Description

安全带卷收器和安全带组件 技术领域
本发明涉及一种安全带卷收器以及一种包括这样的安全带卷收器的安全带组件。
背景技术
车辆的安全带组件作为一种有效的牢靠的被动安全装置,已成为整车安全中的强制性配置。随着车辆保有量的不断提高、乘车体验的不断提升的需求,乘员对于NVH有越来更高的要求。在行车过程中,由于路面颠簸以及自身车身的震动,往往会使得安全带卷收器发出干扰性的噪声,这影响乘员用车体验。
在实践中已知一些安全带卷收器,其配备有锁止装置,用于在车辆的紧急状况中、例如在发生交通事故时将安全带卷收器的卷带筒锁止,使得乘员能被更好地约束并且从而得到较好的保护。
另外,在一些安全带卷收器中配备有车感装置,其用于在车辆的紧急状况中触发锁止装置的锁止功能。在实践中已知多种形式的车感装置,它们尤其是用来感应车辆的加速度/减速度和/或车辆的倾斜角度和/或车辆的震动和/或能反映车辆紧急运行状态的其它参数。例如当车辆的加速度或减速度达到或超过预定的阈值时,车感装置能够触发锁止装置的锁止功能,并且从而锁止卷带筒。
在车辆正常驾驶过程中,车感装置的活动部件有可能频繁地相对于其它部件发生碰撞,这往往给车辆的乘员导致干扰性的不期望的噪声。目前,在市场上,对于加速度/减速度感应,普遍采用这样一种车感装置,其中,通过车感钢球在钢球座上受车辆加速度/减速度和车辆角度导致的运动,实现车感装置对锁止装置的锁止功能的触发。在这种车感装置中,车辆的正常行驶可能导致钢球座与车感钢球频繁发生碰撞,并且因此产生烦扰的噪声。
为了降低、甚至消除在正常行车时车感装置的车感噪声,已知车感噪声抑制功能,其在不影响卷收器安全性能的前提下能够改善车内NVH水平,因此提高乘员驾驶体验。
在专利文件US5507449A中公开一种具有车感噪声抑制功能的安全带卷收器,其中,设有离合器和将离合器相对于转轴预紧的弹簧,所述弹簧具有可摆动的弹簧摆臂,当弹簧摆臂摆到工作位置时,可以限制车感装置的车感功能,并且从而达到抑制车感 噪声的功能。当安全带卷收器要被紧急锁止时,织带的抽出带动安全带卷收器的卷带筒转动,从而使得该弹簧摆臂摆动脱离抑制车感装置的位置,使得车感功能恢复,以实现紧急锁止卷带筒的功能。在该现有技术中,车感抑制装置具有诸多部件,在可靠性和耐疲劳性方面不足,部件的制造工艺复杂,装配不易,制造成本和安装成本都是较高的。
相关的现有技术例如还可参考专利文献CN207523649U、US9884607B2和CN207466601U。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,实现一种具有车感噪声抑制功能的安全带卷收器以及一种包括这样的安全带卷收器的安全带组件,其中,用于实现车感噪声抑制功能的机构结构简单、成本低廉,并且能够有效地降低车感噪声。
为此,本发明提供一种安全带卷收器,所述安全带卷收器包括卷带筒、用于锁止卷带筒的锁止装置以及用于触发锁止装置的锁止功能的车感装置;所述安全带卷收器还包括用于抑制车感装置的车感功能的车感抑制装置,所述车感抑制装置包括带动部件和抑制部件;带动部件能被卷带筒驱动;抑制部件能通过附着力保持在带动部件上,其中,带动部件具有滑动轨道,并且抑制部件具有能在克服附着力的情况下在滑动轨道上滑动的滑动部;抑制部件具有止挡部,所述止挡部能与相配的静止的止挡部共同作用,使得抑制部件能被限位在第一端部位置上;并且抑制部件在第一端部位置上时能抑制车感装置的车感功能,并且在从第一端部位置离开时能释放车感装置的车感功能。
通过本发明的安全带卷收器,在车辆正常行驶时,车感装置的车感功能被抑制,因此能够降低、甚至消除车感噪声;而在紧急状况时,车感装置的车感功能被释放,因此车感装置能触发锁止装置的锁止功能,使得乘员在紧急状况时能被配备这样的安全带卷收器的安全带组件良好地约束。
按本发明的一种有利的实施方式,带动部件与卷带筒运动耦合,使得在卷带筒在卷收方向旋转时带动部件在第一方向上运动并且在卷带筒在解卷方向旋转时带动部件在与第一方向相反的第二方向上运动。
按本发明的一种有利的实施方式,所述止挡部能与相配的静止的止挡部共同作用,使得抑制部件能在第一方向上被限位在第一端部位置上并且能在第二方向上被限 位在第二端部位置上。
按本发明的一种有利的实施方式,带动部件与卷带筒运动耦合如此实现:带动部件与卷带筒同轴地无相对转动地连接,例如带动部件可以套装在卷带筒的轴头上。由此实现特别紧凑的结构。在此,无相对转动的连接既可以是始终存在的可拆或不可拆的连接,也可以是带有离合机构的连接,并且从而在预定情况下例如在车辆紧急状况下可被松开。
也可能的是,带动部件与卷带筒通过传动机构连接。带动部件与卷带筒既可以同轴地布置,也可以不同轴地布置,例如借助于圆锥齿轮传动机构可以实现旋转轴线彼此成角度的布置。除了通过传动机构将卷带筒的旋转运动转换成带动部件的旋转运动之外,也可能的是,通过传动机构将卷带筒的旋转运动转换成带动部件的直线运动,因此,卷带筒的卷收能引起带动部件在第一方向上直线运动,并且卷带筒的解卷能引起带动部件在相反的第二方向上直线运动。
按本发明,抑制部件能通过附着力保持在带动部件上。特别有利的是,附着力可以通过抑制部件与带动部件之间的静摩擦力实现。作为替换或补充,附着力也可以通过抑制部件与带动部件之间的磁力实现,为此例如抑制部件和带动部件可以由永磁材料制成或者包含由永磁材料制成的组成部分。作为替换或补充,附着力也可以通过在纺织领域常见的拉绊连接结构实现。
由于抑制部件能通过附着力保持在带动部件上,带动部件能携带抑制部件一起运动,如果抑制部件尚未到达通过彼此配合的止挡部的相互挡靠而限定的端部位置的话。当抑制部件在第一方向上到达第一端部位置时,带动部件能够继续在第一方向上运动,而抑制部件保持在第一端部位置上。当抑制部件在第二方向上到达第二端部位置时,带动部件能够继续在第二方向上运动,而抑制部件保持在第二端部位置上。
按一种有利的实施方式,抑制部件具有两个止挡部,这两个止挡部能分别与一个相配的静止的止挡部共同作用。作为替换,也可能的是,抑制部件具有仅一个止挡部,其与两个相配的静止的止挡部共同作用。
按一种有利的实施方式,所述带动部件是锁止装置的部件,例如是锁止装置的锁止触发棘轮盘。由此可以省去一个单独的带动部件。按一种有利的进一步方案,所述锁止装置包括套装在卷带筒的轴头上的锁止触发棘轮盘,并且所述带动部件是所述锁止触发棘轮盘。

按一种有利的实施方式,所述带动部件具有圆周部,所述圆周部具有内圆周面、轴向端面和外圆周面,所述内圆周面构成所述滑动轨道。作为替换或补充,也可能的是,圆周部的外圆周面或者轴向端面构成滑动轨道。例如按照一种进一步方案,圆周部的内圆周面、轴向端面和外圆周面共同构成滑动轨道,滑动部构造成U形的,并且包夹滑动轨道,在此,U形滑动部的两个侧边和一个底边相应地贴靠在圆周部的内圆周面、轴向端面和外圆周面上。
按一种有利的实施方式,所述圆周部具有环槽,所述抑制部件具有接合到环槽中的卡钩。按照一种进一步方案,所述环槽沿轴向方向制入到所述圆周部中,或者所述环槽沿径向方向制入到所述圆周部中。通过卡钩与环槽的接合,能够特别简单地实现抑制部件在带动部件上的安装和定位。

按一种有利的实施方式,所述止挡部形成弹簧。因此,在抑制部件的止挡部与相配的静止的止挡部相碰时,降低或甚至避免由此引起的噪声。作为替换或补充,静止的止挡部也可以形成弹簧,或者配有弹簧,或者设有其它缓冲措施,例如在静止的止挡部上可以固定地设有弹性体元件。
按一种有利的实施方式,所述抑制部件具有用于抑制车感装置的车感功能的弹性部位。车感装置包括活动部件。原则上,抑制部件在有效位置上能减小车感装置的活动部件的活动能力,就已经能够相应地降低车感噪声。但是特别有利的是,抑制部件在有效位置上能基本上完全抑制活动部件的活动能力,例如通过弹性部位直接地或间接地压紧车感装置的活动部件。
按一种有利的实施方式,所述抑制部件由钢片一体地制成;和/或所述带动部件由塑料一体地制成。也可能的是,抑制部件和/或带动部件分别由其他合适的材料制成,例如两者可以均由钢制成,或者均由塑料注塑而成。
按一种有利的实施方式,所述车感装置包括敏感爪、敏感球和敏感座,敏感爪通过销轴可偏转地支撑在敏感座上,敏感球活动地安装在敏感爪与敏感座之间,敏感球在运动离开其静止位置时能抬起敏感爪,并且敏感爪在被敏感球抬起到预定程度时能触发锁止装置的锁止功能。就车感装置本身而言,在现有技术中已知多种形式,它们也可以适用于按本发明的安全带卷收器中。
按一种有利的实施方式,所述锁止装置包括锁止触发棘轮盘,并且敏感爪在被敏感球抬起到预定程度时能与锁止触发棘轮盘接合,并且因此触发锁止装置的锁止功能。
按一种有利的实施方式,所述抑制部件具有用于抑制车感装置的车感功能的弹性部位;在抑制部件处在第一端部位置上时,所述弹性部位压紧在敏感爪上,并且在抑制部件从第一端部位置离开时,所述弹性部位释放敏感爪。

在此,抑制部件是一个集成有多种功能的一体式的部件,这使得按本发明的安全带卷收器的零件数量最小化,并且一体式的抑制部件能够通过金属片冲压而简单且廉价地制成。
按一种有利的实施方式,所述锁止装置、车感装置和车感抑制装置设置在卷带筒的一个轴向端部区域上,并且被一个机械侧盖覆盖,所述机械侧盖紧固在支架上,卷带筒可旋转地支撑在所述支架中;所述锁止装置沿轴向被机械侧盖定位,所述车感装置安装在机械侧盖上;并且所述静止的止挡部设置在机械侧盖上或者设置在车感装置的静止部件上。
按一种有利的实施方式,在卷带筒的另一个轴向端部区域上设有一个卷簧侧盖,用于使卷带筒朝卷收方向复位的复位弹簧安装在卷簧侧盖上。
本发明还提供一种安全带组件,其包括织带以及按本发明的安全带卷收器,所述织带能被卷收在该安全带卷收器的卷带筒上。
在此要指出的是,在申请文件中记载的技术特征可以任何组合,只要这种组合在技术上是可行的或者说不是相互矛盾的,所有这些组合都是本申请记载的技术内容。

具体实施方式
图1示出按本发明的一种实施方式的安全带卷收器的分解图。该安全带卷收器包括未示出的支架、可旋转地支撑在支架中的卷带筒1、用于锁止卷带筒的锁止装置10、用于触发锁止装置的锁止功能的车感装置20以及用于抑制车感装置的车感功能的车感抑制装置30。
在此仅示出卷带筒1的局部,即其在图1中处于左侧的区段。在卷带筒1的未示出的右侧的轴向端部区域上设有一个同样未示出的固定在支架上的卷簧侧盖,用于使卷带筒1朝卷收方向复位的同样未示出的卷簧安装在卷簧侧盖上。未示出的织带能够在卷绕方向上在卷带筒1上卷收,并且能够在与卷绕方向相反的解卷方向上从卷带筒1上解卷。
在卷带筒1的在图1中处于左侧的轴向端部区域上设有一个机械侧盖6,其同样固定在支架上,例如通过螺钉紧固在支架上。锁止装置10、车感装置20和车感抑制装置30设置在卷带筒1的左侧的轴向端部区域上,并且被机械侧盖6覆盖。锁止装置10沿轴向被机械侧盖6定位,车感装置20安装在机械侧盖6上。
锁止装置10可以包括锁止爪、弹簧元件和锁止触发棘轮盘4。锁止触发棘轮盘4通过其中心轴4.1套装在卷带筒1的轴头1.1上。在卷带筒1的左侧的端部区域上,在卷带筒1上制出空缺部1.2,锁止爪容纳在空缺部1.2中。锁止爪具有齿部,该齿部能与支架上的对应齿部共同作用。锁止爪具有销轴,所述销轴容纳在锁止触发棘轮盘4的腰形槽4.2中。弹簧元件朝着腰形槽4.2的径向内侧端部的方向偏压锁止爪,使得锁止爪的齿部与支架的对应齿部脱离啮合。例如弹簧元件可以以一端支撑在锁止触发棘轮盘4上,并且以另一端支撑在销轴上。
在锁止触发棘轮盘4未被锁止的情况下,锁止触发棘轮盘4能被卷带筒1带动,一起旋转。在车辆的紧急状况下,例如在发生交通事故时,锁止触发棘轮盘4被锁止。此时,卷带筒1由于织带的继续抽出而继续在解卷方向上转动,这迫使锁止爪克服弹簧元件的弹簧力在腰形槽4.2中沿径向向外移动,直至锁止爪的齿部与支架的对应齿部啮合,并且从而将卷带筒1锁止。锁止触发棘轮盘4在其一个圆周部上分布地设有棘齿4.3。与该圆周部相邻地设有另一个圆周部4.4,其在下面还将详细地说明。
如图1所示,车感装置20包括敏感爪5.1、敏感球5.2和敏感座5.3,敏感爪5.1通过销轴可偏转地支撑在敏感座5.3上,敏感球5.2活动地安装在敏感爪5.1与敏感座5.3之间,敏感球5.2在运动离开其静止位置时能抬起敏感爪5.1,并且敏感爪5.1在被敏感球抬起到预定程度时,敏感爪5.1接合到锁止触发棘轮盘4的棘齿4.3上,因 此将锁止触发棘轮盘4锁止,并且从而如上面已经提及的那样能够触发锁止装置10的锁止功能。
车感抑制装置30包括带动部件8和抑制部件7。在图1所示的实施方式中,带动部件8通过锁止装置10的部件实现,更具体地,通过锁止触发棘轮盘4实现。因此可以节约一个单独设置的带动部件,而只需要利用本身就已经存在的锁止触发棘轮盘4。
带动部件8或者说锁止触发棘轮盘4具有圆周部4.4,该圆周部具有内圆周面和外圆周面,所述内圆周面构成滑动轨道。所述圆周部还具有沿轴向方向制入的环槽,用于接纳抑制部件7的卡钩。
如图3所示,抑制部件7包括滑动部7.1、用于抑制车感功能的弹性部位7.2和两个止挡部7.3以及卡钩。通过抑制部件7的卡钩与带动部件8的环槽的接合,抑制部件7沿轴向保持在带动部件8的圆周部上。抑制部件7还包括支撑部7.4,其支撑在圆周部4.4的外圆周面上。至少通过支撑部7.4在所述圆周部的外圆周面上的支撑,必要时附加地通过卡钩与环槽的接合,使得滑动部7.1预紧地贴靠在带动部件8的滑动轨道上。通过这种带有预紧力的贴靠,在滑动部7.1与滑动轨道之间存在预定的静摩擦力。在图3中示出滑动部7.1的初始的松弛状态。当滑动部7.1贴合在圆柱形的滑动轨道上时,滑动部可以发生弹性变形,并且因此产生预紧力。两个止挡部7.3之一或两者也可以形成弹簧,例如通过钢片的相应区域的弯折而形成弹簧。滑动部7.1可以构造成一个连续的元件。作为替换,也可能的是,滑动部7.1可以包括多个分开的元件。例如也可能的是,卡钩从本来连续的滑动部7.1中切割和弯折而成,因此最终的滑动部7.1包括多个分段,这些分段贴靠在滑动轨道上。
在一种未示出的替换方案中,卡钩构造得结实,以致能够实现滑动部7.1在滑动轨道上的径向预紧,则单独的支撑部7.4也可以被取消。
按照一种特别有利的方案,所述抑制部件7由钢片一体地制成。滑动部7.1形成弹簧片。沿着滑动部7.1的一个长边从滑动部7.1弯折出来一个臂,该臂在与滑动部7.1相邻的第一区段上在滑动部7.1的长度方向上定向的两个端部上分别通过弯折而形成弹性的止挡部7.3。另外,所述臂可以具有从所述臂中切割和弯折出来的卡钩,所述卡钩接合到带动部件8的圆周部的沿轴向方向制入的环槽中。通过卡钩与环槽的接合,实现抑制部件7在圆周部4.4上的轴向定位。
另外,例如通过切割和弯折而形成一个或多个支撑部7.4,其用于支撑在圆周部 4.4的外圆周面上。至少主要通过支撑部7.4,使得滑动部7.1预紧地贴靠在带动部件8的滑动轨道上,其中,所述滑动轨道构成在带动部件8的圆周部的内圆周面上。所述臂在与滑动部7.1背离的第二区段上具有通过弯折而形成的、用于抑制车感功能的弹性部位7.2。更具体地,在抑制部件7的有效位置上,弹性部位7.2可以压紧到车感装置20的敏感爪5.1上,因此基本上完全限制敏感球5.2的运动,因此避免敏感球5.2与敏感座5.3在车辆正常行驶期间发生碰撞以及由此引起的车感噪声。
图4示出带有安装的抑制部件7的带动部件8或者说锁止触发棘轮盘4的局部纵剖视图。锁止触发棘轮盘4在图4的左侧的圆周部上分布地设有棘齿4.3,并且在图4的右侧的圆周部上安装有抑制部件7。滑动部7.1可以全面地贴靠在右侧的圆周部的内圆周面上。但也可能的是,滑动部7.1可以在长度方向上在两侧贴靠在右侧的圆周部的内圆周面上,而在长度方向上在中央与该内圆周面留有微小的间距。
图5和图6分别示出安全带卷收器在一种工作状态下的侧视图。为了描述安全带卷收器的内部结构,在图5和图6中分别隐去了机械侧盖6。
在乘员佩戴安全带时,织带首先被拉出一定长度,然后通过卷簧的复位功能,织带被卷收,直至织带贴紧在乘员的身体上。在卷带筒1通过卷簧的复位功能卷收织带的过程中,带动部件8被卷带筒1带动,抑制部件7又被带动部件8带动,并且被限位和保持在如图6所示的第一端部位置上。抑制部件7的弹性部位7.2压紧在车感装置20的敏感爪5.1上,因此使得车感装置20的车感功能被抑制。在车辆正常行驶中,抑制部件7能够基本上保持在第一端部位置上,或者在离开第一端部位置之后能够及时复位到第一端部位置上。因此,在车辆正常行驶过程中能够显著地降低、甚至完全消除车感噪声。
当车辆发生紧急状况时,例如在发生车辆碰撞时,织带被快速拉动,带动部件8被卷带筒1带动,抑制部件7又被带动部件8带动,抑制部件7离开如图6所示的第一端部位置,直至被限位在如图5所示的第二端部位置上。在抑制部件离开第一端部位置一定程度时,抑制部件7的弹性部位7.2不再作用在敏感爪5.1上,车感装置20的车感功能恢复。车感装置20及时感应到车辆的紧急状况,敏感球5.2将敏感爪5.1抬起,敏感爪5.1将触发棘轮盘4锁止,并继而迫使锁止爪2啮合到支架的对应齿部中,将卷带筒1锁止。
上面借助具体实施例对本发明进行更加详细的说明。最后要指出的是,本发明的上述具体实施例仅仅用于理解本发明,而不对本发明的保护范围构成限制。对于本领 域技术人员来说,在上述实施例的基础上可以做出修改,所有这些修改都不脱离本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种安全带卷收器,所述安全带卷收器包括卷带筒(1)、用于锁止卷带筒的锁止装置(10)以及用于触发锁止装置的锁止功能的车感装置(20);
    其特征在于,所述安全带卷收器还包括用于抑制车感装置的车感功能的车感抑制装置(30),所述车感抑制装置包括带动部件(8)和抑制部件(7);
    带动部件(8)能被卷带筒(1)驱动;
    抑制部件(7)能通过附着力保持在带动部件(8)上,其中,带动部件(8)具有滑动轨道,并且抑制部件(7)具有能在克服附着力的情况下在滑动轨道上滑动的滑动部(7.1);
    抑制部件(7)具有止挡部(7.3),所述止挡部(7.3)能与相配的静止的止挡部共同作用,使得抑制部件(7)能被限位在第一端部位置上;并且
    抑制部件(7)在第一端部位置上时能抑制车感装置(20)的车感功能,并且在从第一端部位置离开时能释放车感装置(20)的车感功能。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,带动部件(8)与卷带筒(1)运动耦合,使得在卷带筒在卷收方向旋转时带动部件(8)在第一方向上运动并且在卷带筒在解卷方向旋转时带动部件(8)在与第一方向相反的第二方向上运动;
    优选的是:所述止挡部(7.3)能与相配的静止的止挡部共同作用,使得抑制部件(7)能在第一方向上被限位在第一端部位置上并且能在第二方向上被限位在第二端部位置上。
  3. 根据权利要求1至2中任一项所述的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,所述带动部件(8)是锁止装置(10)的锁止触发棘轮盘(4);和/或
    所述锁止装置(10)包括套装在卷带筒(1)的轴头(1.1)上的锁止触发棘轮盘(4),并且包括锁止爪和弹簧元件;
    所述锁止爪容纳在卷带筒(1)的一个端部区域的空缺部(1.2)中,所述锁止爪具有销轴,所述销轴容纳在锁止触发棘轮盘(4)的腰形槽(4.2)中,所述锁止爪具有齿部,所述齿部用于与支架的对应齿部共同作用,卷带筒(1)可旋转地支撑在所述支架中;
    所述弹簧元件朝所述腰形槽(4.2)的径向内侧端部的方向偏压锁止爪,使得锁止爪的齿部与支架的对应齿部脱离啮合;并且
    在锁止触发棘轮盘(4)被锁止并且卷带筒(1)在解卷方向旋转时,所述锁止爪被强制引导,使得锁止爪的齿部与支架的对应齿部啮合,并且从而卷带筒(1)被锁止。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,所述带动部件(8)具有圆周部(4.4),所述圆周部具有内圆周面、轴向端面和外圆周面,所述内圆周面和/或所述轴向端面和/或所述外圆周面构成所述滑动轨道;
    优选的是:所述圆周部(4.4)具有环槽,所述抑制部件(7)具有接合到环槽中的卡钩;
    优选的是:所述环槽沿轴向方向制入到所述圆周部(4.4)中,或者所述环槽沿径向方向制入到所述圆周部(4.4)中。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,所述抑制部件(7)的滑动部(7.1)形成沿着滑动轨道延伸的长形的弹簧片,并且预紧地贴靠在带动部件(8)的滑动轨道上。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,
    所述抑制部件(7)的滑动部(7.1)形成沿着滑动轨道延伸的长形的弹簧片,所述滑动部用于贴靠在所述圆周部(4.4)的构成为滑动轨道的内圆周面上;并且
    所述抑制部件(7)具有支撑部(7.4),所述支撑部用于支撑在所述圆周部(4.4)的外圆周面上,使得所述滑动部(7.1)预紧地贴靠在滑动轨道上;和/或
    所述抑制部件(7)的滑动部(7.1)是一个连续的元件或者包括多个分开的元件;和/或
    所述止挡部(7.3)形成弹簧;和/或
    所述抑制部件(7)具有用于抑制车感装置的车感功能的弹性部位(7.2);和/或
    所述抑制部件(7)由钢片一体地制成,和/或所述带动部件(8)由塑料一体地制成。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,所述车感装置(20)包括敏感爪(5.1)、敏感球(5.2)和敏感座(5.3),敏感爪(5.1)通过销轴可偏转地支撑在敏感座(5.3)上,敏感球(5.2)活动地安装在敏感爪(5.1)与敏感座(5.3)之间,敏感球(5.2)在运动离开其静止位置时能抬起敏感爪(5.1),并且敏感爪(5.1)在被敏感球抬起到预定程度时能触发锁止装置(10)的锁止功能;
    优选的是:所述锁止装置(10)包括锁止触发棘轮盘(4),所述敏感爪(5.1)在被敏感球抬起到预定程度时能与所述锁止装置(10)的锁止触发棘轮盘(4)的棘齿(4.3)接合,并且因此能触发锁止装置(10)的锁止功能;
    优选的是:
    所述抑制部件(7)具有用于抑制车感装置(5)的车感功能的弹性部位(7.2);
    在抑制部件(7)处在第一端部位置上时,所述弹性部位(7.2)压紧在敏感爪(5.1)上;并且
    在抑制部件(7)从第一端部位置离开时,所述弹性部位(7.2)释放敏感爪(5.1)。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,
    所述抑制部件(7)由钢片一体地制成;
    所述抑制部件(7)的滑动部(7.1)形成沿着滑动轨道延伸的长形的弹簧片,所述滑动部用于贴靠在带动部件(8)的圆周部(4.4)的构成为滑动轨道的内圆周面上;
    所述抑制部件(7)包括沿着滑动部(7.1)的一个长边从滑动部(7.1)弯折出来的臂;
    所述臂在与滑动部(7.1)相邻的第一区段上在滑动部(7.1)的长度方向上定向的两个端部之中的至少一个端部上具有通过弯折而形成弹性的止挡部(7.3);
    所述臂具有从所述臂中切割和弯折出来的卡钩,所述卡钩用于接合到带动部件(8)的圆周部(4.4)的沿轴向方向制入的环槽中;
    所述臂具有从所述臂中切割和弯折出来的支撑部(7.4),所述支撑部用于支撑在带动部件(8)的圆周部(4.4)的外圆周面上;并且
    所述臂在与滑动部(7.1)背离的第二区段上具有通过弯折而形成的、用于抑制车感装置的车感功能的弹性部位(7.2);
    其中,通过卡钩与环槽的接合,使得滑动部(7.1)在圆周部(4.4)上轴向定位,并且至少通过支撑部在带动部件(8)的圆周部(4.4)的外圆周面上的支撑,使得滑 动部(7.1)预紧地贴靠在滑动轨道上。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,
    所述锁止装置(10)、车感装置(20)和车感抑制装置(30)设置在卷带筒(1)的一个轴向端部区域上,并且被一个机械侧盖(6)覆盖,所述机械侧盖紧固在支架上,卷带筒(1)可旋转地支撑在所述支架中;
    所述锁止装置(10)沿轴向被机械侧盖(6)定位,所述车感装置(20)安装在机械侧盖(6)上;并且
    所述静止的止挡部设置在机械侧盖(6)上或者设置在车感装置(20)的静止部件上。
  10. 一种安全带组件,其包括织带以及根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的安全带卷收器,所述织带能被卷收在该安全带卷收器的卷带筒(1)上。
