도 1 내지 도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 팁 어플리케이터(100)는 사용자의 피부에 화장료를 바르기 위한 것으로, 일 예로 팁 어플리케이터(100)는 입술 등과 같은 각질 표면을 갖는 피부에 도포될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 팁 어플리케이터(100)는 지지부(110), 도포부(120), 연결부(130) 및 캡처부(132)를 포함할 수 있다.
본 실시예에서는 팁 어플리케이터(100)가 화장품, 특히 립 글로스와 같은 입술 화장품 도포장치인 것을 예로 들어 설명하나, 본 발명의 사상은 이에 한정되지 않는다. 예를 들어, 팁 어플리케이터(100)는 립 글로스, 아이 섀도우, 파운데이션과 같은 화장료를 묻혀 사용자의 피부에 바르는 형태의 미용 제품일 수도 있다.
지지부(110)는 소정의 길이를 갖추어 단부 측에 연결되는 연결부(130) 및 도포부(120)를 지지하기 위한 것이다.
이와 같은 지지부(110)는 일단부 측이 화장료가 저장된 저장용기(10)의 입구를 덮는 뚜껑(20)과 직접 연결되어 공지의 솔대 역할을 수행할 수도 있고, 소정의 길이를 갖추어 뚜껑(20)과 연결되는 솔대 측에 결합되는 형태일 수도 있다.
도포부(120)는 사용자의 피부에 접촉되어 표면에 묻은 화장료를 도포하기 위한 것이다. 이와 같은 도포부(120)는 사용자 피부와의 접촉시 화장료가 사용자의 피부에 원활하게 도포될 수 있도록 가요성을 가질 수 있다.
일례로, 도포부(120)는 열가소성 재료를 사출성형한 성형물로 이루어질 수도 있고, 플록 가공(flocking)을 통해 열가소성 재료를 사출성형한 성형물의 외면에 복수의 작은 섬유가 부착된 플록킹이 형성된 형태일 수도 있다. 그러나, 도포부(120)를 이에 한정하는 것은 아니며, 플라스틱이나 스폰지 등과 같이 가요성을 가지면서도 화장료를 일정량 캡처하여 사용자의 피부에 도포할 수 있는 형태라면 제한없이 사용될 수 있음을 밝혀둔다.
이때, 본 발명에 따른 팁 어플리케이터(100)는 소정의 길이를 갖는 연결부(130)를 매개로 지지부(110) 및 도포부(120)가 상호 연결될 수 있으며, 연결부(130)의 내부영역에는 캡처부(132)가 관통형성될 수 있다.
이와 같은 캡처부(132)는 팁 어플리케이터(100)가 화장료가 담긴 저장용기(10) 측에 삽입된 후 인출되는 경우, 화장료가 캡처부(132) 측에 일정량 추가적으로 캡처될 수 있도록 함으로써 팁 어플리케이터(100)를 통해 캡처되는 화장료의 전체 캡처량을 증가시킬 수 있다.
더불어, 캡처부(132)가 연결부(130)의 내부영역에 형성됨으로써 팁 어플리케이터(100)가 저장용기(10)로부터 인출되는 과정에서, 캡쳐부(132)에 의해 캡쳐된 화장료가 저장용기(10)에 형성된 와이퍼(도 5, 12)에 의해 닦이거나 제거되는 것이 방지될 수 있다.
이를 통해, 도포부(120)를 이용한 화장료의 도포 시, 캡처부(132)를 통해 추가 캡처된 화장료가 도포부(120) 측으로 흘러내려 도포부(120) 측에 화장료를 추가로 공급함으로써 한 번의 캡처작업을 통해 추가적인 도포작업이 가능할 수 있다.
이와 같은 캡처부(132)는 연결부(130)의 내부영역에만 형성될 수도 있으나, 보다 많은 화장료를 추가로 캡처할 수 있도록 도포부(120)의 내부영역에도 추가캡처부(123)가 관통형성될 수 있으며, 도포부(120)에 형성된 추가캡처부(123)는 연결부(130)에 형성된 캡처부(132)와 서로 연결될 수 있다.
이때, 본 발명에 따른 팁 어플리케이터(100)는 도포부(120) 및 연결부(130) 중 적어도 일부가 캡처부(132)를 유지하면서 높이방향을 따라 비틀어지게 형성될 수 있다.
일례로, 도포부(120) 및 연결부(130)는 내부에 캡처부(132) 및 추가캡처부(123)가 각각 형성되도록 상호 연결된 선형의 띠 형상일 수 있으며, 높이 중간부가 소정 각도로 비틀어진 꽈배기 형상으로 형성될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 도포부(120) 및 연결부(130)는 연속된 꽈배기 형상으로서, 1회 이상으로 비틀린 형상을 가질 수 있다.
이를 통해, 도포부(120) 및 연결부(130)가 플랫한 선형의 띠 형상으로 형성된 경우에 비하여, 본 발명에 따른 팁 어플리케이터(100)는 도포부(120) 및 연결부(130)의 내부에 형성된 캡처부(132) 및 추가캡처부(123)의 전체 단면적이 증가될 수 있음으로써 화장료의 캡처량을 더욱 늘릴 수 있다.
더불어, 도포부(120) 및 연결부(130)는 비틀어진 부분을 통하여 캡처부(132) 및/또는 추가캡처부(123)를 규정하는 테두리 측이 높이방향과 평행한 가상의 직선에 대하여 일정각도를 갖도록 배치될 수 있다. 이를 통해, 캡처부(132) 및/또는 추가캡처부(123)에 캡처된 후 도포부(120) 측으로 공급되는 화장료의 공급시간을 지연시킬 수 있음으로써 화장료가 도포부(120) 측으로 과도하게 흘러내리는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
더하여, 도포부(120) 및 연결부가 플랫한 선형의 띠 형상으로 형성된 팁 어플리케이터에 비하여, 본 발명에 따른 팁 어플리케이터(100)는 도포부(120) 및 연결부(130)가 비틀어지는 부분을 갖도록 형성하여, 도포면이 넓은 면, 좁은 면, 굴곡면 등을 갖도록 다양하게 형성될 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자가 다양한 형상의 도포면을 피부와 접촉시킴으로써 다양한 도포감을 느낄 수 있다.
구체적인 일례로써, 도포부(120)는 일측이 개구된 띠 형상으로 형성되는 제1부분(121)과, 제1부분(121)의 양 단부로부터 연장되는 한 쌍의 제2부분(122)을 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 연결부(130)는 지지부(110)의 단부로부터 일정길이 연장되는 한 쌍으로 형성될 수 있고, 한 쌍의 연결부(130)는 길이 중간이 교차하도록 엇갈리게 배치될 수 있다.
이때, 한 쌍의 제2부분(122)은 제1부분(121)의 단부로부터 서로 다른 방향을 향하도록 배치될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 한 쌍의 연결부(130)가 서로 엇갈리게 배치되더라도 도포부(120)는 한 쌍의 제2부분(122)을 통해 원활하게 연결될 수 있다.
이를 통해, 한 쌍의 연결부(130)의 내부영역에는 한 쌍의 연결부(130)를 통해 규정되는 캡처부(132)가 형성될 수 있으며, 도포부(120)의 내부영역에는 제1부분(121) 및 제2부분(122)에 의해 규정되는 추가캡처부(123)가 각각 형성될 수 있다.
여기서, 추가캡처부(123)는 한 쌍의 제2부분(122)과 대응되는 내부영역에만 형성될 수도 있다. 즉, 도포부(120)는 제1부분(121)의 내부가 채워진 형태일 수도 있다.
이때, 도포부(120)는 적어도 일부가 폭방향을 따라 형성되는 도포면이 동일평면을 이루도록 형성될 수 있다.
일례로, 도포부(120)는 제1부분(121)의 양면에 형성되는 도포면이 동일평면을 이루도록 형성될 수 있다. 이를 통해, 사용자는 라인을 그리거나 상대적으로 좁은 면적을 도포하는 경우 제1부분(121)을 이용하여 원하는 도포작업을 수행할 수 있다.
한편, 도면과 설명에는 한 쌍의 연결부(130)가 서로 교차하도록 엇갈리게 배치되는 것으로 도시하고 설명하였지만, 본 발명을 이에 한정하는 것은 아니며, 한 쌍의 연결부(130)가 서로 평행하게 배치되고 비틀어진 부분이 도포부(120) 측에만 형성될 수도 있음을 밝혀둔다.
더불어, 본 발명에 따른 팁 어플리케이터(200)는 상술한 연결부(130)가 도포부(120)와 동일하게 열가소성 재료를 사출성형한 성형물로 이루어질 수도 있고, 플록 가공(flocking)을 통해 열가소성 재료를 사출성형한 성형물의 외면에 복수의 작은 섬유가 부착된 플록킹이 형성된 형태일 수도 있다.
구체적인 일례로써, 도 3a 내지 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명에 따른 팁 어플리케이터(200)는 도 1a 내지 도 2에서의 연결부(130)에 해당하는 부분(230)이 도포부(120)와 동일한 형태로 구성될 수 있으며, 외면에 형성되는 플록킹의 경우 도 1a 내지 도 2에서 연결부(130)에 해당하는 부분(230)의 전체길이에 형성될 수도 있고 전체길이 중 일부의 길이에만 부분적으로 형성될 수도 있다.
여기서, 도 3a 내지 도 4에 도시된 팁 어플리케이터(200)의 경우, 도 1a 내지 도 2에도시된 팁 어플리케이터(100)에서 연결부(130)에 해당하는 부분(230)을 제외한 지지부(110), 도포부(120) 및 캡처부(132)를 포함하는 나머지 내용은 전술한 내용과 동일하므로 상세한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
대안으로, 도면에는 도시하지 않았지만, 도 3a 내지 도 4에 도시된 팁 어플리케이터(200)의 경우 1a 내지 도 2에서의 연결부(130)에 해당하는 부분에 플록킹이 형성되지 않고 플라스틱이나 스폰지 등과 같이 가요성을 가지면서도 화장료를 일정량 캡처하여 사용자의 피부에 도포할 수 있는 다른 형태가 적용될 수도 있음을 밝혀둔다. 또한, 도포부(120) 중 제1부분(121) 역시 평판 형태의 도포면 뿐만 아니라 봉형이나 타원형 등과 같은 다양한 형태로의 변경이 가능함을 밝혀둔다.
한편, 본 발명에 적용되는 연결부(130)는 지지부(110)의 단부에 일체로 형성되거나 착탈가능하게 결합될 수 있으며, 도포부(120) 역시 연결부(130)와 일체로 형성되거나 착탈가능하게 결합될 수 있다.
상술한 팁 어플리케이터(100,200)는 화장료 도포장치에 적용될 수 있다.
즉, 화장료 도포장치는 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 저장용기(10) 및 팁 어플리케이터를 포함할 수 있으며, 팁 어플리케이터(100,200)는 상술한 형태의 팁 어플리케이터(100,200)가 모두 적용될 수 있다.
일례로, 팁 어플리케이터(100,200)는 소정의 길이를 갖추어 일단부가 뚜껑(20)에 고정되는 로드부(30)를 포함할 수 있으며, 지지부(110)의 단부측이 로드부(30)에 연결되는 형태일 수 있다. 그러나, 팁 어플리케이터(100,200)의 적용형태를 이에 한정하는 것은 아니며, 지지부(110)가 소정의 길이로 연장되어 뚜껑(20)에 직접 연결될 수도 있다.
저장용기(10)는 사용자의 피부에 도포하기 위한 화장료(40)가 일정량 저장되는 것으로, 일측이 개구된 함체형상일 수 있으며, 개방된 일측이 팁 어플리케이터(100,200)를 출입시키는 입구의 역할을 수행할 수 있다.
더불어, 입구의 역할을 수행하는 저장용기(10)의 개방된 일측은 저장용기(10)에 착탈가능하게 결합되는 뚜껑(20)을 통해 밀폐될 수 있다.
또한, 저장용기(10)의 내부에는 팁 어플리케이터(100,200)의 인출시 도포부(120)를 제외한 부분에 묻은 화장료를 제거하기 위한 와이퍼(12)가 구비될 수 있다.
이에 따라, 미사용시에는 팁 어플리케이터(100,200)가 고정된 뚜껑(20)을 저장용기(10)에 체결함으로써 저장용기(10)에 저장된 화장료가 외부로 방출되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 사용시에는 팁 어플리케이터(100,200)를 저장용기(10)의 내부로 인입시켜 도포부(120)에 화장료를 묻힌 후 사용자의 피부에 도포할 수 있다.
한편, 상술한 저장용기(10)는 공지의 내용이므로 상세한 설명은 생략하기로 하며, 화장료 도포장치에 적용될 수 있는 공지의 일반적인 형태가 모두 적용될 수 있음을 밝혀둔다.
더불어, 화장품 도포장치는 상술한 바와 같이 화장품, 특히 립 글로스와 같은 입술 화장품 도포장치일 수 있으나, 이에 한정하는 것은 아니며, 립 글로스, 아이 섀도우, 파운데이션 용도의 도포장치일 수도 있음을 밝혀둔다.
이상에서 본 발명의 일 실시예에 대하여 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 사상은 본 명세서에 제시되는 실시 예에 제한되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 사상을 이해하는 당업자는 동일한 사상의 범위 내에서, 구성요소의 부가, 변경, 삭제, 추가 등에 의해서 다른 실시 예를 용이하게 제안할 수 있을 것이나, 이 또한 본 발명의 사상범위 내에 든다고 할 것이다.
본 발명은 화장품 산업분야에서 이용 가능하다.

Claims (9)

  1. 화장료를 피부에 도포하기 위한 팁 어플리케이터에 있어서,
    소정의 길이를 갖는 지지부;
    상기 화장료를 표면에 묻혀 사용자의 피부에 바르기 위한 도포부;
    상기 지지부 및 도포부를 상호 연결하는 연결부; 및
    상기 연결부의 내부영역에 관통형성되는 캡처부;를 포함하고,
    상기 도포부 및 연결부의 적어도 일부가 상기 캡처부를 유지하면서 높이방향을 따라 비틀어지게 형성되는 팁 어플리케이터.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,상기 연결부는 상기 지지부의 단부로부터 일정길이 연장되는 한 쌍으로 형성되고, 한 쌍의 상기 연결부는 길이 중간이 교차하도록 엇갈리게 배치되는 팁 어플리케이터.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,상기 도포부는 폭방향을 따라 형성되는 도포면 중 적어도 일부가 동일평면을 이루도록 형성되는 팁 어플리케이터.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 도포부는 폭방향을 따라 동일평면을 이루도록 일측이 개구된 띠 형상으로 형성되는 제1부분과, 상기 제1부분의 양 단부로부터 연장되는 한 쌍의 제2부분을 포함하고,
    상기 한 쌍의 제2부분은 일단부측이 상기 연결부와 각각 연결되는 팁 어플리케이터.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 도포부는 상기 연결부와 일체로 형성되거나 착탈가능하게 결합되는 팁 어플리케이터.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 도포부는 표면에 복수의 작은 섬유가 플록 가공(flocking)을 통해 부착된 플록킹이 형성된 팁 어플리케이터.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 연결부는 적어도 일부의 표면에 복수의 작은 섬유가 플록 가공(flocking)을 통해 부착된 플록킹이 형성된 팁 어플리케이터.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 도포부는 내부영역에 관통형성되는 추가캡처부를 포함하고, 상기 추가캡처부는 상기 연결부의 내부영역에 형성되는 캡처부와 서로 연결되는 팁 어플리케이터.
  9. 화장료가 일정량 수용된 저장용기; 및
    상기 화장료를 묻혀 피부에 도포하기 위한 청구항 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 팁 어플리케이터;를 포함하는 화장료 도포장치.
