当导向卡扣4与前夹持架3滑移至横杆11两端的转角位时,拨动锁杆6的拨动锁块61,使拨动锁块61扣装在锁扣位31上。同时,内侧限定扣块62与转角限定扣块63在拨动锁块61带动下分别扣装在敞开扣位32、连接扣位33上。此时,内侧限定扣块62与转角限定扣块63与U型导向槽34形成的夹持位分别夹持在横杆11的直杆部与转角位。这样,能使滑轨快速装配,操作方便,多方位夹持,夹持效果好,又具有锁止功能,结构稳定性能高,提高产品的使用质量。
随即,将拨动锁杆6的拨动锁块61与锁扣位31分离。同时,内侧限定扣块62与转角限定随着锁杆6摆动端的摆动下分别与敞开扣位32、连接扣位33分离,以便前夹持架3与导向卡扣4依次滑离横杆11,从而使滑轨快速分拆,操作方便,便于维护与更换,又确保滑轨的使用效果,保证烤箱正常使用。
其中,所述U型夹持块的中部设有开口往横杆11内侧设置的U型导向槽34。U型导向槽34滑动连接在横杆11上,U型导向槽34的前端部设有与横杆11的转角位适端连接的限位挡块35,所述锁扣位31设置于限位挡块35与U型夹持块的上端部的连接之间。加强装卸的滑移顺畅性,便于操作,同时提高锁止效果,提高结构稳固性,保证产品的使用质量。
另外,所述U型夹持块的上端部设有与内侧限定扣块62对应的限定扣孔36,内侧限定扣块62扣装在敞开扣位32的同时扣合在限定扣孔36上。而且,所述内侧限定扣块62呈与横杆11内侧连接的“7”字型限定扣块,转角限定扣块63呈卡接在横杆11转角位用的倾斜限定扣块,拨动锁块61呈便于操作的“Z”拨动锁块。进一步加强结构性能可靠性,方便装卸,提高产品的使用效果。
参照图1、图2、图7与图8所示,所述夹接块43往导向支承块41的外侧延伸并与轨体2的下轨22底面形成有与横杆11的转角位卡接或分离用的卡接位5。卡接位5的端头分别设有便于横杆11的后端转角位滑入用的导向斜面44。在卡接位5与夹持位的结构配合,多方位夹持,提高装配的稳定性,同时在导向斜面44的作用下,增加支承面积,加强抗压强度,进一步提高夹持的稳固性,确保滑轨的使用效果,保证烤箱正常使用。
此外,所述导向支承块41的左端往下翻折有导向块42,导向块42与夹接块43形成有导向口朝下并与横杆11滑动连接用的导向槽45。能使导向卡扣4与前夹持架3依次地滑装在连接架1上,代替传统线性滑装方式,提高装配或拆卸的顺畅性,便于操作方便,有效地避免出现错装现象,确保滑轨的使用质量。
上述具体实施例仅为本发明效果较好的具体实施方式,凡与本发明的带锁止功能的烤箱滑轨装卸机构相同或等同的结构,均在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种带锁止功能的烤箱滑轨装卸机构,包括安装于烤箱体两侧内壁的连接架(1)和轨体(2),所述轨体(2)的上轨(21)与烤盘相配安装,轨体(2)的下轨(22)装配有连接部件,其特征在于:所述连接部件包括与上轨(21)同一水平方向滑移在连接架(1)的横杆(11)用的导向卡扣(4)和前夹持架(3),前夹持架(3)和导向卡扣(4)分别安装于下轨(22)底面的前端与后端,所述导向卡扣(4)设有用于卡接在横杆(11)后端转角位用的卡接位(5),所述前夹持架(3)装配有锁扣在横杆(11)前端转角位用的锁杆(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述带锁止功能的烤箱滑轨装卸机构,其特征在于:所述前夹持架(3)包括与导向卡扣(4)同一水平方向滑移的U型夹持块,U型夹持块的上端部设有锁扣位(31),U型夹持块的下端部设有敞开扣位(32)、连接扣位(33),锁杆(6)设有拨动锁块(61)、内侧限定扣块(62)、转角限定扣块(63),所述拨动锁块(61)适配扣装或分离在锁扣位(31),同时内侧限定扣块(62)与转角限定扣块(63)分别随着拨动锁块(61)带动下扣装或分离在敞开扣位(32)、连接扣位(33)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述带锁止功能的烤箱滑轨装卸机构,其特征在于:所述U型夹持块的中部设有开口往横杆(11)内侧设置的U型导向槽(34),U型导向槽(34)滑动连接在横杆(11)上,U型导向槽(34)的前端部设有与横杆(11)的转角位适端连接的限位挡块(35),所述锁扣位(31)设置于限位挡块(35)与U型夹持块的上端部的连接之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述带锁止功能的烤箱滑轨装卸机构,其特征在于:所述扣装在敞开扣位(32)、连接扣位(33)上的内侧限定扣块(62)与转角限定扣块(63)与U型导向槽(34)形成有夹持在横杆(11)的直杆部与转角位用的夹持位。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述带锁止功能的烤箱滑轨装卸机构,其特征在于:所述U型夹持块的上端部设有与内侧限定扣块(62)对应的限定扣孔(36),内侧限定扣块(62)扣装在敞开扣位(32)的同时扣合在限定扣孔(36)上。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述所述带锁止功能的烤箱滑轨装卸机构,其特征在于:所述锁杆(6)的定位端定位连接在前夹持架(3)的后端部,锁杆(6)的摆动端以其定位端为定点上下摆动,所述锁杆(6)的摆动端分别往外翻折而形成有内侧限定扣块(62)、转角限定扣块(63)、拨动锁块(61)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述带锁止功能的烤箱滑轨装卸机构,其特征在于:所述内侧限定扣块(62)呈与横杆(11)内侧连接的“7”字型限定扣块,转角限定扣块(63)呈卡接在横杆(11)转角位用的倾斜限定扣块,拨动锁块(61)呈便于操作的“Z”拨动锁块。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述带锁止功能的烤箱滑轨装卸机构,其特征在于:所述导向卡扣(4)包括支承于轨体(2)底面的导向支承块(41)、与上轨(21)同一水平方向滑动在横杆(11)上用的导向块(42)和随着导向块(42)滑动卡接或分离在横杆(11)的后端转角位用的夹接块(43),夹接块(43)前后对称地设置于导向支承块(41)的右端的底面上,导向块(42)设置于处于夹接块(43)的前方的导向支承块(41)的左端的底面上。
  9. 根据权利要求9所述带锁止功能的烤箱滑轨装卸机构,其特征在于:所述夹接块(43)往导向支承块(41)的外侧延伸并与轨体(2)的下轨(22)底面形成有与横杆(11)的转角位卡接或分离用的卡接位(5),卡接位(5)的端头分别设有便于横杆(11)的后端转角位滑入用的导向斜面(44);所述导向支承块(41)的左端往下翻折有导向块(42),导向块(42)与夹接块(43)形成有导向口朝下并与横杆(11)滑动连接用的导向槽(45)。
