背景技术
美甲机是一种能够在自然甲和人工甲上画出图案的彩绘设备,主要由触摸屏、控制器和打印组件组成。使用时,将手指伸入美甲机,即可利用打印组件在指甲上喷涂出图案。一般的美甲机只具有在指甲上喷涂图案的功能,但将图案喷涂到指甲上后,还需要对指甲上的涂料进行烘干,此时就需要另外配备烘干机,这样不仅操作繁琐,而且需要更多的时间,还会额外占用作业台的空间。
发明内容
本文提供了一种美甲装置,其旨在美甲装置在美甲的同时对喷涂的指甲进行烘干。

一种美甲装置,包括:
打印头,可沿设定路径移动,所述打印头被配置为对指甲进行喷涂;

请参照图1至图3所示,本实施例提供一种美甲装置,包括打印头和烘干机构200,打印头用于在驱动装置驱动下沿设定路径移动对指甲进行喷涂,设定路径可以是打印头在驱动装置的驱动下沿滑轨400移动,驱动装置可以是驱动电机,直流电机较佳;烘干机构200用于对喷涂中的指甲进行烘干,烘干机构200设置于打印头周侧,并跟随打印头同步移动,该烘干机构200可以设置于打印头的左侧,也可以设置于打印头的右侧或者是打印头的前端,只要光照的方向朝向指甲即可。打印头通常设置于墨盒100的底端,打印时,墨盒100在驱 动机构的驱动下在打印区域进行往复移动,移动的过程中墨汁从打印头喷出进行喷涂打印。驱动装置包括直流电机、皮带和齿轮,皮带带动打印头沿滑轨400移动,实现方式有多种,这里不再详述。
本文通过设置随打印头移动而同步移动的烘干机构200,从而实现边在指甲上喷涂边对喷涂的指甲进行烘干固化的效果。烘干机构200随打印头移动,在打印头对指甲喷涂的同时,使得喷涂中的指甲能最快得到有效的光照,提高固化效率。此外,采用本实施例的美甲机,无需另外购置烘干器,节约了作业空间。同时,在指甲喷涂和烘干固化的步骤之间,无需移动手指,降低因手指移动而产生图案变形等风险,确保美甲质量;设置随打印头移动而同步移动的烘干机构200,将对指甲进行喷涂的时间和烘干的时间重叠,节约了整个美甲作业的时间,提高工作效率,从而,提高用户的服务满意度。
请参照图3,本实施例烘干机构200包括至少一个光源组件210,光源组件210包括紫外线灯212和铝基板211,紫外线灯212设置在铝基板211的下板面上。
紫外线灯212对喷涂了图案的指甲起到快速固化的作用。铝基板211为铝质材料制成,有良好的导热性能,降低光源热量集中对紫外线灯212性能和寿命的影响。
在一些实施例中,光源组件210数量为偶数个,对称布置在打印头左右两侧。当打印头从指甲的右侧向指甲左侧移动时,打印头左侧的紫外线灯212先对指甲进行照射,随着打印头左移,左侧的紫外线灯212逐渐远离指甲,而打印头右侧的紫外线灯212逐渐靠近指甲并对指甲进行照射,打印头在指甲区域内往复移动对指甲进行喷涂,打印头左侧的紫外线灯212和右侧的紫外线灯交替对喷涂中的指甲进行照射,提高了烘干效率。
请参照图2,光源组件210可拆卸地固定于打印头两侧。安装时,先将紫外线灯212安装在铝基板211上,再将铝基板211安装在打印头上,可以通过螺丝进行固定,也可以采用散热胶进行固定。通常而言,紫外线灯212尺寸较小,如果直接安装到打印头上,受打印头结构限制,不方便操作。将紫外线灯212置于铝基板211上,并对铝基板211和打印头做配合连接设计,提高了安装便利性。光源组件210可拆卸固定于打印头两侧便于对坏掉的紫外线灯212进行更换。
请参照图1和图2,在一些实施例中,美甲装置还包括墨盒100和墨盒支架 300,打印头设置于墨盒100底面的一端,墨盒100固定于墨盒支架300,墨盒支架300对应打印头位置的左右两侧设有支撑台310,支撑台310用于支撑光源组件210。支撑台310设置于对应打印头位置的墨盒支架300的两侧,距离打印头较近,又不会对打印头喷涂产生影响,对喷涂中的指甲起到更好的烘干效果,结构也更加稳固。本实施例中,驱动装置驱动墨盒支架300沿滑轨400移动,墨盒支架300带动墨盒100在打印区域往复移动进行打印。在一些实施例中,支撑台310和墨盒支架300为一体成型。
本实施例中,铝基板211一端设有凸块2111,支撑台310与墨盒支架300连接的一端设有与支撑台310平面垂直的前板320,前板320上开设有供凸块2111插入并限定凸块2111移动的凹槽321。凹槽321限制铝基板211前后移动,同时限制铝基板211的前端发生左右移动。
前板320在凹槽321的下方开设有通孔322,通孔322在左右方向的宽度大于凹槽321。在将铝基板211上的凸块2111插入凹槽321时,先将铝基板211前端的凸块2111插入通孔322,然后将铝基板211放平,此时,凸块2111卡入凹槽321,安装简单快捷。
支撑台310在对应紫外线灯212的位置设置有照射孔312,当光源组件210固定于支撑台310上时,紫外线灯212从照射孔312中伸出。照射孔312在不阻挡光线的基础上,对紫外线灯212有保护作用,防止其他硬物碰撞紫外线灯而使其损坏。
支撑台310中间凹入形成容置腔,铝基板211盖设于容置腔的上方。当铝基板211固定于容置腔上方时,铝基板211上的紫外线灯212穿过照射孔312,部分紫外线灯的灯体位于容置腔中。。
铝基板211远离凸块2111的一端通过螺丝固定于支撑台310。螺丝和凸块2111一起作为铝基板211的两个固定点,两受力点的距离适当拉长有利于提高铝基板211安装的稳固性,且为螺丝的操作提供足够的空间。
安装过程中,先将铝基板211的凸块2111斜向下插入通孔322,而后将铝基板211放平在支撑台310上,凸块2111随之进入凹槽321,并由凹槽321所限定其位移。最后,用螺丝将铝基板211固定在支撑台310上,完成铝基板211的安装,光源组件210的安装简单快捷。
请再次参照图2,支撑台310上设有用于限制基板移动的限位柱311;铝基板211在与限位柱311相应的位置设有卡槽2112。
在一些实施例中,每个铝基板211对应设有两个限位柱311,限位柱311对称布置于铝基板211的左右两侧。
限位柱311和卡槽2112的设置,有利于安装的便捷性。在具体实现中,铝基板211的凸块2111插入通孔322后,限位柱311和卡槽2112的存在指引安装人员将铝基板211安装在两个限位柱311之间的区域,对铝基板211左右先限位,将卡槽2112对准限位柱311,对铝基板211前后位置进行固定,即,限位柱311和卡槽2112对铝基板211有一个锚定的作用。而后将铝基板211平放在支撑台310上,前端的凸块2111也就自然得进入到凹槽321中,无需另行人工对准,此时,铝基板211上的螺孔与支撑台310上的螺柱刚好对准,从而提高安装便利性。

  6. 如权利要求5所述的美甲装置,其中,所述铝基板一端设有凸块,所述支撑台与所述墨盒支架连接的一端设有与所述支撑台平面垂直的前板,所述前板上开设有被配置为供所述凸块插入并限定所述凸块移动的凹槽。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的美甲装置,其中,所述支撑台上设有被配置为限制所述铝基板移动的限位柱;所述铝基板在与所述限位柱相应的位置设有卡槽。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的美甲装置,其中,所述支撑台对应所述紫外线灯的位置设置有照射孔,当所述光源组件固定于所述支撑台上时,所述紫外线灯从照射孔中伸出。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的美甲装置,其中,所述墨盒支架对应所述打印头位置的左右两侧均设有支撑台,每个所述支撑台支撑有所述光源组件。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的美甲装置,其中,所述铝基板远离所述凸块的一端通过螺丝固定于所述支撑台。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的美甲装置,其中,所述支撑台中间凹设形成容置腔,所述铝基板盖设于所述容置腔的上方。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的美甲装置,其中,所述打印头被配置为在驱动装置驱动下沿设定路径移动。
