一种衣物处理设备,包括滚筒(1);与滚筒(1)连通的风道(2),风道(2)设有进口;还包括风机(3),设置于风道(2)的进口处;及两个喷头(4),分别设置于滚筒(1)两端且设置为向滚筒(1)内喷射蒸汽;风道(2)设置为当两个喷头(4)向滚筒(1)内喷射蒸汽时,关闭,或者风机(3)设置为当两个喷头(4)向滚筒(1)内喷射蒸汽时,停止运行,从而使得蒸汽与衣物充分接触,提高除皱和去味的效果。
Description
本申请要求申请日为2018年7月27日、申请号为201810847260.0的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及衣物处理技术领域,例如涉及一种衣物处理设备。
相关技术中的部分干衣机在烘干时,会在滚筒内部添加热的或者冷的少量水雾将衣物轻微打湿来实现对衣物皱褶和异味的祛除。但是相关技术中的干衣机除皱和去味的水雾蒸汽量太少,进入滚筒内的蒸汽温度较低,无法彻底将衣物表面的褶皱祛除,祛除效果较差;另外,相关技术中的干衣机蒸汽烘干进行的过程中,风机还在运转,喷到滚筒内的少量蒸汽很快会被吹走,无法使蒸汽很好的与衣物充分接触,除皱及祛除异味的效果不理想。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种衣物处理设备,能够使蒸汽与衣物充分接触,提高除皱和去味效果。
一实施例提供了一种衣物处理设备,包括:滚筒;与所述滚筒连通的风道,所述风道设有进口;风机,设置于所述进口处;及两个喷头,所述两个喷头分别设置于所述滚筒两端且设置为向所述滚筒内喷射蒸汽,所述风道设置为当所述两个喷头向所述滚筒内喷射蒸汽时,关闭,或者所述风机设置为当所述两个喷头向所述滚筒内喷射蒸汽时,停止运行。
图1是本申请实施例一所述的衣物处理设备的结构示意图;
图2是本申请图1的A处放大图;
图3是本申请实施例一所述的挡板以及驱动件的装配结构示意图;
图4是本申请实施例二所述的衣物处理设备的结构示意图。

实施例一
本实施例提供一种衣物处理设备,该衣物处理设备可以是干衣机或洗干一体机等干衣设备。如图1所示,该衣物处理设备包括滚筒1,在滚筒1下方设置有与滚筒1连通的风道2,风道2的进口处设置有风机3,在风道2的出口处设有过滤器8。通过风机3,能够向风道2内吹风,以实现向滚筒1内输送干燥空气,并通过过滤器8对干燥空气过滤。
本实施例中,在滚筒1的两端分别设有向滚筒1内喷射蒸汽的喷头4,滚筒1的两端分别为滚筒1的前端和后端,其中,前方指的是图1的左侧,后方指的是图1的右侧,通过设置前后两个喷头4,向滚筒1内喷射蒸汽,能够提高喷射的蒸汽量,进而使得衣物被更多的蒸汽所接触,达到更好的除皱和去味效果。
上述两个喷头4通过进气管12连接有蒸汽发生器7,该蒸汽发生器7设置于滚筒1外侧,通过该蒸汽发生器7,能够产生足够的蒸汽,并通过喷头4喷射至滚筒1内。本实施例中,上述蒸汽发生器7还具有加热器(即电加热蒸汽发生器),蒸汽发生器7能够产生高温蒸汽,通过高温蒸汽来进一步提高衣物的除皱和去味效果。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,上述喷头4设有多个蒸汽喷口41,且多个蒸汽喷口41的中心轴线与竖直方向呈非零夹角设置,以使得经蒸汽喷口41喷射的蒸汽能够倾斜射入滚筒1内,并与滚筒1内的衣物充分接触。
本实施例中,如图1所示,在上述风道2的进口与风机3之间设置有挡板5,该挡板5能够将风道2关闭和打开。在一实施例中,如图3所示,上述风道2的截面为圆形,上述挡板5相应的为圆形板,且该圆形板的面积与上述风道2的截面积相同。上述挡板5可转动的设置于风道2内,且该挡板5的一端连接有驱动件6,该驱动件6固设在风道2外侧,驱动件6能够驱动挡板5转动,当挡板5转动至与风道2的轴线垂直时,挡板5将风道2关闭,此时风机3无法吹风至风道2内。当挡板5转动至于风道2轴线平行时,挡板5将风道2完全打开。上述驱动件6为电机,通过电机来带动挡板5绕自身轴线转动。
在一实施例中,上述挡板5也可以采用移动的方式来实现对风道2的关闭和打开,此时上述驱动件6可以是直线电机或气缸,通过直线电机或气缸带动挡板5直线移动,以打开和关闭风道2。
本实施例中,当两个喷头4向滚筒1内喷射蒸汽来除皱和去味时,由挡板5将风道2关闭,能够有效避免风机3持续吹风而导致蒸汽被吹走,使得蒸汽与衣物充分接触,以更好的对衣物进行除皱和去味。而且配合两个喷头4所喷射的大量蒸汽,进一步提高了除皱和去味效果。
本实施例中,如图1所示,上述衣物处理设备还包括控制器(图中未示出)以及电机9,其中控制器分别连接于上述驱动件6以及电机9,上述电机9同时驱动连接于滚筒1和风机3,即通过一个电机9来驱动滚筒1以及风机3转动。
本实施例的上述衣物处理设备在进行蒸汽除皱和去味时,通过蒸汽发生器7产生高温蒸汽,并通过前后两个喷头4将高温蒸汽喷射至滚筒1内,使得高温蒸汽与滚筒1内的衣物进行接触,由高温蒸汽对衣物进行除皱和去味。在喷头4喷射高温蒸汽的同时,控制器控制驱动件6运行,驱动件6驱动挡板5并使得挡板5关闭风道2,此时风机3无法吹风至风道2,也就无法将滚筒1内的蒸汽吹走,衣物在相对密闭的滚筒1内与高温蒸汽充分接触,增加蒸汽与衣物的接触面积,使衣物褶皱部分充分吸收蒸汽并在滚筒1旋转摔打过程中将衣物的褶皱祛除,并且衣物中的异味及细菌也会在高温蒸汽的作用下被去除,经过预设的时间后,启动风机3将湿气排出或者冷凝,从而达到除皱及祛除异味细菌的效果。
实施例二
本实施例的衣物处理设备与实施例一的区别在于,本实施例是通过设置两个电机分别驱动滚筒1以及风机3转动。如图4所示,本实施例的衣物处理设备包括第一电机10和第二电机11,其中第一电机10连接于滚筒1,设置为带动滚筒1转动。第二电机11连接于风机3,设置为驱动风机3转动。上述控制器分别电连接于第一电机10和第二电机11。本实施例中可以不设置挡板5,即直接通过控制第二电机11,使得风机3停止。
当喷头4向滚筒1喷射蒸汽时,上述控制器可以控制第二电机11停止运行,即控制风机3停止,此时风机3对滚筒1内的蒸汽不起作用,衣物在相对密闭的滚筒1内与高温蒸汽充分接触,增加蒸汽与衣物的接触面积,使衣物褶皱部分充分吸收蒸汽并在滚筒1旋转摔打过程中将衣物的褶皱祛除,并且衣物中的异味及细 菌也会在高温蒸汽的作用下被去除,经过预设的时间后,启动风机3将湿气排出或者冷凝,从而达到除皱及祛除异味细菌的效果。
本实施例中,也可以设置挡板,当喷头4向滚筒1喷射蒸汽时,可以控制第二电机11停止运行,还可以直接控制驱动件6,由驱动件6驱动挡板将风道2关闭。
Claims (10)
- 一种衣物处理设备,包括:滚筒(1);与所述滚筒(1)连通的风道(2),所述风道(2)设有进口;风机(3),设置于所述进口处;及两个喷头(4),所述两个喷头(4)分别设置于所述滚筒(1)两端且设置为向所述滚筒(1)内喷射蒸汽,所述风道(2)设置为当所述两个喷头(4)向所述滚筒(1)内喷射蒸汽时,关闭,或者所述风机(3)设置为当所述两个喷头(4)向所述滚筒(1)内喷射蒸汽时,停止运行。
- 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,还包括设置于所述风道(2)内部的挡板(5),所述挡板(5)设置为将所述风道(2)关闭。
- 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理设备,还包括与所述挡板(5)连接的驱动件(6),所述驱动件(6)设置为驱动所述挡板(5)打开以及关闭所述风道(2)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理设备,其中,所述驱动件(6)为直线电机或气缸,所述直线电机或所述气缸设置为带动所述挡板(5)直线移动以打开和关闭所述风道(2)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理设备,其中,所述风道(2)的截面为圆形,所述挡板(5)为圆形板,所述挡板(5)与所述风道(2)转动连接,且设置为由所述驱动件(6)驱动转动。
- 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的衣物处理设备,其中,所述喷头(4)设有多个蒸汽喷口(41),且所述多个蒸汽喷口(41)的中心轴线与竖直方向呈非零夹角设置。
- 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的衣物处理设备,还包括蒸汽发生器(7),所述两个喷头(4)连接于所述蒸汽发生器(7)。
- 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的衣物处理设备,还包括过滤器(8),所述风道(2)还设有出口,所述过滤器(8)设置于所述出口处。
- 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理设备,还包括电机(9),所述电机(9)同时与所述滚筒(1)和所述风机(3)驱动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,还包括第一电机(10)和第二电机(11),所述第一电机(10)与所述滚筒(1)驱动连接,所述第二电机(11)与所述风机(3)驱动连接。
