简称V2P)中的至少之一。
该第一资源池可以是协议预定义、和/或终端的生产厂商预配置、和/或网络侧设备配置、和/或其他终端配置的,用于终端进行初始的和/或默认的和/或公共的和/或共享的消息(和/或业务)传输,其中,传输包括接收和发送中的至少一项。网络侧设备包括基站,路边单元RSU,其他网络设备的至少一种。
该第一资源池可能被称为初始(initial)资源池,默认(default)资源池,公共(common)资源池,第一(first)资源池,共享(shared)资源池,全局(global)资源池,回退(fallback)资源池。可以作为初始(initial)资源池,默认(default)资源池,公共(common)资源池,共享(shared)资源池,全局(global)资源池,回退(fallback)资源池中的至少一项来使用。
一、本实施例中,在终端获取第一资源池后,终端需要按照一定要求监听该第一资源池,该要求可以是协议预定义的、预配置的、网络侧设备配置的和/或其他终端配置的,该要求可以为以下至少一项:
终端在P时间内至少需要和/或至多需要和/或需要监听第一资源池F次, F为正整数;
终端至少需要按照P1的周期去监听第一资源池;
在处于特定传输配置或传输模式时去监听第一资源池,例如,终端需要在进行广播时去监听第一资源池,或者在需要进行波束扫描(Beam sweeping)的时候需要去监听第一资源池,或者在连接失败时需要去监听第一资源池,或者在重配置资源池的时候,需要去监听第一资源池,或者在增加资源池的时候,需要去监听第一资源池,或者在释放资源池的时候,需要去监听第一资源池,或者无法得到准共地址信息QCL(quasi co-location)时,需要去监听第一资源池或者无法找到满足要求的同步源时的时候,需要去监听第一资源池;
其中,无法找到满足要求的同步源可以是无法找到可靠的gnss,无法找到可以camp的小区,无法找到合适(suitable)的小区,无法找到满足测量要求的其他终端和/或设备发送的同步信号等情况中的至少一项。其中,满足测量要求可以是RSRP,RSRQ,RSSI等测量量中的至少一项不满足阈值要求。
在其他资源池上的传输满足预设条件时,需要去监听第一资源池,其中预设条件包括以下至少一种:误码率高于阈值,误块率高于阈值,False alarm(虚警)超过阈值,波束失败恢复,连接失败恢复,连接重建。
二、终端监听第一资源池包括以下至少一种:
终端和第一资源池同步,终端在第一资源池上测量,终端在第一资源池上传输,终端在第一资源池上监控,其中,传输包括接收和发送中的至少一项。
终端在第一资源池上测量的测量量包含了参考信号接收功率(Reference Signal Receiving Power,RSRP),参考信号接收质量(Reference Signal Receiving Quality,RSRQ),接收信号强度指示(Received Signal Strength Indication,RSSI)中的至少一项。
三、第一资源池包含时域资源,频域资源,子载波间隔(subcarrier spacing,SCS),循环前缀(Cyclic Prefix,CP),所属带宽部分(Bandwidth Part,BWP)标识,所属小区标识,所属载波标识,所属频段标识,调制与编码策略 (Modulation and Coding Scheme,MCS),码率(code rate),预编码方式,允许的同步源标识,优先级配置,加扰ID,功率,同步信号块信息中的至少一项。
其中,时域资源包括:周期,时域偏移(Frame/subframe/slot/OFDM symbol级别),占据的时域符号(位图)等至少之一;
频域资源包括频域位置,带宽等至少之一;
CP包括常规CP,扩展CP等至少之一;
所属BWP标识包括至少一个所属BWP的BWP ID;
所属小区标识包括至少一个所属小区的cell(小区)ID;
所属载波标识包括至少一个所属载波的carrier ID;
允许的同步源标识表明直接或者间接使用哪些同步源进行同步的终端可以使用该第一资源池进行传输;
优先级配置表明使用不同同步源和/或不同状态终端在该第一资源池上传输时的优先级;
加扰ID,例如用于测量信号序列生成的加扰ID,例如测量序列是一个gold序列,该gold序列的初始化和该加扰ID有关;
功率包括以下至少一种:该第一资源池上同步信号的发送功率,测量信号的发送功率或者相对于同步信号的发射功率的offset(偏移值),参考信号的发送功率或者相对于同步信号的发射功率的offset;或者广播信道的发送功率,测量信号的发送功率或者相对于广播信道的发射功率的offset(偏移值),参考信号的发送功率或者相对于广播信道的发射功率的offset。
同步信号块信息包括该第一资源池上同步信号块的最大数目,第一资源池上实际发送的同步信号块。
四、该第一资源池可以通过协议预定义,网络侧设备配置,其他终端配置和预配置中的至少一种方法配置给终端。
其中,第一资源池包含至少一个资源池实体(即可能包含多个资源池,统称为第一资源池)。
可选地,当第一资源池包含多个资源池实体时,被配置了该第一资源池 的终端可以只在其中的至少一个资源池实体(第一资源池的子集或者全集)上进行操作;
可选地,上述至少一个资源池只包含一个资源池;
可选地,上述至少一个资源池,可以为以下至少一种方式确定:
1、通过评估准则确定,评估准则包括以下至少一种:
测量结果,资源池实体的优先级,资源池实体支持的业务类型,资源池实体支持的传输类型,资源池实体的负载状态,资源池实体的SCS,资源池实体的CP,资源池实体的通信距离,资源池实体的功率限制,资源池实体的服务质量(Quality of Service,Qos)要求。
该评估准则可以是协议预定义的,预配置的,网络侧设备配置,或其他终端配置的。
2、网络侧设备和/或其他终端发送指示信息指示上述至少一个资源池实体。该指示信息的形式可能有:
Bitmap(比特位图);
资源池实体的绝对标识;
资源池实体相对于所述第一资源池中资源池实体总数的相对标识;
协议预定义和/或终端的生产厂商预配置至少一个资源池实体。
如果第一资源池通过其他终端配置,第一资源池的配置信息可以由其他终端在sidelink上发送的MIB-SL-V2X和/或其他广播消息进行承载。
五、该第一资源池不可被网络侧设备和其他终端进行重配,或者,即使第一资源池被重配,资源池配置设备保证重配置后的第一资源池的内容与重配前相同。
六、预定义的第一资源池,预配置的第一资源池和配置的第一资源池中的至少二者之间是兼容的,兼容包括以下至少一种:
频域资源相等,时域资源相等,其中一者的频域资源范围包含于另一者的频域资源范围,其中一者的时域资源范围包含于另一者的时域资源范围。
七、第一资源池的标识为协议预定义和/或网络侧设备侧配置和/或其他终端配置和/或预配置的。
可选地,配置标识为允许的资源池标识的最大N个值或者最小N个值,其中N>=1。
在一具体实施例中,第一资源池包含一个资源池实体,该资源池实体ID=第一资源池ID=0;
另一具体实施例中,第一资源池包含M个资源池实体且第一资源池标识为允许的资源池标识最小N个值,在N=M时,M个资源池实体的资源池标识分别对应0,1,2,……M-1;在N=1时,第一资源池对应资源池标识0,并且还对应相对资源池标识0,1,2,……M-1。
八、终端在第一资源池上进行传输(包括发送和/或接收),该传输的内容包含以下至少一项:
广播消息,同步信号,公共安全业务,基础V2X业务,周期类业务,其他资源池的配置信息,业务和资源池之间的对应关系,传输类型和资源池之间的对应关系,发现(Discovery)信息,额外资源池配置信息,无线资源控制信息。
其中,业务和资源池之间的对应关系可能为业务ID(例如,PSID)和资源池之间的映射,例如不同的PSID对应不同的资源池和/或不同的资源池ID;传输类型和资源池之间的对应关系可能为业务传输类型(例如广播,单播,组播中的至少一项)和资源池之间的映射,例如不同的传输类型对应不同的资源池和/或不同的资源池ID;发现信息用于发现业务,和/或发现其他终端,和/或发现终端组等;RRC信息包括单播连接请求、响应、重建等中的至少一项,组播连接请求、响应、重建等中的至少一项。
九、上述传输内容包含其他资源池的配置信息时,该配置信息可能是在第一信息块中承载的,也可能是在连接请求或者后续步骤的消息中承载的。
十、在终端作为连接请求的目标接收端时,当发送端发起了连接请求并向目标接收端发送资源池指示信息(指示信息指示单个或多个资源池),目标接收端获取了其他资源池的配置信息时,在该被指示的资源池上进行后续步骤,包括但不限于同步、测量、传输、监控等步骤。

十一、在终端作为接收端,接收到后续配置的资源池,选择后续使用的资源池时,优先选择和自己的资源池完全重叠的资源池,或者部分重叠的资源池,或者质量高的资源池。
上述重叠是指时域资源重叠和/或频域资源重叠,上述质量高是RSRP,RSSI,RSRQ等至少一项的测量结果高于阈值。
十二、所述第一资源池的时域和/或频域资源的粒度为总波束数的整数倍,或所述第一资源池的时域和/或频域资源的粒度为总同步信号块数的整数倍,而对于其他资源池配置更为灵活。
例如,第一资源池的资源和总波束数之间存在对应关系。
例如,第一资源池的资源和总同步信号块数之间存在对应关系。
下面结合具体的实施例对第一资源池的使用进行进一步介绍:
实施例一
本实施例中,终端被预定义和/或配置和/或预配置第一资源池和其他资源池,不同的资源池可能对应不同的特定传输配置和/或传输模式。
例如,
在第一资源池上主要进行广播业务,组播和单播业务在其他资源池上进行。通常广播业务需要覆盖范围广,可能需要大量波束扫描,而组播和单播业务只针对特定的一个或者多个终端进行发送和接收,因此通常少量波束就可以满足覆盖需求。
因此,在一具体实施方式中,资源池和特定传输配置和/或传输模式存在对应关系:
第一资源池上进行广播数据的传输,其他资源池上进行单播和/或组播的传输。
可选地,当处于其他资源池上的终端需要广播传输时,终端切换到第一资源池上进行广播的收发;
可选地,当处于第一资源池上的终端需要单播和/或组播传输时,终端切换到其他资源池上进行单播和/或组播的收发。
可选地,进行单播收发和进行组播收发的资源池也可以不同。
另一具体实施方式中,资源池和波束扫描存在对应关系:
第一资源池上进行波束扫描的传输,其他资源池上进行只需要少量波束就可以满足传输覆盖需求的传输,这些传输可能是基于所属少量波束QCL(准共址)信息进行的传输。
可选地,当处于其他资源池上的终端需要进行波束扫描时,终端切换到第一资源池上进行进行波束扫描。
可选地,当处于第一资源池上的终端只需要少量波束就可以满足传输覆盖需求时,终端切换到其他资源池上对应的传输。
另一具体实施方式中,资源池和搜索空间的监控方式存在对应关系:
存在两种监控方式,一种是映射监控:按照特定信号和搜索空间的对应关系,基于特定信号确定搜索空间中当前终端需要监控的时机(occasion),一种是配置监控:按照搜索空间的配置指示,在搜索空间上进行监控。

可选地,该特定信号可以是同步信号块,也可能是其他可以用于QCL参考的参考信号,例如CSI-RS。
实施例二
第一资源池可以用作回退资源池,例如终端被增加和/或删除和/或重配置资源池,增加和/或删除和/或重配置控制信号配置,增加和/或删除和/或重配 置同步信号配置,增加和/或删除和/或重配置数据信号配置等至少一种情况下,由于从获取新配置到更新后的配置生效之间存在一定的时间差,这段时间内被配置终端无法理解或直接应用新配置,因此终端无法基于新配置正常工作,需要回退到第一资源池上进行收发。
因此,在一具体实施方式中,网络侧设备重新配置了终端的资源池配置信息,例如,修改了其他资源池的时域资源,在本公开中第一资源池是不可被重配的,或者说即使重配后也要和重配前一样,因此在重配后,终端需要切换到第一资源池进行收发。
同理,连接失败,例如请求建立单播连接失败,请求建立组播连接失败,请求建立无线链路连接失败,请求建立波束配对失败等至少一种情况下,由于终端可能因为信号质量不好导致的失败,或者无法继续进行正常收发,因此需要回退到一个相对稳定的资源池上,即第一资源池上进行收发。
另一具体实施方式中,终端在其他资源池上向某个终端发起了连接请求,例如单播建立请求,发起请求的终端没有在规定的时间内收到有效的响应从而请求失败,在本公开中第一资源池是不可被重配的,或者说即使重配后也要和重配前内容一样,因此在连接请求后,终端需要切换到第一资源池进行收发。
实施例三
第一资源池可以用作公共(common)资源池,进行一些广播和/或公共和/或规律性业务(消息)的传输。例如第一资源池用于公共安全(public safety)业务(消息),基础V2X业务(消息),周期类业务(消息)等中的至少一项。
因此,在一具体实施方式中,当需要进行上述业务的时候,需要在第一资源池上进行对应的传输。
当进行其他业务,例如高级V2X业务(advanced V2X service业务),如车辆编队,拓展传感,高级驾驶,远程驾驶(vehicles platooning,extended sensors,advanced driving,and remote driving)等中至少一项时,需要在其他资源池上进行对应的传输。
可选地,当在其他资源池上进行其他业务传输的终端需要进行上述公共 和/或规律性业务(消息)时,需要切换到第一资源池上进行对应传输。
可选地,当处于第一资源池上的终端需要进行上述高级V2X业务时,需要切换到对应的其他资源池上进行对应传输。

应理解的是,本公开实施例中,射频单元601可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,具体的,将来自基站的下行数据接收后,给处理器610处理;另外,将上行的数据发送给基站。通常,射频单元601包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器、双工器等。此外,射频单元601还可以通过无线通信系统与网络和其他设备通信。
终端通过网络模块602为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问,如帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等。
音频输出单元603可以将射频单元601或网络模块602接收的或者在存储器609中存储的音频数据转换成音频信号并且输出为声音。而且,音频输出单元603还可以提供与终端600执行的特定功能相关的音频输出(例如,呼叫信号接收声音、消息接收声音等等)。音频输出单元603包括扬声器、蜂鸣 器以及受话器等。
输入单元604用于接收音频或视频信号。输入单元604可以包括图形处理器(Graphics Processing Unit,GPU)6041和麦克风6042,图形处理器6041对在视频捕获模式或图像捕获模式中由图像捕获装置(如摄像头)获得的静态图片或视频的图像数据进行处理。处理后的图像帧可以显示在显示单元606上。经图形处理器6041处理后的图像帧可以存储在存储器609(或其它存储介质)中或者经由射频单元601或网络模块602进行发送。麦克风6042可以接收声音,并且能够将这样的声音处理为音频数据。处理后的音频数据可以在电话通话模式的情况下转换为可经由射频单元601发送到移动通信基站的格式输出。
终端600还包括至少一种传感器605,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板6061的亮度,接近传感器可在终端600移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板6061和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,加速计传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别终端姿态(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;传感器605还可以包括指纹传感器、压力传感器、虹膜传感器、分子传感器、陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等,在此不再赘述。
显示单元606用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息。显示单元606可包括显示面板6061,可以采用液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)、有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)等形式来配置显示面板6061。
用户输入单元607可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与终端的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。具体地,用户输入单元607包括触控面板6071以及其他输入设备6072。触控面板6071,也称为触摸屏,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触控面板6071上或在触控面板6071附近的操作)。触控面板6071可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测 用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器610,接收处理器610发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触控面板6071。除了触控面板6071,用户输入单元607还可以包括其他输入设备6072。具体地,其他输入设备6072可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆,在此不再赘述。
进一步的,触控面板6071可覆盖在显示面板6061上,当触控面板6071检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器610以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器610根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板6061上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图7中,触控面板6071与显示面板6061是作为两个独立的部件来实现终端的输入和输出功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触控面板6071与显示面板6061集成而实现终端的输入和输出功能,具体此处不做限定。
接口单元608为外部装置与终端600连接的接口。例如,外部装置可以包括有线或无线头戴式耳机端口、外部电源(或电池充电器)端口、有线或无线数据端口、存储卡端口、用于连接具有识别模块的装置的端口、音频输入/输出(I/O)端口、视频I/O端口、耳机端口等等。接口单元608可以用于接收来自外部装置的输入(例如,数据信息、电力等等)并且将接收到的输入传输到终端600内的一个或多个元件或者可以用于在终端600和外部装置之间传输数据。
存储器609可用于存储软件程序以及各种数据。存储器609可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据手机的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器609可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
处理器610是终端的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个终端的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器609内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器609内的数据,执行终端的各种功能和处理数据,从而对终 端进行整体监控。处理器610可包括一个或多个处理单元;可选的,处理器610可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器610中。
终端600还可以包括给各个部件供电的电源611(比如电池),可选的,电源611可以通过电源管理系统与处理器610逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。
另外,终端600包括一些未示出的功能模块,在此不再赘述。
本公开实施例还提供了一种终端,能够实现上述实施例中资源池获取方法的细节,并达到相同的效果。

应理解的是,本公开实施例中,射频单元601可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,具体的,将来自基站的下行数据接收后,给处理器610处理;另外,将上行的数据发送给基站。通常,射频单元601包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器、双工器等。此外,射频单元601还可以通过无线通信系统与网络和其他设备通信。
终端通过网络模块602为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问,如帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等。
音频输出单元603可以将射频单元601或网络模块602接收的或者在存储器609中存储的音频数据转换成音频信号并且输出为声音。而且,音频输出单元603还可以提供与终端600执行的特定功能相关的音频输出(例如,呼叫信号接收声音、消息接收声音等等)。音频输出单元603包括扬声器、蜂鸣器以及受话器等。
输入单元604用于接收音频或视频信号。输入单元604可以包括图形处理器(Graphics Processing Unit,GPU)6041和麦克风6042,图形处理器6041对在视频捕获模式或图像捕获模式中由图像捕获装置(如摄像头)获得的静态图片或视频的图像数据进行处理。处理后的图像帧可以显示在显示单元606上。经图形处理器6041处理后的图像帧可以存储在存储器609(或其它存储介质)中或者经由射频单元601或网络模块602进行发送。麦克风6042可以接收声音,并且能够将这样的声音处理为音频数据。处理后的音频数据可以在电话通话模式的情况下转换为可经由射频单元601发送到移动通信基站的格式输出。
终端600还包括至少一种传感器605,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板6061的亮度,接近传感器可在终端600移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板6061和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,加速计传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小, 静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别终端姿态(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;传感器605还可以包括指纹传感器、压力传感器、虹膜传感器、分子传感器、陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等,在此不再赘述。
显示单元606用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息。显示单元606可包括显示面板6061,可以采用液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)、有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)等形式来配置显示面板6061。
用户输入单元607可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与终端的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。具体地,用户输入单元607包括触控面板6071以及其他输入设备6072。触控面板6071,也称为触摸屏,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触控面板6071上或在触控面板6071附近的操作)。触控面板6071可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器610,接收处理器610发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触控面板6071。除了触控面板6071,用户输入单元607还可以包括其他输入设备6072。具体地,其他输入设备6072可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆,在此不再赘述。
进一步的,触控面板6071可覆盖在显示面板6061上,当触控面板6071检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器610以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器610根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板6061上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图7中,触控面板6071与显示面板6061是作为两个独立的部件来实现终端的输入和输出功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触控面板6071与显示面板6061集成而实现终端的输入和输出功能,具体此处不做限定。
接口单元608为外部装置与终端600连接的接口。例如,外部装置可以包括有线或无线头戴式耳机端口、外部电源(或电池充电器)端口、有线或无线 数据端口、存储卡端口、用于连接具有识别模块的装置的端口、音频输入/输出(I/O)端口、视频I/O端口、耳机端口等等。接口单元608可以用于接收来自外部装置的输入(例如,数据信息、电力等等)并且将接收到的输入传输到终端600内的一个或多个元件或者可以用于在终端600和外部装置之间传输数据。
存储器609可用于存储软件程序以及各种数据。存储器609可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据手机的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器609可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
处理器610是终端的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个终端的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器609内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器609内的数据,执行终端的各种功能和处理数据,从而对终端进行整体监控。处理器610可包括一个或多个处理单元;可选的,处理器610可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器610中。
终端600还可以包括给各个部件供电的电源611(比如电池),可选的,电源611可以通过电源管理系统与处理器610逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。
另外,终端600包括一些未示出的功能模块,在此不再赘述。
本公开实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如上所述的资源池配置方法中的步骤或实现如上所述的资源池获取方法中的步骤。

    通过以下至少一种方式获取第一资源池:获取预定义的所述第一资源池;获取预配置的所述第一资源池;获取配置的所述第一资源池。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的资源池获取方法,其中,预定义的第一资源池,预配置的第一资源池和配置的第一资源池中的至少二者之间是兼容的,兼容包括以下至少一种:
    频域资源相等,时域资源相等,其中一者的频域资源范围包含于另一者的频域资源范围,其中一者的时域资源范围包含于另一者的时域资源范围。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的资源池获取方法,其中,所述第一资源池包括网络侧设备配置的第一资源池,预定义的第一资源池,预配置的第一资源池和所述网络侧设备配置的第一资源池中的至少二者之间是兼容的。

    确定所述第一资源池中使用的至少一个资源池实体。

    比特位图;

  18. 根据权利要求1所述的资源池获取方法,其中,在所述第一资源池为其他终端配置时,所述第一资源池的配置信息由所述其他终端在旁链路sidelink上发送的旁链路主信息块和/或其他广播消息进行承载。

    获取预定义和/或预配置和/或接收资源池配置设备配置的至少一个第二资源池的配置信息,将所述至少一个第二资源池作为后续使用的资源池;或
    获取预定义和/或预配置和/或接收所述资源池配置设备配置的至少一个第二资源池的配置信息,在所述至少一个第二资源池中选择至少一个第二资源池作为后续使用的资源池,并将选择的资源池的标识发给所述资源池配置设备;
    所述资源池配置设备为网络测设备或其他终端。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的资源池获取方法,其中,所述第一资源池的时域和/或频域资源的粒度为总波束数的整数倍,或所述第一资源池的时域和/或频域资源的粒度为总同步信号块数的整数倍。
  21. 一种资源池配置方法,应用于资源池配置设备,所述方法包括:
    配置终端的第一资源池。

  37. 根据权利要求33所述的终端,还包括:
    获取模块,用于获取预定义和/或预配置和/或接收资源池配置设备配置的至少一个第二资源池的配置信息,将所述至少一个第二资源池作为后续使用的资源池;或
    获取预定义和/或预配置和/或接收所述资源池配置设备配置的至少一个第二资源池的配置信息,在所述至少一个第二资源池中选择至少一个第二资源池作为后续使用的资源池,并将选择的资源池的标识发给所述资源池配置设备;
    所述资源池配置设备为网络测设备或其他终端。
  38. 一种资源池配置设备,包括:
    配置模块,用于配置终端的第一资源池。
  39. 根据权利要求38所述的资源池配置设备,还包括:
    重配置模块,用于重配置所述终端的第一资源池,重配置的所述第一资源池与配置的所述第一资源池相同或兼容。
  40. 根据权利要求38所述的资源池配置设备,其中,
    所述配置模块还用于配置所述第一资源池中所述终端使用的资源池实体。
  41. 根据权利要求38所述的资源池配置设备,还包括:
    发送模块,用于向所述终端发送至少一个第二资源池的配置信息;或
    向所述终端发送至少一个第二资源池的配置信息,接收所述终端返回的 所选择的至少一个第二资源池的标识。
  42. 一种通信设备,包括:存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至20中任一项所述的资源池获取方法中的步骤或实现如权利要求21至32中任一项所述的资源池配置方法中的步骤。
  43. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至20中任一项所述的资源池获取方法中的步骤或实现如权利要求21至32中任一项所述的资源池配置方法中的步骤。
