Description

一种具有安装提示功能的儿童安全座椅及其安装提示方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种儿童安全座椅,尤其是涉及一种具有安装提示功能的儿童安全座椅以及儿童安全座椅的安装提示方法。
背景技术
汽车儿童安全座椅也称儿童约束系统CRS(Child Restraint System),是一种专为不同年龄(或体重)儿童设计、安装在汽车内、能有效提高儿童乘车安全性的座椅。欧洲法规ECE R44/03对儿童安全座椅的定义是:能够固定到机动车辆上,由带有卡扣的安全带组件或柔韧性部件、调节机构、附件等组成的儿童安全防护系统。可与附加装置如可携式童床、婴儿提篮、辅助性座椅或碰撞防护物等组合而成。在汽车发生碰撞或突然减速的情况下,减缓对儿童的冲击力和限制儿童的身体移动来减少对他们的伤害,确保孩子的乘车安全。
现有儿童安全座椅无法直观可靠的主动提示儿童已经入座、ISOFIX组件是否安装到位、安全带的上下扣带是否连接到位以及上拉带组件是否安装到汽车座椅上锚点等信息给家长或相关使用者,无法完全避免使用事故的出现。
发明内容
本发明设计了一种具有安装提示功能的儿童安全座椅及其安装提示方法,其解决的技术问题是现有儿童安全座椅无法直观可靠的主动提示儿童已经入座、ISOFIX组件是否安装到位、安全带的上下扣带是否连接到位以及上拉带组件是否安装到汽车座椅上锚点等信息给家长或相关使用者,无法完全避免使用事故的出现。
为了解决上述存在的技术问题,本发明采用了以下方案:
一种具有安装提示功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于:包括
一儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块(7),其采集儿童安全座椅各个部位与汽车是否安装到位的信号或/和儿童是否正在使用儿童安全座椅的信号;
一儿童座椅安装使用提示模块(1),其收到所述儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块(7)发出的一个或多个信号后,对应点亮或熄灭一个或多个指示灯表明儿童安全座椅与汽车的各个连接部位是否安装到位或儿童是否正在使用儿童安全座椅;
一电源,其为所述儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块(7)和所述儿童座椅安装使用提示模块(1)供电。
进一步,所述儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块(7)至少采用以下几种工作信号:a、儿童安全座椅的椅背(8)的支撑部或坐垫中的压力传感器是否被激活;b、ISOFIX组件(12)与汽车座椅(13)的下锚点(131)安装时,所述ISOFIX组件(12)内的微动开关是否被触发;c、肩带(16)的上带扣(4)和下带扣(5)进行连接时,上带扣(4)或/和下带扣(5)内部的微动开关是否被触发;d、儿童安全座椅通过上拉带组件(3)与汽车内上锚点(132)连接时,上拉带组件(3)内部的微动开关是否被触发;f、儿童安全座椅的支撑腿安装后,支撑腿与汽车底盘接触挤压时支撑腿内微动开关是否被触发。
进一步,还包括传输模块,所述儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块(7)通过传输模块的有线或无线的方式发出信号给所述儿童座椅安装使用提示模块(1)。
进一步,所述儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块(7)安装在椅背中;
或/和,所述儿童座椅安装使用提示模块(1)安装在头枕中;
或/和,所述指示灯安装在儿童安全座椅的头枕(2)上;所述指示灯包括电源LED指示灯(L1)、压力传感器LED指示灯(L2)、ISOFIX己安装LED指示灯(L3)、带扣己安装的LED指示灯(L4)、上拉带组件己安装的LED指示灯(L5)以及支撑腿己安装的LED指示灯(L6)中的一个或多个。

进一步,步骤31、若ISOFIX组件(12)正确安装到汽车座椅(13)的下锚点(131)则ISOFIX组件(12)内部的微动开关被触发,ISOFIX组件(12)内部的微动开关发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块(7),儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块(7)通过有线或无线的方式发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用提示模块(1),儿童座椅安装使用提示模块(1)接收到信号后点亮ISOFIX己安装LED指示灯(L3),表示ISOFIX己安装,若行车中振动或其他原因导致ISOFIX组件(12)的挂钩脱离汽车座椅(13)的下锚点(131),则ISOFIX己安装LED指示灯(L3)熄灭,表示ISOFIX组件(12)未安装好。
进一步,步骤32、若肩带的上带扣(4)正确安装到下带扣(5)中,则下带扣(5)内部的微动开关被触发,下带扣(5)内部的微动开关发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块(7),儿童座椅安装 使用信号采集模块(7)通过有线或无线的方式发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用提示模块(1),儿童座椅安装使用提示模块(1)接收到信号后点亮带扣己安装的LED指示灯(L4),表示带扣己安装,若行车中振动或其他原因导致上、下带扣分离,则带扣己安装的LED指示灯(L4)熄灭,表示带扣未安装好。
进一步,步骤33、若上拉带组件(3)正确安装到汽车座椅(13)的上锚点(132)并拉紧到设定的拉力,则上拉带组件(3)内部的微动开关被触发,上拉带组件(3)内部的微动开关发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块(7),儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块(7)通过有线或无线的方式发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用提示模块(1),儿童座椅安装使用提示模块(1)接收到信号后点亮上拉带组件(3)己安装的LED指示灯(L5),表示上拉带组件(3)己安装好,若行车中振动或其他原因导致上拉带组件(3)的挂钩(31)脱离汽车内上锚点(132)或上拉带组件(3)松弛到未到达设定的拉力时,则上拉带组件(3)己安装的LED指示灯(L5)熄灭,表示上拉带组件(3)未安装好。
进一步,步骤34、若支撑腿安装后使得支撑腿一端与汽车底盘挤压并达到设定的压力值,则支撑腿内的微动开关被触发,支撑腿内的微动开关发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块(7),儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块(7)通过有线或无线的方式发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用提示模块(1),儿童座椅安装使用提示模块(1)接收到信号后点亮上支撑腿己安装的LED指示灯(L6),表示支撑腿己安装好,若行车中振动或其他原因导致支撑腿与汽车底盘之间分离或两者之间压力值未达到设定值时,则支撑腿己安装的LED指示灯(L6)熄灭,表示支撑腿未安装好。
该具有安装提示功能的儿童安全座椅及其安装提示方法具有以下有益效果:
本发明通过各种传感器将各个重要安全部件安装是否到位的信息 进行采集,并通过提示灯进行显示,方便家长和使用者对儿童安全座椅是否正确使用进行快速准确的判断,进一步提高了儿童乘车的安全性。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1至图4,对本发明做进一步说明:
如图1所示,儿童座椅安装使用提示模块1、头枕后盖14和电池15安装在头枕2中,头枕2安装在椅背8的上部,肩带16安装在椅背8上,肩带16通过上带扣4上的孔将上带扣4安装在椅背8上,下带扣5安装在椅背8上,压力传感器6安装在椅背8的儿童支撑部,儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块7安装在椅背8内部,底座11安装在椅背8的下部,电池仓9、USB插口10和ISOFIX组件12安装在底座11中。整个儿童座椅安装在汽车座椅13上,上拉带组件3的一端安装在椅背8上。
连接方式:儿童座椅安装使用提示模块1与电池15通过导电导线 连接来传递电能。下带扣5里的微动开关、压力传感器6、上拉带组件3里的拉力传感器、ISOFIX组件12里的微动开关、电池仓9,USB插口10分别与儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块7通过导电导线连接。儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块7与儿童座椅安装使用提示模块1通过蓝牙或其他无线方式或导电导线连接,将儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块7的状态信号传给儿童座椅安装使用提示模块1。电池15给儿童座椅安装使用提示模块1供电,电池仓9和USB插口10给儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块7供电。
工作原理:当电池仓11中装入有电的电池或USB插口9有电源供电,电池15正常供电时,系统开始工作,此时电源LED指示灯L1点亮如图3所示,表示电源接通,若电源供电出现故障则电源LED指示灯L1熄灭。电源接通后,若儿童坐入儿童安全座椅,压力传感器6被激活,压力传感器6发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块7,儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块7通过有线或无线的方式发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用提示模块1,儿童座椅安装使用提示模块1接收到信号后点亮压力传感器LED指示灯L2,表示儿童己入座,若儿童离开座椅,则压力传感器LED指示灯L2熄灭。
儿童入座后系统检测各组件的安装状态并点亮相应的灯来提示:若ISOFIX组件12正确安装到汽车座椅13的下锚点13 1如图4所示,则ISOFIX组件12内部的微动开关被触发,ISOFIX组件12内部的微动开关发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块7,儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块7通过有线或无线的方式发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用提示模块1,儿童座椅安装使用提示模块1接收到信号后点亮ISOFIX己安装LED指示灯L3,表示ISOFIX己安装,若行车中振动或其他原因导致ISOFIX组件12的挂钩脱离汽车座椅13的下锚点131,则ISOFIX己安装LED指示灯L3熄灭,表示ISOFIX未安装好。
若上带扣4正确安装到下带扣5中如图2所示,则下带扣5内部的微动开关被触发,下带扣5内部的微动开关发出信号给儿童座椅安 装使用信号采集模块7,儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块7通过有线或无线的方式发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用提示模块1,儿童座椅安装使用提示模块1接收到信号后点亮带扣己安装的LED指示灯L4,表示带扣己安装,若行车中振动或其他原因导致上、下带扣分离,则带扣己安装的LED指示灯L4熄灭,表示带扣未安装好。
若上拉带组件3正确安装到汽车座椅13的上锚点132并拉紧到设定的拉力如图4所示,则上拉带组件3内部的微动开关被触发,上拉带组件3内部的微动开关发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块7,儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块7通过有线或无线的方式发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用提示模块1,儿童座椅安装使用提示模块1接收到信号后点亮上拉带组件3己安装的LED指示灯L5如图3所示,表示上拉带组件3己安装好,若行车中振动或其他原因导致上拉带组件3的挂钩31脱离汽车内上锚点132或上拉带组件3松弛到未到达设定的拉力时,如图4所示状态,则上拉带组件3己安装的LED指示灯L5熄灭,表示上拉带组件3未安装好。
若支撑腿安装后使得支撑腿一端与汽车底盘挤压并达到设定的压力值,则支撑腿内的微动开关被触发,支撑腿内的微动开关发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块7,儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块7通过有线或无线的方式发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用提示模块1,儿童座椅安装使用提示模块1接收到信号后点亮上支撑腿己安装的LED指示灯L6,如图3所示,表示支撑腿己安装好,若行车中振动或其他原因导致支撑腿与汽车底盘之间分离或两者之间压力值未达到设定值时,则支撑腿己安装的LED指示灯L6熄灭,表示支撑腿未安装好。

    一儿童座椅安装使用提示模块(1),其收到所述儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块(7)发出的一个或多个信号后,对应点亮或熄灭一个或多个指示灯表明儿童安全座椅与汽车的各个连接部位是否安装到位或儿童是否正在使用儿童安全座椅;
    一电源,其为所述儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块(7)和所述儿童座椅安装使用提示模块(1)供电。

  7. 根据权利要求6所述儿童安全座椅的安装提示方法,其特征在于:步骤31、若ISOFIX组件(12)正确安装到汽车座椅(13)的下锚点(131)则ISOFIX组件(12)内部的微动开关被触发,ISOFIX组件(12)内部的微动开关发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块(7),儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块(7)通过有线或无线的方式发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用提示模块(1),儿童座椅安装使用提示模块(1)接收到信号后点亮ISOFIX己安装LED指示灯(L3),表示ISOFIX己安装,若行车中振动或其他原因导致ISOFIX组件(12)的挂钩脱离汽车座椅(13)的下锚点(131),则ISOFIX己安装LED指示灯(L3)熄灭,表示ISOFIX组件(12)未安装好。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述儿童安全座椅的安装提示方法,其特征在于:步骤32、若肩带的上带扣(4)正确安装到下带扣(5)中,则下带扣(5)内部的微动开关被触发,下带扣(5)内部的微动开关发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块(7),儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块(7)通过有线或无线的方式发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用提示模块(1),儿童座椅安装使用提示模块(1)接收到信号后点亮带扣己安装的LED指示灯(L4),表示带扣己安装,若行车中振动或其他原因导致上、下带扣分离,则带扣己安装的LED指示灯(L4)熄灭,表示带扣未安装好。
  9. 根据权利要求6或7或8所述儿童安全座椅的安装提示方法,其特征在于:步骤33、若上拉带组件(3)正确安装到汽车座椅(13)的上锚点(132)并拉紧到设定的拉力,则上拉带组件(3)内部的微 动开关被触发,上拉带组件(3)内部的微动开关发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块(7),儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块(7)通过有线或无线的方式发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用提示模块(1),儿童座椅安装使用提示模块(1)接收到信号后点亮上拉带组件(3)己安装的LED指示灯(L5),表示上拉带组件(3)己安装好,若行车中振动或其他原因导致上拉带组件(3)的挂钩(31)脱离汽车内上锚点(132)或上拉带组件(3)松弛到未到达设定的拉力时,则上拉带组件(3)己安装的LED指示灯(L5)熄灭,表示上拉带组件(3)未安装好。
  10. 根据权利要求6或7或8或9所述儿童安全座椅的安装提示方法,其特征在于:步骤34、若支撑腿安装后使得支撑腿一端与汽车底盘挤压并达到设定的压力值,则支撑腿内的微动开关被触发,支撑腿内的微动开关发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块(7),儿童座椅安装使用信号采集模块(7)通过有线或无线的方式发出信号给儿童座椅安装使用提示模块(1),儿童座椅安装使用提示模块(1)接收到信号后点亮上支撑腿己安装的LED指示灯(L6),表示支撑腿己安装好,若行车中振动或其他原因导致支撑腿与汽车底盘之间分离或两者之间压力值未达到设定值时,则支撑腿己安装的LED指示灯(L6)熄灭,表示支撑腿未安装好。
