Abstract

一种方便桶结构,包括桶体,该桶体的外壁面上焊接有用于连接提手的焊耳,桶体的内壁面上、对应所述的焊耳的位置设置有覆膜片,该覆膜片的面积大于焊耳的焊接面积并将焊耳的焊接位置全部覆盖。采用覆膜片相比于胶水补涂,将更加环保,可更广泛使用;使用覆膜片替代补涂,只需对焊耳局部进行加热,节约能源消耗;加工方便,且无需配合涉及专门的补涂设备。

方便桶结构 技术领域
本发明涉及金属容器领域,特别是涉及一种方便桶结构。
背景技术
在金属容器制造行业内,化工桶罐作为一种典型产品,其生产工艺较为复杂。经过处理后的马口铁片需要经过圈圆、缝焊、翻边、焊接焊耳、补涂等工序。焊耳是一种用于与提手连接安装的连接件。现有的主要焊接焊耳作业方式通常由焊耳机完成作业,焊耳机在作业时,一般需要先对桶罐身进行焊缝定位,定位后将焊耳焊接到桶罐上。现有的补涂方式主要为人工刷涂,即在焊接焊耳完成后,需要对桶罐内壁焊耳接触点进行补涂,以防止此部位生锈。人工刷涂效率低下,无法适应现有的自动化装备,且刷涂量不易控制,存在主观性。
由此,针对涂补的自动化装置也应运而生,如公开号为CN103316805A、CN203316939U等专利,均公开了一种用于补涂的装置,虽然可以提高补涂的效率和要求,但是补涂装置本身成本高,能耗大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种方便桶结构。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种方便桶结构,包括桶体,所述的桶体的外壁面上焊接有用于连接提手的焊耳,所述的桶体的内壁面上、对应所述的焊耳的位置设置有覆膜片,所述的覆膜片的面积大于所述的焊耳的焊接面积并将所述的焊耳的焊接位置全部覆盖。
优选地,所述的覆膜片热压或热熔在所述的桶体的内壁面上。
优选地,所述的覆膜片包括内层的片体、包覆在所述的片体外部的覆膜层。
进一步优选地,所述的片体采用金属的材质。
进一步优选地,所述的覆膜层采用与方便桶中内容物不相溶、不反应的材质。
优选地,所述的桶体的外壁面上焊接有对称的两个所述的焊耳。
优选地,所述的焊耳上连接有提手。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1、覆膜片相比于胶水补涂,将更加环保,可更广泛使用;
2、使用覆膜片替代补涂,只需对焊耳局部进行加热,节约能源消耗;
3、加工方便,且无需配合涉及专门的补涂设备。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
如图1所示的一种方便桶结构,包括桶体1,桶体1采用金属材质,如通常的马口铁等。
桶体1的外壁面10上焊接有用于连接提手的焊耳2,桶体1的内壁面11上、对应焊耳2的位置设置有覆膜片3,覆膜片3的面积大于焊耳2的焊接面积,以便覆膜片3将焊耳2的焊接位置全部覆盖。
覆膜片3通过热压或热熔在桶体1的内壁面11上。方便桶焊耳2完成焊接后,对其焊耳2对应位置进行加热至一定温度,如100‐200度,然后将覆膜片3紧贴至桶体1的内壁面11对应焊耳2的位置,再持续加热数分钟使覆膜片3完全贴覆在桶体1的内壁面11上。
覆膜片3的制作也十分方便,覆膜片3通常可以包括内层的片体、包覆在片体外部的覆膜层。片体采用金属的材质,如马口铁,当然塑料也是可以的,覆膜层采用与方便桶中内容物不相溶、不反应的材质,例如PET的材质。
通常,桶体1的外壁面10上焊接有对称的两个焊耳2,即需要进行两次覆膜片3的贴覆。最后在焊耳2上连接好提手。

  1. 一种方便桶结构,包括桶体(1),所述的桶体(1)的外壁面(10)上焊接有用于连接提手的焊耳(2),其特征在于:所述的桶体(1)的内壁面上、对应所述的焊耳的位置设置有覆膜片(3),所述的覆膜片(3)的面积大于所述的焊耳(2)的焊接面积并将所述的焊耳(2)的焊接位置全部覆盖。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方便桶结构,其特征在于:所述的覆膜片(3)通过热压或热熔在所述的桶体(1)的内壁面上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方便桶结构,其特征在于:所述的覆膜片(3)包括内层的片体、包覆在所述的片体外部的覆膜层。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方便桶结构,其特征在于:所述的片体采用金属的材质。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方便桶结构,其特征在于:所述的覆膜层采用与方便桶中内容物不相溶、不反应的材质。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方便桶结构,其特征在于:所述的桶体(1)的外壁面(10)上焊接有对称的两个所述的焊耳(2)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方便桶结构,其特征在于:所述的焊耳(2)上连接有提手。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方便桶结构,其特征在于:所述的桶体(1)采用金属的材质。
