이와 같은 지지부(110)는 일단부 측이 화장료가 저장된 저장용기(10)의 입구를 덮는 뚜껑(20)과 직접 연결될 수도 있고, 소정의 길이를 갖추어 상기 뚜껑(20)과 연결되는 솔대 측에 연결되는 형태일 수도 있다.
일례로, 상기 지지부(110)는 상기 도포부(120)와 연결되는 제1부분(111)과 상기 제1부분(111)으로부터 소정의 길이 연장되는 제2부분(112)을 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 제1부분(111)이 상기 도포부(120)의 일부와 길이 방향으로 서로 중첩되도록 연결될 수 있다. 여기서, 상기 제1부분(111)은 전체가 길이 방향으로 상기 도포부(120)와 중첩연결될 수도 있고, 제1부분(111) 중 일부가 길이 방향으로 상기 도포부(120)와 중첩연결될 수도 있다.이때, 상기 지지부(110)는 일부 또는 전체가 강성을 가질 수 있으며, 바람직하게는 상기 도포부(120)와 중첩 연결되는 제1부분(111)이 강성을 가질 수 있다.
일례로, 상기 지지부(110)는 알루미늄, 금, 은과 같은 금속재질이나 실리콘 재질로 이루어질 수 있으나, 상기 지지부(110)의 재질을 이에 한정하는 것은 아니며, 상기 도포부(120)를 통한 화장료의 도포시 상기 도포부(120)의 변형이나 휘어짐을 방지할 수 있는 강성을 갖는 재질이라면 모두 적용될 수 있음을 밝혀둔다.
이에 따라, 상기 도포부(120)에 묻은 화장료를 사용자의 피부에 도포하는 과정에서 상기 도포부(120) 중 상기 제1부분(111)에 중첩된 부분은 상기 제1부분(111)에 의해 지지되어 변형이나 휘어짐이 방지되거나 최소화될 수 있다.
이로 인해, 사용자가 상기 도포부(120) 중 상기 제1부분(111)에 의해 중첩 연결된 부분을 접촉하여 화장료를 도포하는 경우, 상기 제1부분(111)에 의해 도포부(120) 중 일부가 안정적으로 지지될 수 있으므로 사용자는 다소 하드하고 안정적인 도포감을 느낄 수 있다.
이와 같이 본 발명에 따른 팁 어플리케이터(100,200,300,400)는 상기 도포부(120)의 전체길이 중 일부 길이에 해당하는 부분이 강성을 갖는 제1부분(111)을 통해 안정적으로 지지된다.따라서, 상기 제1부분(111)에 의해 지지되는 도포부(120) 중 일부와 상기 제1부분(111)에 의해 지지되는 부분을 제외한 도포부(120)의 나머지 부분에서 발생되는 도포감을 다르게 구현할 수 있다. 한편, 상기 지지부(110) 중 상기 도포부(120)와 중첩 연결되는 제1부분(111)은 상기 제2부분(112)과 동일 직선상에 위치하도록 상기 제2부분(112)의 단부로부터 연장될 수있고, 상기 제1부분(111)의 길이방향에 대하여 일정각도 경사지게 연결될 수도 있다.
이를 통해, 상기 제1부분(111)에 의해 중첩 연결된 도포부(120)에 의하여 사용자의 피부에 화장료를 도포하는 경우, 사용자가 상기 제1부분(111)의 단부에 의해 화장료를 도포하더라도, 상기 제2부분(112)과 제1부분(111) 사이의 경사구조를 통하여 상기 제1부분(111)의 단부가 사용자 피부와 동일면이 아닌 도포하고자 하는 사용자 피부의 전방 또는 후방 측에 위치할 수 있다.
이에 따라, 사용자는 보다 자연스럽게 팁 어플리케이터를 움직일 수 있으므로, 상기 제1부분(111)에 의해 중첩 연결된 도포부(120)를 통하여 목적하는 위치에 화장료를 원활하게 도포할 수 있다.
더불어, 화장료를 도포하고자 하는 부위가 입술과 같이 경사면이라 하더라도, 제2부분(112)에 대하여 일정각도 경사진 제1부분(111)에 중첩연결된 도포부(120)를 통해 자연스러운 접촉이 가능함으로써 화장료를 원활하게 도포할 수 있다.
상기 도포부(120)는 사용자의 피부에 접촉되어 목적하는 화장료를 바르기 위한 것으로, 일단부 측이 상기 지지부(110)에 연결될 수 있다.
이와 같은 도포부(120)는 사용자 피부와의 접촉시 화장료가 사용자의 피부에 원활하게 도포될 수 있도록 가요성을 가질 수 있다.
일례로, 상기 도포부(120)는 열가소성 재료를 사출성형한 성형물로 이루어질 수도 있고, 플록 가공(flocking)을 통해 열가소성 재료를 사출성형한 성형물의 외면에 복수의 작은 섬유가 부착된 플록킹이 형성된 형태일 수도 있다. 그러나, 상기 도포부(120)를 이에 한정하는 것은 아니며, 플라스틱이나 스폰지 등과 같이 가요성을 가지면서도 화장료를 일정량 캡처하여 사용자의 피부에 도포할 수 있는 형태라면 제한없이 사용될 수 있음을 밝혀둔다.
이때, 본 발명에 따른 도포부(120)는 상술한 바와 같이 전체길이 중 적어도 일부의 길이가 상기 지지부(110)의 제1부분(111)과 중첩되도록 연결될 수 있다.
일례로, 상기 도포부(120)는 상기 지지부(110)와 연결되는 제1도포부(121)와, 상기 제1도포부(121)의 단부로부터 연장되는 제2도포부(122)를 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 제1도포부(121)가 상기 지지부(110)의 제1부분(111)과 중첩되도록 연결될 수 있다.
이를 통해, 상기 도포부(120) 중 제1도포부(121)는 사용자 피부와의 접촉시 상기 제1부분(111)에 의해 지지됨으로써 휘어짐이나 변형이 방지될 수 있으며, 상기 제2도포부(122)는 사용자 피부와의 접촉시 자유로운 변형이나 휘어짐이 가능할 수 있다.
이에 따라, 사용자가 제1도포부(121)를 피부에 접촉하여 화장료를 도포하는 경우 상기 제1도포부(121)는 상기 제1부분(111)에 의해 휘어짐이나 변형이 방지됨으로써 안정적인 도포감 및 사용감을 구현할 수 있다. 이에 반해, 사용자가 제2도포부(122)를 피부에 접촉하여 화장료를 도포하는 경우 상기 제2도포부(122)는 자유로운 휘어짐이나 변형이 가능함으로써 부드러운 도포감 및 사용감을 구현할 수 있다.
이로 인해, 사용자는 피부에 접촉되는 도포부(120)의 위치에 따라 다른 터치감 이나 사용감 및 도포감을 느낄 수 있으며, 화장료를 펴 바르거나 라인을 그리거나 도포된 부분의 미세한 교정이 필요한 경우 피부와 접촉되는 도포부(120)의 위치를 적절하게 변경함으로써 원하는 작업을 용이하게 수행할 수 있다.
이와 같이 본 발명에 따른 팁 어플리케이터(100,200,300,400)는 피부와의 접촉시 변형이나 휘어짐이 어려운 제1도포부(121)와 자유로운 변형이나 휘어짐이 가능한 제2도포부(122)를 포함함으로써 하나의 제품을 통하여 다양한 터치감이나 사용감 및 도포감을 구현할 수 있다.
본 발명에서, 상기 도포부(120)는 상기 제1도포부(121)가 상기 지지부(110)의 제1부분(111)과 일체로 연결될 수도 있고, 상기 제1도포부(121)가 상기 제1부분(111)과 착탈가능하게 결합될 수도 있다.
이때, 본 발명에 따른 팁 어플리케이터(100,200,300,400)는 도 7 및 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 제1도포부(121)가 상기 제2도포부(122)의 단부로부터 길이방향과 평행한 방향으로 연장되는 형태일 수도 있으나, 도 1 내지 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 제1도포부(121) 및 제2도포부(122)가 소정의 각도를 이루도록 형성될 수 있다.
일례로, 상기 제2도포부(122)는 전체길이 중 적어도 일부의 길이가 상기 제1도포부(121)의 길이방향에 대하여 일정각도 경사지게 형성될 수 있다.
구체적인 일례로써, 상기 제2도포부(122)는 도 1 내지 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 제1도포부(121)의 단부로부터 상기 제1도포부(121)의 길이방향에 대하여 일정각도 경사지게 연장될 수 있다. 그러나, 상기 제2도포부(122)를 이에 한정하는 것은 아니며, 도 5 및 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 제2도포부(122)의 전체길이 중 일부의 길이가 절곡되고 절곡된 나머지 부분이 상기 제1도포부(121)의 길이방향에 대하여 일정각도 경사지게 형성될 수도 있다.
이와 같은 경우, 상기 제1도포부(121)는 도 1 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 제1부분(111)의 우측에 위치하도록 상기 제1부분(111)과 연결될 수도 있고 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 제1부분(111)의 좌측에 위치하도록 상기 제1부분(111)과 연결될 수도 있다.
이를 통해, 상기 제2도포부(122)는 상기 제1도포부(121)에 대하여 미리 경사진 형태로 구성되므로 도 7 및 도 8에 도시된 형태에 비하여 보다 자유로운 휘어짐이 가능함으로써 더욱 부드러운 도포감을 구현할 수 있다.
더불어, 상기 도포부(120)가 대략 'ㅅ'자 형상으로 구성됨으로써 꺽인 부분을 사용자가 입술로 물게되는 경우 입술과 유사한 형상을 이루게 되므로 사용자가 별도로 화장료를 펴바르지 않아도 입술의 중안부분이 용이하게 도포될 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명에 따른 팁 어플리케이터(100,200,300,400)는 상기 도포부(120)의 내부영역에 소정의 면적을 갖는 중공부(130)가 관통형성될 수 있다.
이와 같은 중공부(130)는 팁 어플리케이터(100,200,300,400)를 화장료가 담긴 저장용기(10) 측에 삽입한 후 인출하는 경우 화장료를 일정량 추가적으로 캡처할 수 있음으로써 사용자의 피부에 도포할 수 있는 화장료의 양을 증가시킬 수 있다.
더불어, 상기 중공부(130)가 도포부(120)의 중앙 영역에 형성됨으로써 팁 어플리케이터(100,200,300,400)를 저장용기(10)로부터 인출하는 과정에서, 중공부(130)에 의해 캡쳐된 화장료가 저장용기(10)에 형성된 와이퍼(12)에 의해 닦이거나 제거되는 것이 방지될 수 있다.
이를 통해, 상기 중공부(130)에 추가로 캡처된 화장료는 상기 도포부(120)를 통한 화장료의 도포 시 상기 도포부(120) 측으로 흘러내려 화장료를 추가로 공급함으로써 한 번의 캡처작업을 통해 추가적인 도포작업이 가능할 수 있다.
이와 같은 중공부(130)는 상기 도포부(120)의 내부영역에만 형성될 수도 있으나, 보다 많은 화장료를 캡처할 수 있도록 상기 지지부(110)의 제1부분(111)까지 연장형성될 수 있다.
그러나, 상기 도포부(120) 및 지지부(110)의 형태를 이에 한정하는 것은 아니며, 상술한 중공부(130)가 형성되지 않는 형태도 가능함을 밝혀둔다.
상술한 팁 어플리케이터(100,200,300,400)는 화장료 도포장치에 적용될 수 있다.
즉, 상기 화장료 도포장치는 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이 저장용기(10) 및 팁 어플리케이터를 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 팁 어플리케이터(100,200,300,400)는 상술한 다양한 형태의 팁 어플리케이터(100,200,300,400)가 모두 적용될 수 있다.
일례로, 상기 팁 어플리케이터(100,200,300,400)는 소정의 길이를 갖추어 일단부가 뚜껑(20)에 고정되는 로드부(30)를 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 지지부(110)의 단부측이 상기 로드부(30)에 연결되는 형태일 수 있다. 그러나, 상기 팁 어플리케이터(100,200,300,400)의 적용형태를 이에 한정하는 것은 아니며, 상기 지지부(110)가 소정의 길이로 연장되어 상기 뚜껑(20)에 직접 연결될 수도 있다.
상기 저장용기(10)는 사용자의 피부에 도포하기 위한 화장료(40)가 일정량 저장되는 것으로, 일측이 개구된 함체형상일 수 있으며, 개방된 일측이 상기 팁 어플리케이터(100,200,300,400)를 출입시키는 입구의 역할을 수행할 수 있다.
더불어, 입구의 역할을 수행하는 저장용기(10)의 개방된 일측은 상기 저장용기(10)에 착탈가능하게 결합되는 뚜껑(20)을 통해 밀폐될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 저장용기(10)의 내부에는 상기 팁 어플리케이터(100,200,300,400)의 인출시 상기 도포부(120)를 제외한 부분에 묻은 화장료를 제거하기 위한 와이퍼(12)가 구비될 수 있다.
이에 따라, 미사용시에는 상기 팁 어플리케이터(100,200,300,400)가 고정된 뚜껑(20)을 상기 저장용기(10)에 체결함으로써 화장료가 방출되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 사용시에는 상기 팁 어플리케이터(100,200,300,400)를 상기 저장용기(10)의 내부로 인입시켜 상기 도포부(120)에 화장료를 묻힌 후 사용자의 피부에 도포할 수 있다.
한편, 상술한 저장용기(10)는 공지의 내용이므로 상세한 설명은 생략하기로 하며, 화장료 도포장치에 적용될 수 있는 공지의 일반적인 형태가 모두 적용될 수 있음을 밝혀둔다.
더불어, 상기 화장품 도포장치는 상술한 바와 같이 화장품, 특히 립 글로스와 같은 입술 화장품 도포장치일 수 있으나, 이에 한정하는 것은 아니며, 립 글로스, 아이 섀도우, 파운데이션 용도의 도포장치일 수도 있음을 밝혀둔다.
이상에서 본 발명의 일 실시예에 대하여 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 사상은 본 명세서에 제시되는 실시 예에 제한되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 사상을 이해하는 당업자는 동일한 사상의 범위 내에서, 구성요소의 부가, 변경, 삭제, 추가 등에 의해서 다른 실시 예를 용이하게 제안할 수 있을 것이나, 이 또한 본 발명의 사상범위 내에 든다고 할 것이다.
본 발명은 화장품 산업분야에서 이용 가능하다.

Claims (9)

  1. 화장료를 피부에 도포하기 위한 팁 어플리케이터에 있어서,
    소정의 길이를 갖는 지지부; 및
    상기 지지부의 일단부측에 연결되고 가요성을 갖는 재질로 이루어지며 상기 화장료를 사용자의 피부에 바르기 위한 도포부;를 포함하고,
    상기 도포부의 일 부분과 상기 지지부의 일 부분은 중첩되어 연결되는 팁 어플리케이터.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 도포부는 상기 지지부와 중첩되도록 연결되는 제1도포부와, 상기 제1도포부의 단부로부터 연장되는 제2도포부를 포함하는 팁 어플리케이터.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 제2도포부는 상기 제1도포부의 길이방향에 대하여 일정각도 경사지게 형성되는 팁 어플리케이터.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 도포부는 상기 지지부와 일체로 형성되거나 착탈가능하게 결합되는 팁 어플리케이터.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 지지부는 상기 제1도포부와 중첩되는 제1부분과 상기 제1부분으로부터 연장되는 제2부분을 포함하고,
    상기 제1부분은 상기 제2부분의 길이방향에 대하여 일정각도 경사지게 연결되는 팁 어플리케이터.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 지지부는 상기 제1도포부의 휘어짐을 방지할 수 있도록 강성을 갖는 팁 어플리케이터.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서,
    상기 지지부는 금속재질로 이루어지고, 상기 도포부는 플라스틱 재질로 이루어진 팁 어플리케이터.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 도포부는 내부영역에 소정의 면적을 갖는 중공부가 관통형성되는 팁 어플리케이터.
  9. 화장료가 일정량 수용된 저장용기; 및
    상기 화장료를 묻혀 피부에 도포하기 위한 청구항 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 팁 어플리케이터;를 포함하는 화장료 도포장치.
