随着社会的发展,人们需要管理的资产越来越多,尤其是企业、家庭内需要管理的物资数量、种类繁多,给人们的生活、工作带来极大不便。因此,人们使用各种方法对各种资产进行分类、管理,监控各种物资的实时状态,以避免物资的流失。现在大多企业都是依靠人工方式对资产进行管理,如在各种物资上贴上标签,并定期对资产的使用情况、存储情况进行核实、登记。但这种方式需要耗费大量的人力物力,且工作效率低下。而且,依赖管理人员对资产进行管理,难免出现遗漏核实、登记或者登记出错等情况,容易导致资产管理混乱的情况,不利于企业的生产管理。

智能调控模块,用于基于第ij个存放子区域的占用状态、第ij个存放子区域内物品的标识信息,以及,该存放子区域内物品的实际体积和实际重量制定资产管理调控策略;

Claims (5)

  1. 一种资产管理智能化调控系统,其特征在于,包括:
    区域规整模块,用于将目标空间划分为M个存储区域,并分别将每一个存储区域划分为N个存放子区域;
    体积规整模块,用于获取物品的体积和重量,并按照物品的体积和重量为其选择存储区域;
    信息规整模块,用于获取存储区域内物品的类型和用途,并按照物品的类型和用途为其选择存放子区域;
    信息匹配模块,用于将物品的体积和重量作为标识信息与物品存放子区域的编号关联并存储,且将M×N个存放子区域的占用状态与物品的标识信息关联并存储;
    智能调控模块,用于基于第ij个存放子区域的占用状态、第ij个存放子区域内物品的标识信息,以及,该存放子区域内物品的实际体积和实际重量制定资产管理调控策略;
    其中,M、N均为预设值,M≥3,N≥3,1≤i≤M,1≤j≤N。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的资产管理智能化调控系统,其特征在于,所述区域规整模块中,所述M个存储区域包括x个大体积区域、y个大重量区域和z个均衡区域;
    其中,x、y、z均为预设值,x+y+z=M,1≤x<M,1≤y<M,1≤z<M。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的资产管理智能化调控系统,其特征在于,所述体积规整模块内存储有第一体积V 1、第一重量W 1、z个状态预设值,记 为S 1、S 2、S 3……S z,其中,S 1<S 2<S 3<……<S z
    所述体积规整模块具体用于:
    获取物品的体积和重量,分别记为V和W;
    分别将物品的体积V与第一体积V 1、物品的重量W与第一重量W 1进行比较:
    当V≥V 1时,选择一个大体积区域作为该物品的存储区域;
    当W≥W 1时,选择一个大重量区域作为该物品的存储区域;
    当V<V 1、W<W 1时,根据下述公式计算该物品的权重状态值S,所述公式为:
    S=aV+bW;
    将物品的权重状态值S分别与z个状态预设值S 1、S 2、S 3……S z进行比较,当S≥S c时,将第c个均衡区域作为该物品的存储区域;
    其中,a、b均为预设值,1≤c≤z。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的资产管理智能化调控系统,其特征在于,所述信息匹配模块具体用于:
    获取第p个存储区域内第q个存放子区域内物品的体积V和重量W;
    将上述物品的体积V和重量W与该物品存放子区域的编号pq关联并存储;
    将第pq个存放子区域的占用状态与第p个存储区域内第q个存放子区域内物品的体积V和重量W关联并存储;
    其中,1≤p≤M,1≤q≤N。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的资产管理智能化调控系统,其特征在于,所 述智能调控模块具体用于:
    获取处于占用状态下的存放子区域的编号ij;
    基于存放子区域的编号ij获取第ij个存放子区域内物品的体积和重量,记为V ij和W ij
    采集第ij个存放子区域内物品的实际体积和实际重量,记为V 0和W 0
    分别将V 0与V ij、W 0与W ij进行比较:
    当V 0<V ij时,制定第一资产管理调控策略;
    当W 0<W ij时,制定第二资产管理调控策略;
    当V 0<V ij、W 0<W ij时,制定第三资产管理调控策略;
    其中,所述第一资产管理调控策略为:向监管部门发生第ij个存放子区域内物品的体积减小的信息;
    所述第二资产管理调控策略为:向监管部门发生第ij个存放子区域内物品的重量减小的信息;
    所述第三资产管理调控策略为:向监管部门发生第ij个存放子区域内物品的体积和重量均减小的信息。
