Description

The present invention relates to a film-wrapped tissue assembly package in which a plurality of film-wrapped tissues, each of which is a bundle of tissue paper folded and stacked and wrapped with a flexible packaging film, are gusset-wrapped together.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION A tissue paper package (hereinafter also referred to as a box product), also called a box tissue, in which a bundle of tissue paper is enclosed in a paper storage box called a carton box, is well known.
This box product 101B has excellent shape stability of the paper storage box that is the outer shell, so as shown in FIG. The product form 110B is a collective package (also called a pack package) held together by a film 111, and is often sold in large piles at stores.

On the other hand, a tissue paper package also known as film-wrapped tissue is known in which a bundle of tissue papers is wrapped in a flexible resin wrapping film.
The most well-known type of film-wrapped tissue is called pocket tissue, which is suitable for carrying around, but there are also film-wrapped tissues that are used as stationary tissues, just like boxed products, or as refills for stacks of boxed products.

Such film-wrapped tissues, which are mainly used for stationary use, are of a so-called pop-up type in which when the topmost sheet is pulled out, part of the next sheet is pulled out. Such film-wrapped tissues have advantages over boxed products in terms of reduced packaging materials, compactness, transportation costs, and portability.

On the other hand, in the past, film-wrapped tissues such as these, which were mainly used for stationary use, were arranged in multiple pieces, such as five or three pieces, stacked in the nadir direction with their top and bottom faces abutting each other, similar to boxed products. It is sold as a product packaged together with an exterior film.
In particular, unlike portable tissue packages, film-wrapped tissue packages that are mainly used for stationary use have a certain amount of bulk, so a handle is provided on the top side to make them easier to carry. Gusseted packaging is preferred.
However, due to the structure of this gusset packaging, a space is formed especially on the top side and the bottom side, so five or three film-wrapped tissues are piled up toward the bottom with their tops and bottoms butted together like a boxed product. If they are arranged in this way, they lack shape stability, and there is a risk that they will collapse if a large number of them are piled up at a store.

In addition, in conventional collective packaging in which a plurality of such five or three pieces are stacked in a nadir direction with their top and bottom faces abutting, and are held together by an exterior film, perforations etc. are used to increase ease of opening. may be placed to form an opening.
However, in this conventional collective package, for example, the longitudinal direction of the film-wrapped tissue is the horizontal direction perpendicular to the nadir direction, so perforations etc. are simply formed so that slits are formed linearly in the nadir direction. If the opening forming portion is simply arranged, there is a problem that it is difficult to take out the film-wrapped tissue inside. On the other hand, if the opening forming part is formed by arranging perforations or the like along the horizontal direction perpendicular to the nadir direction, force will be applied in the direction of tearing the perforations when the handle is held. There is a problem in that the risk of the package being opened unintentionally increases.

On the other hand, in the technique shown in Patent Document 1 below, air intake and exhaust holes are formed in the film-wrapped tissue to make the film-wrapped tissue compressible, and the film-wrapped tissue is restrained by a collective packaging film in a compressed state to be collectively packaged using gusset packaging. As a whole, there are known products that have improved shape retention, such as boxed products, and are suitable for being piled up in stores.

Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2018-058654

However, if this compressed state continues for a long period of time, the fluffiness of the tissue paper may decrease. This is especially true for tissue paper with a high moisture content, such as moisturizing tissue containing a chemical solution, or in a high humidity environment.

In addition, due to the structure of gusset packaging, spaces are likely to be formed, especially on the top and bottom sides, so if the compressibility of the film-wrapped tissue is lowered and the restraint is excessively reduced, the film-wrapped tissue contained therein may easily move. Become. In film wrapping tissues, the sealing part formed by heat-sealing the packaging film is hard, so when the film wrapping tissue inside is easy to move, this hard part and the outer film that makes up the gusset packaging The risk of friction and breakage increases.

The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned various problems, and its main problems are that the tissue paper contained therein is difficult to reduce its fluffiness, has excellent shape retention that makes it easy to sell in piles at stores, and furthermore, To provide a film-wrapped tissue assembly package in which the film is hard to be damaged and the film-wrapped tissue pack is excellent in the ease of taking out the film-wrapped tissues contained therein, the opening property of the assembly package, and the portability.

The means for solving the above problems are as follows.
The first means is
A film-wrapped tissue assembly package in which a plurality of film-wrapped tissues are arranged and packaged in a gusset packaging bag having a handle on the top side,
The film-wrapped tissue is an overlap-wrapped bundle of approximately rectangular parallelepiped tissue paper in which a plurality of tissue papers are folded and laminated, and has end faces formed by cylinder opening sealing parts at both ends in the longitudinal direction. and the end surface is located facing the shorter side of the bundle, and has a tissue paper outlet forming part on the upper surface,
The film-wrapped tissue assembly package is such that each end face of the film-wrapped tissue faces toward the top side where the handle is located and the bottom face opposite to the top side, so that the end faces and long sides are substantially flush with each other. and are arranged in a substantially rectangular hexahedral shape, and are packaged so that the gusset part of the gusset packaging bag faces the upper and lower surfaces of the film-wrapped tissue,
and an opening portion formed by an easy-to-tear line is formed on the top surface portion located above a position corresponding to the top of the film-wrapped tissue stored in the gusset packaging bag and below the handle portion, The width of the unsealed part in the direction perpendicular to the nadir direction is 40 to 100% of the distance between the upper and lower surfaces of the film-wrapped tissue.
This is a film-wrapped tissue assembly package characterized by the following.

The second means is
In the film-wrapped tissue collection package according to the first means, the opening portion is formed by arranging the easy-tear line in a curved manner so as to bulge convexly toward the top surface.

The present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 12 and FIG. 14, which are embodiments, and FIG. 13, which is a comparative embodiment.

A film-wrapped tissue assembly package 10 (hereinafter also referred to as an assembly package) according to the present invention is a film-wrapped tissue package 1 in which a bundle 3 obtained by folding multiple sets of tissue paper 2 is wrapped with a flexible packaging film 4. A plurality of them are arranged and gusset-wrapped so as to be enclosed in a gusset packaging bag 13 having a handle portion 45 on the top side.

The film-wrapped tissue 1 according to the present invention is obtained by wrapping a bundle 3 in an overlapping manner. Overwrap packaging is a packaging form that is also referred to as caramel packaging or combined packaging, and in particular, as shown in FIGS. Wrap it in a cylindrical manner so that an opening 4Z is formed, and bond the overlapping portion 4X in the winding direction with a fusion process or adhesive, and then wrap the portion 4Y extending beyond the bundle 3 on the bundle end surface. Fold into the end face side of the bundle 3 from the vicinity of the two opposing edges of the bundle 3, overlap at least the tip edges of the approximately triangular or approximately trapezoidal pieces formed at that time, and adhere by fusion treatment or adhesive. In this packaging mode, the tube opening 4Z is sealed to form the end surface 4A.

In this overlap packaging, since the end surface 4A has a substantially planar shape, the exterior of the packaging film 4 has a substantially rectangular hexahedral shape similar to a box. Further, since the end face 4A is formed by laminating and bonding multiple layers of the packaging film 4, it has high rigidity and is resistant to crushing and easily maintains its substantially rectangular hexahedral shape.
Therefore, when the film-wrapped tissue 1 is overlap-wrapped, the product shape becomes a substantially rectangular hexahedron, so even when the tissue is arranged and packaged as a whole, as shown in FIGS. It can be done. Therefore, it is easy to stack the assembled packages in multiple stages in an aligned manner, and it is easy to sell them in piles at a store. Furthermore, even when stacked in this way, the rigidity of the exterior made of the packaging film 4 is high, so compressive force is not easily applied to the internal bundle 3, and the softness of the tissue paper 2 is not likely to deteriorate.

The tissue paper bundle 3 included in the film-wrapped tissue 1 is of a pop-up type. In the pop-up type bundle 3, as particularly shown in FIG. 9, approximately rectangular tissue paper 2 measuring, for example, 197 ± 10 mm in length x 217 ± 10 mm in width is folded in half and positioned vertically inside the folded interior 2A. A plurality of tissue papers 2 are folded and stacked so that the folded piece 2B of the other tissue paper 2 is positioned, and when the folded piece 2B located at the top is pulled up, the folded piece 2B located directly below it Then, the other adjacent folded piece 2B is dragged upward and lifted. Such a bundle 3 can be manufactured by known interfolders of multi-stand type and rotary type.

The above-mentioned pop-up type bundle 3 has a pair of longitudinal sides 3B where the folded edges 2C of each tissue paper 2 are lined up, and a pair of short sides 3A where the folded edges 2C are not lined up. It has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape having a pair of planes (upper and lower surfaces) 3C that are connected to the side surface 3B. In addition, since it is made of soft tissue paper 2, it is flexible and easily compressed and deformed.

The number of sets of tissue paper 2 constituting the bundle 3 is not limited, but is generally 100 to 240 sets, with 2 ply (two sheets stacked) or 3 ply (three sheets stacked) as one set. The size of the bundle 3 is not necessarily limited, but it is a bundle of 150 sets of two-ply tissue paper, approximately 40 to 50 mm in height x 160 to 200 mm in the longitudinal direction (width) x 90 mm in the transverse direction (depth). ~110mm. As shown in this shape, the film-wrapped tissue 1 according to the present invention is suitable for use in portable tissues, which are called pocket tissues and have a height of about 10 mm and contain about 10 to 12 sets of tissue paper. It's not for use.

In the film-wrapped tissue 1 according to the present invention, the end surface 4A formed by sealing the cylinder opening 4Z is in a position facing the shorter side surface 3A of the bundle 3, and the uppermost end of the bundle 3 of the packaging film 4. An outlet forming portion 5 is formed at a position facing the tissue paper 2 . In particular, in the film-wrapped tissue paper 1, the tissue paper 2 is folded in half, and the folded pieces 2B of other tissue papers 2 located above and below are located on the inside 2A of the folded paper. A bundle 3 of folded and stacked, pop-up, approximately rectangular parallelepiped-shaped tissue papers 2 is wrapped in an overlapping package, and has a tissue paper outlet forming part 5 on the top surface, and the folded edges 2C of the bundle 3 are arranged in a short shape that does not line up. The end surface 4A, which is the sealing portion of the tube opening 4X, is located facing the hand side surface 3A.

If the bundle 3 is of the pop-up type in this way, when the topmost tissue paper 2 of the bundle 3 is pulled out, part of the next tissue paper located directly below it will be exposed from the opening. Become something. In addition, in the film-wrapped tissue 1 configured in this way, the tissue paper is stacked in the direction in which the highly rigid end surface 4A stands up, so compressive force is applied from the bundle stacking direction (vertical direction). Even if the bundle 3 is compressed, it is difficult to compress the bundle 3, and the fluffy feeling is difficult to deteriorate.
Note that the film-wrapped tissue 1 may be formed with air intake and exhaust holes communicating inside and outside in order to prevent rupture or the like when external pressure is applied. Although an air intake/exhaust hole may be provided on the end surface 4A facing the short side surface 3A where the folded edges 2C of the bundle 3 of the packaging film 4 are not lined up, it is preferable that there is no air intake/exhaust hole at this position. If intake and exhaust holes are provided in the end surface 4A, the fragility of the end surface 4A increases, so the advantage of overlapping packaging of having the end surface 4A with high rigidity is reduced.

Here, the outlet forming section 5 according to the present invention is formed along the longitudinal direction in the central part in the short direction of the top surface 4C. This outlet forming section 5 can be formed by perforations in which cut sections 50C and non-cut sections 50U also called tie sections are alternately arranged, or by slit cutting provided with the non-cut sections 50C.
By separating and removing the inner portion of the outlet forming portion 5, which is the area surrounded by the perforations, or by tearing the perforations, an outlet for pulling out the paper tissue 2 is formed on the upper surface 4C of the film-wrapped tissue 1. The perforations and slit cuts may be arranged separately in parts. These can be formed, for example, by die cutting.

It is desirable that the outlet forming portion 5 according to the present invention has a shape in which the longitudinal ends 5A and 5B are convex outward in the longitudinal direction. For example, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the perforations located at the longitudinal ends 5A and 5B are curved so as to bulge outward in the longitudinal direction. Can be mentioned. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the easy tearing lines located at the longitudinal ends 5A and 5B are arranged in a V-shape, wedge-shape, or W-shape convex outward in the longitudinal direction. Can be mentioned.

In this way, if the longitudinal ends 5A, 5B are shaped to be convex toward the outside in the longitudinal direction, it is easy to pick the convex portion of one end, and while holding the convex part, it is possible to move toward the other end. It becomes easy to peel off continuously and has excellent opening properties. Furthermore, the root portion of the tissue paper, which is partially exposed from the outlet, deforms along the convex portion, making it easier to stand up and less likely to fall inside.

In particular, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a suitable shape of the outlet forming portion 5 includes a slit portion 51 extending in the longitudinal direction in the center portion of the upper surface 4C in the width direction, and a slit portion 51 extending in the longitudinal direction. It has a shape that includes a widened portion 52 that communicates with the end portion and gradually widens as it moves away from the slit portion 51 in the longitudinal direction, and a curved portion 53 that bulges outward in the longitudinal direction. is desirable. In this case, the length L3 of the portion where the outlet forming part 5 is present is preferably shorter than the longitudinal length L4 of the bundle 3, and approximately 60 to 80% of the longitudinal length L4 of the bundle 3.

The width (length in the lateral direction) of the slit portion 51 is 10 mm or less in the lateral direction, preferably 7 mm or less. As shown in FIG. 6, the product may have a linear perforation with substantially no width when opened. However, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 5 and 7, if the outlet forming part 5 is formed with perforations etc. in a substantially annular shape, the outlet forming part 5 can be formed from one longitudinal end 5A to the other longitudinal end 5B. There is an advantage that the inner part of the outlet forming part 5 can be continuously peeled off and the outlet can be easily formed.

The outlet formed as the shape of the outlet forming part 5 shown in Figures 5 and 6 above has a free edge piece near the edge 51A of the slit part 51 that can easily move up and down, so when a set of tissue papers 2 is pulled out from the stack 3, the edge piece deforms in the direction of pulling and leans against and supports the next set of exposed tissue papers. In addition, the next tissue paper, which follows the tissue paper pulled out from the stack 3 and is partially exposed from the outlet, is easily deformed into a shape that stands up because its longitudinal edge is wrapped along the edge of the curved part 53. In particular, the outlet forming part 5 shown in Figures 5 and 6 makes it difficult for the tissue paper to fall into the internal space, which is likely to occur in overlap packaging in which the exterior is a rectangular parallelepiped.

Note that the cut tie ratio for the cut slit having the perforations and non-cut portions forming the outlet forming part 5 can be determined as appropriate depending on the ease of breakage of the film used, but as a preferable example, The length of the part is 0.8 mm or more and 5.0 mm or less, and the length of the uncut part (tie part) is 0.3 mm or more and 5.0 mm or less. Moreover, the outlet forming part 5 according to the present invention is not formed entirely by perforations, but is formed by slit cuts with uncut parts at the longitudinal ends 5A and 5B, and by perforations between them. It is desirable to do so. In the case shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, it is preferable that the slit portion 51 and widened portion 52 be formed by perforations, and the curved portion 53 be formed by a slit cut with an uncut portion provided in part or a slit cut. . It becomes easier to open the outlet from the curved portion 53 side.

Here, the outlet forming part 5 according to the present invention has a shape in which the longitudinal ends 5A and 5C are convex outward as described above, and furthermore, at least one of the longitudinal ends It is desirable that the longitudinal end of the portion 5A is the uncut portion 50U, but this is because the longitudinal end is the uncut portion 50U. Even if the top surface of the film-wrapped tissue is rubbed from the end 5A side to the opposite longitudinal end 5B, the longitudinal end 5A of the outlet forming part 5 will not be easily turned over and will not roll over unintentionally. This is because the risk of the package being opened becomes smaller. On the other hand, the outlet forming portion 5 more preferably has one end 5B having a cut portion 50C at its longitudinal end, and the other end 5A having an uncut portion 50U at its longitudinal end. Good. The outlet forming part 5 of this form may be rubbed on the upper surface of the film-wrapped tissue from the longitudinal end 5A side where the uncut part 50U is provided to the opposite longitudinal end 5B. However, the longitudinal end portion 5A of the outlet forming portion 5 is difficult to turn over, and the risk of unintentional opening is gradually reduced, and the longitudinal end portion 5B has a cut portion 50C. The edges can be easily pinched, resulting in excellent opening operability. The structure of the outlet forming portion 5 of the film-wrapped tissue 1 according to the present invention is such that when the film-wrapped tissue 1 according to the present invention is packed in a gusset packaging bag in the arranged form, the end of the film-wrapped tissue 1 after being wrapped is It is difficult for the portion 5A to turn over, which has an excellent advantage.

Specific examples of the flexible resin packaging film 4 constituting the exterior of the film-wrapped tissue 1 include polyethylene film, polypropylene film, polyester film, polyethylene terephthalate film, nylon film, vinylidene chloride film, and ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer. Examples include a combined single-layer film, a laminate film containing these films laminated as appropriate, and a gas barrier film obtained by subjecting these films to surface treatment such as aluminum vapor deposition. Furthermore, biomass films derived from plant materials such as sugarcane, potato (starch), and corn can also be used. The use of such biomass films is desirable from the viewpoint of environmental protection.
From the viewpoint of cost, polypropylene film and polyethylene film are preferred. Furthermore, the packaging film 4 may be a satin-finished film that is excellent in design and feel. Furthermore, when packaging something with an odor such as scented tissue paper, ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer resin film or polyethylene terephthalate resin film, which have excellent fragrance retention properties, are desirable. Even if it is a multi-layered resin film that has enhanced thermal adhesion by laminating a polyethylene resin film or a polypropylene resin film on one or both sides of an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer resin film or a polyethylene terephthalate resin film. good.

The thickness of the packaging film 4 may be appropriately selected in consideration of flexibility, cost, gas permeability, and heat sealability during packaging, but is preferably measured in accordance with JIS P 8118 (1998). It is desirable that the thickness is 25 to 75 μm, and the softness measured based on the handle-o-meter method according to JIS L 1096 (2010) E method is 5.0 to 50.0 cN. If the thickness is 25 to 75 μm, the rigidity of the end face 4A will be sufficiently increased. In addition, with such thickness and softness, the packaging film 4 is difficult to tear, and the tissue paper can be easily taken out, particularly in pop-up properties. The thickness was measured using a dial thickness gauge (thickness measuring device) "PEACOCK G-1A model" (manufactured by Ozaki Seisakusho Co., Ltd.) or its equivalent after thoroughly conditioning the measurement sample under the conditions of JIS P 8111 (1998). Measure using a machine.

On the other hand, in the film-wrapped tissue assembly package 10 according to the present invention, a plurality of overlap-wrapped film-wrapped tissues 1 are arranged in a gusset packaging bag 13 so that the end surface 4A is connected to the top surface side where the handle is located and the top surface side. It is gusset wrapped with the longitudinal direction along the nadir direction toward the bottom side opposite to the side.

In gusset packaging, the packaged item is enclosed in a bag-shaped space between adhesive parts 41 and 42 on the nadir side, which are bonded by heat-sealing or the like, and particularly has gusset parts 43 and 43 between the front and back sides. It is a packaging form. For example, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, gusset packaging is performed by folding side portions 40E, 40E of a cylindrical gusset packaging film 14, also known as a gusset tube 40, into the inside of the bag to make it flat. A gusset packaging bag precursor in which the opening on the top side is sealed as a top side sealing part 41 by heat-sealing the parts, and a handle part 45 is formed, and then only this top side is sealed. The opening 40X on the bottom side of the body is expanded, and the film-wrapped tissues 1, 1, etc., which are the items to be packaged, are inserted therein, and then the bottom side is also sealed with an appropriate sealing means such as heat fusion. It is manufactured so as to form the lower sealing part 42. In gusset packaging, the gusset packaging bag 13 serving as the exterior has gussets 43, 43 formed by opening folded side portions 40E, 40E in a flat state, and surfaces connected to the gussets 43. . Note that the second surfaces connected to each of the gussets 43, 43 are the front 46 and the back 46, but the front 46 and the back 46 are relative, and there is a limit as to which surface is the front. It is not something that will be done.
Note that the outlet forming portion 5 has a shape in which perforations, etc., in which cut portions 50C and non-cut portions 50U are alternately arranged, are convex outward, and at least one longitudinal end thereof When the longitudinal end in 5A is assumed to be the uncut part 50U, the assembly of film-wrapped tissues is inserted into a bag body with one side closed or a cylindrical film with both ends open, which is a precursor of a gusset packaging bag. When inserting from the side with the uncut portion 50U, the gusset packaging film 14 constituting the gusset packaging bag and the outlet forming portion 5 formed on the upper surface 4C of the film-wrapped tissue 1 will be inserted. Even if it rubs, the outlet forming part 5 will not be turned over from the longitudinal end 5A side, and the outlet forming part 5 will be unintentionally torn and opened during manufacturing. This will be prevented. Further, it is also possible to prevent the formation of an unattractive collective package in which one longitudinal end 5A of the outlet forming portion 5 is rolled up.

In order to improve the portability of the assembled package, the handle part 45 is provided further on the top side than the top side sealing part 41, which is the boundary between the top side and the bag part in which the film-wrapped tissue 1 is contained. This is the surplus part. In the illustrated form, a finger hole 47 is formed. When the finger hole 47 is formed in the handle portion 45 in this way, the portability of the collective package is further improved. Note that the same applies to a slit in which an opening through which a finger can be placed instead of the finger hole 47 is formed, and the present invention may also be a finger slit.

As the gusset packaging film 14, polypropylene film and polyethylene film are desirable in terms of cost and ease of opening. The melting point of the film is preferably 150°C or lower. It should be noted that the lower the melting point of the packaging film is, the more it can be heat-sealed at low temperatures, which is preferable for sealing and forming handles. The practical lower limit is 80° C., since there is an increased risk of scratches or holes due to friction with other objects. Examples of the polyethylene film include linear low density polyethylene film (LLDPE), low density polyethylene film (LDPE), and medium density polyethylene film (MDPE). Among these, in the present invention, a linear low-density polyethylene film layer (LLDPE) having a density of 0.910 to 0.940 g/cm 3 and a melting point of 110 to 120° C. is particularly preferred in terms of thermal fusion properties and cost. Suitable. In addition, single-layer films of polyethylene terephthalate film, nylon film, vinylidene chloride film, ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer, laminate films containing these films, and surface treatments such as aluminum vapor deposition on these films are also available. You may use the gas barrier film applied. Similar to the packaging film 4, biomass films derived from plant materials such as sugarcane, potato (starch), and corn can also be used. The use of biomass film for gusset packaging film is also desirable from the perspective of environmental protection.
The thickness of the gusset packaging film 14 constituting the gusset packaging bag 13 is determined not only by flexibility, cost, and heat-sealability during packaging, but also by tearability for easy opening and especially for the film packaging tissue 1 to be enclosed. In addition to the unique circumstances of gusset packaging, the film packaging included has abrasion resistance on the end square portion 4t, and flexibility that prevents excessive stress from being placed on the fingers when carrying the finger through the finger hole provided in the handle. Select as appropriate, taking into consideration the relationship with tissue 1.

From this point of view, the thickness and softness of the gusset packaging film 14 are preferably 10 to 65 μm when measured in accordance with JIS P 8118 (1998), and a handle-o-meter according to JIS L 1096 (2010) E method. The softness measured based on the method is 5.0 to 50.0 cN.

In particular, it is desirable that the softness of the gusset packaging film 14 constituting the gusset packaging bag 13 be lower than the softness of the packaging film 4 constituting the film-wrapped tissue 1. When the gusset packaging bag 13 has a handle on the top surface side, when the handle 45 is held, the gusset packaging bag 13 is pulled toward the bottom, so that the film-wrapped tissue that is the packaged object is pulled. 1, 1..., but by lowering the softness of the gusset packaging film 14, the rectangular hexahedral shape of the film-wrapped tissue 1 contained therein becomes difficult to deform, and the inner bundle 3 can be compressed. This makes it difficult to reduce the fluffy feeling, and also prevents deterioration of pop-up properties and other retrieval properties.

In the film-wrapped tissue assembly of the present invention, the film-wrapped tissues 1 are arranged in the gusset packaging bag 14 in such a manner that the end faces 4A and the long side faces 4B are approximately flush with each other, and the multiple film-wrapped tissues 1, 1... are arranged in an approximately rectangular hexahedron as a whole. When arranged in an approximately rectangular hexahedron like this, the assembly as a whole is more stable and has better shape retention, and is less likely to collapse or be crushed by external forces. Also, when arranged like this, the assembly of film-wrapped tissues 1 has a rectangular hexahedron shape with highly rigid end face assembly faces formed on the top and bottom faces, so there is less risk of the film-wrapped tissues 1 being crushed or damaged by external forces, especially from the top and bottom directions.

Here, as described above, when the gusset packaging bag 13 has the handle part 45 on the top side, when the handle part 45 is held, the gusset packaging bag 13 is pulled toward the nadir. The package and the gusset packaging film 14 may rub against each other. In the gusset packaging bag 13, when the ridge line 14E between the gusset part 43 and the front face 46 and the ridge line 14E between the gusset part 43 and the back face 46, which are fold lines 14E in the gusset tube which is the precursor of the packaging bag, are weak. There is. As shown in FIG. 11, in particular, the gusset tube 40 is formed by making a single sheet into a tube shape and gluing the edges together, and one of the creases 14E serves as an adhesive edge 49. In the gusset packaging bag 13 derived from the gusset tube configured in this way, the crease 14E on the adhesive edge 49 is particularly prone to tearing. Furthermore, especially in gusset packaging having the handle portion 45 on the top side, a slight gap is formed on the top side, so that the packaged object is more restrained in the nadir direction than in the direction perpendicular to the nadir direction. tends to be weak. On the other hand, in overlap packaging, especially the square portion 4t of the end face 4A formed by the tube opening sealing portion has high rigidity and tends to be sharp.

Therefore, in the case of film-wrapped tissues used as stationary tissues that have a larger mass than portable film-wrapped tissues, for example, as shown in FIG. 13 as a comparative form, film-wrapped tissues 101A having end faces 104A that seal the tubular opening of the overlap-wrapped tissues are stacked and arranged in a form 110A such that the end faces 104 face in a direction perpendicular to the top and bottom directions, as in the case of conventional box products, and the square parts 104t of the end faces 104A form gusset packaging bags. When the film-wrapped tissue 101A is carried by the handle 145, the space 110Z on the top side is not sufficiently restrained, and the film-wrapped tissue 101A moves inside the gusset packaging bag 113, causing the square corners 104t of the many end faces 104A of the film-wrapped tissue 101A to rub against the gusset packaging bag 113, and in particular, the weak parts in the vicinity 114Z of the ridge line 114E between the gusset portion 43 and the front and the ridge line 114E between the gusset portion and the back face and the vicinity 114Z may tear (the torn part is shown by the reference symbol 200 in FIG. 9). In particular, when the packaged item is a rectangular hexahedron as in the comparative example, and the four edges along the top and bottom directions of the gusset packaging bag 113, i.e., the ridge line 114E between the gusset portion and the front and the ridge line 114E between the gusset portion and the back face, tend to coincide with the square corners 104t of the end faces 104A, the risk of breakage becomes significant. Such damage does not occur in lightweight, portable film-wrapped tissue, but is significantly more likely to occur in film-wrapped tissue that is used as a stationary type with a large mass.

In the collective packaging body according to the present invention, the film-wrapped tissues 1, 1... are arranged such that each end face 4A faces the top face side where the handle part 45 is located and the bottom face side opposite to the top face side, and the longitudinal direction is the nadir direction. Since the products are packaged along the same lines, this risk is minimized. In order to further reduce such a risk, it is desirable that the number and arrangement of the film-wrapped tissues 1 in the gusset packaging bag 13 be two or less in the nadir direction. If the number of steps exceeds two in the direction of the nadir, the shape retention of the assembled package will deteriorate. Specifically, in the collective packaging body 10 according to the present invention, the longitudinal direction of the film-wrapped tissue 1 is along the nadir direction, so when there are more than two tiers and three or more tiers, the uprightness in the nadir direction is reduced. As a result, the gusset packaging film 14 and the film-wrapped tissue 1 are more likely to rub against each other due to misalignment between the stages. Furthermore, the number of areas where the square portion 4t of the end surface 4A of the film-wrapped tissue 1 and the gusset packaging film 14 come into easy contact increases, increasing the risk of the gusset packaging film 14 being damaged. However, if at least the same number of packages are to be packaged, the arrangement according to the present invention is better than the reference embodiment in which the end faces 4A are stacked in a direction perpendicular to the nadir direction.

Further, as described above, when the gusset packaging bag 13 having the handle portion 45 on the top surface side is held by the handle portion 45 and then placed with the bottom side facing down, the gusset packaging bag 13 is attached to the top surface. When the tissue is pulled toward the bottom, the film wrapping tissue contained therein, the object to be wrapped, and the gusset wrapping film 14 may rub against each other. At that time, it is easy to get scratched, especially on the top side where there is a lot of free space inside. Therefore, as described above, the cut portions 50C and the non-cut portions 50U are formed by alternating perforations, etc., and the longitudinal ends 5A and 5B have a shape that bulges outward. In a film-wrapped tissue having a preferable outlet forming part 5 in which at least one longitudinal end 5A of the longitudinal end is a non-cut part 50U, the side with the non-cut part 50U is located on the top surface side. If the product is packaged in such a way, there is less risk that the end portion 5A of the outlet forming portion 5 will be rolled up or unintentionally opened when such rubbing occurs.

The number of rows in the direction perpendicular to the top-bottom direction of the film-wrapped tissue 1 is not particularly limited, but is preferably six or less. Examples of suitable configurations include an arrangement of five or six tissues in one row in the top-bottom direction and five or six rows (not shown) in the direction perpendicular to the top-bottom direction, as shown in Figure 1, or an arrangement of ten or twelve tissues in two rows in the top-bottom direction and five or six rows (not shown) in the direction perpendicular to the top-bottom direction, as shown in Figure 2, or an arrangement of ten or twelve tissues in one row in the top-bottom direction, five or six rows (not shown) in the direction perpendicular to the top-bottom direction, and two rows (not shown) in the front-back direction. These arrangements are excellent in maintaining the rectangular hexahedron shape and standing stability, as well as in portability and stackability in stores, and can be a sufficient number of products for general purchasing frequency.

Here, the collective package 10 according to the present invention is characterized in that the opening section 70 for opening is formed by an easy-to-tear line for facilitating opening. Examples of the easy-to-tear line include perforations and cut slits with non-cut sections. The cut-tie ratio in the easy-to-tear line can be determined appropriately depending on the ease of tearing of the film used, but a preferred example is a cut section having a length of 0.8 mm or more and 5.0 mm or less, and a non-cut section (tie section) having a length of 0.3 mm or more and 5.0 mm or less. In addition, the easy-to-tear line in the opening section 70 of the present invention may not be entirely formed by perforations, but may be partially formed by perforations and the other portion by slit cuts with uncut sections or slit cuts.

The position of the opening portion 70 is the top surface portion 44 located above the position X1 corresponding to the top of the film-wrapped tissue 1 stored in the gusset packaging bag and below the handle portion 45, as shown in Fig. 14. Since the film-wrapped tissue 1 is not present at this position, the opening portion 70 can be easily pushed in with a finger or the like to tear open the easy tearing line. In the illustrated example, which is a preferred form, the opening portion 70 is located in the top surface portion 44 from the front surface 46 or back surface 46 to the handle portion 45, in the range Z1 from the lower end of the portion where the finger hole 47 is provided to the front surface 46 and back surface 46. Although not shown, the same applies to the range from the lower end of the portion where the finger hole 47 is provided to the front surface and back surface, instead of the finger hole 47, to the front surface and back surface.
When the top surface 44 is lifted with a finger hooked through the finger hole 47, the force applied to the top surface 44 varies depending on the position of the finger hole 47. Specifically, the pulling force is smaller in the area Z1 extending from the lower end of the part of the handle 45 where the finger hole 47 is provided to the front surface 46 and the back surface 46 than in the area extending from the lower end of the part where the finger hole 47 is not provided to the front surface 26 and the back surface 26. In addition, the top surface 44 is a part that is easily noticeable to the user. Therefore, if the opening portion 70 is provided in such a position, it will not be opened unintentionally when carrying the product, and the opening portion 70 can be easily seen.

The shape of the unsealing portion is such that it has a width L5 at least in the horizontal direction orthogonal to the nadir direction. The width L5 is set to be 40 to 100% of the distance between the upper and lower surfaces of the film-wrapped tissue. If it is less than 40%, it will be difficult to take out the film-wrapped tissues, and if it exceeds 100%, there is a high possibility that the remaining film-wrapped tissues will unintentionally fall off from the opening formed by the opening portion after one is taken out. A specific form of the unsealing part 70 is as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 14, in which the easy tearing line is curved so as to protrude convexly toward the top surface where the handle part 45 is located. Examples include those that are arranged and formed in a shape. For example, it is desirable to have a substantially arc shape. This shape makes it easy to form the knob piece 70A by pushing in the opening part 70 and tearing the perforation etc. in combination with the arrangement position on the top part 44. If you pull this towards the bottom face, it is easy to form the knob piece 70A. As shown, an opening with a width L5 is formed on at least one of the front and back sides of the gusset packaging bag, allowing the film-wrapped tissue 1 to be easily taken out. Note that the length range L6 of the unsealed portion along the film in the nadir direction is preferably 5 to 15 mm.

In addition, the distance between the upper and lower surfaces of the film-wrapped tissue related to the width L5 of the unsealed part is measured as follows. First, film-wrapped tissues 1 were conditioned for 24 hours in an environment of standard conditions of 23°C ± 1°C and humidity 50 ± 2% r.h. based on JIS P 8111, and then placed on a horizontal table with the top side facing upward. The distance L1 between the vertices of the square portion 4t of the end face 4A is measured at four locations, and the average value is calculated. This is calculated for each film-wrapped tissue that is gusset-wrapped, and the average value is calculated to be the distance between the upper and lower surfaces of the film-wrapped tissue.

Furthermore, in the film-wrapped tissue assembly package 10 according to the present invention, it is desirable that the bundle filling rate of the film-wrapped tissues 1 is 100% or more. Here, the bundle filling rate is the ratio of the height of the bundle 3 taken out from the packaging film 4 to the height of the film-wrapped tissue 1. The specific measurement method is to first condition the film-wrapped tissue 1 under standard conditions of 23°C ± 1°C and humidity 50 ± 2% r.h. based on JIS P 8111 for 24 hours, and then place it on a horizontal table. The height of the film-wrapped tissue 1 is measured by placing the film-wrapped tissue 1 on top with the upper surface facing upward. The measured value is the average value obtained by measuring the distance L1 between the vertices of the square portion 4t of the gable surface 4A at four locations. Next, the bundle 3 was taken out from the film-wrapped tissue 1, and the humidity was controlled for 24 hours under the standard conditions of 23°C ± 1°C and humidity 50 ± 2% r.h. based on JIS P 8111, and then placed on a horizontal table. Place a hard acrylic plate on top of the bundle 3 with the top surface facing upward, and a hard acrylic plate of a size that protrudes by 5 cm or less from each edge (short side edge and long side edge) of the top side of the bundle. Measure the height of bundle 3. The measured value is the average value obtained by measuring the distance between the square parts of the short side surface 3A facing the end surface 4A at four locations. Next, from each measurement value, the ratio of the height of the bundle 3 taken out from the packaging film 4 to the height of the film-wrapped tissue 1 is calculated.

In such a film-wrapped tissue 1 with a bundle filling rate of over 100%, the bundle 3 presses the packaging film 4 from the inside. In overlap packaging, the end surface 4A is highly rigid and does not stretch or deform easily, while the wrapping film 4 has flexibility in the parts facing the top and bottom surfaces and long sides of the bundle 3, so these positions and the long edge 1E are deformed to bulge slightly. If the film-wrapped tissue 1 with the bulging long edge 1E is oriented toward the top surface side with the handle portion 45 and the bottom surface side opposite the top surface side, and packaged together with the long direction aligned with the top and nadir direction, when the gusset packaging bag is pulled toward the top and nadir direction by the handle portion 45, the bulging long edge 1E makes it difficult for the square portion 4t of the end surface 4A to hit the gusset packaging film 14 that constitutes the gusset packaging bag 13, and the risk of the gusset packaging bag 13 breaking is reduced.

Further, in the film-wrapped tissue assembly package 10 according to the present invention, it is preferable that the compression rate in the direction perpendicular to the nadir direction of the film-wrapped tissue assembly arranged in the gusset packaging bag is 80% or more. . Here, the compression ratio in the direction perpendicular to the nadir direction means that when the gusset packaging bag 14 is packaged so that the gusset portion 43 faces the upper and lower surfaces 3C of the film-wrapped tissue 1, (the film-wrapped tissue L2 is (the distance between the gusset parts of the gusset packaging bag (the width of the front or back side)). The length of the film-wrapped tissue assembly in the direction perpendicular to the nadir direction when unwrapped is (height of one film-wrapped tissue in the upper and lower surface direction) x (number of arrays in the direction perpendicular to the nadir direction). calculate. The height in the upper and lower surface direction of one film-wrapped tissue is different from the height in the bundle filling rate, and is measured as follows.
First, each film-wrapped tissue 1 is taken out from the film-wrapped tissue assembly package 10 and subjected to humidity conditioning for 24 hours in an environment of standard conditions of 23°C ± 1°C and humidity 50 ± 2% R.H. based on JIS P 8111. do. Next, the film-wrapped tissue 1 is placed on a horizontal stand, and a hard acrylic plate of a size that protrudes from each edge (short side edge and long side edge) of the top surface by 5 cm or less is placed on the top surface. If the size of the top surface of the bundle is 160 to 200 mm in the longitudinal direction (width) x 90 to 110 mm in depth, the size of the acrylic plate should be 250 mm x 130 mm. The mass shall be 32g or less. Next, the height of the square of the acrylic board from the horizontal base is measured and the average value is calculated. This measurement is performed on all the film-wrapped tissues taken out. The average value of the calculated average values is defined as the height of one of the film-wrapped tissues 1 in the upper and lower surface direction. The value obtained by multiplying this calculated value by the number of arrays is defined as "the length of the film packaging assembly in the direction perpendicular to the nadir direction when unwrapped." Next, the distance between the gusset portions 43 of the gusset packaging bag 13 is measured. The measurement is an average value obtained by measuring the width of the front face 46 (between the creases on the front) and the width of the back face 46 (between the creases on the back) at three locations. Next, the ratio of the distance between the gusset portions of the gusset packaging bag 13 (front or back width) to the length of the film packaging assembly in the direction perpendicular to the nadir direction when unwrapped is calculated.

If the compression ratio in the direction perpendicular to the nadir direction of the film-wrapped tissue assembly arranged in the gusset packaging bag 13 exceeds 90%, the compression ratio will be too high, causing distortion of the end face 4A and the tissue paper 2. The fluffiness tends to decrease. The upper limit of the compression ratio is not particularly limited in the packaging form of the present invention. The film wrapped tissue should not move excessively within the gusseted packaging bag. It does not necessarily have to be 100% or less. However, if it is less than 100%, the movement of the film-wrapped tissue aggregate will be restricted by the outer film that makes up the gusset packaging bag, making it difficult for the outer film to break and furthermore, the aggregate packaging will not collapse. Since the shape retention of the rectangular hexahedron also increases, it is more desirable that it is 100% or less.

On the other hand, each tissue paper 2 constituting the stack 3 wrapped in the film-wrapped tissue 1 has a ply structure in which two to three creped thin sheets are stacked together. This tissue paper 2 is a dry type that has been dried, and is not a so-called wet type that is impregnated with a chemical solution. Therefore, the above stack 3 formed by the tissue paper 2 contains a lot of air. Note that even among dry type tissue paper 2, there is a type that has been impregnated with a chemical solution, such as a polyol such as glycerin, which absorbs moisture and increases moisture, and this type of tissue paper is included. Rather, such tissue paper with chemical solution impregnated has a high moisture content and is weak in restoring ability when compressed, so the effect of the present invention of less loss of fluffiness is more effectively exerted. Note that the moisture content of the chemical solution impregnated type is approximately 10 to 14% by mass. The moisture content is the percentage of moisture contained in the tissue paper under standard conditions.

The raw material pulp for the thin paper constituting the tissue paper 2 is a mixture of NBKP and LBKP. Although waste paper pulp may be blended, it is preferable to consist of only NBKP and LBKP from the viewpoint of texture and the like. The blending ratio is preferably NBKP:LBKP=20:80 to 80:20, particularly preferably NBKP:LBKP=30:70 to 60:40.

The basis weight of each sheet of tissue paper constituting each ply of the tissue paper 2 is 10 to 25 g/m 2 . Preferably it is 12 to 18 g/m 2 . The basis weight here is based on the measurement method of JIS P 8124 (1998). Further, the paper thickness of the tissue paper 2 is 90 to 200 μm in a two-ply state, and more preferably 90 to 140 μm. The thickness is 120 to 300 μm in a 3-ply state. The paper thickness here is determined by thoroughly conditioning the humidity of the test piece under the conditions of JIS P 8111 (1998), and then using a dial thickness gauge (thickness measuring instrument) "PEACOCK G type" (manufactured by Ozaki Seisakusho Co., Ltd.) under the same conditions. ) or its equivalent, measured in a multi-ply state.

If the tissue paper has the above-mentioned basis weight and paper thickness, the fluffy feeling will not be reduced and the effect will be fully exhibited when used as a collective package with a low compression rate according to the present invention. Note that the nadir direction and vertical direction in the present invention and this specification may be changed as appropriate depending on the orientation of the film-wrapped tissue assembly package and the film-wrapped tissue, and do not mean absolute directions. .

As shown in Table 1, it was found that the configuration of the unsealing part according to the present invention is excellent in taking out, unsealing, and storage properties.

(Test example 2)
Next, an opening part having the position and structure according to the present invention was provided in a conventional commercially available product which was gusset-packaged in the form of stacking and arranging five film-wrapped tissues, which is the form of a conventional collective package of film-wrapped tissues. Comparative Example 4 was prepared, and the ease of taking out the film-wrapped tissue according to the present invention and the film-wrapped tissue contained therein were compared. The film-wrapped tissue according to the present invention had the form of Example 4 in Test Example 1 above.

The results are shown in Table 2 below.

Figure 0007458163000002
Figure 0007458163000002

As shown in Table 2, in the film-wrapped tissue assembly package according to the present invention, it is possible to sufficiently take out the tissue with a take-out port whose length in the vertical direction is 100 mm. In the conventional array configuration, the ejection efficiency is poor even when the ejection port has a length in the vertical direction of 200 mm.
It has been found that the film-wrapped tissue assembly package of the present invention is sufficiently easy to take out even if the length of the take-out opening in the vertical direction is shorter than that of the conventional arrangement type.
As described above, the film-wrapped tissue assembly package according to the present invention is excellent in the ease of taking out the film-wrapped tissues contained therein and the ease of opening the assembly package.
