优选地,所述台面上设置有与第一长边垂直的第一滑槽以及与第一短边垂直的第二滑槽,每个第一滑槽和第二滑槽内分别设置有一个活动夹具。
优选地,所述第一滑槽沿第二长边设置有多个,第二滑槽沿第二短边设置于靠近第一长边的区域,靠近第二短边的第一滑槽从第二长边延伸到最靠近第二长边的第二滑槽处;靠近第一短边的第一滑槽与靠近第一长边的第二滑槽长度逐渐变长,第一滑槽和第二滑槽形成台阶型布局。
优选地,所述第一长边和第一短边分别沿长度方向均匀设置有多个夹具槽,所述固定夹具包括与夹具槽配合的固定键,所述固定键上表面至少向台面工作区域一侧延伸形成固定压板,所述固定键能够沿夹具槽上下运动改变位置。
优选地,所述台面第一长边和第一短边下方分别设置有一个活动板,所述活动板与固定夹具固定配合,活动板沿竖直方向与台面活动配合。
优选地,所述台面下方还设置有一拉板,所述拉板与台面沿水平方向活动配合,拉板与活动板沿斜向活动配合,所述拉板相对台面沿水平方向运动时,能够带动活动板沿竖直方向靠近或远离底板。
优选地,所述台面下方设置有与第一长边和第一短边固定连接的底板,底板与活动板沿竖直方向活动配合,拉板与底板沿水平方向活动配合。
优选地,所述底板上设置有多个通孔,通孔内设置有一连接杆,所述连接杆两端均设置有内螺纹,固定夹具和活动板分别与连接杆两端螺接固定;通孔内固定有与连接杆沿竖直方向自由配合的无油衬套。
优选地,所述底板上固定有多个沿竖直方向设置的导向柱,所述活动板上固定有与导向柱滑动配合的无油衬套。
优选地,所述导向柱包括固定螺栓和固定杆,固定杆端部设置有内螺纹;底板上设置有固定孔,所述固定螺栓从底板上表面穿过固定孔连接设置于底板下表面的固定杆。
优选地,所述固定杆端部设置为方形,所述固定孔在底板上下表面均设置为沉孔,固定螺栓的螺帽沉降在底板上表面内,底板下表面的沉孔设置为与固定杆端部配合的方形沉孔。
优选地,所述拉板竖直设置在底板下方,并位于活动板侧面,拉板表面设置有多个水平槽和斜槽;底板下表面与水平槽对应的位置固定有多个导向座,拉板两侧分别与活动板和导向座抵接;所述导向座上固定有与水平槽滚动配合的第一轴承;
活动板朝向拉板一侧固定设置有牵引轴,所述牵引轴上固定设置有与斜槽滚动配合的第二轴承。
优选地,所述导向座为立方体结构,底板下表面设置有一内凹的方形导向槽,导向座固定于导向槽内。
优选地,所述底板沿拉板两侧分别固定有多个限位柱,所述限位柱夹持固定所述拉板。
优选地,所述拉板端部固定有一气缸,气缸的动力输出端与拉板固定连接,拉板能够跟随气缸沿水平方向运动。
优选地,所述活动夹具包括固定座和夹板件,所述固定座固定于台面底部,并与第一滑槽或第二滑槽滑动配合,所述夹板件固定于台面上方并与固定座沿竖直方向活动配合,夹板件向下运动能够压紧PCB板。
优选地,所述固定座上方设置有一夹持部,所述夹持部具有与第一滑槽或第二滑槽配合的连接块,连接块上方向垂直滑动方向的两侧延伸形成夹持板;固定座上设置有一沿竖直方向贯穿夹持部和固定座的夹板槽,夹板件穿过夹板槽连接有一抬升气缸;所述夹板件包括与夹板槽配合的配合块,配合块至少向垂直滑动方向的两侧及朝向PCB板的方向分别延伸形成夹板。
优选地,所述夹板槽沿夹持部活动方向具有长度,连接块与夹板槽沿长度方向滑动配合。
优选地,所述固定座为L形结构,其顶部与台面1滑动配合,侧面设置有一伸缩气缸;抬升气缸固定于一气缸座上,伸缩气缸的动力输出端与气缸座固接;固定座上沿连接块滑动方向设置有一滑轨,滑轨上滑动设置有一滑块,所述滑块与气缸座固定配合。
优选地,所述夹持板沿连接块滑动路径扫过的区域向下沉降形成容置槽,夹持板靠近PCB板的 一侧相对于容置槽向上突出形成定位板,夹板相对于配合块向垂直滑动方向的两侧延伸设置,夹板向PCB板一侧延伸形成活动压板,所述活动压板与定位板顶部接触时,容置槽支撑活动压板底部。
优选地,所述台面上表面在设置有第一滑槽和第二滑槽的位置分别设置有下凹的沉降槽,活动夹具与第一滑槽或第二滑槽配合时,夹持板容置于沉降槽中。
本发明提供的一种PCB板夹具的优点在于:通过固定夹具和活动夹具的配合能够便捷的将各种尺寸的PCB板固定于台面上,且能够同时固定PCB板四边,有效解决在喷墨时PCB板翘起问题;通过拉板水平运动带动活动板竖直运动从而控制固定夹具同时升降,控制方便,具有良好的推广前景。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,并参照附图,对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例一
如图1所示,一种PCB板夹具,包括矩形结构的台面1,本申请中的上下方位均以台面1的工作面为上方进行描述;所述台面相邻的第一长边11和第一短边12上分别设置有固定夹具2,台面1 中间区域设置有多个活动夹具3,所述活动夹具3能够分别沿垂直于第一长边11和第一短边12的方向改变位置;在工作时,将PCB板4放置于台面1上,PCB板4两边分别抵在第一长边11和第一短边12的固定夹具2上,并移动活动夹具3使其抵在PCB板4另外两边处,即可将PCB板4四边固定在台面1上,从而防止PCB板4在喷墨时发生翘起的情况。
所述台面1上还设置有与第一长边11垂直的第一滑槽15以及与第一短边12垂直的第二滑槽16;所述第一滑槽15沿第二长边13并排设置有多个,第二滑槽16沿第二短边14并排设置有多个,第二滑槽16设置于第二短边14靠近第一长边11的区域,靠近第二短边14的第一滑槽15从第二长边13延伸到第二滑槽16处,沿第二长边13的长度方向,靠近第一短边12的第一滑槽15长度逐渐延长,同样靠近第一长边11的第二滑槽16长度也逐渐延长;从而使第一滑槽15和第二滑槽16形成台阶型布局。
每个第一滑槽15和第二滑槽16内均活动设置有一个活动夹具3,通过活动夹具3沿第一滑槽15和第二滑槽16滑动改变位置来满足不同尺寸的PCB板4的使用需求。
结合图2和图3,台面1上表面沿所述第一长边11和第一短边12设置有多个夹具槽17,所述固定夹具2包括与夹具槽17配合的固定键21,所述固定键21上表面至少向台面1工作区域一侧延伸形成固定压板22,固定键21能够沿夹具槽17相对于台面1滑动改变高度;固定压板22跟随固定键21向下运动能够压紧PCB板4;为了确保固定夹具2在压紧PCB板4时能够保持平衡,固定压板22四周均超出固定键21的上表面。
参考图4和图5,台面1下表面沿第一长边11和第一短边12分别固定连接有一个底板5,底板5下方设置有一个与底板5沿竖直方向活动配合的活动板6,以及与底板5沿水平方向活动配合的拉板7,拉板7与活动板6的侧面沿斜向活动配合;所述活动板6与固定夹具2固定配合。所述拉板7相对底板5沿水平方向运动能够带动活动板6相对底板5沿竖直方向运动,固定夹具2能够跟随活动板6沿竖直方向运动。
所述底板5上固定有多个沿竖直方向设置的导向柱51,活动板6与导向柱51滑动配合,优选实施例中,在活动板上固定有无油衬套(图未示),导向柱51与无油衬套滑动配合。
结合图6,所述底板5上还设置有一通孔(图未示),活动板6与固定夹具2自由穿过通孔固定配合;具体地,通孔内设置有一连接杆53,所述连接杆53两端均具有内螺纹,固定夹具2和活动板6分别通过螺栓(图未示)与连接杆53固定连接,将连接杆53两端分别抵在活动板6和固定夹具2上,连接杆53与固定在通孔内的无油衬套(图未示)滑动配合,从而在活动板6相对于导向柱51活动时,能够带动固定夹具2沿夹具槽17上下运动。
结合图7,所述拉板7设置于活动板6侧面,拉板7表面分别设置有多个水平槽71和斜槽72, 所述底板5下表面固定有多个导向座54,拉板7竖直设置在底板5下方,拉板7两侧分别与活动板6和导向座54抵接。所述导向座54上设置有朝向拉板7的螺栓(图未示),螺栓上固定有与水平槽71滚动配合的第一轴承541,拉板7能够通过水平槽71相对底板5沿水平方向运动。优选实施例中,底板5下表面内凹设置有容置导向座54的导向槽542,从而限制导向座54左右晃动。
本实施例中所述导向座54为立方体结构,所述导向槽542为方形凹槽。
参考图8,活动板6朝向拉板7的一侧设置有牵引轴61,牵引轴61上固定有与斜槽72滚动配合的第二轴承611,拉板7沿水平方向运动时,牵引轴61沿斜槽72运动,从而改变活动板6的高度。
所述底板5下表面沿拉板7,两侧还设置有多个限位柱55,所述限位柱55夹持固定拉板7,确保拉板7始终保持垂直底板5的状态进行运动;防止拉板7在运动过程中发生倾斜产生扭力影响牵引轴61和导向座54的螺栓的使用寿命。
再参考图5,所述拉板7朝向底板5的一侧突出设置有限位块73,底板5下表面设置有与限位块73配合的限位槽57,限位块73能够沿限位槽57滑动,从而进一步保证拉板7在运动过程中保持竖直状态。
拉板7端部固定有一个气缸8,气缸8的动力输出端与拉板7固定连接。气缸8能够驱动拉板7沿水平方向运动;气缸8通过管道连接真空设备。
参考图9,所述导向柱51包括固定螺栓511和固定杆512,固定杆端部设置有内螺纹;底板5上设置有固定导向柱5的固定孔56,固定螺栓511从底板5上表面穿过固定孔56连接设置于底板5下表面的固定杆512,从而形成导向柱51;所述固定孔56在底板5上下表面均设置沉孔,从而将固定螺栓511的螺帽和固定杆512的端部隐藏在底板5内。优选实施例中,所述固定杆512的端部设置为方形,与固定杆512配合的沉孔同样设置为方形沉孔,便于固定螺栓511拧紧固定。
所述限位柱55可以设置为与导向柱51相同的结构。
参考图10,所述活动夹具3包括固定座31、夹板件32;所述固定座31固定于台面1底部,与第一滑槽15和第二滑槽16滑动配合;所述夹板件32设置于台面1上方并与固定座31沿竖直方向活动配合;夹板件32能够向下运动压紧PCB板4的边缘。
所述固定座31上方设置有一夹持部33,所述夹持部33具有与第一滑槽15和第二滑槽16配合的连接块331,所述连接块331上方向垂直滑动方向的两侧延伸形成夹持板332,活动夹具3与第一滑槽15和第二滑槽16配合时,固定座31的上表面与台面1的下表面抵接,夹持部33的下表面与台面1的上表面抵接;连接块331能够沿第一滑槽15和第二滑槽16运动。
所述固定座31上设置有一夹板槽311,夹板槽311沿竖直方向贯穿夹持部33和固定座31,夹板件32能够沿夹板槽311相对于固定座31竖直运动。参考图11,所述夹板件32包括与夹板槽311配 合的配合块321,所述配合块321至少向固定座31垂直滑动方向的两侧及朝向PCB板4的方向延伸形成夹板322。固定座31下方设置有一抬升气缸34,抬升气缸34的动力输出端与配合块321固定连接,夹板件32能够在抬升气缸34驱动下沿竖直方向运动,夹板322能够压紧在PCB板4边缘。
在使用时,将PCB板4放置于台面1上,使PCB板4的两边分别与第一长边11和第二长边12处的固定键21抵接;同时沿第一滑槽15和第二滑槽16滑动活动夹具3,使配合块321与PCB板4的另外两边抵接,然后动作使固定夹具2和活动夹具3压紧PCB板4即可。
PCB板4的下表面会压在夹持板332的上表面,为了防止夹持板332将PCB板4抬起,台面1上表面沿第一滑槽15和第二滑槽16分别设置有下凹的沉降槽18,夹持板332容置于沉降槽18中,从而使夹持板332的上表面隐藏在台面1表面之下。
实施例二
参考图12,本实施例与实施例一的区别在于,在所述台面1上分别沿第二长边13和第二短边14的长度方向设置第一滑槽15和第二滑槽16;并将第一滑槽15和第二滑槽16的端点延伸到台面1的对角线,从而在整个台面1上呈现台阶状布局的第一滑槽15和第二滑槽16。
参考图13,本实施例提供的活动夹具3的夹板件32还能够与夹板槽311沿连接块331滑动方向活动配合,所述抬升气缸34固定于气缸座341上,所述气缸座341与固定座31沿夹板槽311长度方向滑动配合。
所述固定座31底部固定有一滑轨35,所述滑轨35沿夹板槽311长度方向设置。滑轨35上滑动设置有一滑块351,所述滑块351与气缸座341固定配合。气缸座341能够跟随滑块351沿滑轨35滑动,从而带动抬升气缸34运动。
所述固定座31沿滑动方向一侧固定设置有一朝向抬升气缸34的伸缩气缸36,所述伸缩气缸36的动力输出端固定连接所述气缸座341,所述伸缩气缸36驱动气缸座341沿滑轨35运动。
所述固定座31设置为L形结构,其顶部与台面1滑动连接,侧面与伸缩气缸36固定连接。
在使用本实施例提供的PCB板夹具时,将PCB板4的两边分别与第一长边11和第二长边12处的固定键21抵接后,沿第一滑槽15和第二滑槽16分别滑动活动夹具3,将活动夹具3固定在与PCB板4有一定距离的位置;向通过抬升气缸34将夹板件32顶起,然后通过伸缩气缸36动作将夹板件32沿夹板槽311滑动到PCB板4边缘,然后抬升气缸34带动夹板件32下降,夹板322紧压在PCB板4上即可。
在使用本实施例提供给的活动夹具3时,PCB板4与活动夹具3的距离不方便确定,优选实施例中,夹持板332靠近PCB板4的一侧设置有向上突出的定位板333,伸缩气缸36驱动配合块321运动到定位板333的边缘后,抬升气缸34驱动夹板322下降压紧PCB板4,此时将PCB板4的边缘 与定位板333的边缘重叠放置即可。
此时夹板322下落在定位板333上后,夹板322两侧会离开夹持板332的上表面,夹板322得不到夹持板332的支撑会影响夹板322寿命和使用效果。另外,夹持板332的厚度进一步增加,沉降槽18的厚度也需要增加,会因此第一滑槽15和第二滑槽16与活动夹具3的配合强度。
优选实施例中沿连接块331在夹板槽311滑动扫过的区域,夹持板332向下沉降形成容置槽334,从而使夹持板332靠近PCB板4的部分相对于容置槽334形成向上突出的定位板333,夹板322相对于配合块321向垂直滑动方向的两侧延伸设置,夹板322向PCB板4一侧延伸形成与定位板333配合的活动压板323。
在使用时将PCB板4的边缘与容置槽334的边缘对齐放置,活动压板323压住PCB板4,容置槽334支撑夹板322的底部从而防止活动压板323形变过大。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种PCB板夹具,其特征在于:包括矩形结构的台面,所述台面相邻的第一长边和第一短边分别设置有固定夹具,台面中间区域分别设置有多个活动夹具;所述活动夹具能够分别沿垂直于台面第一长边或第一短边的方向改变位置;PCB板放置于台面上,PCB板四边分别被固定夹具、活动夹具压紧固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种PCB板夹具,其特征在于:所述台面上设置有与第一长边垂直的第一滑槽以及与第一短边垂直的第二滑槽,每个第一滑槽和第二滑槽内分别设置有一个活动夹具。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种PCB板夹具,其特征在于:所述第一滑槽沿第二长边设置有多个,第二滑槽沿第二短边设置于靠近第一长边的区域,靠近第二短边的第一滑槽从第二长边延伸到最靠近第二长边的第二滑槽处;靠近第一短边的第一滑槽与靠近第一长边的第二滑槽长度逐渐变长,第一滑槽和第二滑槽形成台阶型布局。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种PCB板夹具,其特征在于:所述第一长边和第一短边分别沿长度方向均匀设置有多个夹具槽,所述固定夹具包括与夹具槽配合的固定键,所述固定键上表面至少向台面工作区域一侧延伸形成固定压板,所述固定键能够沿夹具槽上下运动改变位置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种PCB板夹具,其特征在于:所述台面第一长边和第一短边下方分别固定有一底板,底板下方设置有与底板沿竖直方向活动配合并固定连接固定夹具的活动板,以及与底板沿水平方向配合的拉板,所述拉板与活动板的侧面沿斜向活动配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种PCB板夹具,其特征在于:所述底板上设置有多个通孔,通孔内设置有一连接杆,所述连接杆两端均设置有内螺纹,固定夹具和活动板分别与连接杆两端螺接固定;通孔内固定有与连接杆沿竖直方向自由配合的无油衬套;
    所述底板上固定有多个沿竖直方向设置的导向柱,所述活动板上固定有与导向柱滑动配合的无油衬套;
    所述导向柱包括固定螺栓和固定杆,固定杆端部设置有内螺纹;底板上设置有固定孔,所述固定螺栓从底板上表面穿过固定孔连接设置于底板下表面的固定杆。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种PCB板夹具,其特征在于:所述拉板竖直设置在底板下方,并位于活动板侧面,拉板表面设置有多个水平槽和斜槽;底板下表面与水平槽对应的位置固定有多个导向座,拉板两侧分别与活动板和导向座抵接;所述导向座上固定有与水平槽滚动配合的第一轴承;
    活动板朝向拉板一侧固定设置有牵引轴,所述牵引轴上固定设置有与斜槽滚动配合的第二轴承;
    所述底板沿拉板两侧分别固定有多个限位柱,所述限位柱夹持固定所述拉板;
    所述拉板端部固定有一气缸,气缸的动力输出端与拉板水平方向平行并与拉板水平方向的一端固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种PCB夹具,其特征在于:所述活动夹具包括固定座和夹板件,所述固定座固定于台面底部,并与第一滑槽或第二滑槽滑动配合,所述夹板件固定于台面上方并与固定座沿竖直方向活动配合,夹板件向下运动能够压紧PCB板;
    所述固定座上方设置有一夹持部,所述夹持部具有与第一滑槽或第二滑槽配合的连接块,连接块上方向垂直滑动方向的两侧延伸形成夹持板;固定座上设置有一沿竖直方向贯穿夹持部和固定座的夹板槽,夹板件穿过夹板槽连接有一抬升气缸;所述夹板件包括与夹板槽配合的配合块,配合块至少向垂直滑动方向的两侧及朝向PCB板的方向分别延伸形成夹板。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种PCB板夹具,其特征在于:所述夹板槽沿夹持部活动方向具有长度,连接块与夹板槽沿长度方向滑动配合;
    所述固定座为L形结构,其顶部与台面1滑动配合,侧面设置有一伸缩气缸;抬升气缸固定于一气缸座上,伸缩气缸的动力输出端与气缸座固接;固定座上沿连接块滑动方向设置有一滑轨,滑轨上滑动设置有一滑块,所述滑块与气缸座固定配合。
    所述夹持板沿连接块滑动路径扫过的区域向下沉降形成容置槽,夹持板靠近PCB板的一侧相对于容置槽向上突出形成定位板,夹板相对于配合块向垂直滑动方向的两侧延伸设置,夹板向PCB板一侧延伸形成活动压板,所述活动压板与定位板顶部接触时,容置槽支撑活动压板底部。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的一种PCB板夹具,其特征在于:所述台面上表面在设置有第一滑槽和第二滑槽的位置分别设置有下凹的沉降槽,活动夹具与第一滑槽或第二滑槽配合时,夹持板容置于沉降槽中。
