2.本发明提供的电热膜取暖器,通过在第一插槽上设置供接线端子穿过的延伸部,从而使电热膜片具有接线端子的一端穿过卡接梁时,接线端子也可以穿过卡接梁位于远离卡接梁的下侧位置,接线端子位于卡接梁下侧可以有效地为位于电热膜片下端部的接线端子腾出接线空间,避免现有技术中的卡接梁需要设置在电热膜片两端时卡接梁会妨碍接线端子接线的问题,从而提高电热膜取暖器的装配接线效率。
3.本发明提供的电热膜取暖器,通过在电热膜片上设置与第一卡接梁相抵接的凸出部,凸出部限制电热膜片穿过第一插槽从而将电热膜片卡接在卡接梁上,通过凸出部限位的方式只需要将电热膜片插入卡接梁,电热膜片受重力作用通过凸出部抵接在卡接梁上具有安装方便操作简单的优点,很大程度地提高了安装效率。
4.本发明提供的电热膜取暖器,通过设置与第一卡接梁相对的第二卡接梁,第二卡接梁通过第二插槽插入电热膜片的另一端端部从而使电热膜片的上下两端均设置有卡接梁,两根卡接梁可以更加牢固可靠地对电热膜片进行固定,并对电热膜片上下侧进行保护。
5.本发明提供的电热膜取暖器,通过在电热膜片上下侧分别设置与第一卡接梁和第二卡接梁相对应的凸出部,并且将凸出部设置在第一卡接梁和第二卡接梁其二者之间,使第一卡接梁可以通过其中一组凸出部限制电热膜片从朝向第一卡接梁的一端移出,并且使第二卡接梁可以通过另外一组凸出部限制电热膜片从朝向第二卡接梁的一端移出,从而牢固可靠地将电热膜片卡接在卡接梁上,避免只设置一根卡接梁时电热膜片可以受驱动地移出卡接梁的问题。
6.本发明提供的电热膜取暖器,通过将凸出部设置在第一插槽和/或第二插槽的径向方向上,从而有效地增加凸出部与其相对应的第一卡接梁或第二卡接梁的连接面,使凸出部能够更好地起到限位作用限制电热膜片与卡接梁相分离。
7.本发明提供的电热膜取暖器,通过在电热膜片的外轮廓设置有保护套,将凸出部设置在保护套上从而有效地将凸出部设置在电热膜片上,并防止凸出部安装过程中损伤电热膜片,而且保护套也可以有效地保护电热膜片的边缘位置防止其划伤用户。
8.本发明提供的电热膜取暖器,通过将第一卡接梁和第二卡接梁设置为与电热膜片表面相垂直,避免电热膜片倾斜设置时电热膜片会与第一卡接梁和/或第二卡接梁相接触,第一卡板和/或第二卡板容易划伤电热膜片的问题从而保证电热膜片的正常使用提高其使用寿命。
9.本发明提供的电热膜取暖器,通过将支撑部件设置为分别与第一卡接梁和第二卡接梁两端相连的支撑板,可以简单可靠地对第一卡接梁和第二卡接梁以及设置在其二者上的电热膜片进行固定。
10.本发明提供的电热膜取暖器,通过在第一卡接梁和支撑板之间以及第二卡接梁和支撑板之间分别设置绝缘片,再分别通过连接件将支撑板和绝缘片以及卡接梁和绝缘片固定在一起从而有效地在卡接梁和支撑板之间做绝缘处理,具有绝缘效果好和安装方便的优点。
11.本发明提供的电热膜取暖器,通过将第一卡接梁和第二卡接梁设置在电热膜片其远离接线端子的位置,可以进一步地为位于电热膜片下端部的接线端子腾出接线空间,避免现有技术中的卡接梁需要设置在电热膜片两端时卡接梁会妨碍接线端子接线的问题,从而提高电热膜取暖器的装配接线效率。
12.本发明提供的电热膜取暖器,通过将多个电热膜片倾斜卡接在第一卡接梁和第二卡接梁的长度方向上,倾斜设置的电热膜片可以减少电热膜取暖器的厚度从而方便安装减小其占用空间。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种电热膜取暖器,如图1和图2所示,其包括
电热膜片1,如图3所示,所述电热膜片1的下端部设置有接线端子2,每个所述电热膜片1上的所述接线端子2为两个,且所述电热膜片1的两侧分别设置有两组凸出部7,所述凸出部7设置在所述电热膜片1其外轮廓边缘的保护套10上;
固定架3,如图4所示,包括与所述电热膜片1下侧卡接相连的第一卡接梁4和与所述电热膜片1上侧卡接相连的第二卡接梁8以及分别与第一卡接梁4和第二卡接梁8卡接相连用于支撑所述电热膜片1的支撑板,所述第一卡接梁4和所述第二卡接梁8均垂直于所述电热膜片1的表面,所述第一卡接梁4上设置有供所述电热膜片1下端端部和接线端子2穿过的凸字形的第一插槽6,设置在所述电热膜片1下侧的所述凸出部7抵接在所述第一卡接梁4的上表面,所述第二卡接梁8上设置有与所述电热膜片1的上端端部相适配的第二插槽9,所述电热膜片1的该端部插入所述第二插槽9中,设置在所述电热膜片1上侧的所述凸出部7抵接在所述第二卡接梁8的下表面,凸出部设置在第一卡接梁和第二卡接梁其二者之间,使第一卡接梁可以通过其中一组凸出部限制电热膜片从朝向第一卡接梁的一端 移出,并且使第二卡接梁可以通过另外一组凸出部限制电热膜片从朝向第二卡接梁的一端移出,从而牢固可靠地将电热膜片卡接在卡接梁上,避免只设置一根卡接梁时电热膜片可以受驱动地移出卡接梁的问题,并通过电热膜片的端部插入插槽内并将电热膜片和卡接梁二者卡接相连的方式,避免了现有技术中组装电热膜取暖器时需要在电热膜片上和固定架横梁上分别开设连接孔,再通过连接件穿过上述连接孔将瓷座分别与电热膜片和固定架固定在一起,其开设连接孔容易损伤电热膜片造成电热膜片损坏和需要多个相互配合的螺杆连接件和紧固螺母才能完成上述组装工作,装配过程中配件需求多的问题,而且本申请中只需要将电热膜片插入卡接梁即可无需螺杆螺母很大程度上减小了安装难度,一个工作人员即可独立完成上述工作在降低安装难度的同时提高了安装效率;
绝缘结构,包括设置在所述第一卡接梁4和所述支撑板之间的绝缘片以及设置在所述第二卡接梁8和所述支撑板之间的绝缘片,
所述第一卡接梁4和绝缘片通过一组连接件11相连,所述支撑板和绝缘片通过另外一组连接件11相连,两组连接件11相分离使绝缘片有效地将第一卡接梁4和支撑板隔开,防止所述电热膜片1与所述支撑部件11之间导电。
在本申请中所述凸出部7设置在所述第一插槽6和所述第二插槽9的径向方向上。从而有效地增加凸出部与其相对应的第一卡板或第二卡板的连接面,使凸出部能够更好地起到限位作用限制电热膜片与卡接梁相分离。
当然,本发明申请对所述接线端子2的数量不做具体限制,在其它实施例中,每个所述电热膜片1上的接线端子2可以为四个、六个或八个等偶数个。
本实施例中电热膜取暖器的拼装步骤如下:
将第二卡接梁8的左右两端分别安装支撑板;
将固定有支撑板的第二卡接梁8倒置;
取电热膜片1将其分别插入第二卡接梁8的第二插槽9内;
将第一卡接梁4插入电热膜片1其具有接线端子2的一端;
将第一卡接梁4固定在支撑板上
将所述接线端子2连接至与其相对应的接线端上。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,固定架3只有一个第一卡接梁4,具体地,所述固定架3包括与所述电热膜片1下侧卡接相连的第一卡接梁4以及分别与第一卡接梁4卡接相连用于支撑所述电热膜片1的支撑板,所述第一卡接梁4上设置有供所述电热膜片1下端端部和接线端子2穿过的凸字形的第一插槽6,设置在所述电热膜片1下侧的所述凸出部7抵接在所述第一卡接梁4的上表面,所述电热膜片1竖直设置受重力作用通过设置在所述电热膜片1下侧的所述凸出部7限制电热膜片1滑出第一卡接梁4。只设置一个卡接梁即可以完成电热膜片的固定工作还有效地降低了取暖器的生产成本。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予 以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种电热膜取暖器,其特征在于,包括
    电热膜片(1),所述电热膜片(1)的端部设置有接线端子(2);
    固定架(3),包括与所述电热膜片(1)卡接相连的第一卡接梁(4)以及与所述第一卡接梁(4)相连用于支撑所述电热膜片(1)的支撑部件(5),所述第一卡接梁(4)上设置有与所述电热膜片(1)的其中一端端部相适配的第一插槽(6),所述电热膜片(1)的该端部插入所述第一插槽(6)中并与所述第一卡接梁(4)相卡接;
    绝缘结构,设置在所述电热膜片(1)与所述第一卡接梁(4)之间和/或所述第一卡接梁(4)与所述支撑部件(5)之间,防止所述电热膜片(1)与所述支撑部件(5)之间导电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电热膜取暖器,其特征在于,所述第一插槽(6)上具有供所述接线端子(2)穿过的延伸部。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电热膜取暖器,其特征在于,所述电热膜片(1)上设有与所述第一卡接梁(4)相抵接,限制所述电热膜片(1)穿过所述第一插槽(6)与所述第一卡接梁(4)相分离的凸出部(7)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电热膜取暖器,其特征在于,所述固定架(3)包括与所述第一卡接梁(4)相对设置的第二卡接梁(8),所述第二卡接梁(8)上设置有与所述电热膜片(1)的另一端端部相适配的第二插槽(9),所述电热膜片(1)的该端部插入所述第二插槽(9)中并与所述第二卡接梁(8)相卡接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电热膜取暖器,其特征在于,所述第一卡接 梁(4)和所述第二卡接梁(8)均具有与其相对应的所述凸出部(7)且所述凸出部(7)位于所述第一卡接梁(4)和所述第二卡接梁(8)其二者之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电热膜取暖器,其特征在于,所述凸出部(7)设置在所述第一插槽(6)和/或所述第二插槽(9)的径向方向上。
  7. 根据权利要求3-6中任一项所述的电热膜取暖器,其特征在于,所述电热膜片(1)的外轮廓边缘设置有保护套(10),所述凸出部(7)设置在所述保护套(10)上。
  8. 根据权利要求4-7中任一项所述的电热膜取暖器,其特征在于,所述第一卡接梁(4)和/或所述第二卡接梁(8)垂直于所述电热膜片(1)表面设置。
  9. 根据权利要求4-8中任一项所述的电热膜取暖器,其特征在于,所述支撑部件(5)为设置在所述第一卡接梁(4)和所述第二卡接梁(8)两端的支撑板,所述第一卡接梁(4)和所述第二卡接梁(8)与所述支撑板拼装相连。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电热膜取暖器,其特征在于,所述绝缘结构包括设置在所述第一卡接梁(4)和所述支撑板之间以及所述第二卡接梁(8)和所述支撑板之间将其二者隔开的绝缘片,所述第一卡接梁(4)和所述支撑板分别通过连接件(11)与所述绝缘片相连,所述第二卡接梁(8)和所述支撑板分别通过连接件(11)与所述绝缘片相连。
  11. 根据权利要求4-10中任一项所述的电热膜取暖器,其特征在于,所述第一卡接梁(4)和所述第二卡接梁(8)分别与所述电热膜片(1)其 远离所述接线端子(2)的位置卡接相连。
  12. 根据权利要求4-11中任一项所述的电热膜取暖器,其特征在于,所述电热膜片(1)为多个,卡接在所述第一卡接梁(4)和/或所述第二卡接梁(8)的长度方向上且与所述第一卡接梁(4)和/或所述第二卡接梁(8)互成锐角。
  13. 一种权利要求1-12中任一项所述的电热膜取暖器的拼装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    将第一卡接梁(4)和第二卡接梁(8)二者其一安装至支撑部件(5)上;
    将所述电热膜片(1)的一端插入安装在所述支撑部件(5)上的所述第一卡接梁(4)和所述第二卡接梁(8)二者其一上,设置在所述电热膜片(1)上的凸出部(7)与所述支撑部件(5)上的所述第一卡接梁(4)和所述第二卡接梁(8)二者其一抵接相连;
    将所述第一卡接梁(4)和所述第二卡接梁(8)二者另一插入所述电热膜片(1)的另一端,设置在所述电热膜片(1)上的所述凸出部(7)抵接在所述第一卡接梁(4)和所述第二卡接梁(8)二者另一上;
    将第一卡接梁(4)和第二卡接梁(8)二者另一安装在所述支撑部件(5)上;
    将所述接线端子(2)连接至与其相对应的接线端上。
