发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种料盒快速调节装置及对料盒的快速更换方法,改变了原有的夹具结构,通过改变很少的物理间距就可以调整适应不同类型的料盒。

  9. 利用权利要求1-7任意一项所述的一种料盒快速调节装置对不同尺寸料盒的快速更换方法,其特征在于:包括:
    (1)料盒的宽度调节:松开第一锁定螺栓,自由调整第一夹紧机构的位置使其在宽度方向夹紧料盒,调整完后锁紧第一锁定螺栓,这样料盒在宽度方向的位置调整完成;
    (2)料盒的厚度调节:松开第二锁定螺栓,自由调整厚度夹紧机构的位置使其在厚度方向夹紧料盒,调整完后锁紧第二锁定螺栓,这样料盒在厚度方向的位置调整完成;
    (3)料盒的整体调节:松开第三锁定螺栓,通过调整微调螺丝对料盒的整体位置进行调整,使料盒的输出口与轨道平行。
