- ボイラ配管の構造破壊、結晶的変化、漏出又は噴破による異常の発生を検出するためのボイラ配管の異常監視装置であって、
前記ボイラ配管の状態に関わるプロセスデータの時系列データを表示するプロセスデータ表示部と、
前記ボイラ配管に設置された少なくともひとつAEセンサによる時系列データを表示するセンサデータ表示部と、を備え、
前記プロセスデータと、前記センサデータとを比較可能に構成された、異常監視装置。
- 前記プロセスデータと前記センサデータとから検出されるボイラ配管の構造破壊、結晶的変化、漏出又は噴破の有無に関するデータを比較する比較部と、
前記有無に関するデータの比較結果を表示する比較結果表示部と、
を備える請求項1に記載の異常監視装置。
- 前記比較結果表示部は、前記比較結果から異常状態を判定すると、その旨を表示する請求項2に記載の異常監視装置。
- 前記プロセスデータには、前記ボイラ配管の噴破有無に関するデータを含み、
前記比較部は、前記ボイラ配管の噴破有無と、前記AEセンサで検知される弾性波の検知有無と、を比較する請求項1に記載の異常監視装置。
- 前記プロセスデータには、前記ボイラ配管へ給水量と前記ボイラ配管からの排水量に関するデータを含み、
前記比較部は、前記給水量と排水量との差分の有無と、前記AEセンサで検知される弾性波の検知有無と、を比較する請求項1に記載の異常監視装置。
- ボイラ配管の構造破壊、結晶的変化、漏出又は噴破による異常の発生を検出するボイラ配管の異常監視方法であって、
前記ボイラ配管の状態に関わるプロセスデータの時系列データを表示するプロセスデータ表示ステップと、
前記ボイラ配管に設置された複数のAEセンサによる時系列データを表示するセンサデータ表示ステップと、を含み、
前記プロセスデータと、前記センサデータとを比較可能である、異常監視方法。
- ボイラ配管の構造破壊、結晶的変化、漏出又は噴破による異常の発生を検出するボイラ配管の異常監視プログラムであって、
前記プログラムはコンピュータに、
前記ボイラ配管の状態に関わるプロセスデータの時系列データを表示するプロセスデータ表示ステップと、
前記ボイラ配管に設置された複数のAEセンサによる時系列データを表示するセンサデータ表示ステップと、を実行させ、
前記プロセスデータと、前記センサデータとを比較可能にした、異常監視プログラム。
