背景技术
在生产过程中,生产的产品有时对重量有严格的要求,如重量不符合要求,必须取出重新加工,然而,目前的筛选装置在重量检测后容易出错,将不合格的产品混到合格产品中,对整批次的产品的质量带来不好影响,而且在使用过程中,还会对其他产品造成不利的影响;现有的重量检测设备,对重量的检测的装置精度不高,导致产品重量不均,给消费者造成损失,且结构复杂,体积较大,在检测时,检测的结果,需要工人进行观察测量的结果,再根据显示的结果,对产品进行分类,容易出现误差,增加劳动强度,降低工作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自动化产品检测设备,通过设置传送带,对产品进行输送,可以快速准确的进行检测,同时避免人为干扰导致重量检测出现误差,通过设置防护罩,可以看到物体在测量时有无位置的变化,同时也保护称重传感器的清洁,避免异物落入称重传感器上导致测量产生误差,红外线传感器可以对物体进出称重传送带进行检测,避免多个物体同时进入称重传送带导致测量错误,通过设置气缸与推板,在检测到重量不合格的产品输送到推板前时,通过气缸推动推板,将不合格的产品推入集料箱内,以解决上述背景技术中 提出的问题。

本发明工作原理:把产品放在传送带3上,由步进电机4带动传送带3匀速转动,使产品进入防护罩5内进行重量检测,显示屏14显示所检测到的重量,指示灯15判定产品重量是否合格,当物料的重量不合格时,产品输送到推板11位置会启动气缸9,推动推板11使产品推入集料箱16内,方便处理重量检测不合格的产品,提高了产品检测的效率。
