When the nail-printing machine is in operation, user's fingers are put into the nail-printing machine, and patterns are sprayed on the nails by the printing component. The general nail-printing machine has the function of spraying the patterns on the nails, but after spraying the patterns on the nails, it is also necessary to dry the paint on the nails, and then an additional dryer needs to be used, which is not only cumbersome in operation, but also takes more time and takes up extra space on the workbench.
- The object of the present disclosure is to overcome the above-mentioned deficiencies of the related art and to provide a nail-printing device which aims to dry painted nails while painting the nails.
- The present disclosure is implemented as follows:

A support table 310 is disposed on each of left and right sides of an area of theink cartridge bracket 300 corresponding to the printing head, and is used for supporting thelight source assemblies 210. The support table 310 is disposed on each of both sides of the area of theink cartridge bracket 300 corresponding to the printing head, and is close to the printing head but does not affect the spraying of the printing head, achieving a better drying effect on the nails in spraying; and the structure of the support table 310 is also more stable. In this embodiment, the driving mechanism drives theink cartridge bracket 300 to move along theslide rail 400, and theink cartridge bracket 300 drives theink cartridge 100 to perform a reciprocating movement in the printing area for printing. In some embodiments, the support table 310 and theink cartridge bracket 300 are integrally formed. - In this embodiment, one end of the
aluminum substrate 211 is provided with abump 2111. Afront plate 320 perpendicular to a plane of the support table 310 is disposed on one end of the support table 310 connected to theink cartridge bracket 300. Thefront plate 320 is provided with agroove 321 which accommodates thebump 2111 to be inserted and limits a movement of thebump 2111. Thegroove 321 is applied to restrict thealuminum substrate 211 to move back and forth and restrict the front end of thealuminum substrate 211 to move left and right. - The
front plate 320 is provided with a throughhole 322 below thegroove 321. The width of the throughhole 322 in a left-to-right direction is greater than the width of thegroove 321. When thebump 2111 on thealuminum substrate 211 is inserted into thegroove 321, thebump 2111 at the front end of thealuminum substrate 211 is inserted into the throughhole 322 firstly, and then thealuminum substrate 211 is placed flatly. At this moment, thebump 2111 fits in thegroove 321. The installation is quick and easy. - The support table 310 is provided with an
illumination hole 312 in an area corresponding to theultraviolet lamp 212. When each of thelight source assemblies 210 is fixed on the support table 310, theultraviolet lamp 212 protrudes from theillumination hole 312. Theirradiation hole 312 has a protective effect on theultraviolet lamp 212 without blocking the light, and prevents other hard objects from colliding with the ultraviolet lamp to cause damage of the ultraviolet lamp. - A center of the support table 310 is recessed to form a receiving cavity (not shown in figures), and the
aluminum substrate 211 is disposed above the receiving cavity. When thealuminum substrate 211 is fixed above the accommodating cavity, theultraviolet lamp 212 on thealuminum substrate 211 passes through the illuminatinghole 312, and part of a body of theultraviolet lamp 212 is located in the receiving cavity. - One end of the
aluminum substrate 211 away from thebump 2111 is fixed to the support table 310 by screws. The screws and thebump 2111 together serve as two fixed points of thealuminum substrate 211, and lengthening the distance between the two stress points properly is advantageous for improving the stability of mounting of thealuminum substrate 211 and provides sufficient spaces for the operation of the screws. - In the process of installation, the
bump 2111 of thealuminum substrate 211 is inserted obliquely downward into the throughhole 322 firstly, and then thealuminum substrate 211 is laid on the support table 310 flatly, meanwhile thebump 2111 enters into thegroove 321 which limits the displacement of thebump 2111. Finally, thealuminum substrate 211 is fixed on the support table 310 by the screws, and the installation of thealuminum substrate 211 is completed. The installation of thelight source assemblies 210 is simple and quick. - Referring to
FIG. 2 again, the support table 310 is provided with a retainingpost 311 for restricting the movement of thealuminum substrate 211. Aslot 2112 is disposed on in an area of thealuminum substrate 211 corresponding to the retainingpost 311. - Further, the
aluminum substrate 211 is correspondingly provided with two retainingposts 311, and the retainingposts 311 of thealuminum substrate 211 are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of thealuminum substrate 211. - The configuration of the retaining
posts 311 andslot 2112 is convenient for installation. Specifically, after thebump 2111 of thealuminum substrate 211 is inserted into the throughhole 322, the presence of the retainingposts 311 and theslot 2112 directs the installer to mount thealuminum substrate 211 between the two retainingposts 311 and limits the left and right of thealuminum substrate 211 firstly, and then theslot 2112 is aligned with the retainingpost 311 to fix the front and rear positions of thealuminum substrate 211, that is, the retainingposts 311 and theslot 2112 have an anchoring effect on thealuminum substrate 211. Then, thealuminum substrate 211 is placed on the support table 310 flatly, and thebump 2111 at the front end of thealuminum substrate 211 naturally enters thegroove 321 without manual alignment. At this moment, the screw hole (not shown in the figures) on thealuminum substrate 211 and the studs (not shown in the figures) on the support table 310 are just aligned, thereby improving the ease of installation. - The above are only optional embodiments of the present disclosure and are not intended to limit the present disclosure. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements and the like within the spirit and principle of the present disclosure are within the scope of the present disclosure.
