상기 마스카라를 속눈썹에 바르는 방법은 다음과 같다.

다르게 정의되지 않는 한, 기술적이거나 과학적인 용어를 포함해서 여기서 사용되는 모든 용어들은 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 일반적으로 이해되는 것과 동일한 의미를 가지고 있다. 일반적으로 사용되는 사전에 정의되어 있는 것과 같은 용어들은 관련 기술의 문맥 상 가지는 의미와 일치하는 의미를 가진 것으로 해석되어야 하며, 본 출원에서 명백하게 정의하지 않는 한, 이상적이거나 과도하게 형식적인 의미로 해석되지 않는다.
또한, 어떤 부분이 어떤 구성 요소를 "포함"한다고 할 때, 이는 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한 다른 구성요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라 다른 구성요소를 더 포함할 수 있는 것을 의미한다.
이하, 도면을 참고로 본 발명의 구체적인 내용을 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 1 실시예에 따른 마스카라의 사시도이고, 도 2는 도 1의 일부 분해 사시도이고, 도 3은 도 1의 분해 사시도이고, 도 4는 도 1의 정단면도이고, 도 5는 도 4에 도시된 A의 확대 단면도이고, 도 6은 도 1의 측단면도이고, 도 7은 도 6에 도시된 B의 확대 단면도이고, 도 8은 도 3의 브러시가 도시된 사시도이고, 도 9는 도 8에 도시된 C의 확대도이다.
도시된 바와 같이, 본 실시예에 따른 마스카라는 내용물이 저장되고 상측에 개구부(12)가 형성된 하우징(10)과, 상기 하우징(10)의 개구부(12)에 결합되는 와이퍼(20)와, 상기 와이퍼(20)를 관통하여 상기 하우징(10) 내부에 삽입되도록 브러시(30)가 설치된 브러시조립체(40)와, 상기 브러시조립체(40)를 커버하도록 상기 하우징(10)의 상측에 탈착가능하게 결합되는 캡(50)을 포함한다.
상기 하우징(10)은 용기의 형태로 형성되고, 내부에 내용물이 저장될 수 있도록 저장공간(11)이 형성되며, 상기 와이퍼(20)가 결합되는 개구부(12)가 형성된다.
여기서 상기 하우징(10)은 상기 캡(50)과의 결합을 위해 상측으로 돌출된 끼움부(14)가 더 형성되고, 상기 끼움부(14) 내측에 상기 개구부(12)가 형성된다.
상기 와이퍼(20)는 상기 개구부(12)에 삽입되어 끼움고정되는 와이퍼바디(22)와, 상기 와이퍼바디(22)에 상하 방향으로 관통하여 형성된 와이퍼슬릿(24)과, 상기 와이퍼바디(22)에 형성되고, 상기 하우징(10)의 끼움부(14) 상단에 밀착되어 걸림되는 와이퍼탑(26)과, 상기 브러시조립체(40)와 상호 걸림을 형성시키는 와이퍼걸림부(28)를 포함한다.
상기 와이퍼슬릿(24)은 평단면이 사각형 형태로 형성되고, 하측으로 갈수록 단면적이 작아지도록 형성되며, 이를 위해 상기 와이퍼슬릿(24)을 형성하는 상기 와이퍼바디(22)의 내측면(23)은 경사면으로 형성된다.
본 실시예에서 상기 와이퍼슬릿(24)의 평단면은 직사각형 형태로 형성되고, 본 실시예에서 상기 와이퍼슬릿(24)의 정단면은 쐐기형태로 형성된다.
상기 와이퍼탑(26)은 상기 개구부(12)의 상단에 걸쳐지도록 형성되고, 이를 통해 상기 와이퍼(20)가 상기 하우징(10)에 고정되게 한다.
그리고 상기 와이처(20)가 상기 하우징(10)에 결합됐을 때, 외부에서는 상기 와이퍼슬릿(24) 및 와이퍼탑(26)만 보이도록 형성된다.
상기 브러시(30)는 기존의 마스카라 브러시와 달리 플랫한 형태로 형성되고, 이를 통해 내용물이 상기 브러시(30)의 가장자리에만 도포된다.
상기 브러시(30)는 2개의 긴 금속와이어(31)(32) 사이에 다수개의 브러시사(33)가 배치되고, 상기 금속와이어(31)(32)는 나선형으로 꼬여져 형성됨으로서 상기 브러시사(33)를 고정시킨다.
여기서 상기 브러시사(33)는 상기 금속와이어(31)(32)에 고정된 상태에서 수평방향으로 납작하게 펼쳐져 형성되고, 상하 방향으로는 브러시사가 돌출되지 않도록 형성된다.
즉, 상기 브러시(30)의 브러시사(33)는 상기 금속와이어(31)(32)에 사이에 고정된 상태에서 수평방향으로 성형된다.
본 실시예에서는 복수개의 상기 브러시사(33)가 상기 금속와이어(31)(32)에 고정된 형태를 브러시군(35)으로 정의하고, 상기 브러시군(35)은 상기 금속와이어(31)(32)의 좌측으로 돌출된 제 1 브러시군(36)과, 우측으로 돌출된 제 2 브러시군(37)으로 구성된다.
여기서 상기 브러시군(35)의 하측단(35a)은 상측단에 비해 그 폭이 좁도록 형성되고, 이를 통해 상기 와이퍼슬릿(24)의 삽입 및 인출이 용이하게 이루어진다.
또한 상기 제 1, 2 브러시군(36)(37)의 단측은 상기 브러시사(33)의 길이가 점진적으로 짧아지는 테이퍼부(38)를 형성하고, 이를 통해 상기 브러시(30)는 전체적인 형상이 납작한 쐐기 형태로 형성된다.
상기 브러시조립체(40)는 납작한 형태의 브러시(30)와, 상기 브러시(30)가 고정되고, 상기 와이퍼(20)를 관통하게 배치되는 브러시로드(60)와, 상기 브러시로드(60)에 결합되고 상기 하우징(10) 외측으로 돌출되어 사용자가 잡을 수 있도록 형성된 핸들(70)을 포함한다.
상기 브러시로드(60)는 상기 브러시(30)가 고정되는 로드부(62)와, 상기 로드부(62)와 연결되어 형성되고 상기 와이퍼(20)와 탈착가능하게 끼움고정되는 브러시고정부(68)를 포함한다.
상기 로드부(62)는 긴 막대 형태로 형성되고, 상기 와이퍼(20)를 관통하여 상기 하우징(10) 내부로 삽입될 수 있고, 하단에 상기 브러시(30)가 고정된다.
상기 브러시고정부(68)는 상기 와이퍼걸림부(28)와 대응되어 상호 걸림을 형성시킨다. 본 실시예에서 상기 와이퍼걸림부(28)는 상기 브러시조립체(40) 측으로 돌출되고, 상기 브러시고정부(68)에는 오목한 홈(67)이 형성되어 상호 걸림을 형성시킨다.
본 실시예와 달리 상기 와이퍼걸림부(28) 및 브러시고정부(68)의 형태가 서로 반대로 형성되어도 무방하다.
또한, 상기 와이퍼(20)에는 브러시고정부(68)의 하단을 지지하여 상기 브러시조립체(40)의 이동을 차단시키는 스토퍼(29)가 더 형성된다.
그리고 상기 와이퍼슬릿(24)이 형성된 와이퍼바디(22)의 하단에는 상기 로드부(62)에 밀착되어 상기 로드부(62) 표면에 뭍은 내용물을 긁어내는 스크레이퍼(scraper, 27)를 포함한다.
여기서 상기 와이퍼(20)의 하단은 상기 와이퍼슬릿(24)을 형성하여 상기 브러시(30)를 통과시킬 뿐만 아니라 상기 스크레이퍼(27)를 통해 사용되지 않는 내용물이 하우징(10) 밖으로 노출되는 것을 최소화시킨다.
또한, 상기 스크레이퍼(27)는 납작한 형태로 형성된 상기 브러시(30)의 일측면 및 타측면에 부착된 내용물을 긁어내 상기 하우징(10) 안으로 돌려보내고, 이를 통해 사용되지 안는 내용물이 외부로 노출되어 굳는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
상기 핸들(70)은 본 실시예에서 상기 브러시로드(60)와 별도의 부품으로 제작되어 조립되었으나, 본 실시예와 달리 일체로 형성되어도 무방하다.
상기 핸들(70)은 상기 하우징(10)과의 결합 시 상기 하우징(10) 상측에 위치되고, 사용자는 상기 핸들(70)을 인출하여 상기 하우징(10) 내부에 위치된 브러시(30)를 외부로 노출시킬 수 있다.
이하 본 실시예에 따른 마스카라의 사용과정을 도면을 참조하여 보다 상세하게 설명한다.
먼저, 브러시어셈블리(40)를 하우징(10)에서 인출하는 경우, 사용자는 상기 캡(50)을 하우징(10)에서 분리시킨 후, 상기 핸들(70)을 잡아 당기면, 상기 브러시어셈블리(40)가 상기 하우징(10)에서 분리된다.
여기서 상기 분리 시, 상기 브러싱어셈블리(40)의 브러시고정부(68) 및 와이퍼걸림부(28)의 상호 걸림이 해제된다.
이후, 상기 로드부(62)는 상기 와이퍼슬릿(24)을 통해 인출되고, 상기 인출과정에서 상기 로드부(62) 표면에 뭍은 내용물은 와이퍼(20)에 형성된 스크레이퍼(27)를 통해 제거되어 상기 하우징(10) 내부에 저장된다.
또한 상기 브러시(30)가 상기 와이퍼슬릿(24)을 통과할 때, 상기 브러시(30)의 양 측면에 뭍은 내용물도 상기 와이퍼슬릿(24)에 의해 제거되어 상기 하우징(10) 내부로 리턴된다.
여기서 상기 브러시(30)는 얇은 두께로 납작하게 형성되는 바, 상기 브러시사(30) 표면에 뭍는 내용물의 양을 최소화할 수 있고, 불필요하게 뭍은 후, 외부로 노출되어 굳게되는 내용물의 양도 최소화시킬 수 있다.
즉, 종래 원통형태의 브러시는 전체 원통형 표면에 뭍은 내용물 중에서 일부만 사용됨에도 불구하고, 원통형 표면 전체에 내용물이 도포된 후 인출되기 때문에, 사용되지 않는 내용물이 굳어서 브러시를 사용할 수 없게 하는 문제점이 있었다.
본 실시예에 따른 브러시(30)는 하우징(10)에서 인출될 때, 두께를 이루는 양측이 와이퍼(20)와 접촉되면서 양측면에 뭍은 내용물을 긁어내고, 이를 통해 사용하지 않는 내용물이 외부로 노출되어 굳는 것을 최소화시킬 수 있다.
또한, 사용자의 속눈썹과 접촉되는 브러시사(33)의 길이방향으로 내용물이 도포되기 때문에, 내용물인 마스카라액을 보다 효과적으로 속눈썹에 도포할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
즉, 종래의 마스카라는 원통형으로 형성되기 때문에, 원통형 표면에만 주로 내용물이 도포되고, 이를 사용할 때에는 원통형태의 브러시를 회전시키면서 속눈썹에 마스카라액을 도포해야만 했다.
그러나 본 실시예에 따른 마스카라는 브러시(30)가 납작하게 형성되기 때문에 회전시키지 않고 내용물을 도포할 수 있고, 브러시사(33)의 전체 표면에 내용물이 도포되기 때문에, 넓은 면적으로 내용물을 도포시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
특히, 종래 마스카라의 브러시는 내용물이 원통형태의 브러시 내부로 침투되는 경우, 외부로 나올 수 없는 구조이기 때문에, 필연적으로 굳게 되지만, 본 실시예에 따른 브러시는 얇은 두께를 갖도록 형성되기 때문에, 브러시사(33) 사이로 침투된 내용물도 사용되어 소모될 수 있고, 이를 통해 내용물이 굳는 것을 최소화시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
이상 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예들을 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 상기 실시예들에 한정되는 것이 아니라 서로 다른 다양한 형태로 제조될 수 있으며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명의 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 실시될 수 있다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 마스카라에 있어서,
    내용물이 저장되고 상측에 개구부(12)가 형성된 하우징(10); 상기 하우징(10)의 개구부(12)에 결합되는 와이퍼(20); 상기 와이퍼(20)를 관통하여 상기 하우징(10) 내부에 삽입되도록 브러시(30)가 설치된 브러시조립체(40);를 포함하고,
    상기 브러시(30)는 납작한 형태로 배치된 다수개의 브러시사(33)를 포함하고, 상기 와이퍼(20)는 상기 브러시(30)의 인출 시 상기 브러시(30)와 접촉되어 상기 브러시(30) 두께를 이루는 양측면에 붙은 상기 내용물을 긁어 내도록 형성된 마스카라.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 와이퍼(20)는
    상기 개구부(12)에 삽입되어 끼움고정되는 와이퍼바디(22);
    상기 와이퍼바디(22)에 상하 방향으로 관통하여 형성된 와이퍼슬릿(24);
    상기 브러시조립체(40)와 상호 걸림을 형성시키는 와이퍼걸림부(28);를 포함하는 마스카라.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 와이퍼슬릿(24)은 하측으로 갈수록 단면적이 작아지는 쐐기 형태로 형성된 마스카라.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 와이퍼슬릿(24)이 형성된 와이퍼바디(22)의 하단에는 상기 브러시어셈블리(40)에 밀착되어 상기 브러시(30) 표면에 뭍은 내용물을 긁어내는 스크레이퍼(27)가 더 형성된 마스카라.
