L'invention concerne un panneau multicouche (1) destiné à être accouplé à des surfaces externes (7) de bâtiments, du type comprenant une première couche interne (2) faisant face, lors de l'utilisation, à la surface externe (7) d'un bâtiment, au moins une seconde couche externe (3) faisant face à l'environnement environnant et une couche intermédiaire (4) placée entre lesdites première et seconde couches (2, 3), des films adhésifs (5, 6) reliant lesdites couches l'une à l'autre, caractérisé en ce que ladite première couche interne (2) est en verre et ladite couche intermédiaire (4) est une couche de fibre de verre.
