进一步地,雾化芯包括超声雾化片,超声雾化片与底盖上的导电机构电连接。
进一步地,雾化芯包括外套管,超声雾化片通过雾化座固设于外套管内,超声雾化片的第一电极层设于超声雾化片底面,超声雾化片的第二电极层与电子线一端电连接,电子线另一端穿过雾化座并沿雾化座外壁向雾化座底面折弯;所述导电机构包括导电环、弹性电极和绝缘环,导电环固设于底盖内,弹性电极绝缘环固设于导电环内;下盖与底盖相连时,弹性电极与超声雾化片的第一电极层相抵接,电子线游离端夹设于导电环与雾化座之间。
借由上述结构,底盖与下盖连接后,超声雾化片的第一电极层依靠弹性电极抵接导电,超声雾化片的第二电极层依靠导电环压紧电子线导线;导电接触可靠良好,寿命长。
基于同一个发明构思,本发明还提供了一种电子烟,其特点是包括所述的超声雾化器。
与现有技术相比,本发明雾化芯更换过程简单方便,用时短,用户体验好;同时超声雾化片导电接触可靠良好,寿命长。

具体实施方式
如图1至图10所示,本发明超声电子烟中的超声雾化器包括外壳1和雾化芯2,外壳1底部设有下盖3,下盖3底部与底盖4相连,雾化芯2上段穿过下盖3上的安装孔301并设于外壳1内,外壳1内设有连接套8,雾化芯2上段设于连接套8内,雾化芯2与下盖3可拆卸相连;雾化芯2下段设于底盖4内,雾化芯2与底盖4可拆卸相连,雾化芯2中段外与安装孔301相对应的位置套设第一密封圈203,雾化芯2上段外套设第二密封圈209;连接套8和下盖3均与雾化芯2插拔相连,第一密封圈203夹设于安装孔301与雾化芯2之间,第二密封圈209夹设于连接套8与雾化芯2之间。安装孔301内壁为光滑面。
雾化芯2作为独立可单独更换结构,利用第一密封圈203及第二密封圈209的涨紧密封作用,可以实现雾化芯2与下盖3之间、雾化芯2与连接套8之间的稳定可靠插拔相连。从而拆装雾化芯2可以通过拔插方式实现,操作简单方便,用时短,用户体验好。
雾化芯2与底盖4之间通过旋转卡扣机构304,305,306,401,402可拆卸相连。
雾化器还包括用于在雾化芯2插拔时限定雾化芯2周向位置的限位机构。限位机构在雾化芯2插拔时限定雾化芯2周向位置,从而可以确保雾化芯2插入外壳1后导油效果及雾化芯2的可靠工作。
所述限位机构包括设于下盖3底部的相互平行的第一竖直夹板302(也可以是第一限位柱)与第二竖直夹板303(也可以是第二限位柱),雾化芯2外侧壁设有可与第一竖直夹板302内侧壁(也可以是第一限位柱)相贴合的第一限位平面2041(也可以是第一限位孔)、可与第二竖直夹板303内侧壁(也可以是第二限位柱)相贴合的第二限位平面2042(也可以是第二限位孔)。
安装雾化芯2时,将第一限位平面2041对准第一竖直夹板302、第二限位平面2042对准第二竖直夹板303,再将雾化芯2向下盖3安装孔301内推动,即可将雾化芯2装入外壳1。第一竖直夹板302与第二竖直夹板303的限位作用可以防止雾化芯2偏转,从而保证导油和密封效果。
所述旋转卡扣机构304,305,306,401,402包括设于底盖4内壁上的第一凸台401和第二凸台402,下盖3外侧壁底部设有可与第一凸台401相贴合的第一过渡面304以及与第一过渡面304相衔接的第一卡槽305,下盖3外侧壁底部设有可与第二凸台402相贴合的第二过渡面306以及与第二过渡面306相衔接的第二卡槽(第二卡槽在附图中的视图方向并未示出,但并不影响本领域的技术人员对本发明的理解和实现)。下盖3与底盖4相连时,第一凸台401卡设于第一卡槽305内,第二凸台402卡设于第二卡槽内。
当需要将底盖4安装至下盖3时,首先将第一凸台401对准第一过渡面304、第二凸台402对准第二过渡面306,再往下盖3方向推动底盖4,最后往第一卡槽305和第二卡槽方向旋转底盖4,即可将底盖4与下盖3装配好,且底盖4不易从下盖3脱落。将底盖4从下盖3拆除过程与安装过程相反。可见,底盖4拆装过程简单方便,用时短。
第一过渡面304、第一卡槽305、第二过渡面306、第二卡槽沿下盖3侧壁周向依次设置,第一过渡面304与第二过渡面306相对设置,第一卡槽305与第二卡槽相对设置。通过插拔并旋转底盖90度即可拆装底盖4,进一步取出雾化芯2,更换雾化芯2过程方便快捷。
所述雾化芯2插入外壳1后与下盖3之间形成第一扣手位6和第二扣手位7;第一扣手位6和第二扣手位7相对设置,方便手抓受力取出雾化芯2。同时,雾化芯2下段外壁表面滚花,使得手部握持时不容易打滑,更方便取出雾化芯2。
外壳1、下盖3与连接套8之间围成油仓9,雾化芯2包括导油机构201及超声雾化片202,油仓9依次通过连接套8上的过油孔801、导油机构201与超声雾化片202雾化面相连通。
超声雾化片202与底盖4上的导电机构10电连接。
雾化芯2包括外套管204,超声雾化片202通过雾化座205固设于外套管204内。雾化座205材质为硅胶。
第一限位平面2041和第二限位平面2042均设于外套管204外侧壁。
超声雾化片202的第一电极层设于超声雾化片202底面,超声雾化片202的第二电极层与电子线206一端电连接,电子线206另一端穿过雾化座205并沿雾化座205外壁向雾化座205底面折弯;所述导电机构10包括导电环1001、弹性电极1002和绝缘环1003,导电环1001固设于底盖4内,弹性电极1002绝缘环1003固设于导电环1001内;下盖3与底盖4相连时,弹性电极1002与超声雾化片202的第一电极层相抵接,电子线206游离端夹设于导电环1001与雾化座205之间。
底盖4与下盖3连接后,超声雾化片202的第一电极层依靠弹性电极1002抵接导电,超声雾化片202的第二电极层依靠导电环1001压紧电子线206导线;导电接触可靠良好,寿命长。
雾化芯2还包括内套管207,所述导油机构201包括杯状导油棉,内套管207下段套设于外套管204上段内,导油棉侧壁夹设于内套管207与外套管204之间,导油棉外底面与超声雾化片202雾化面相抵接。雾化芯2还包括套设于外套管204与连接套8之间的硅胶材质密封唇208,密封唇208可以进一步增强雾化芯2与连接套8之间的涨紧密封效果,保证雾化芯2插拔连接效果及密封效果。所述第二密封圈209设于内套管207与连接套8之间。
杯状导油棉内设有压棉弹簧2010,压棉弹簧2010一端与内套管207相抵接,另一端与杯状导油棉内底面相抵接。
导电机构10还包括导电片1004、第一螺钉1005与电极套1006,电极套1006套设于弹性电极1002与绝缘环1003之间,第一螺钉1005将PCB11固定于导电环1001上,弹性电极1002通过导电片1004与PCB11电连接。
外壳1与下盖3之间设有第三密封圈12。
底盖4与下盖3之间设有压紧环13。
外壳1顶端通过注油盖14与吸嘴15相连。注油盖14上开设用于向油仓9内注油的注油孔1401。注油盖14与油仓9之间设有密封垫16。
注油盖14内通过第二螺钉17固定隔气套18。
外壳1内还设有进气管19,进气管19一端与隔气套18相连,进气管19另一端伸入杯状导油棉内。进气管19与内套管207之间形成出气通道20。注油盖14上开设进气孔1402,隔气套18上开设过气孔1801。进气孔1402、过气孔1801、进气管19、出气通道20、吸嘴15依次相通。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是局限性的,本领 域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种超声雾化器,包括外壳(1)和雾化芯(2),外壳(1)底部设有下盖(3),下盖(3)底部与底盖(4)相连,雾化芯(2)上段穿过下盖(3)上的安装孔(301)并设于外壳(1)内,外壳(1)内设有连接套(8),雾化芯(2)上段设于连接套(8)内,其特征在于,雾化芯(2)与下盖(3)可拆卸相连;雾化芯(2)下段设于底盖(4)内,雾化芯(2)与底盖(4)可拆卸相连;
    雾化芯(2)中段外与安装孔(301)相对应的位置套设第一密封圈(203),雾化芯(2)上段外套设第二密封圈(209);连接套(8)和下盖(3)均与雾化芯(2)插拔相连,第一密封圈(203)夹设于安装孔(301)与雾化芯(2)之间,第二密封圈(209)夹设于连接套(8)与雾化芯(2)之间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的超声雾化器,其特征在于,雾化芯(2)与底盖(4)之间通过旋转卡扣机构(304,305,306,401,402)可拆卸相连。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的超声雾化器,其特征在于,还包括用于在雾化芯(2)插拔时限定雾化芯(2)周向位置的限位机构。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的超声雾化器,其特征在于,所述限位机构包括设于下盖(3)底部的相互平行的第一竖直夹板(302)与第二竖直夹板(303),雾化芯(2)外侧壁设有可与第一竖直夹板(302)内侧壁相贴合的第一限位平面(2041)、可与第二竖直夹板(303)内侧壁相贴合的第二限位平面(2042)。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的超声雾化器,其特征在于,所述旋转卡扣机构(304,305,306,401,402)包括设于底盖(4)内壁上的第一凸台(401)和第二凸台(402),下盖(3)外侧壁底部设有可与第一凸台(401)相贴合的第一过渡面(304)以及与第一过渡面(304)相衔接的第一卡槽(305),下盖(3)外侧壁底部设有可与第二凸台(402)相贴合的第二过渡面(306)以及与第二过渡面(306)相衔接的第二卡槽;下盖(3)与底盖(4)相连时,第一凸台(401)卡设于第一卡槽(305)内,第二凸台(402)卡设于第二卡槽内。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的超声雾化器,其特征在于,第一过渡面(304)、第一卡槽(305)、第二过渡面(306)、第二卡槽沿下盖(3)侧壁周向依次设置,第一过渡面(304)与第二过渡面(306)相对设置,第一卡槽(305)与第二卡槽相对设置。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的超声雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化芯(2)插入外壳(1)后与下盖(3)之间形成第一扣手位(6)和第二扣手位(7);第一扣手位(6)和第二扣手位(7)相对设置。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的超声雾化器,其特征在于,外壳(1)、下盖(3)与连接套(8)之间围成油仓(9),雾化芯(2)包括导油机构(201)及超声雾化片(202),油仓(9)依次通过连接套(8)上的过油孔(801)、导油机构(201)与超声雾化片(202)雾化面相连通。
  9. 如权利要求1至8任一项所述的超声雾化器,其特征在于,雾化芯(2)包括超声雾化片(202),超声雾化片(202)与底盖(4)上的导电机构(10)电连接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的超声雾化器,其特征在于,雾化芯(2)包括外套管(204),超声雾化片(202)通过雾化座(205)固设于外套管(204)内,超声雾化片(202)的第一电极层设于超声雾化片(202)底面,超声雾化片(202)的第二电极层与电子线(206)一端电连接,电子线(206)另一端穿过雾化座(205)并沿雾化座(205)外壁向雾化座(205)底面折弯;所述导电机构(10)包括导 电环(1001)、弹性电极(1002)和绝缘环(1003),导电环(1001)固设于底盖(4)内,弹性电极(1002)绝缘环(1003)固设于导电环(1001)内;下盖(3)与底盖(4)相连时,弹性电极(1002)与超声雾化片(202)的第一电极层相抵接,电子线(206)游离端夹设于导电环(1001)与雾化座(205)之间。
  11. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至10任一项所述的超声雾化器。
