本实用新型的一种药材捣碎装置,包括破碎箱、左门、右门、一组固定环、插杆、连接杆、直流电机、一组刀片、“V”形挡板和一组支腿,破碎箱内部设置有第一储存腔,破碎箱底面设置有第一开口,第一开口与第一储存腔相通,左门左端和右门右端分别与破碎箱底侧壁左半区域和右半区域轴连接,一组固定环顶端分别与左门底面中央区域和右门底面中央区域连接,插杆一端插入一组固定环,连接杆底端穿过破碎箱顶面中央区域伸入破碎箱内部,连接杆顶端与直流电机输出端连接,一组刀片一端均与连接杆外侧壁下半区域连接,“V”形挡板内左侧壁上半区域和内右侧壁上半区域分别与破碎箱左侧壁下半区域和右侧壁下半区域连接,一组支腿顶端分别与“V”形挡板底面左半区域和右半区域连接,破碎箱左侧壁上半区域连通设置有进料管,“V”形挡板底面中央区域连通设置有出料管;还包括清洗箱、喷头、一组滚刷、一组转轴、一组交流电机和一组支架,清洗箱内部设置有第二储存腔,所述清洗箱顶面右半区域设置有第二开口,第二开口与第二储存腔相通,清洗箱顶面中央区域连通设置有进水管,所述喷头顶端与进水管输出端连通,所述一组滚刷中央区域分别设置有一组第一圆孔,所述一组转轴一端分别穿过一组第一圆孔,一组转轴前端均与清洗箱内前侧壁下半区域轴连接,一组转轴后端分别与一组交流电机输出端连接,所述一组支架顶端分别与清洗箱底面左前侧、左后侧、右前侧和右后侧连接,清洗箱底面中央区域连通设置有第一出水管,清洗箱左侧壁上半区域连通设置有进草管,清洗箱右侧壁下半区域连通设置有出草管;还包括风干箱、传送装置和一组支撑杆,所述风干箱内部设置有第三储存腔,风干箱左侧壁上半区域设置有第三开口,第三开口与第三储存腔相通,所述传送装置底端与风干箱内底侧壁连接,传送装置可以通电,所述一组支撑杆顶端分别与风干箱底面左前侧、左后侧、右前侧和右后侧连接,风干箱顶面左半区域设置有透气孔,出草管输出端与风干箱左侧壁中央区域连通,传送装置的传送部分设置有一组第二圆孔,进料管输入端与风干箱右侧壁下半区域连通。
本实用新型的一种药材捣碎装置,还包括鼓风机、进风管和出风头,所述鼓风机输出端与进风管输入端连接,进风管输出端与所述出风头顶端连接。
本实用新型的一种药材捣碎装置,还包括挂杆和加热管,所述挂杆顶端与风干箱内顶侧壁右半区域连接,所述加热管缠绕在挂杆上。
本实用新型的一种药材捣碎装置,还包括一组连杆、一组左车轮和一组右车轮,一组支撑杆底端分别与一组连杆顶端中央区域连接,所述一组左车轮右端中央区域和一组右车轮左端中央区域分别与一组连杆左端和右端轴连接。
本实用新型的一种药材捣碎装置,还包括一组橡胶垫,所述一组橡胶垫左端和右端分别与左门右端和右门左端连接。
本实用新型的一种药材捣碎装置,还包括一组防滑垫,所述一组防滑垫顶端分别与一组支腿和一组支架底端连接。
本实用新型的一种药材捣碎装置,还包括透明挡板,所述透明挡板安装设置在第三开口处,透明挡板顶面、底面、前侧壁和后侧壁分别与第三开口处内顶侧壁、内底侧壁、内前侧壁和内后侧壁可拆卸连接。
本实用新型的一种药材捣碎装置,还包括挂钩,所述挂钩左端与清洗箱右侧壁上半区域连接。
有益效果
与现有技术相比本实用新型的有益效果为:首先将一组交流电机通电,一组交流电机带动一组滚筒旋转,益母草自进草管进入清洗箱并落到一组滚筒表面,同时打开水流,水流自进水管进到喷头中,喷头将水流分成几股喷向一组滚筒表面的益母草,水流的冲击力对益母草进行清洗,同时,一组滚筒表面的刷毛对益母草进行翻滚洗刷,去除益母草表面的杂质,清洗后的污水自第一出水管流出,清洗后的益母草经过一组滚筒的作用输送到出草管并自出草管进入风干箱,清洗箱可以对益母草进行清洗,提高益母草清洁度,提高使用合理性;将传送装置通电,益母草表面的水可以通过一组第二圆孔滴落并自第二出水管流出,传送装置将清洗后的益母草自左边输送到右边,益母草落进进料管并自进料管进入破碎箱,完成后续的捣碎工作,风干箱将益母草表面的水分在传送过程中进行沥干,降低益母草表面的水分含量,提高益母草膏质量。

本实用新型的一种药材捣碎装置,还包括鼓风机19、进风管20和出风头21,鼓风机19输出端与进风管20输入端连接,进风管20输出端与出风头21顶端连接;将鼓风机通电,鼓风机可以加速益母草表面水分的蒸发,提高风干质量。
本实用新型的一种药材捣碎装置,还包括挂杆22和加热管23,挂杆22顶端与风干箱16内顶侧壁右半区域连接,加热管23缠绕在挂杆22上;将加热管通电,加热管产生热量,提高风干箱内的温度,加速益母草表面水分的蒸发,提高风干质量。
本实用新型的一种药材捣碎装置,还包括一组连杆24、一组左车轮25和一组右车轮,一组支撑杆18底端分别与一组连杆24顶端中央区域连接,一组左车轮25右端中央区域和一组右车轮左端中央区域分别与一组连杆24左端和右端轴连接;一组左车轮和一组右车轮便于移动风干箱,提高使用灵活性。
本实用新型的一种药材捣碎装置,还包括一组橡胶垫26,一组橡胶垫26左端和右端分别与左门2右端和右门左端连接;一组橡胶垫提高左门和右门的密封性,提高使用可靠性。
本实用新型的一种药材捣碎装置,还包括一组防滑垫27,一组防滑垫27顶端分别与一组支腿9和一组支架15底端连接;一组防滑垫增大一组支腿和一组支架与地面的摩擦,减少不必要的移动,提高使用可靠性。
本实用新型的一种药材捣碎装置,还包括透明挡板28,透明挡板28安装设置在第三开口处,透明挡板28顶面、底面、前侧壁和后侧壁分别与第三开口处内顶侧壁、内底侧壁、内前侧壁和内后侧壁可拆卸连接;透明挡板便于观察风干箱内情况,提高使用可靠性。
本实用新型的一种药材捣碎装置,还包括挂钩29,挂钩29左端与清洗箱10右侧壁上半区域连接;可以将一些工具悬挂在挂钩上,便于取放,提高使用合理性。
