Abstract

[Problem] To provide a film-packaged sanitary tissue package that offers superior ease of removal and falling-in prevention. [Solution] The problem is solved by a sanitary tissue package that comprises, on a top surface portion, a removal opening forming part surrounded by: a pair of first easy-tear lines that extend along the widthwise direction along which a folded-back edge of sanitary tissue paper extends, and are removed from each other along a depth direction that is orthogonal to the widthwise direction; and a pair of second easy-tear lines that extend along the depth direction and connect the ends of the pair of first easy-tear lines. The removal opening forming part has a shape comprising: narrow end parts in which the pair of first easy-tear lines gradually approach each other, and the area therebetween grows narrower, from the connections with the second tear lines toward the center of the widthwise direction of the bundle; expanded width parts in which the first easy-tear lines gradually move away from each other, and the area therebetween grows wider, from the narrow end parts toward the center of the widthwise direction of the bundle; and a wide part in which the first easy-tear lines gradually move away from each other and swell outward in the depth direction from the expanded width parts to further toward the center of the widthwise direction of the bundle. When the area within the removal opening forming part is cut away, acutely angled parts are formed at positions between the first easy-tear lines and the second easy-tear lines, and a free edge including an edge in a range from the narrow end parts to the wide part is formed.

Description

Sanitary tissue packaging
(4) The present invention relates to a film-wrapping type sanitary thin paper package in which a bundle of sanitary thin paper such as tissue paper is packed with a film.
As a package of sanitary thin paper such as tissue paper, a paper box type storage body called a box tissue in which a bundle of sanitary thin paper is stored in a paper storage box such as a white ball called a carton is well known. In many of the paper box type sanitary thin paper packages, about 120 to 250 sets of two to four sanitary thin paper sheets are stored as a pop-up bundle.
On the other hand, pop-up bundles of the same number as the above-mentioned paper box type storage units are wrapped with a flexible resin film, with the aim of reducing packaging materials and improving transportation costs and portability through downsizing. There is a sanitary thin paper package of the film packaging type.
As the film package type sanitary thin paper package, a pillow package type and an overlap package type are well known. In the pillow packaging mode, the bundle to be packaged is wrapped with a long film so as to be wound in the width direction, the overlapping edges are adhered to each other in the winding direction, and furthermore, the film is stretched beyond the packaged material in the longitudinal direction of the film. This is a packaging form in which the extended portion is adhered and sealed in a gusset manner.
Overlap packaging is a packaging form also referred to as caramel packaging or wrapping packaging, wrapping the bundle to be packaged into a cylindrical shape with a film, and bonding the overlapping portions in the winding direction, The portion where the film extends beyond the bundle to be packaged is folded from two opposing edges to the packaged material side, and at least each end edge of a triangular or square piece formed at that time is bonded to each other This is a packaging mode in which sealing is performed. Compared to the pillow package, the overlap package has a shape closer to a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the rigidity of a sealing portion formed by bonding triangular or square pieces is high. In many cases, the shape of the packaging bag is excellent even when the height of the bundle is reduced.
On the other hand, the opening of the film packaging type sanitary thin paper package is one in which a perforation is arranged in a straight line on the upper surface, and this is formed into a slit shape formed by tearing it, and it is often used in a paper box type. In general, a rectangular, rectangular or elliptical annular perforation is formed in the upper surface portion to be seen, and a rectangular or rectangular or elliptical opening is formed by cutting off the perforated portion. Was.

However, one in which one perforation is arranged in a straight line on the upper surface portion easily tears beyond both ends of the perforation at the time of opening.
Further, in the case of the above-mentioned overlap packaging, since the shape of the packaging bag is not easily collapsed, a simple slit-shaped outlet has a large resistance when taking out the sanitary thin paper, and in particular, the number of sets constituting the bundle is reduced and the weight of the bundle is reduced. It is easy to lift the whole package when it becomes lightweight. In the case of a simple rectangular, rectangular, or elliptical opening, the sheet easily falls into the package from the opening, particularly when the number of sets constituting the bundle is reduced.
Therefore, a main object of the present invention is to provide a sanitary thin paper package of an overlap package, which is excellent in taking out the sanitary thin paper and preventing falling.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.
The sanitary thin paper package 1 of the present embodiment is obtained by wrapping a bundle 3 of sanitary thin papers 2 with a film 4, and for taking out the sanitary thin papers 2 included one by one on a top surface portion 1 </ b> A of the film 4. An outlet forming section 50 for forming the outlet 60 is provided.
The sanitary thin paper package 1 is a so-called pop-up type, and when one or a set of sanitary thin papers 2 is taken out from an outlet 60 formed by tearing the outlet forming section 50 or the like, the sheet is taken out. Then, a part of the sanitary thin paper 2 to be taken out next is exposed and pinched. In FIGS. 1 and 3, the portions formed by tearing the outlet forming portion 50 to form the outlet 60 are denoted by the same reference numerals.
The sanitary thin paper 2 according to the present embodiment is tissue paper, paper towel, toilet paper, or the like. In particular, the present invention is particularly effective in the case of tissue paper having a ply structure in which two to four base papers each having a dry crepe are laminated and assembled. In forming the ply structure, both end portions of the laminated continuous sheet can be joined by contact embossing, or four sides around the sanitary thin paper sheet or the entire surface of the sheet can be joined by embossing means. In addition, the sanitary thin paper 2 according to the present invention is a dried dry type, and is not a so-called wet type impregnated with a chemical solution. Therefore, the bundle 3 contains air between the layers. Among the dry-type sanitary thin papers 2, there is a moisturizing tissue to which a humectant or the like is applied, especially in tissue paper. However, in the sanitary thin paper package 1 according to the present invention, the bundle 3 is wrapped by the film 4. Therefore, the inclusions are less likely to dry than the paper box type, and the paper box in the paper box is not distorted due to the moisture absorption specific to the moisturizing tissue.
The preferred sanitary thin paper 2 according to the present invention is one in which the raw pulp is a mixture of NBKP and LBKP. Waste paper pulp may be blended, but from the viewpoint of the texture and the like, it is preferable to be composed only of NBKP and LBKP. The compounding ratio is preferably NBKP: LBKP = 20: 80 to 80:20, and particularly preferably NBKP: LBKP = 30: 70 to 60:40.
The hygienic thin paper preferably has a basis weight of 10 to 25 g / m 2 per ply (per sheet of base paper constituting one set). In particular, it is preferably from 10 to 18 g / m 2 . Here, the basis weight refers to a value obtained by a measuring method according to JIS P 8124 (1998). The thickness of the sanitary thin paper is not particularly limited, but is 90 to 170 μm, more preferably 90 to 150 μm in a two-ply state. The thickness is 180 to 280 μm in a three-ply state, and more preferably 180 to 250 μm. The thickness is 200 to 320 μm, more preferably 200 to 280 μm in a 4-ply state. The paper thickness here is determined by sufficiently adjusting the humidity of the test piece under the conditions of JIS P 8111 (1998), and then using a dial thickness gauge (thickness measuring device) “PEACOCK G type” (manufactured by Ozaki Seisakusho) under the same conditions. A value measured in a set of conditions.
As shown in FIG. 2, the bundle 3 of the sanitary thin paper 2 according to the present invention is formed by folding a square sanitary thin paper 2 having a length of about 180 to 210 mm and a width of about 130 to 160 mm into two, and being vertically positioned on the folded inner side 2A. A plurality of sanitary thin papers are folded and laminated so that the folded pieces 2B of other sanitary thin papers are located. Therefore, the bundle 3 has a pair of long side surfaces 3A in which the folded edges 2C of each sanitary thin paper are lined up, and a pair of short side surfaces 3B in which the folded edges 2C are not lined. Further, the bundle 3 has a short side surface 3A and a long side surface 3B. It has a rectangular parallelepiped shape having a pair of connected flat surfaces (top surface and bottom surface) 3C. In addition, the top surface portion 1A according to the present invention is a portion of the film that faces this plane 3C. The size of the bundle 3 is not necessarily limited, but is approximately 153 mm (M size) or 137 mm (S size) × 96 mm in depth × 43 mm in height. When the one folded piece located at the uppermost position is lifted upward, another adjacent folded piece immediately below the bundle 3 is pulled upward and lifted, so-called pop-up is performed. . Such a bundle 3 can be manufactured by a known multi-stand type, rotary type inter folder.
The number of sets of the sanitary thin paper 2 constituting the bundle 3 is not limited. However, in general, a tissue paper storage body that stores tissue paper has two plies (two sheets stacked) and three plies ( A set of three plies or four plies (four plies) constitutes 80 to 240 sets, and the sanitary thin paper package of the present embodiment is also preferably set to 80 to 240 sets.
The packaging form of the bundle 3 with the film 4 of the sanitary thin paper package 1 according to the present invention is an overlap packaging. The overlap packaging is a packaging form also called caramel packaging. In particular, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the bundle 3 to be packaged is wrapped in a cylindrical shape with a film 4, and the winding direction is used. In the overlapping portion 4A (FIG. 4), the upper and lower layer films are bonded by a fusion bonding process or an adhesive (in FIG. 4, the bonding portion is denoted by reference numeral 4S), and further extends beyond the bundle 3 which is the packaged object. The folded portion 4B (FIG. 3) is folded toward the object to be packaged from two edges facing the side surfaces or the top surface and the bottom surface, and at least each of the tip edges of a triangular or trapezoidal piece formed at that time. Is bonded by a fusion process or an adhesive to seal the cylindrical opening 4X.
The sanitary thin paper package 1 according to the present invention is, in particular, an overlap package, and as shown in FIG. 3, a cylindrical opening sealing portion 4C (FIGS. 1, 5) formed by sealing the cylindrical opening 4X. , In a packaging form that is located at a position facing the short side surface 3B of the bundle 3. Since the opening sealing portion 4C of the overlap packaging has a planar shape in which a plurality of layers of films are laminated and then bonded, the entire outer shell shape is a rectangular parallelepiped shape close to a paper box. Further, since the opening sealing portion 4C is adhered after a plurality of layers of the film 4 are stacked, the rigidity of the portion tends to be high. The sanitary thin paper package 1 according to the present invention, typified by a film packaging tissue, may be piled up at a store and sold, and the shape of the product is close to a hexahedron, and is excellent in shape retention without being crushed. Therefore, the overlap packaging according to the present invention is desirable from the viewpoint of the rigidity and the shape.
In the sanitary thin paper package 1 according to the present invention, the difference between the outer shell dimensions (width x depth x height) of the film 4 and the size of the bundle (width x depth x height) is not necessarily limited. However, this type of product generally has a size of −2 mm to +5 mm with respect to the size of the bundle, and the same can be applied to the sanitary thin paper package 1 according to the present invention.
In the sanitary thin paper package 1 according to the present invention, the overlap package is used, and the outlet forming portion 50 for forming the outlet 60 is formed in the width direction in which the folded edge 2C of the sanitary thin paper 2 extends. A pair of first easy tearing lines 5A, 5A extending along 3W and separated in a depth direction 3D orthogonal to the width direction, and extending along the depth direction 3D, and the pair of first easy tearing lines. It is a range surrounded by a pair of second easy tearing lines 5B, 5B connecting the ends of the tearing lines 5A, 5A. Here, the easily tearable lines 5A and 5B are lines that are easily split by the lines, and are, for example, perforations or slit lines provided with uncut portions at appropriate intervals. In addition, a line formed by reducing the thickness of the film may be used.
Further, the outlet forming portion 50 according to the present invention is characterized in that the pair of first easily tearable lines 5A, 5A are characteristically connected to the bundles 3 from the connecting portions P1, P1 with the second tearable lines 5B, 5B. An end narrowed portion 51 gradually approaching each other toward the center in the width direction and narrowing therebetween, and a pair of first easy tearing lines 5A, 5A are formed in the widthwise central portion of the bundle 3 from the end narrowed portion 51 side. The widened portion 52 that gradually separates from each other toward the side and widens between them, and the pair of first easily tearable open lines 5A, 5A are at least the first widened portions 5A, 5A that are closer to the center in the width direction of the bundle 3 than the widened portion 52. It has a shape having a wide portion 53 which is gradually separated and bulges outward in the depth direction until the length between them becomes longer than the length of the easily tearable open line 5B. First easy tearing line between the constricted part 51 and the widened part 52 The length JW between them is 10% or less, preferably 1.6 to 8.3% of the length L1 of the bundle 3 in the width direction 3W, and the width of the first easy tear line 5A, 5A in the wide portion 53 is increased. The length SW between them is 60% or less, preferably 45 to 57% of the length L1 of the bundle 3 in the width direction 3W.
In the sanitary thin paper package 1 according to the present invention, since the outlet forming portion 50 has such a shape having the end narrowed portion 51, the widened portion 52, and the wide portion 53, it is within the range of the outlet forming portion 50. Is cut off, first, at the position of the end narrowed portion 52, an acute corner P is located at a position between the first easy tear line 5A and the second easy tear line 5B (FIGS. 5 and 6). Is formed. In other words, the end narrowing portion 51 is arranged such that the pair of first tear lines 5A approach each other from the end of the second easy tear line 5B along the depth direction. At the partial positions, acute corners P, P having the apex at the end position of the second cleavage line 5B facing outward in the depth direction are formed.
Further, in the sanitary thin paper package 1 according to the present invention, the outlet forming portion 50 has such a shape that the end narrowed portion 51, the widened portion 52 and the widened portion 53 are provided. When the inside of the area is cut off, free edge pieces 61, 61 including the edge in the range from the end narrowed portion 51 to the wide portion 53 are formed. In other words, the pair of first easily tearable lines 5A, 5A according to the present invention approach the central portion in the width direction of the bundle 3 first at the end narrowing portion 51, further separate at the widening portion 52, and further widen the wide portion. At 53, the edge E1 extends from the end narrowed portion 51 to the wide portion 53, and at least the second easy tear of the corner portion P and the wide portion because the portion 53 extends outward in the depth direction from the end of the second easy tear line 5B. The range connecting the end of the open line 5B to the outer position P2 in the depth direction of the bundle 3 becomes a free edge piece 61 formed of the flexible film 4.
In the sanitary thin paper package 1 according to the present invention, since the outlet 60 related to the outlet forming part 50 is formed, the sanitary thin paper package 1 is excellent in pull-out property and drop-preventing property. Note that the term "removability" includes not only that the sanitary thin paper can be smoothly pulled out, but also that the next sheet or a part of the set that is exposed after one sheet or one set is drawn out is easily self-supporting and easy to be picked.
In the sanitary thin paper package 1 according to the present invention, a wide opening is formed at the position corresponding to the wide portion 53, so that the resistance at the time of pulling out is small, so that it is easy to pull out smoothly. Also, the first one is easy to pick. In particular, the length SW between the first easy tearing lines 5A in the wide portion 53 is 60% or less in the width direction of the bundle, so that an excessively wide opening is not formed, and the fall prevention property is other. Is secured in combination with the configuration of On the other hand, in particular, as shown in FIG. 5, the edge 20 </ b> E in the root portion of the next one sheet or one set of exposed portions 20 after taking out one sheet or one set enters the corner P. Become supported. At this time, the edge piece 61 located on the corner side opposite to the corner P into which the edge 20E of the sanitary thin paper 2 fits comes to lean on the exposed portion 20 of the sanitary thin paper 2, and the edge 20E of the sanitary thin paper 2 is It pushes toward the corner P side and the fit is maintained. As a result, the part 20 of the next sanitary thin paper becomes excellent in self-sustainability and fall prevention.
Furthermore, since the bundle 3 has a pop-up structure as in the sanitary thin paper package 1 according to the present invention, the edge 20E and the edge 20E of the part 20 of the sanitary thin paper 3 to be subsequently drawn out when one or a set is pulled out. The surface moves toward the outlet while moving in the depth direction 3D, and is guided by the edge of the outlet 60 when exposed from the outlet 60. In the sanitary thin paper package 1 according to the present invention, since the outlet 60 becomes wider from the position between the end narrowed portion 51 and the widened portion 52 toward the end narrowed position, a part 20 of the sanitary thin paper 2 is pulled out. In this case, the edge 20E of the sanitary thin paper 2 is easily guided to the corner P. Further, in particular, since the space between the end narrowed portion 51 and the widened portion 52 is reduced to 10% or less of the length of the bundle 3 in the depth direction 3D, the surface of the sanitary thin paper 2 is reliably supported by the edge. It is more drip-proof. When the distance between the first easily tearable lines 5A and 5A is set to 10% or less and the connecting portion 54 in which the interval between the pair of first easily tearable lines is constant is provided, the surface of the sanitary thin paper 2 is supported more. It is easier to fall and the anti-dropping property is improved.
Here, it is desirable that the pair of first easily tearable open lines 5A, 5A in the end narrowed portion 51 and the widened portion 52 be curved. Since the edge E of the outlet 60 has a smooth curve, the guide of the sanitary thin paper 2 by the edge is smoothly performed, and the drawability is further improved.
Further, the overall shape of the wide portion 53 is not particularly limited, but is preferably a circle, an ellipse, or a square having a curved edge as in the illustrated example. It is hard to catch on the edge when pulling out, making it easy to pull out smoothly.
In the sanitary thin paper package 1 according to the present invention, the length PW of the bundle 3 of the first easily tearable open lines 5A, 5A in the width direction 3W is shorter than the width L2 of the bundle 3 in the width direction, particularly 87 to 97%. It is desirable to have. If it exceeds 97%, it becomes difficult for the edge 20E of the sanitary thin paper 2 to enter the corner P.
In addition, the length EW of the second easily tearable line 5B in the sanitary thin paper package 1 according to the present invention is desirably 3 to 16% of the length L1 of the bundle 3 in the depth direction 3D. In this range, the edge 20E easily enters the corner P.
In the sanitary thin paper package 1 according to the present invention, the width Bh of the edge piece 61, that is, the line Bb (line) connecting the corner P1 (one of the corners P) and the corresponding point P2 of the edge of the wide portion 53. Bb is a tangent to the outer edge of the wide portion 53 and passes through the corner P1), and the length Bh from the opening edge E is desirably 8 to 24 mm. In addition, the position P2 on the edge side of the wide portion 53 in the line Bb connecting the corner P and the edge of the wide portion 53 is a position where the width Bh is the longest. In the range of the above width Bh, if the size of a general sanitary thin paper is used, it can be sufficiently held and held.
On the other hand, the first easily tearable open line 5A and the second easily tearable open line 5B in the sanitary thin paper package 1 according to the present invention are constituted by perforations or slits having an uncut portion at an appropriate position as described above. More preferably, the first easy tearing line 5A is formed as a slit communicating with the inside and outside in the end narrowing portion 51 and the widening portion 52, and the tie is 0.5 mm to 3 mm in the connecting portion 54 and the wide portion 53. It is desirable to use a perforation of 0.0 mm and a cut of 1.0 mm to 7.00 mm. More preferably, the connecting portion 54 and the wide portion 53 have a tie of 1.5 mm to 2.5 mm and a cut of 2.0 mm to 5.0 mm. It is less likely to break during transportation or loading, and is more likely to break with fingers. The second easily tearable line 5B is desirably a perforation where the position of the corner P is cut or a slit provided with an uncut portion at the center in the depth direction 3D. As shown in FIG. 6, when the package is constituted by the slits and perforations, as shown in FIG. When the stenosis portion 51 is separated from the edge 1E, the end stenosis portion 51 becomes a torn portion which is peeled off, and when the stenosis portion is pulled toward the opposite end stenosis portion 51, the first easy tearing line 5A is obtained. The opening forming portion 50 surrounded by the second easy tearing line 5B is smoothly peeled off, and the opening 60 can be easily formed, so that the opening property is excellent.
Here, specific flexible resin film materials constituting the film 4 according to the present invention include polyethylene film, polypropylene film, polyester film, polyethylene terephthalate film, nylon film, vinylidene chloride film, ethylene vinyl alcohol. Examples thereof include a monolayer film of a copolymer, a laminated film appropriately laminated including such a film, and a gas barrier film obtained by subjecting such a film to a surface treatment such as aluminum vapor deposition. However, from the viewpoint of cost, a polypropylene film and a polyethylene film are preferred. In particular, a non-stretched polypropylene film (CPP) having excellent heat-fusibility is desirable.
The thickness of the film 4 may be appropriately selected in consideration of flexibility, cost, gas permeability, and heat-sealing property during packaging, but is preferably measured in accordance with JIS P # 8118 (1998). It is desirable that the thickness is 20 to 60 μm and the softness is 5.0 to 50.0 cN, which is measured based on the handle ometer method according to the JIS {L @ 1096 (2010)} E method. With such a thickness and softness, the film is hardly torn and the pop-up property is excellent.

"5" Can be taken out smoothly from the 2nd and 3rd set [Ejection (stand up)]
"1" When the sanitary thin paper is pulled out, it does not stand up. "2" When the sanitary thin paper is pulled out, it stands up to 50%.
"3" Some bundles do not stand when the height of the bundle is about half.
"4" Almost standing.
"5" After the first set is pulled out to the end, the next sheet stands up.
[Dip prevention]
"1" When the sanitary thin paper is pulled out, it falls into the outlet many times. "2" A plurality of (three or more) drops were confirmed until the height of the bundle became about 1/4.
"3" One to two drops were confirmed before the height of the bundle became about 1/4.
"4" Only a few sheets on the bottom side of the bundle sometimes fell.
"5" No drop was confirmed.
