본발명은 기혈구(氣血具)를 부착한 이침에 관한 것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 귀의 반사구에 따라 이침을 부착함으로써 두훈, 두통, 위염, 천식, 위십이지장 궤양, 장염, 복통, 설사, 장기능 실조, 월경불순, 불면, 편두통, 공포증, 신경성 구토, 고열, 피부소양증, 유즙부족, 소화불량, 비만, 흡연 등을 치료할 수 있도록 기혈구를 부착한 이침에 관한 것이다.
또한, 다양한 미적 효과와 교체의 편리성을 제공하기 위해 장식부의 교체가 가능한 이침에 관한 것이다.
이침요법은 우리 몸에 질병이 생겼을 때 귀에서 해당하는 부위를 찾고 그곳에 침을 붙임으로써 치료효과를 얻는 요법을 말한다. 몸의 균형을 찾아주는 한의학의 기본원리와 상통하면서도 적용 방법은 훨씬 쉬운 것이 이침요법이다.
이혈(耳穴)이란, 질병이 발생했을 때 인체 부위에 해당하는 귀의 혈자리에 자침하여 치유되는 부위를 말하며, 이를 반응점 또는 치유점이라 한다.
현재까지 정립된 이혈수(耳穴數)는 200여종이 되며 앞으로 연구결과에 따라 그 혈수는 증가될 것으로 예상된다.
일반적으로 귀걸이는 고대 주술적인 것에 비롯되었고 현대에 와서는 귀걸이에 사용되는 보석과 도형에 의미를 생각하며 사용하거나 개성과 기능성 있는 귀걸이를 선택하여 멋과 아름다움을 동시에 추구하는 효과를 보고 있다.
그러나, 현대인은 멋과 아름다움과 함께 건강을 도외시할 수 없기 때문에 이 모든 것을 잡을 수 있는 복합기능을 가진 장치가 필요하다.
이와 관련된 선행기술로는 대한민국 등록실용신안공보 제20-0341583호가 있다. 상기 선행기술은 의료용 습식자석(Wet Strontium Magnet)를 내장한 귀걸이에 관한 것으로 귀의 경혈점에 따라 귀걸이를 착용함으로써 혈행 개선, 근육통 완화, 비만 해소, 두통, 견비통 등을 치료 할 수 있도록 자석을 내장시킨 것이다.
도 1은 상기 종래기술을 도시한 도면이다.
도 1에 의할 때, 귀의 경혈점에 안착할 수 있도록 귀걸이의 난집속에 내장되는 자석(6, 8)의 성형을 맞물린 톱니바퀴와 같이 견고히 물려 부착될 수 있도록 귀걸이의 알 전후 자석(6, 8)의 성형을 크기를 달리하면서도, 오목(6')하게 볼록(8')하게 성형하여 난집에 삽입하여 착용점(경혈점)에 밀착되게 하였다. 그리고, 한쪽(내쪽, 후면) 난집을 작게 함은 귀의 피부 표면이 일반 피부 표면과 달리 곡선과 물렁뼈로 되어 있는 바 보다 세련되게 보여지면서도 접지력을 높이기 위한 것이다.
하지만, 이러한 종래기술은 단지 자석을 통한 간접적인 자극효과를 줄 뿐이어서 치료 효과를 기대하기 어려운 한계가 있다.
본 발명은 상기 서술한 문제점에 대하여 보완하고자 개발된 것으로,
귀의 반응구에 직접 자극할 수 있는 자극부를 갖는 이침의 제공에 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 상기 자극부와 상호 반응하며 귀의 반응구에 귀반사반응을 제공하는 기혈구를 갖는 이침의 제공에 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 귀의 반응구에 용이하게 탈부착이 가능한 이침의 제공에 있다.
또한, 여성들이 멋과 아름다움을 추구할 수 있도록 장식부가 구비된 이침을 제공하되, 장식부를 손쉽게 원하는 디자인으로 교체할 수 있는 이침의 제공에 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명에 의한 기혈구를 부착한 이침은, 이침 착용시 외부에 노출되는 장식부(100); 상기 장식부(100)와 결합하되, 기에 의하여 귀의 반응구에 기로 자극을 가하는 기혈구부(200); 상기 기혈구부와 결합되되, 귀의 반응구 주위에 자극부가 결착되도록 하는 부착부층(300); 상기 부착부층과 결합되되, 귀의 반응구에 직접적인 물리 자극을 가하는 자극부(400);를 구비할 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예에 의한 기혈구부를 부착한 이침은 이침 착용시 외부에 노출되는 장식부(100); 일면이 상기 장식부와 접착되며, 타면이 하기의 부착부층(300)와 접착되어 있는 교체용접착부(150); 상기 교체용접착부와 결합되되, 귀의 반응구 주위에 자극부가 결착되도록 하는 부착부층(300); 및 상기 부착부층과 결합되되, 귀의 반응구에 직접적인 물리 자극을 가하는 자극부(400);를 구비할 수 있다.
이때, 상기 장식부(100)가 제거된 위치에, 상기 장식부(100)를 대신하여 하측에 위치하는 교체용접착부(150)에 접착가능하며, 귀의 반응구에 자력으로 자극을 가하는 기혈구부(200);를 더 구비할 수 있다.
이러한 본 발명에 의할 때, 이침을 통하여 귀에 직접적인 물리 자극을 가하면서 동시에 귀 내부로 자력선 자극을 인가하여 이침에 의한 물리 자극 효과를 배가하며,
장식부를 자신이 원하는 디자인으로 손쉽게 교체할 수 있도록 구조를 채택함으로써, 다양한 미적 효과를 추구할 수 있다.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 기혈구를 부착한 이침은, 이침의 착용시 외부에 노출되는 장식부(100); 상기 장식부(100)와 결합하되, 기에 의하여 귀의 반응구에 기로 자극을 가하는 기혈구부(200); 상기 기혈구부와 결합되되, 귀의 반응구 주위에 자극부가 결착되도록 하는 부착부층(300); 상기 부착부층과 결합되되, 귀의 반응구에 직접적인 물리 자극을 가하는 자극부(400);를 구비한다.
이하, 본 발명에 의한 기혈구를 부착한 이침의 실시예를 통해 상세히 설명하도록 한다.
도 2는 반응구 10개 계통도이다.
도 2에 도시된 10개 계통도는 귀에 나타나는 각각의 반응구역을 인체해부학에서 언급되고 있는 10개 계통에 적용하여 분류한 것이다.
통상 인체해부학에서 말하는 계통이란, 인체의 전체적인 안정과 공통의 목적을 달성하기 위한 협동적인 기능을 수행하는 기관들을 말한다.
10개 계통을 귀의 해부학적 명칭을 기초로 도 2와 같이, 안면계, 호르몬계, 전신조절계, 신경계, 호흡기계, 순환기계, 소화기계, 비뇨기계, 생식기계, 근골격계로 분류할 수 있다.
이러한 10개 계통은 증상별 반응구역의 식별 및 적용에 용이하게 적용할 수 있다.
도 3은 59개 반응구역도이다.
도 3에 도시한 바와 같이, 귀에 분포되어 있으면서 같은 기능이나 비슷한 효과를 나타내는 반응구역(반응점)들은 거의 일정한 구역을 형성하면서 분포하고 있으므로 이를 같은 기능별로 재조정한 것이다.
반응구역(반응점)이란, 기의 표면에 인체의 각 기관과 조직에 상응하면서 인체의 생리현상을 반영하는 특정한 부위(구역,점)가 일정한 규칙을 형성하면서 분포되어 있는 것을 말한다.
어떤 질환에 대하여 반응점이나 반응구역을 선택하기 위한 방법으로 기본반응구역과 상응 반응구역 및 반응점으로 구분하였다.
만일 몸의 한 부분에 이상이 있으면 귀에도 혈자리의 변화가 생긴다.
예를 들어, 간(肝) 상태가 좋지 못하면 귀의 상응 부위에 돌기가 생긴다.
또한, 무릎관절이 아프면 귀의 해당 혈자리에 빨간 핏줄이 지나간다.이처럼 귀에 어떤 변화(충혈, 귀이지, 종기, 색상변화, 돌기, 핏줄 등)가 생기면 해당 혈자리의 신체부위가 좋지 않은 신호인 것이다.
기본 반응구역은 몸 전체에 작용하여 몸의 신진대사나 노폐물의 배출을 촉진하고, 혈액 및 임파의 순환을 개선시켜 건강한 신체를 유지할 수 있도록 작용하는 반응구역을 말한다.
또한, 질환의 분류에서 공통적으로 적용하는 반응구역도 포함이 된다.
예를 들어, 호흡기 질환의 경우 폐와 기관 및 기관지 반응구역이 기본반응구역으로 포함된다.
따라서, 기본 반응구역에는 신문 반응구역, 교감 반응구역,내분비 반응구역,피질하 반응구역과 각 질환군에서 공통으로 적용되는 반응구역이 해당한다.
상응 반응구역과 반응점은 기본 반응구역의 기능을 보강하는 역할을 하며 대부분 질환이 있는 장기와 연관된다.
몸에 질병이 있을 경우 귀의 해당하는 반응구역이나 반응점에 변화가 나타나는데 대표적인 변화로는 색상의 변화,모양의 변화, 구진, 혈관변화, 부스러기(탈설, 비듬), 돌기 등을 들 수 있다.
이들 변화는 대부분 반응구역에 따라 독특하게 나타난다.
예를 들어, 반응구역의 경우에는 부스러기나 돌기 등이 잘나타나고, 생식기반응구역의 경우에는 색깔의 변화나 부스러기 등이 잘 나타나며, 척추반응구역은 모양의 변화나 딱딱해지는 현상들이 잘 나타난다.
정상적인 귀에서는 나타나지 않는 반응들이 나타나면 그에 해당하는 장기의 질병이나 기능이상을 의심할 수 있다.
귀의 건강법은 이침과 귀반사 건강법으로 분류할 수 있다.
본 발명에서 자극부는 이침의 역할을 하며, 귀반사 건강법을 위하여 기혈구를 이용하는데 이를 위한 기혈구부가 있다.
본 발명에서의 기혈구(氣血具)란 항균, 음이온 원적외선 방사 처리한 1~ 2mm의 게르마늄 소재의 구형 알갱이를 말하거나 자석을 의미하며, 자석의 종류는 마그네틱 자석 혹은 네오디움 자석(희토류 자석)등이 있으며, 기능으로는, 인체의 특정부위에 에너지(氣)를 주기 위한 도구로 원적외선 혹은 자력선을 통해줌으로써 인체의 반응구를 통하여 치료효과를 줄 수 있는 것을 말한다.

상기한 표 1의 경우에는 이침과 기혈구의 대비표를 나타낸 것이다.
상기 표 1에 의하면, 이침과 기혈구의 작용과 효과는 다소 다르다.
기혈구를 통해 이침에 의한 물리 자극부위의 주변으로 원적외선 또는 자력선을 인가하면 해당 부위의 모세혈관이 확장되고 혈액 순환이 부분적으로 개선되기 때문에, 이침에 의한 물리 자극의 효과가 배가된다.
즉, 오로지 이침에 의해 특정 침점을 물리 자극하는 것과 달리 주변부의 열작용을 통해 상승효과가 발생하는 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 일실시예에 따른 기혈구를 부착한 이침을 도시하는 도면이다.
도 4를 참조하여 설명하면, 상단에 장식부(100)가 있고 장식부에는 크리스탈, 진주 등의 보석류가 사용될 수 있으며, 그 밖에 큐빅이나 메탈이나 도자기류로도 장식할 수 있다. 여성에게는 거부감을 줄여주며 아름다움과 멋을 추구할 수 있도록 하는 부분이다.
장식부(100)의 하단에는 기혈구부(200)가 있으며, 기혈구부에는 자석이나, 게르마늄이 사용될 수 있다. 자석을 사용할 시에는 보다 좋은 기(氣)의 흐름을 위하여 피부 방향을 N극으로 위치하게 하는 것이 바람직하다. 자석의 세기는 2000 ~ 2500 가우스가 바람직하며, 혈행에 가장 영향을 주는 세기이며 부작용이 가장 작다.
이 부분은 혈행에 영향을 주며 반응구를 이용하여 기를 넣어주는 효과가 있다. 게르마늄은 항균, 음이온 원적외선 방사 처리한 1 ~ 2mm의 게르마늄 소재의 구형 알갱이가 바람직하다.
상기 기혈구부의 하단에는 부착부층(300)이 있으며, 접착부로서 귀에 본 발명의 이침이 부착되게 한다. 기혈구부와 부착부층 사이에는 양면테이프(500)를 사용하여 부착할 수도 있다.
부착부층(300)은 상기 장식부와 어울려서 귀걸이처럼 외부에서 볼 수 있도록 한다.
이 부분의 부착부층(300)은 상기 양면테이프와 구별하여 '패치'라고 불리기도 한다. 이러한 패치는 한 면이 부착가능한 테이프로 이루어지며, 때때로 귀에 붙이는 기능성 패치로 대치되기도 한다. 예를 들면, 멀미를 하는 사람은 멀미용 기능성 패치를 대신 사용하게 된다.
또한, 여러 가지 약물을 점착제와 혼합하여 만듦으로써 이침의 효과를 극대화할 수 있다.
약물로는 스코폴라민(scopolamine), 벨라돈나 (Belladonna)의 추출물, 미치광이 풀 추출물 등의 화학제제 및 생화학제재가 사용될 수 있다.
상기 패치(부착부층)의 하단에는 자극부(400)가 있는데, 상기 부착부층보다 작은 면적으로 상면을 이루게 된다. 그러므로 부착부층이 자극부를 수용하여 귀에 자극부를 안착할 수 있게 한다.
자극부는 압봉, 압침이라고도 하며, 첨봉부라고도 한다. 자극부는 금속 혹은 수지, 목재, 자기류를 그 재질로 할 수 있으며, 재질이 금속인 경우에는 알러지를 예방하기 위하여 금속에 금도금 혹은 은도금을 할 수 있다.
특히, 자극부가 자성체인 경우와 상기 기혈구부의 재질이 자석인 경우에는 자극부와 자석이 서로 연접하여 자석의 자력이 더욱 강해지는 효과를 발휘한다.
따라서, 반응구에 더욱 강한 자극을 줄 수 있는 장점이 있다.
자극부는 혈을 풀어주는 효과가 뛰어난 부분이다.
본 발명에 의한 효과는 표 1에서의 이침과 기혈구를 동시에 사용할 수 있는 바, 단순히 두가지를 각각 사용하여 예측되는 효과보다 더욱 증강된 상승효과를 발휘한다.
즉, 자극부를 통하여 혈을 풀어주고, 기혈구를 통하여 혈행을 개선하는 효과가 있으므로 막힌 혈을 일단 풀어주고(자극부의 효과), 그 효과가 소멸하기 전에 동시에 혈행을 개선(기혈구의 효과)하기 때문에, 상승효과가 발생하는 것이다.
도 5는 도 4에 도시된 본 발명의 변형예를 나타낸다.
도 5에 도시한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 의한 기혈구를 부착한 이침은, 이침의 착용시 외부에 노출되는 장식부(100); 상기 장식부와 결합되되, 귀의 반응구 주위에 자극부가 결착되도록 하는 부착부층(300);
상기 부착부층과 결합되되, 귀의 반응구에 직접적인 물리 자극을 가하는 자극부(400);를 포함하여 구성된다.
즉, 기혈구부를 생랙하고, 실시한 예시로서, 최선의 효과는 없지만, 손쉽게 이침의 효과를 제공할 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 귀걸이의 멋을 살릴 수 있다.
도 6은 도 4에 도시된 본 발명의 다른 변형예를 나타낸다.
도 6에 도시한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 의한 기혈구를 부착한 이침은, 기에 의하여 귀의 반응구에 기로 자극을 가하는 기혈구부(200); 상기 기혈구부와 결합되되, 귀의 반응구 주위에 자극부가 결착되도록 하는 부착부층(300); 상기 부착부층과 결합되되, 귀의 반응구에 직접적인 물리 자극을 가하는 자극부(400);를 포함하여 구성된다.
장식부(100)를 생략하고 기혈구부 및 부착부층, 자극부를 구비한 실시예로서, 남성들에게 사용될 수 있으며, 기혈구부 및 부착부층을 살색으로 하여 귀에 부착한 이침을 외부에서 알아차리지 못하게 할 수 있다.
도 7은 도 4에 도시된 본 발명의 또 다른 변형예를 나타낸다.
도 7에 도시된 본 발명은, 장식부와 기혈구부를 부착한 조립체를 별도로 제작한 제품으로 판매할 수 있으며, 사용자는 이를 구매하여 자신만의 취향에 맞추어 부착부층에 이침과 결합하여 사용할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
이하에서는, 도 8 내지 도 13을 참고하여 본 발명의 이 실시예에 의한 기혈구를 부착한 이침을 살펴보기로 한다.
본 발명의 이 실시예는, 상술한 일 실시예와 대비할 때 장식부의 교체가 용이한 구조를 채택한 것에 특징이 있다.
본 발명의 이 실시예에 따른 기혈구를 부착한 이침은, 이침의 착용시 외부에 노출되는 장식부(100); 일면이 상기 장식부와 접착되며, 타면이 하기의 부착부층(300)과 접착되어 있는 교체용접착부(150); 상기 교체용접착부와 접착되되, 귀의 반응구 주위에 자극부가 결착되도록 하는 부착부층(300); 상기 부착부층과 결합되되, 귀의 반응구에 직접적인 물리 자극을 가하는 자극부(400);를 구비한다.
이때, 상기 장식부(100) 대신에, 귀의 반응구에 자력으로 자극을 가하는 기혈구부(200);로 대체하여 하측에 위치하는 교체용접착부(150)에 접착시킬 수 있다.
도 8은 본 발명의 이 실시예에 따른 기혈구를 부착한 이침을 도시한다.
상단에 장식부(100)가 있고 장식부에는 크리스탈, 진주 등의 보석류가 사용될 수 있으며, 그 밖에 큐빅이나 메탈이나 도자기류로도 장식할 수 있다. 여성에게는 거부감을 줄여주며 아름다움과 멋을 추구할 수 있도록 하는 부분이다.
그러나, 상기한 장식부는 일률적인 보석을 부착하고 있기 때문에 고객이 사용 후, 다른 보석류로 교체하고 싶어도 부분적이 교체가 불가능하여 전체 이침을 새롭게 구매해야 하는 문제가 발생하여, 이를 개선하고자 상기 장식부를 주기적으로 혹은 필요에 따라 교체가 가능한 구성을 제안한 것이다.
즉, 교체용접착부(150)는 일면이 상기 장식부와 접착되며, 타면이 하기의 부착부층(300)과 접착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
부가적인 양상에 따라, 상기 장식부와 교체용접착부를 그룹으로 하여 부착부층에 접촉시켜 고정하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 즉, 이를 통해 고객이 원하는 장식으로 교체가 가능하게 되는 것이다.
본 발명에서 설명하고 있는 장식부는 보석류가 될 수 있으며, 기혈구부가 될 수 있으며, 명세서 상에서 보석류 혹은 기혈구부 중 어느 하나를 의미하는 것이다.
한편, 다른 부가적인 양상에 따라, 상기 장식부(100)와 결합하되, 귀의 반응구에 자력으로 자극을 가하는 기혈구부(200);를 더 포함하여 구성할 수 있다.
이러한 경우에는 상기 장식부와 접착되어 있는 교체용접착부의 하단에 위치하게 되는 것이다.

그리고, 상기 부착부층의 양면에 접착층을 구성하여 상측에는 장식부가, 하측에는 자극부가 접착되게 되는 것이다.
이때, 상기 부착부층의 상측에 접착된 장식부만을 원하는 보석류로 교체할 수 있는 것이다.

도 10에 도시된 기혈구를 부착한 이침은 이침의 착용시 외부에 노출되는 장식부(100); 상기 장식부의 하측에 일정 간격으로 형성되는 돌기부(110); 상기 돌기부가 위치한 부위에 일정 간격으로 구멍(310)이 형성되어 있으며, 귀의 반응구 주위에 자극부가 결착되도록 하는 부착부층(300); 상기 부착부층과 결합되되, 상기 돌기부가 탈부착되기 위한 요홈부(410)가 일정간격으로 형성되어 있으며, 귀의 반응구에 직접적인 물리 자극을 가하는 자극부(400);를 포함하여 구성된다.
상기와 같은 구성은 장식부의 하측에 돌기부를 일정 간격으로 형성시키며, 자극부에는 요홈부를 일정 간격으로 형성시키게 된다.
이때, 상기 부착부층에는 구멍(310)이 형성되어 있어야 돌기부가 요홈부에 결합될 수 있게 되는 것이다.
따라서, 상기한 장식부를 자극부와 이격시키게 되면 돌기부가 요홈부로부터 이탈되어 장식부를 쉽게 교체할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
예를 들어, 똑딱이 구조를 제공하여 고객이 쉽게 탈부착할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
또한, 부가적인 양상에 따라, 기혈구부(200)를 상기 장식부와 부착부층 사이에 형성시킬 수도 있을 것이다.
도 11는 도 8에 의한 본 발명의 또 다른 변형례를 도시하는 도면이다.
도 11에 도시된 기혈구를 부착한 이침은 이침의 착용시 외부에 노출되는 장식부(100); 상기 장식부의 하측에 형성되는 제1밸크로부(110); 상기 제1밸크로부가 위치한 부위에 구멍(310)이 형성되어 있으며, 귀의 반응구 주위에 자극부가 결착되도록 하는 부착부층(300); 상기 부착부층과 결합되되, 상기 제1밸크로부(110)가 탈부착되기 위한 제2밸크로부(410)가 형성되어 있으며, 귀의 반응구에 직접적인 물리 자극을 가하는 자극부(400);를 포함하여 구성된다.
상기 제1밸크로부(110)를 장식부의 하측에 형성하게 되고, 자극부(400)에는 이와 대응되게 제2밸크로부(410)를 형성시켜, 서로 탈부착되도록 하는 것이다.
따라서, 고객이 제1밸크로부(110)를 제2밸크로부(410)로부터 이격시키게 되면 자극부와 장식부는 서로 떨어지게 되는 것이다.
장식부의 교체가 가능한 이침에 대한 다양한 변형례들을 살펴보았다.
예컨대, 도 12에 도시된 바와 같이, 원형 형상의 큐빅을 결합시켜 사용하다가 하트 형상의 보석으로 교체할 수도 있다.
또한, 장식부와 기혈구부를 부착한 조립체를 별도로 제작한 제품으로 판매할 수 있으며, 사용자는 이를 구매하여 자신만의 취향에 맞추어 부착부층에 이침과 결합하여 사용할 수 있게 할 수 있다.
도 13은 도 8에 의한 본 발명의 또 다른 변형례를 도시하는 도면이다.
도 13에 도시된 기혈구를 부착한 이침은 이침의 착용시 외부에 노출되는 장식부(100); 일면이 상기 장식부와 접착되며, 타면이 하기의 부착부층(300)과 접착되어 있는 교체용접착부(150); 상기 교체용접착부와 접착되되, 귀의 반응구 주위에 자극부가 결착되도록 하는 부착부층(300); 상기 부착부층과 결합되되, 귀의 반응구에 직접적인 물리 자극을 가하는 자극부(400);를 구비할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 다양한 모양(별, 원형, 사각, 삼각 등), 색상(빨간색, 파란색, 노란색, 초록색 등), 기능(기혈구부의 경우, 네오디움 자석, 게르마늄 자석 등)을 가지고 있는 보석과 같은 장식부 혹은 기혈구부가 여러 개 존재하는 제1시트지를 판매하고, 추가적으로 교체용접착부와 부착부층 및 자극부를 1조로 구성하여 여러 조가 존재하는 제2시트지를 각각 판매할 경우에 자신이 원하는 보석을 선택하여 제2시트지에 존재하는 1조를 이탈시킨 후, 상기 원하는 보석을 결합 즉, 부착시키게끔 할 수 있다.
또한, 부가적인 양태에 따라, 상기 장식부(100) 대신에, 귀의 반응구에 자력으로 자극을 가하는 기혈구부(200);로 대체하여 하측에 치하는 교체용접착부(150)에 접착시킬 수 있다.
즉, 상기 제1시트지에 장식부가 아닌 기혈구부를 여러 개 구성할 수 있다.
본 발명이 속하는 기술분야의 당업자는 본 발명의 기술적 사상이나 필수적 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 실시될 수 있다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 단순한 예시이며 본 발명의 권리를 한정하는 것으로 해석되지 않는다.

Claims (3)

  1. 이침의 착용시 외부에 노출되는 장식부(100);
    상기 장식부(100)와 결합하되, 귀의 반응구에 자력으로 자극을 가하는 자석부(200);
    상기 기혈구부와 결합되되, 귀의 반응구 주위에 자극부가 결착되도록 하는 부착부층(300); 및
    상기 부착부층과 결합되되, 귀의 반응구에 직접적인 물리 자극을 가하는 자극부(400);를 구비하는 특징으로 하는 기혈구를 부착한 이침.
  2. 이침의 착용시 외부에 노출되는 장식부(100);
    일면이 상기 장식부와 접착되며, 타면이 하기의 부착부층(300)과 접착되어 있는 교체용접착부(150);
    상기 교체용접착부와 접착되되, 귀의 반응구 주위에 자극부가 결착되도록 하는 부착부층(300);
    상기 부착부층과 결합되되, 귀의 반응구에 직접적인 물리 자극을 가하는 자극부(400);를 구비하는 특징으로 하는 기혈구를 부착한 이침.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 장식부(100)가 제거된 위치에, 상기 장식부(100)를 대신하여 하측에 위치하는 교체용접착부(150)에 접착가능하며,
    귀의 반응구에 자력으로 자극을 가하는 기혈구부(200);를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기혈구를 부착한 이침.
