Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an electronic component unit.
  • Priority is claimed on Japanese Patent Application No. 2018-167119, filed Sep. 6, 2018, the content of which is incorporated herein by reference.
  • an imaging module having a configuration in which a solid-state imaging device (hereinafter, also simply referred to as an imaging device) is electrically connected to a distal end of an electric cable via a wiring board is often used (for example, Patent Document 1).
  • the ends of a plurality of electric cables are electrically connected to the wiring of the wiring board, and each electric cable is electrically connected to the imaging element by the wiring of the wiring board.
  • a step of passing the imaging module through a thin resin tube is performed. After this step, it is common practice to solder the opposite end (rear end) of each electric cable to a relay board electrically connected to a video processing display device including a monitor.
  • the step of passing the imaging module through the resin tube may be performed by inserting the imaging module into the tube from the imaging element side, or by inserting the imaging module at the rear end (proximal end, specifically, the rear end of the electric cable). It is also widely used to insert the tube into the tube. For example, when an electrical connection plug that is detachably fitted to the receptacle on the video processing display device side is assembled at the rear end of the imaging module, it is difficult to insert the imaging module through the tube from the rear end side. For this reason, in the step of passing the imaging module through the tube from the rear end, the rear end of the electric cable of the imaging module is inserted into the tube with the cable end without the plug.
  • the problem to be solved by the aspects of the present invention is that electrical connection between an electronic module such as an imaging module and other devices can be easily performed without using a receptacle and a plug that is inserted and fitted into the receptacle. It is to provide an electronic component unit.
