Abstract

衣類用梱包箱１００は、開口部１６を介して収容空間２００に衣類Ｓを収容する本体部１０と、本体部１０の開口部１６を開閉可能に閉塞する蓋部２０と、収容空間２００に収容された衣類Ｓに対して上方から載置される板状の中蓋部３０と、を有し、中蓋部３０は、紙材により形成され、ハンガー５０に組み立て可能である。これにより、衣類をコンパクトに梱包でき、かつ、梱包されていた衣服を迅速に所期の状態にすることを可能とする。

Description

衣類用梱包箱
　本発明は、衣類用梱包箱に関するものであり、特にスーツ等の衣類を梱包する衣類用梱包箱に関する。
　従来、例えばスーツ等の衣類を製造・販売するにあたって、衣類を収容して顧客に配送するための衣類用梱包箱が知られている。
　こうした衣類用梱包箱としては、衣類をハンガーに掛けた状態で収容可能とするものがあり、このように収容することで、配送中の衣類に皺や型崩れが発生するのを防ぐことが期待できる（例えば、特許文献１）。

　しかしながら、配送に際しては、衣類はできるだけコンパクトに梱包されることが好ましく、上記特許文献１に記載の衣類用梱包箱では、衣類をハンガーに掛けた状態とするため、梱包箱が嵩張るものとなる。
　そこで、衣類を折り畳んだり圧縮したりして、コンパクトに梱包することが考えられている。しかしながら、こうした場合にはやはり皺や型崩れの発生が懸念され、配送先において、梱包されていた衣服を広げてハンガーに掛けた状態とすることが望ましいが、配送先に必ずしもハンガーがあるとは限らず、配送された衣類を迅速に所期の状態にできない場合があった。
　本発明は、上記課題に鑑みてなされたものであり、衣類をコンパクトに梱包でき、かつ、梱包されていた衣服を迅速に所期の状態にすることを可能とする衣類用梱包箱を提供することを目的とする。
　上記課題を解決するため、本発明は、衣類用梱包箱において、
　開口部を介して内部空間に衣類を収容する本体部と、
　前記本体部の前記開口部を開閉可能に閉塞する蓋部と、
　前記内部空間に収容された衣類に対して上方から載置される板状の中蓋部と、
　を有し、
　前記中蓋部は、紙材により形成され、ハンガーに組み立て可能であることを特徴とする。
　本発明によれば、衣類をコンパクトに梱包でき、かつ、梱包されていた衣服を迅速に所期の状態にすることが可能となる。

　以下、本発明の実施の形態について図面を参照して説明する。ただし、発明の範囲は、図示例に限定されない。
［衣類用梱包箱の構成］
　まず、本実施の形態に係る衣類用梱包箱１００の構成について説明する。
　図１は、衣類用梱包箱１００が閉じられている状態を示す外観図である。
　図１に示すように、衣類用梱包箱１００は、閉じられている状態において扁平な略直方体形状を有する箱体であって、その一側面に、顧客等の使用者が把持し得る把持部１０Ａを備えている。
　衣類用梱包箱１００は、コートボール紙、段ボール紙等の剛性を有する紙材によって形成されている。把持部１０Ａは、布材によって形成されているが、衣類用梱包箱１００と同様の紙材が用いられても良い。
　図２は、衣類用梱包箱１００が開かれている状態を示す外観図である。
　図２に示すように、衣類用梱包箱１００は、その内部空間に衣類Ｓが収容されるものであり、例えば、衣類の製造元や販売元において衣類Ｓを梱包して、顧客に配送するために用いられる。衣類Ｓとしては、例えば、顧客からのオーダーを受けて作製（縫製）されたオーダーメイドのスーツなど、上衣（ジャケット等）及び下衣（パンツ、スカート等）を有する衣類が挙げられるが、衣類の種類に特に限定はない。また、上衣及び下衣のいずれか一方でも良いのは勿論である。
　図３は、衣類用梱包箱１００の構成を説明するための図である。
　図３に示すように、衣類用梱包箱１００は、衣類Ｓを収容するための収容空間２００を形成する本体部１０と、収容空間２００を閉塞するための蓋部２０と、衣類用梱包箱１００の内部において、収容空間２００に収容された衣類Ｓを上方から抑えるための中蓋部３０と、を備えている。
　本体部１０は、板状の部材により形成された矩形状の底面１１と、底面１１の４つの縁部それぞれから上方に立設された前側面１２、後側面１３、右端面１４及び左端面１５を有し、これら５つの面により囲われて形成された内部空間が、収容空間２００となる。
　本体部１０において収容空間２００を介して底面１１と対向する領域、すなわち、前側面１２、後側面１３、右端面１４及び左端面１５の上縁により囲われた領域は、開口部１６であって、この開口部１６から衣類Ｓの出し入れをすることができる。
　なお、前側面１２には、把持部１０Ａが設けられている。
　蓋部２０は、後側面１３の上縁から連続して設けられた、本体部１０の開口部１６を開閉可能に覆う板状の部材である。
　蓋部２０は、開口部１６を閉じた状態（収容空間２００を閉塞した状態）において衣類用梱包箱１００の表面となる主面部２１と、主面部２１の左右両端から下方に延出するように設けられた差し込み片２２、２２と、主面部２１の前端から下方に延出するように設けられた開封片２３と、を備えている。
　蓋部２０を閉じる場合、収容空間２００の左右内面に接触するよう差し込み片２２、２２が差し込まれ、前側面１２の外面を開封片２３が覆うようにして、主面部２１が開口部１６を閉塞させることとなる。また、蓋部２０を開く場合、開封片２３を上方に引っ張ることで、差し込み片２２、２２が収容空間２００から引き抜かれ、主面部２１が開口部１６を解放することとなる。
　また、開封片２３は、切り離し線に囲われた開口形成部２３ｂを備えており、開口形成部２３ｂを切り離すことで、把持部１０Ａを挿通させるための開口である挿通部２３ａ（図１、２参照）を形成することができる。
　衣類用梱包箱１００が配送された顧客は、これを持ち歩く必要が生じた場合などに、開口形成部２３ａを切り離して挿通部２３ａを形成し、把持部１０Ａを、挿通部２３ａを通して外部に出すことができる。ここで、挿通部２３ａを形成しないまま（把持部１０Ａを外部に出さない状態のまま）、衣類用梱包箱１００を使用することも可能なのは勿論である。
　なお、配送時に把持部１０Ａが外部に出て邪魔になることを防ぐため上記構成が好ましいが、配送前から挿通部２３ａが形成された構成であっても良い。
　中蓋部３０は、板状の部材により形成され、本体部１０の収容空間２００に衣類Ｓを収容した状態において、その衣類Ｓに上方から被せるように用いられる（図２参照）。
　具体的には、中蓋部３０は、開口部１６に合致するサイズを有する矩形状の上面部３０Ａと、上面部３０Ａの前後両端から下方に延出するように設けられた折曲片３０Ｂ、３０Ｂと、を備えている。
　本体部１０の収容空間２００に衣類Ｓが収容された後、収容空間２００の前後内面に接触するよう折曲片３０Ｂ、３０Ｂが差し込まれ、上面部３０Ａにより衣類Ｓを上方から軽く抑えるようにして、中蓋部３０が載置される。
　これにより、配送中等に衣類Ｓが衣類用梱包箱１００内を移動し、よれたり型崩れしたりするのを防ぐことができる。
　また、中蓋部３０の上面には、メッセージカード等を着脱可能に保持させるための保持部３０Ｃが備えられ、衣類の製造元・販売元や顧客の任意で、所望のメッセージカードを付与することが可能となる。
　本実施の形態では、保持部３０Ｃとしては、矩形状のカードの２つの角部をそれぞれ抜き差し可能な２つの切欠きを有する構成であるが、カードを保持できるものであれば、保持部３０Ｃの構成はこれに限定されない。例えば、カードを抜き差し可能なポケット等を有する構成でも良い。
　この中蓋部３０は、衣類Ｓを吊り下げるためのハンガー５０（図５参照）に組み立てることが可能である。これにより、衣類Ｓが配送された顧客は、板状の部材である中蓋部３０からハンガー５０を組み立て、収容されていた衣類Ｓを吊り下げることが可能となる。
　図４は、中蓋部３０を広げた状態を示す平面図である。
　なお、ハンガー５０を組み立てるにあたっては、図４に示すように、上面部３０Ａと折曲片３０Ｂ、３０Ｂが面一となるように、中蓋部３０を広げた状態とする。
　図４に示すように、中蓋部３０は、ハンガー５０のフック部５１（図５参照）となる第１領域３１と、ハンガー５０のハンガー本体部５２（図５参照）となる第２領域３２と、ハンガー５０の吊り下げ部５３（図５参照）となる第３領域３３と、を備える。
　また、中蓋部３０の上面には、ハンガー５０の組み立てる手順を示したガイダンス部４０を有している。
　第１領域３１は、広げた状態の中蓋部３０の長手方向の一端に位置し、衣類用梱包箱１００に衣類Ｓを収容している際には、第２領域３２の下面側に折り曲げられている。
　第１領域３１は、折曲線３１１を挟んで対称状に配置された２つのフック片３１ａ、３１ａを備えている。折曲線３１１には「山折り」の指示が記載されている。
　折曲線３１１を折曲し、２つのフック片３１ａ、３１ａを重ねることでハンガー５０のフック部５１が形成される。
　第２領域３２は、中蓋部３０を衣類Ｓに被せた際にその大部分を覆うこととなる領域であり、その上面に、ガイダンス部４０及び保持部３０Ｃが備えられる。
　第２領域３２は、第１スリット３２１と、第１スリット３２１の両端部の周辺にそれぞれ設けられた折曲部３２２、３２２と、第２スリット３２３と、を備えている。
　第１スリット３２１は、中蓋部３０の短手方向に沿って延在するよう設けられ、２つのフック片３１ａ、３１ａを重ねたフック部５１を、下方から挿通させるためのものである。
　折曲部３２２、３２２は、第１スリット３２１の両端部周辺において当該第１スリットに対して対称に配され、第１スリット３２１の両端部各々から放射状に延びる複数の折曲線を有する。各折曲線には「山折り」又は「谷折り」の指示が記載されている。
　折曲部３２２、３２２の折曲線を、指示に従い折曲することで、徐々に前後方向の厚みが増すような形状の肩当接部５２１、５２１（図５参照）を形成することができる。そして、第１スリット３２１に、下面側からフック部５１を差し込むことで、ハンガー本体部５２が形成されるとともに、ハンガー本体部５２に対してフック部５１が固定される。
　第２スリット３２３は、第１スリット３２１から所定間隔離間した位置に、第１スリット３２１と平行となるように設けられ、吊り下げ部５３の突出片５３１（図５参照）を、上方から挿通させるためのものである。
　第３領域３３は、広げた状態の中蓋部３０の長手方向の他端に位置する。
　第３領域３３は、切り離し線３３１と、切り離し線３３１の両端部をつなぐ折曲線３３２を備えている。切り離し線３３１は、全体として中蓋部３０の短手方向に沿って延在し、短手方向の中央部において湾曲部３３１ａを有する。折曲線３３２には「山折り」の指示が記載されている。
　切り離し線３３１が湾曲部３３１ａを有することで、当該切り離し線３３１を切り離した際に突出片５３１（図５参照）が形成される。また、折曲線３３２を折曲することで、開口部５３２（図５参照）が形成される。そして、第２スリット３２３に突出片５３１を差し込んで、ハンガー本体部５２に対して吊り下げ部５３が固定される。
　ガイダンス部４０は、中蓋部３０をハンガー５０に組み立てる手順を示す概略図４１と、概略図４１に対応した説明文４２と、を備えている。
　顧客は、概略図４１及び説明文４２を参照しつつ、上記第１領域３１、第２領域３２及び第３領域３３からハンガー５０の各部を作成、組み立てることができる。
　図５は、中蓋部３０を組み立てて形成されたハンガー５０を示す斜視図である。また、図６は、図５のハンガー５０の正面図であり、図７は、図５のハンガー５０の側面図である。
　図５～図７に示すように、ハンガー５０は、フック部５１と、上衣の内面に当接して上衣を保持するハンガー本体部５２と、下衣を引掛けることで下衣を保持する吊り下げ部５３と、を備えている。
　フック部５１は、ハンガー５０の長手方向の中央部に位置している。
　フック部５１は、２つのフック片３１ａ、３１ａが重なって形成されているため、必要な強度が担保されている。
　ハンガー本体部５２は、上衣の左右肩部の内面に当接する２つの肩当接部５２１、５２１と、上衣の胸部及び背部どちらかの内面にそれぞれ当接する２つの胸背面部５２２、５２２と、を有する。
　肩当接部５２１は、フック部５１の基端の両側からそれぞれ斜め下方に延在し、図５に示すように、フック部５１の基端から離れるにつれて、徐々に前後方向の厚みが増すように形成されている。
　胸背面部５２２は、左右の肩当接部５２１、５２１の前側縁部同士、後ろ側縁部同士をそれぞれ連結させる面である。
　このようにハンガー本体部５２が立体的な形状であることで、衣類Ｓを保持させた際に、その衣類Ｓの形状を確実に再現させることができる。
　吊り下げ部５３は、一方の胸背面部５２２の下端から連続して設けられる。吊り下げ部５３は、ハンガー５０の長手方向に沿って長尺な開口部５３２を備え、開口部５３２に、下衣を掛けることができる。
［衣類用梱包箱の使用方法］
　次に、衣類用梱包箱１００の使用方法について説明する。
　上述したように、この衣類用梱包箱１００は、顧客からのオーダーを受けて作製（縫製）されたスーツなどの衣類Ｓを梱包して、顧客に配送するために用いられる。
　ここで、衣類Ｓは、縫製作業が完了した後、所定の温度にて所定時間乾燥させ、所定の低湿度状態を維持したまま、気密性の包装袋に入れられていることが好ましい。
　なお、衣類を乾燥させる際の温度や時間は、衣類を構成している生地の材質等によって適宜設定される。すなわち、衣類を乾燥させる際の温度や時間は、乾燥後の「所定の低湿度状態」が、各生地にとって皺が発生しにくい最適なものとなるように、各生地の性質に応じて適宜設定される。
　このように、衣類Ｓを所定条件下で気密性の包装袋に入れることで、開梱後、衣類Ｓを包装袋から出して通常のハンガー等に掛けておくだけで、皺の無い良好な状態の衣服に復元させることができる。
　衣類用梱包箱１００においては、その本体部１０にこのような気密性の包装袋に入れられた衣類Ｓが収容され、中蓋部３０が被せられた後、蓋部２０が閉じられて、顧客に配送される。
　このとき、衣類Ｓに板状の中蓋部３０が被せられることで、衣類用梱包箱１００の内部で衣類Ｓが抑えられ、衣類Ｓが衣類用梱包箱１００内を移動するのを防ぐことができるとともに、衣類用梱包箱１００の全体のサイズをコンパクトにすることができる。
　また、衣類Ｓが気密性の包装袋に入れられていることで、衣類Ｓに皺が発生するのをより確実に防ぎつつ、よりコンパクトに梱包することが可能となる。
　そして、衣類用梱包箱１００が顧客に配送された後、顧客により、当該衣類用梱包箱１００の中蓋部３０はハンガー５０に組み立てられ、衣類Ｓを掛けて吊るすのに用いることができる。
　このため、配送先にハンガー５０が無かった場合でも、組み立てたハンガー５０に衣類Ｓを掛けて吊るすことで、衣類Ｓの皺や折れ線等がのびて、衣類Ｓを所期の状態にすることが可能となる。
　ここで、本実施の形態のハンガー５０によれば、ハンガー本体部５２が前後方向に厚みを有することで強度が担保され、長時間、衣類Ｓを吊るすことが可能となる。
　また、肩当接部５２１、５２１が厚みを有することで、上衣の肩部の形状を確実に再現させることができる。また、吊り下げ部５３を有することで、下衣を吊るすことが可能となる。従って、衣類Ｓが、スーツなどのような、上衣及び下衣を有し且つ肩部が立体的な形状のものである場合にも、組み立てたハンガー５０を用いることで、迅速に所期の状態にすることができる。
　また、このハンガー５０は紙製であるため、衣類Ｓの皺がのばされた後、焼却処理が可能である。
［本実施の形態の効果］
　以上のように、本実施の形態によれば、衣類用梱包箱１００は、開口部１６を介して収容空間２００に衣類Ｓを収容する本体部１０と、本体部１０の開口部１６を開閉可能に閉塞する蓋部２０と、収容空間２００に収容された衣類Ｓに対して上方から載置される板状の中蓋部３０と、を有し、中蓋部３０は、紙材により形成され、ハンガー５０に組み立て可能である。
　このため、梱包時、衣類Ｓを収容するにあたってハンガーを用いることなく、また、収容した衣類Ｓを中蓋部３０により抑えることができるので、衣類Ｓをコンパクトに梱包することが可能となる。また、中蓋部３０がハンガー５０に組み立てられるため、開梱後、収容されていた衣類Ｓを広げてハンガー５０に掛けることができる。
　よって、衣類Ｓをコンパクトに梱包でき、かつ、梱包されていた衣類Ｓを迅速に所期の状態にすることが可能となる。
　また、本実施の形態によれば、中蓋部３０の上面には、当該中蓋部３０をハンガー５０に組み立てる手順を示したガイダンス部４０を備える。
　このため、中蓋部３０を、容易にハンガー５０に組み立てることが可能となる。
　また、本実施の形態によれば、ハンガー５０は、フック部５１と、衣類Ｓを保持するハンガー本体部５２と、を備え、ハンガー本体部５２は、フック部５１の基端から両側に延設されて衣類Ｓの左右肩部の内面に当接する２つの肩当接部５２１、５２１を有し、２つの肩当接部５２１、５２１は、フック部５１の基端から離れるにつれて徐々に前後方向の厚みが増すように形成されている。
　このため、ハンガー５０により衣類Ｓの上衣を保持した際、上衣の肩部の形状を確実に再現させることができる。
　また、本実施の形態によれば、中蓋部３０は、フック部５１となる第１領域３１と、ハンガー本体部５２となる第２領域３２と、を備え、第２領域３２は、フック部５１を挿通させる第１スリット３２１と、第１スリット３２１の両端部周辺において当該第１スリットに対して対称に配され、２つの肩当接部５２１、５２１となる２つの折曲部３２２、３２２と、を備え、２つの折曲部３２２、３２２は、第１スリット３２１の端部から放射状に延びる複数の折曲線を有する。
　このため、中蓋部３０により、ハンガー５０のフック部５１とハンガー本体部５２を組み立てることができ、また、ハンガー本体部５２において、衣類Ｓの上衣の肩部の形状に対応する立体的な肩当接部５２１、５２１を形成することが可能となる。
　また、本実施の形態によれば、ハンガー５０は、衣類Ｓを吊り下げて支持する開口部５３２が形成された吊り下げ部５３を備える。
　このため、ハンガー５０により衣類Ｓの下衣を保持可能となり、下衣の形状を再現させることができる。
　また、本実施の形態によれば、中蓋部３０は、吊り下げ部５３となる第３領域３３を備える。
　このため、中蓋部３０により、ハンガー５０の吊り下げ部５３を組み立てることができる。
　また、本実施の形態によれば、衣類Ｓは、気密性の包装袋に入れられたスーツである。
　このため、衣類用梱包箱１００を用いて、スーツをよりコンパクトに梱包でき、かつ、梱包されていたスーツを迅速に所期の状態とすることが可能となる。
　また、本実施の形態によれば、本体部１０の側面には、使用者が衣類用梱包箱１００を把持するための把持部１０Ａが備えられている。
　このため、使用者が衣類用梱包箱１００を持ち運びやすくすることができる。
［その他］
　なお、以上本発明の実施の形態について説明したが、本発明は、かかる実施の形態に限定されず、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲で、種々変形が可能であることは言うまでもない。
　例えば、上記実施の形態においては、衣類用梱包箱１００として、本体部１０と蓋部２０とが一体となった構成を例示して説明したが、本体部１０と蓋部２０とを別体としても良い。
　また、上記実施の形態においては、衣類用梱包箱１００は、扁平な略直方体形状（蓋部２０が閉じられている際）であるものを例示して説明したが、衣類Ｓを収容し得る内部空間が形成されるものであれば、その形状はこれに限定されない。
　例えば、扁平な直方体以外の直方体状や立方体状等の六面体状のものでも良いし、六面体状以外でも良い。また、これらの形状において、二つの面の稜線部分を面取りしたもの等であっても良い。
　また、上記実施の形態においては、気密性の包装袋に入れられた衣類Ｓを梱包する場合を例示して説明したが、衣類Ｓは、気密性の包装袋に入れられていなくとも良い。
　また、上記実施の形態においては、本体部１０には把持部１０Ａが備えられているが、把持部１０Ａを備えないこととしても良い。
　また、上記実施の形態においては、衣類用梱包箱１００の中蓋部３０をハンガー５０に組み立てる構成を例示したが、ハンガー５０に組み立て可能な板状の部材は中蓋部３０に限定されない。
　本発明は、スーツ等の衣類を梱包する衣類用梱包箱を提供することに適している。

  1. 　開口部を介して内部空間に衣類を収容する本体部と、
    　前記本体部の前記開口部を開閉可能に閉塞する蓋部と、
    　前記内部空間に収容された衣類に対して上方から載置される板状の中蓋部と、
    　を有し、
    　前記中蓋部は、紙材により形成され、ハンガーに組み立て可能であることを特徴とする衣類用梱包箱。
  2. 　前記中蓋部の上面には、当該中蓋部をハンガーに組み立てる手順を示したガイダンス部を備えることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の衣類用梱包箱。
  3. 　前記ハンガーは、フック部と、衣類を保持するハンガー本体部と、を備え、
    　前記ハンガー本体部は、前記フック部の基端から両側に延設されて衣類の左右肩部の内面に当接する２つの肩当接部を有し、
    　前記２つの肩当接部は、前記フック部の基端から離れるにつれて徐々に前後方向の厚みが増すように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項１又は２に記載の衣類用梱包箱。

    　衣類を吊り下げて支持する開口部が形成された吊り下げ部を備えることを特徴とする請求項１から４のいずれか一項に記載の衣類用梱包箱。
  6. 　前記中蓋部は、前記吊り下げ部となる第３領域を備えることを特徴とする請求項５に記載の衣類用梱包箱。
  7. 　前記衣類は、気密性の包装袋に入れられたスーツであることを特徴とする請求項１から６のいずれか一項に記載の衣類用梱包箱。
  8. 　前記本体部の側面には、使用者が衣類用梱包箱を把持するための把持部が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項１から７のいずれか一項に記載の衣類用梱包箱。
