在日常生活中使用轻便型推车时,为了便于携带和收藏,达到节省存放空间的目的,各种用途的轻便型推车一般都会采用在横向(即宽度)上折叠的方式缩小体积。有的推车在折叠时,推车的手把会随车身一起需要进行自身折叠,这种情况多出现在横跨车架的手把上,目前这种手把可根据实际需要通过横向折叠机构实现二折叠或者三折叠,以最大程度减小其体积。
然而,现有手把的横向折叠机构多采用齿轮副,这导致横向折叠机构组件数量多、结构复杂、组装需时较长。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种结构简单、成本低、方便组装和使用、结构稳定性和安全性强的手把折叠机构。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供一种使用上述手把折叠机构的三折手把。
本发明的第三个目的在于提供一种具有上述三折手把的推车。
本发明的第一个目的通过以下的技术措施来实现:一种手把折叠机构,其特征在于:它包括中间组件和一对分别铰接在中间组件两端的连接组件,所述中间组件主要由管状外壳、压块和解锁片组成,所述压块的后部穿过外壳的前壁面伸入外壳中并活动安装使压块可前后移动,所述连接组件主要由管状壳体和具有弹性回复部件的卡合片组成,所述卡合片沿轴向可滑动安装在壳体内,在锁定状态下,卡合片的前端沿横向穿入外壳的端部中,所述解锁片具有固定在外壳内的固定部,该固定部设有伸出至压块后端与卡合片前端之间的自由端,向后推动压块,解锁片的自由端被压块推动使解锁片发生弹性形变,解锁片在水平面上的投影逐渐增长而将卡合片沿横向方向推出外壳实现解锁,撤销外力前后,卡合片和压块分别在弹性回复力作用下回复原状,再向前推动中间组件即可实现手把折叠,通过回拉中间组件使手把展开时卡合片在弹性回复力作用下被推入外壳中实现再次锁定。
本发明采用解锁片达到解锁手把折弯功能,并在自身弹性回复力作用下使压块自动 回位,减少了零件数量,组成结构简单、成本低,各组成部件之间的联动配合关系简单、方便组装。解锁和锁定以及折叠操作简单、安全,使用方便,可最大程度地减小手把体积,而且,本发明的整体结构稳定性和安全性强。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述中间组件还包括具有弹性回复部件的按钮,所述按钮可横向拨动安装在外壳的后壁面上,按钮与所述压块之间具有可随按钮移动限位压块或解除限位的限位机构,拨动按钮解除限位机构对压块的限位作用,同时向后推动压块,进行解锁操作;或在锁定状态下,拨动按钮通过限位机构限位压块,可防止用户对压块进行误操作造成收车以致影响安全。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述卡合片前端面的前部分为弧形面或斜面,且其后部分为斜面,前部分的弧形面或斜面用于将解锁片施加在卡合片上的力分解形成一个横向的分力而将卡合片推出外壳实现解锁,后部分的斜面用于收车时卡合片滑动灵活,易于从中间组件的壳体中脱出。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述连接组件的壳体内具有用于安装卡合片的滑动槽,所述卡合片的弹性回复部件一端固定在该滑动槽的尾部,另一端顶触在卡合片的尾端上;所述中间组件和连接组件的铰接部具有铰接轴,所述卡合片的前部设有长条形孔,所述铰接轴安装在该长条形孔内并将中间组件的外壳端部和连接组件的壳体端部铰接在一起,所述铰接轴可随着卡合片移动而在长条形孔内相对滑动。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述解锁片为∧形,所述解锁片的中部为固定部,所述压块为后端面具有开口的中空壳体,在该开口中上口沿和/或下口沿上设有向后伸出的顶柱,所述按钮主要由位于外壳外的拨动部和位于外壳内向前伸出的凸柱组成,凸柱可随按钮移动而顶触在顶柱上限位压块或者脱离以撤销限位构成所述限位机构;该开口在横向方向上相对的两侧口沿分别为斜面,解锁片两翼的表面与该斜面相适配,在锁定状态下,解锁片两翼的端部分别与斜面相接触,且在解锁片发生弹性形变的过程中,两翼沿着斜面滑动。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述按钮的拨动部的前端面为一位于中间组件外壳内的块状体,所述凸柱设置在该拨动部的前端面上,且所述按钮的弹性回复部件位于拨动部的前端面与外壳的内端面之间。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述中间组件的外壳主要由上壳体和下壳体对接而成,在所述压块的后部上表面和下表面分别设有上下对应的横向限位凸条,在所述上壳体的 内顶面上和下壳体的内底面上分别设有用于约束限位凸条的横向限位卡槽,所述限位凸条可在限位卡槽中前后移动实现压块的活动安装。
本发明的第二个目的通过以下的技术措施来实现:一种使用上述手把折叠机构的三折手把,其特征在于:它包括所述的中间组件、所述的连接组件和一对固定组件,该对固定组件的前端分别与一个连接组件的尾端相铰接,所述固定组件主要由管体和收车钢绳组成,所述收车钢绳向前穿过所述管体连接组件的壳体尾端固定,以便在中间组件与连接组件之间解锁后,向前推动中间组件,连接组件带动收车钢绳围绕连接组件与固定组件的铰接部转动,使收车钢绳的有效距离变小从而带动车架卡合结构解锁,进而实现连接组件和固定组件之间解锁,在收车的同时实现手把的三折叠。
本发明所述中间组件的外壳主要由上壳体和下壳体对接而成,在所述压块的后部上表面和下表面分别设有上下对应的横向限位凸条,在所述上壳体的内顶面上和下壳体的内底面上分别设有用于约束限位凸条的横向限位卡槽,所述限位凸条可在限位卡槽中前后移动实现压块的活动安装。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述中间组件上壳体的端部下表面为平台,所述中间组件下壳体的端部上表面为平台,该两平台之间形成间隙,所述连接组件的前端为扁平块状体插入该间隙中并由铰接轴固定;所述连接组件的尾端和固定组件的前端均为向前弯曲的弧形,且所述连接组件的尾端和所述固定组件的前端分别具有相适配的缺口,缺口具有相贴合的平面并通过铰接轴固定,在中间组件与连接组件之间锁定时,连接组件的尾端和固定组件的前端呈圆弧过渡,所述连接组件和固定组件的缺口相配合为解锁后二者之间弯折提供转动空间。
本发明的第三个目的通过以下的技术措施来实现:一种具有所述三折手把的推车,其特征在于:它包括车架、安装在车架上的座位和车轮,所述车架包括车架主体、设于车架主体上的收车卡合结构和所述的三折手把,所述三折手把的固定组件的尾端与车架主体相连,所述收车钢绳的尾端穿入车架主体内与所述车架卡合结构相连。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下显著的效果:
⑴本发明采用解锁片达到解锁手把折弯功能,并在自身弹性回复力作用下使压块自动回位,减少了零件数量,组成结构简单、成本低,各组装部件之间的联动配合关系简单、方便组装,解锁和锁定以及折叠操作简单、安全,使用方便。
⑵本发明的卡合片在锁定状态时,前端部完全伸入管状外壳中,保证了锁定状态下 手把的稳定性和安全性。
⑶本发明的解锁片与卡合片为分体结构,保留了解锁片以及卡合片各自的设计空间,在保证卡合片在锁定状态时伸入管状外壳的长度符合稳定性和安全性的前提下,卡合片伸入连接组件的长度在根据具体的情况加长的情况下,不会影响解锁片的整体尺寸,尤其不会影响解锁片的横向尺寸,因此不会影响手把折叠后横向尺寸。
⑷本发明采用的解锁片的两翼不仅为直接对卡合片进行解锁的部件,还同时具有复位的弹性变形的性能,进一步简化了整个折叠机构的结构;而且解锁片的两翼在对卡合片施加作用时,在横向和前后向方向同时发生形变,避免了解锁片由于在单一方向的较大的形变而须在对该方向的上预留较大的活动空间。
⑸本发明通过拨动按钮对压块进行限位或者解除限位,可防止用户对压块进行误操作造成收车以致影响安全。
⑹本发明的解锁和锁定以及折叠操作机构运行平稳,整体结构稳定性和安全性强,适于广泛推广和适用。

具体实施方式
如图1~20所示,是本发明一种手把折叠机构,它包括中间组件1和一对分别铰接在中间组件1两端的连接组件2,中间组件1主要由管状外壳11、压块12、具有弹性回复部件的按钮14和解锁片13组成。
管状外壳11由上壳体17和下壳体18对接而成。压块12的后部穿过外壳11的前壁面伸入其中,具体是在上壳体17的前壁面底沿和下壳体18的前壁面上沿设有长形缺口,两缺口对合后形成用于压块穿入的安装孔,在压块12的后部上表面和/或下表面分别设有上下对应的横向限位凸条19,在上壳体17的内顶面上和下壳体18的内底面上分别设有用于约束限位凸条的横向限位卡槽20,限位凸条19可在限位卡槽20中前后移动。压块12为后端面具有开口的中空壳体,在该开口中对应上、下壳体17、18的上、下口沿上设有向后伸出的顶柱49,在顶柱49的两侧分别设有凹槽47、23。该开口在横向方向上相对的两侧口沿分别为斜面46。
按钮14可横向拨动安装在外壳11的后壁面上,具体是在上壳体17的后壁面底沿和下壳体18的后壁面上沿设有长形缺口,两缺口对合后形成用于按钮安装的安装孔,按钮14主要由位于外壳11外的拨动部45和位于外壳11内向前伸出的两根在上下方向上相互隔离开的凸柱24组成,每根凸柱24可随按钮14移动而顶触在对应的顶柱49上以对压块12进行限位或者脱离顶柱以撤销对压块12的限位。按钮14的拨动部的前端 面40为一位于外壳内的块状体,凸柱24设置在该拨动部的前端面40上,按钮14的弹性回复部件采用一对弹簧25,每根凸柱24的一侧面分别具有一横向的套接柱44,该对弹簧25的一端分别套于对应的套接柱44上,另一端顶触在外壳11的内端面上。
解锁片13为∧形,采用塑料材质,位于两根凸柱之间分隔开的空隙中,以使两凸柱在随按钮移动时也不会对解锁片产生影响。解锁片13的中部为固定部,具有一环套26,在外壳的下壳体18上设有固定柱27,环套26套在固定柱27上由固定件固定。解锁片13两翼即为两个自由端,两翼的表面与斜面46相适配,以在压块12的斜面46逐渐压迫解锁片13两翼的端部实现解锁过程中,斜面46施加在解锁片13两翼端部的压强较小。
连接组件2主要由管状壳体21和具有弹性回复部件的卡合片22组成,壳体21内具有用于安装卡合片22的滑动槽,卡合片22可在滑动槽中沿轴向滑动,深度较大的滑动槽也可以起到防止塑料因胶厚不均而产生缩水现象,卡合片22前端面的前部分为弧形面30或斜面,卡合片22的弹性回复部件采用弹簧28,滑动槽的尾部设有用于轴向安装弹簧28的安装孔29,弹簧28的前端顶触在卡合片22的尾端上。在锁定状态下,卡合片22的前端沿横向穿入外壳11的端部中。
在锁定状态下,凸柱24顶触住顶柱49,对压块12进行限位,参见图10和13;拨动按钮14使凸柱24脱离顶柱49,解除对压块12的限位作用,参见图11和14;同时向后推动压块12,解锁片13的固定部位于压块12的凹槽47中,而凸柱24位于凹槽23中。解锁片13的两翼被压块12推动使解锁片13发生弹性形变,在此过程中,解锁片13的两翼沿着斜面46滑动,两翼之间的夹角增大,且解锁片13在水平面上的投影逐渐增长而直接挤压卡合片22的弧形面30,此时解锁片13施加在卡合片22上的力经弧形面形成一个横向的分力而将卡合片22推出外壳11实现解锁,参见图12和15;采用按钮对压块进行限位,可防止用户对压块进行误操作造成收车以致影响安全。卡合片22在弹簧28的弹性回复力作用下回复原状,撤销外力作用后,压块12在解锁片13的弹性回复力作用下回复原状,而按钮14在弹簧25的弹性回复力作用下回复原状,再向前推动中间组件1即可实现手把折叠,参见图16~20;通过回拉中间组件1使手把展开时卡合片22在弹簧28的弹性回复力作用下被推入外壳11中实现再次锁定。
卡合片22后部分为斜面31,该斜面31用于收车时卡合片22滑动灵活,易于从中间组件1的壳体11中脱出。
中间组件1和连接组件2的铰接部具有铰接轴32,卡合片22的前部设有长条形孔33,铰接轴32安装在该长条形孔33内并将中间组件1的外壳11端部和连接组件2的壳体21端部铰接在一起,铰接轴32可随着卡合片22移动而在长条形孔内相对滑动。
中间组件1上壳体17的端部下表面为平台,中间组件1下壳体18的端部上表面为平台,该两平台之间形成间隙,连接组件2的前端为扁平块状体39插入该间隙中并由铰接轴32固定。
一种使用上述手把折叠机构的三折手把48,它包括中间组件1、连接组件2和一对固定组件3,该对固定组件3的前端分别与一个连接组件2的尾端相铰接,固定组件3主要由管体35和收车钢绳36组成,收车钢绳36向前穿过管体35并沿管体35前端外边侧伸入连接组件2的壳体21尾端并固定在壳体21的外边侧上,以便在中间组件1与连接组件2之间解锁后,向前推动中间组件1,连接组件2带动收车钢绳36围绕连接组件2与固定组件3的铰接部转动,使收车钢绳36的有效距离变小从而带动车架卡合结构解锁(车架卡合结构为现有技术),进而实现连接组件2和固定组件3之间解锁,在收车的同时实现手把的三折叠。
连接组件2的尾端为向前弯曲的弧形,其下表面具有一下缺口41,该下缺口41的顶面为平面,固定组件3的前端为向前弯曲的弧形,其上表面具有一上缺口42,该上缺口42的底面为平面,上缺口42的平面与下缺口41的平面贴合并由铰接轴43固定,在中间组件1与连接组件2之间锁定时,连接组件2的尾端和固定组件3的前端呈圆弧过渡,连接组件2的下缺口41和固定组件3的上缺口42相配合为解锁后二者之间弯折提供转动空间。
一种具有三折手把48的推车,它包括车架、安装在车架上的座位和车轮,车架包括车架主体、设于车架主体上的收车卡合结构和三折手把48,三折手把48的固定组件的尾端与车架主体相连,收车钢绳36的尾端穿入车架主体内与车架卡合结构相连。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种手把折叠机构,其特征在于:它包括中间组件和一对分别铰接在中间组件两端的连接组件,所述中间组件主要由管状外壳、压块和解锁片组成,所述压块的后部穿过外壳的前壁面伸入外壳中并活动安装使压块可前后移动,所述连接组件主要由管状壳体和具有弹性回复部件的卡合片组成,所述卡合片沿轴向可滑动安装在壳体内,在锁定状态下,卡合片的前端沿横向穿入外壳的端部中,所述解锁片具有固定在外壳内的固定部,该固定部设有伸出至压块后端与卡合片前端之间的自由端,向后推动压块,解锁片的自由端被压块推动使解锁片发生弹性形变,解锁片在水平面上的投影逐渐增长而将卡合片沿横向方向推出外壳实现解锁,撤销外力前后,卡合片和压块分别在弹性回复力作用下回复原状,再向前推动中间组件即可实现手把折叠,通过回拉中间组件使手把展开时卡合片在弹性回复力作用下被推入外壳中实现再次锁定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手把折叠机构,其特征在于:所述中间组件还包括具有弹性回复部件的按钮,所述按钮可横向拨动安装在外壳的后壁面上,按钮与所述压块之间具有可随按钮移动限位压块或解除限位的限位机构,拨动按钮解除限位机构对压块的限位作用,同时向后推动压块,进行解锁操作;或在锁定状态下,拨动按钮通过限位机构限位压块以避免对压块的误操作。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的手把折叠机构,其特征在于:所述卡合片前端面的前部分为弧形面或斜面,且其后部分为斜面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的手把折叠机构,其特征在于:所述连接组件的壳体内具有用于安装卡合片的滑动槽,所述卡合片的弹性回复部件一端固定在该滑动槽的尾部,另一端顶触在卡合片的尾端上;所述中间组件和连接组件的铰接部具有铰接轴,所述卡合片的前部设有长条形孔,所述铰接轴安装在该长条形孔内并将中间组件的外壳端部和连接组件的壳体端部铰接在一起,所述铰接轴可随着卡合片移动而在长条形孔内相对滑动。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的手把折叠机构,其特征在于:所述解锁片为∧形,所述解锁片的中部为固定部,所述压块为后端面具有开口的中空壳体,在该开口中上口沿和/或下口沿上设有向后伸出的顶柱,所述按钮主要由位于外壳外的拨动部和位于外壳内向前伸出的凸柱组成,凸柱可随按钮移动而顶 触在顶柱上限位压块或者脱离以撤销限位构成所述限位机构;该开口在横向方向上相对的两侧口沿分别为斜面,解锁片两翼的表面与该斜面相适配,在解锁片发生弹性形变的过程中,两翼沿着斜面滑动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的手把折叠机构,其特征在于:所述按钮的拨动部的前端面为一位于中间组件外壳内的块状体,所述凸柱设置在该拨动部的前端面上,且所述按钮的弹性回复部件位于拨动部的前端面与外壳的内端面之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的手把折叠机构,其特征在于:所述中间组件的外壳主要由上壳体和下壳体对接而成,在所述压块的后部上表面和下表面分别设有上下对应的横向限位凸条,在所述上壳体的内顶面上和下壳体的内底面上分别设有用于约束限位凸条的横向限位卡槽,所述限位凸条可在限位卡槽中前后移动实现压块的活动安装。
  8. 一种使用权利要求1~7任一项所述手把折叠机构的三折手把,其特征在于:它包括所述的中间组件、所述的连接组件和一对固定组件,该对固定组件的前端分别与一个连接组件的尾端相铰接,所述固定组件主要由管体和收车钢绳组成,所述收车钢绳向前穿过所述管体伸入连接组件的壳体尾端固定,以便在中间组件与连接组件之间解锁后,向前推动中间组件,连接组件带动收车钢绳围绕连接组件与固定组件的铰接部转动,使收车钢绳的有效距离变小从而带动车架卡合结构解锁,进而实现连接组件和固定组件之间解锁,在收车的同时实现手把的三折叠。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的三折手把,其特征在于:所述中间组件的外壳主要由上壳体和下壳体对接而成,在所述压块的后部上表面和下表面分别设有上下对应的横向限位凸条,在所述上壳体的内顶面上和下壳体的内底面上分别设有用于约束限位凸条的横向限位卡槽,所述限位凸条可在限位卡槽中前后移动实现压块的活动安装,所述中间组件上壳体的端部下表面为平台,所述中间组件下壳体的端部上表面为平台,该两平台之间形成间隙,所述连接组件的前端为扁平块状体插入该间隙中并由铰接轴固定;所述连接组件的尾端和所述固定组件的前端分别为向前弯曲的弧形,且所述连接组件的尾端和所述固定组件的前端分别具有相适配的缺口,缺口具有相贴合的平面并通过铰接轴固定,在中间组件与连接组件之间锁定时,连接组件的尾端和固定组件的前端呈圆弧过渡, 所述连接组件和固定组件的缺口相配合为解锁后二者之间弯折提供转动空间。
  10. 一种具有权利要求8或9所述的三折手把的推车,其特征在于:它包括车架、安装在车架上的座位和车轮,所述车架包括车架主体、设于车架主体上的收车卡合结构和所述的三折手把,所述三折手把的固定组件的尾端与车架主体相连,所述收车钢绳的尾端穿入车架主体内与所述车架卡合结构相连。
