Description

The present invention relates to a sanitary thin paper product in which a bundle of a plurality of folded sanitary thin papers is stored in a storage box.

A stack formed by folding a plurality of sanitary thin paper sheets so that the folded pieces overlap each other is stored in the internal space of a rectangular parallelepiped paper storage box, and an outlet formed on the upper surface of the storage box when used Sanitary tissue paper products that are taken out sequentially are well known. For example, it is represented by tissue paper products, kitchen paper products, and wipe products.
Many of these types of products usually have a ply structure in which two or more sheets of sanitary thin paper are stacked, and the sanitary thin paper of the ply structure is folded and stored in a hygienic thin paper bundle inside the storage box. Has been.
The bundle of sanitary thin paper has a repetitive structure in which one set of sanitary thin paper is folded, another sanitary thin paper is sandwiched between the folded sanitary thin papers, and the other sanitary thin paper is further folded. When the uppermost sanitary thin paper is taken out from the take-out port, a part of the sanitary thin paper located one step below is exposed from the take-out port.
Thereby, it is possible to take out sanitary thin paper sequentially by a so-called pop-up method (for example, refer to Patent Documents 1 to 3).

On the other hand, the storage box that is the outer shell of the product functions as an exterior that protects the sanitary thin paper inside from dust and dust, and an exterior that protects it from physical damage, and a stack of sanitary thin paper that can be popped up as described above This is important in that it maintains the shape and maintains a soft and bulky state and forms a sheet take-out portion.
However, the storage box is not actively used during the period when the sanitary thin paper is used, and after the sanitary thin paper is used up, the storage box is used up and discarded. In addition, it is a main cause of bulking the product in the distribution process, and also increases the cost of distribution and transportation of the product.

Accordingly, a main object of the present invention is to provide a sanitary thin paper product that has the functions of a conventional paper storage box but does not require a bulky storage box and is excellent in hygiene and safety.

The present invention that has solved the above-described problems and the effects thereof are as follows.
<Invention of Claim 1>
A sanitary thin paper product characterized in that a bundle of sanitary thin papers, in which a plurality of folded sanitary thin papers are layered so that their folded pieces overlap, is hermetically wrapped with an exterior film in a compressed state.

(Function and effect)
In the present invention, a bundle of sanitary thin paper is hermetically packaged with an exterior film in a compressed state, and the inside of the package is set to a negative pressure. Accordingly, the bundle of sanitary thin papers is packaged while the air amount between the layers is small, and as a result, the crushed state is maintained. For this reason, a product becomes a compact shape compared with the state accommodated in the packaging body which is hard and shape-retaining property like a non-wrapping state or a storage box. Moreover, in this state, the softness of the bundle of sanitary thin paper itself is temporarily suppressed, and the entire product becomes relatively hard, which is somewhat inferior to a hard box in terms of distribution, transportation, and display. It will not be.
In addition, since it is sealed with an exterior film, it is reliably prevented from entering dust, dust, moisture, etc. into the interior compared to conventional paper storage boxes, which is superior in terms of hygiene and safety. Become a product. It is also suitable for long-term storage over conventional products.

On the other hand, the air tightness and liquid tightness inside the package are maintained, and the sanitary thin paper can be sterilized by ultraviolet sterilization, heat sterilization, etc. before packaging to further improve the hygiene aspect. Further, by making the air inside the sanitary thin paper a negative pressure, it becomes possible to delay the oxidation, deterioration, discoloration, etc. of the sanitary thin paper inside.

In addition, the exterior film is stretchable and deformable compared to the conventional general paper storage box, and can be collected by rolling it small after use, separating the window film like a tissue carton. There is no need to collect them. In addition, there is an advantage that it can be designed in consideration of the environment such as disposal using a biodegradable film.

<Invention of Claim 2>
The sanitary thin paper product according to claim 1, wherein the exterior film is higher than the bundle of sanitary thin papers at least in the height direction, and the inside of the package is set to a negative pressure so that the exterior film is also contracted.

(Function and effect)
According to the present invention, when the packaging of the exterior film is released, the outside air enters the package, and the exterior film is restored together with the bundle. That is, there is a merit in terms of restoration.
In addition, as a merit due to negative pressure, compared to compression under atmospheric pressure, the amount of moisture in the sanitary thin paper sheet decreases more while being held at negative pressure, so that pop-up consisting of pressure bonding between sheets due to compression Defects can be prevented.

<Invention of Claim 3>
The sanitary thin paper product according to claim 1, wherein the air pressure in the package is 3000 to 16000 Pa.
Pa is a unit of pressure and stress in the international unit system (SI).

(Function and effect)
The air pressure is excellent in restoring the sanitary thin paper bundle when the sealing of the exterior film is released, and the product quality can be restored to the original quality before compression.

<Invention of Claim 4>
The sanitary thin paper product according to claim 1, wherein when the sealed packaging is unwound, the restoration rate in the height direction of the bundle of sanitary thin paper inside is 110 to 200%.

(Function and effect)
According to the present invention, the softness and softness of sanitary thin paper at the time of use are not lost, and the paper itself is thin and does not become hard.

<Invention of Claim 5>
A perforation line for forming a slit hole is formed at a position facing the upper surface of the bundle of sanitary thin paper bundles of the exterior film, and a covering sheet is provided that covers the perforation line in an airtight and peelable state.
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to FIGS.
"Sanitary tissue paper products"
In the present invention, a bundle W of sanitary thin papers in which a plurality of folded sanitary thin papers 1 are layered so that the folded pieces overlap each other is hermetically packaged by an exterior film 20, and the inside of the package has a negative pressure. It is sanitary thin paper product X1. This will be specifically described below.

[Structure of sanitary thin paper]
Although not illustrated, the sanitary thin paper 1 according to the present invention has, for example, a square shape, and has a ply structure in which one base paper or a plurality of base papers of the same shape are stacked. Ply means a layer, and 2 ply is an overlap of two sheets of base paper. Note that the number of laminated base papers (number of plies) in the laminated sanitary thin paper is not particularly limited, and for example, two plies, three plies, four plies, or a plurality of plies may be set as one set. it can. Generally, the ply structure is 2 plies to 4 plies. In the present invention, when the ply structure is used as a sanitary thin paper, this number of plies is particularly suitable.
In the present invention and the present specification, sanitary thin paper is counted by the number of sets. This is different from the number of plies, which is the number of base paper layers.

[Composition and properties of sanitary thin paper]
On the other hand, sanitary thin paper 11 according to the present invention, for basis weight, per one, is preferably in the range of 10 to 25 g / m 2. If the basis weight of the sanitary thin paper 1 is less than 10 g / m 2 , it is difficult from the viewpoint of improving the softness, but it is difficult to ensure adequate strength that can withstand use. When opened, it becomes a bundle that is difficult to restore its shape effectively. On the other hand, if it exceeds 25 g / m 2 , making a thick and soft sheet requires a process such as application of a lotion agent, and it becomes too hard with normal papermaking technology, which tends to be uncomfortable. . This range is particularly suitable when the tissue thin paper 1 is used as tissue paper or kitchen paper. The basis weight is based on the basis weight measurement method of JIS P 8124.

On the other hand, the crepe rate in the sanitary thin paper 1 of the present invention is preferably 10 to 30%. When it is less than 10%, the sheet does not stretch during use and is inferior in usability, and the sheets are in close contact with each other during compression and are difficult to restore. If it exceeds 30%, the surface of the paper is rough and inferior in use feeling, and it becomes easy to stretch during compression and difficult to restore.

On the other hand, regarding the paper thickness, the specific numerical range may be adjusted as appropriate. However, in the case of tissue paper, it is preferably 90 to 130 μm, and in the case of kitchen paper, 150 to 220 μm. .

Here, the paper thickness in the present invention is the paper thickness of the product sheet, not the paper thickness of the base paper. In addition, when the sanitary thin paper 1 has a laminated structure, it is explained that it is not necessary to unify all the thicknesses of the base papers constituting each layer.
In addition, the measurement method of paper thickness shall be the measurement by JISP8118 on the conditions of JISP8111.
The sanitary thin paper 1 according to the present invention may have been subjected to an appropriate embossing process, or may be supported by a chemical solution such as an appropriate moisturizing agent or softening agent by internal or external addition. There may be.

〔Base paper〕
On the other hand, the base paper constituting the sanitary thin paper 1 according to the present invention will be described. This base paper can be manufactured from a papermaking raw material for thin paper whose raw material is pulp. The raw material pulp is not particularly limited. An appropriate raw material pulp can be selected according to the specific use of the sanitary thin paper, and can be used by appropriately blending.

Examples of raw material pulp include wood pulp, non-wood pulp, synthetic pulp, and waste paper pulp. More specifically, groundwood pulp (GP), stone ground pulp (SGP), refiner ground pulp (RGP), pressure type Ground pulp (PGW), thermomechanical pulp (TMP), chemithermomechanical pulp (CTMP), bleached chemithermomechanical pulp (BCTMP) and other mechanical pulp (MP), chemical mechanical pulp (CGP), semi-chemical pulp ( Kraft pulp (KP) such as SCP), hardwood bleached kraft pulp (LBKP), softwood bleached kraft pulp (NBKP), and unbleached pulp, soda pulp (AP), sulfite pulp (SP), dissolved pulp (DP) Chemical pulp (CP), nylon, rayon, polyester Synthetic pulp made from polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), deinked pulp (DIP), waste paper pulp such as waist pulp (WP), ground pulp (TP), cotton, flax, hemp, jute, manila hemp, ramie, etc. One kind or several kinds of auxiliary pulps such as rag pulp, straw pulp, esparto pulp, bagasse pulp, bamboo pulp, kenaf pulp, and other auxiliaries such as bast pulp can be appropriately selected and used.

In particular, the raw material pulp is preferably a blend of NBKP and LBKP. Waste paper pulp may be blended as appropriate, but in terms of texture and the like, it is preferably composed only of NBKP and LBKP. In this case, the blending ratio is NBKP: LBKP = 10: 90 to 50:50. In particular, NBKP: LBKP = 40: 60 is particularly desirable.

The papermaking raw material is made into thin paper through, for example, a known papermaking process, specifically, an inlet, a wire part, a press part, a dryer part, a calendar part, and the like. When making paper, for example, fiber dispersants such as PEO, yield improvers, pH adjusters such as caustic soda, antifoaming agents, preservatives, dry paper strength agents, wet paper strength agents, softening agents, flexible moisturizing agents, bulky An appropriate chemical such as an agent, a dye, a fixing agent, a slime control agent, a release agent that adjusts the sticking of the wet paper to the dryer, and an adhesive can be added.

On the other hand, the base paper is not limited to white but is light pink or blue, for example, in order to obtain the effect of making the pattern clearly visible when the pattern is applied, or the effect of making it appear as if it has a high-class feeling as a whole. There may be. The thing of the color of the pulp itself which is not colored may appear.
The adjustment of the ground color of the thin paper itself can be achieved by a known technique such as making paper using a papermaking material colored according to the technique.

[Basic composition of a bundle of sanitary thin paper]
The bundle W of sanitary thin paper of the present invention is formed by folding and laminating the above-described sanitary thin paper 1. More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 4 in particular, the rectangular thin paper 1 is substantially folded in half so that the edge e of the folded piece is located on the folded inner surface of the adjacent thin paper. , They are stacked with overlapping one another. Here, the term “substantially” means that a slight fold of the edge formed in manufacturing is allowed.

In the bundle W of sanitary thin papers of this laminated structure, when one folded piece 10 located at the uppermost position is pulled upward, the other folded piece 11 adjacent immediately below it is pulled upward and lifted. Therefore, when the uppermost surface of the bundle of sanitary thin papers W1 having such a structure is stored facing the upper surface of the package having an outlet or the like on the upper surface described later, the first sheet P1 ( When one sheet positioned on the uppermost surface) is pulled out, a part of the other sheet P2 positioned immediately below is exposed.

The number of sanitary thin paper sheets in the present invention is not limited, but 75 to 220 sets are exemplified for the general number of sheets of this type of product. In consideration of the effective compression mode and the restoring property in the present invention, it is suitable to set the number of sheets to this level. Further, by providing the package with stretchability in the vertical direction, it can be applied to a large number of sheets of about 1000 pairs.

[Packaging structure]
The sanitary thin paper product X1 of the invention is not a conventional paper storage box (also referred to as a carton box), but is packaged by an exterior film 20 so as to maintain airtightness and liquid tightness. . Further, if foreign matter is mixed in the package, the airtightness due to the exterior film is lost, so that it can be easily determined whether the airtightness is maintained in the state of the package during use. In addition, in the product X1 of this invention, Preferably, shape holding members, such as a mount, are not provided in the upper surface side and lower surface side of the bundle W. When a mount such as a coat ball is used as the mount, usually used paper is included, which may cause problems in odor transfer and hygiene. In the case of using plastic, board, metal or the like as the mount, the cost is high, and it is not preferable from the viewpoint of effective use of resources.

According to the present invention, sanitary thin paper can be vacuum-packed only with an exterior film without using a mount, so that it is easy to ensure hygiene and safety advantages. Compared to the case where plastic is used for the mount, the amount of film to be discarded or recycled is not excessive.

The form of the packaging is not limited and can be achieved by, for example, a known film packaging form called deep drawing vacuum packaging, pillow packaging, gusset packaging, caramel packaging, or the like. A deep-drawing vacuum packaging form (illustrated example) and a pillow packaging form with high sealing properties are preferable, and a deep-drawing vacuum packaging is particularly suitable.

The packaging method for constituting these packaging bodies is a well-known technique, but more specifically, the deep drawing vacuum packaging is in the form shown in the figure. With a formwork or the like in a state where heat is applied and deformed, this is made into a box shape having an open top surface and an excess upper edge piece 21 having the same inner shape as the sanitary thin paper bundle W, After cooling, the shape retaining property is given, and then the bundle W is accommodated from the upper surface opening portion, and the upper surface opening portion is covered with the outer cover material film 20B, and the peripheral edge portion 22 of the outer cover material film 20B and the above-mentioned. In this form, the inside of the excess upper edge piece 21 is fused while being negatively pressured and packaged in a so-called vacuum packed state. In this deep-drawing vacuum packaging, only the height direction is compressed, the inside shape becomes a quadrangle shape similar to the shape of the bundle W, and the bundle can be formed without a holding member such as a mount on the peripheral surface of the bundle W. A rectangular parallelepiped shape can be maintained. Moreover, since the upper surface 20U is packaged in a flat shape, it is easy to arrange the take-out port on the upper surface 20U. Moreover, since the shape is a rectangular parallelepiped shape equivalent to the shape of the bundle W, a plurality of items can be stored and stored without waste in a warehouse or the like, and the flowability is extremely excellent. Furthermore, when the outer cover material film 20B on the upper surface is peeled off, the bundle is stored in the box with the upper surface open, and can be used as it is.

Pillow wrapping is not shown, but wraps a bundle to be wrapped with an exterior film, bonds the overlapping edges in the winding direction, and also bonds the part that extends beyond the package It is the packaging aspect formed.

Although not shown, caramel packaging wraps a bundle to be wrapped with an exterior film, bonds the overlapping edges in the winding direction, and further opposes the part that extends beyond the package It is a packaging mode in which at least the front edge portions of the triangular pieces or trapezoid pieces formed at the time are folded from the two edges to be packaged and bonded together.

Although not shown, the gusset packaging is a packaging mode in which an article to be packaged is inserted into a cylindrical body having openings at both ends, both ends projecting beyond the article to be packaged are made into a surplus allowance, and the opening to which the surplus allowance is bonded is sealed. It is.

The exterior film 20 (20A, 20B) is made by heat fusion, ultrasonic fusion, hot melt adhesive, or the like for each part.

The exterior film 20 preferably has airtightness and liquid tightness, and specific examples include HDPE (high density polyethylene) film, LDPE (low density polyethylene) film, LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) film, and the like. Polyethylene film, polystyrene film, polypropylene film, etc., or a laminated film thereof. HDPE films, LDPE films, HDPE and LDPE blended films are preferred because they are inexpensive, have appropriate tearability, and can ensure adequate strength. Moreover, the laminated film by which the paper layer and the nonwoven fabric layer were laminated | stacked with respect to these resin films may be sufficient, and LDPE is the most suitable. In particular, there are advantages in terms of hermeticity, hermeticity, and cost by heat fusion.
Furthermore, as long as the exterior film 20 has weather resistance, moisture resistance, light resistance, etc., deterioration of the exterior film itself and deterioration of the inner bundle are effectively prevented.

The manufacturing method of the exterior film 20 to be used is not limited. What is necessary is just to manufacture with an appropriate film formation method according to the kind of resin used as the raw material of the exterior film 20. FIG. For example, an extrusion method such as a T-die method may be mentioned. The film may be a single layer or a multilayer. In the case of a laminated structure, an extrusion laminating method or the like can be given. Moreover, you may perform the extending | stretching process for making it easy to tear to a predetermined direction.

Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the inside of the package X1 is negative with respect to the external pressure. This negative pressure can be achieved by so-called vacuum packing technology. For example, a suction hole for sucking the air inside the bundle W is formed in a part of the outer film, or a part of the bundle W is opened in the packaging process of the bundle. The inside air is sucked from the part by a vacuum pump or the like to make the inside a negative pressure, and in the state in which the negative pressure is generated, the suction is performed using an appropriate film bonding technique such as the above-mentioned heat fusion technique Seal holes and the like in an airtight manner.

Here, the specific air pressure (also referred to as vacuum pressure) is 3000 to 16000 Pa, preferably 4400 to 12300 Pa. If it is less than 3000 Pa, the inner bundle is excessively compressed and the restoring property is deteriorated, the internal quality is deteriorated, the outer film 20 has many wrinkles, and the shape of the internal sanitary thin paper is deteriorated. However, the cost becomes excessively high, such as a large vacuum pump is required. If it exceeds 16000 Pa, the strength of the package due to compression of the inner bundle cannot be obtained to a sufficient degree, and the shape of the bundle W tends to collapse, and the desired compression and compactness cannot be achieved. When the bundle described above is packaged with the air pressure in the range, the conventional bundle is compressed compactly to about 35 to 85%.

Further, in the present invention, when the sealing is released, that is, when the internal airtightness is released after packaging, it is desirable that the restoration rate in the height direction of the bundle W is 110 to 200%.

If it exceeds 200%, it is necessary to harden the paper in order to increase the restoration rate of the internal sanitary thin paper, which hinders pop-up properties. If the pressure is less than 110%, the packing air pressure is too low and the restoration rate is low, so the sanitary thin papers are pressed against each other, causing problems with pop-up properties and quality. It means that there is no compactness obtained.

Here, the restoration rate is the ratio of the height of the bundle 30 minutes after completely removing the exterior film with respect to the height of the bundle at the time of packaging. Strictly speaking, the thickness of the exterior film is added to the bundle thickness during packaging, but the thickness of the exterior film 20 is ignored.

On the other hand, the thickness of the exterior film 20 is not particularly limited, but is preferably at least about 45 to 100 μm. If it exceeds 100 μm, the film cost, disposal, and recycling costs increase. However, if it is less than 45 μm, the strength is insufficient, and the film may be unintentionally broken during transportation or the like, resulting in an increased possibility of loss of sealing performance. The thickness of the exterior film 21 is preferably about 70 to 500 μm. If it exceeds 500 μm, the film is too thick and the restoration rate deteriorates, and the film cost, disposal, and regeneration cost increase. In addition, if it is less than 70 μm, the strength is not sufficient and the stretched part at the time of molding is unintentionally broken at the time of transportation, etc., and there is a risk that the sealing performance will be lost. The above-described bundle structure, base paper and sanitary thin paper structure can be employed.

On the other hand, as the packaging structure of this product, as shown in the drawing, a slit perforation line 31 for slit formation is arranged at a position facing the upper surface of the stack W of the bundle W of the exterior film 20A. It is desirable to have a structure provided with a covering sheet 32 that covers the substrate in an airtight and peelable state.

As shown in the illustrated example, the perforation line 31 is preferably provided at the approximate center of the upper surface of the product along the folded edge of the sanitary thin paper P1 on the top surface of the bundle, but is not limited thereto.
In addition, in order to make a sealing structure while arranging the perforation line 31, for example, the perforation line 31 is arranged on the exterior film 20, and this is sealed with the covering sheet 32, and then the above-described negative pressure generation is performed. it can.

On the other hand, as a specific example of the covering sheet 32, a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet or pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having a resin film sheet as a base material and having an adhesive portion on one surface thereof, such as airtight paper or laminated paper, can be employed. A resin-made adhesive film tape is preferable because airtightness can be maintained well. In order to make this covering sheet 32 peelable from the exterior film 20, it can be achieved by bonding the covering tape to the exterior film 20 by a known technique in consideration of the material of the exterior film 20. Specifically, it depends on a known bonding technique such as selection of the type of pressure-sensitive adhesive employed for the covering sheet 32, or a bonding technique using static electricity.

Moreover, it is desirable to provide the knob edge part 33 which does not have an adhesion part in the front and back in one edge part of the coating sheet 32. FIG. This knob end makes it easier to peel and remove the covering tape at the start of use.

(Other)
In addition, although the form which provided the extraction port in the exterior film 20 is desirable for the product of the present invention, it is not always necessary to provide it. For example, after taking out from the exterior film 20, the exterior film itself is discarded, and separately, for example, a mode in which only a bundle is stored in a previously used carton box and the carton box is reused, or a storage made of hard plastic, etc. You may use it in a box.

(Product form)
The vacuum-packed package of the present invention can be inserted into a carton that can increase the volume in the height direction, or can be a product in the form of a film pack.

(Test example)
A sample is prepared by packaging a bundle of a plurality of types of sanitary thin paper (tissue paper, lotion tissue, kitchen paper) by vacuum deep drawing so that the air pressure is 2200-18000 Pa, and the web height compressibility ( Ratio of web height after compression to web height before compression), web height restoration rate (ratio of web height after 30 minutes of compression release to web height after compression), volume restoration rate (compression) Measure the volume resistance of the package after 30 minutes of compression release relative to the volume of the subsequent package), compression resistance after compression of the vacuum pack (sinking rate% under load of 10 kgf for each package), etc. After use (after compression release), the feeling of use carried out after humidity adjustment under JIS P 8111 conditions was evaluated. In the test, the packaging machine was packaged by R530 manufactured by Tokyo Food Machinery Co., Ltd., and the atmospheric pressure in the package was obtained by converting the barometer (in mmbar display) attached to the packaging machine body to Pa.

Test results and sample physical properties are shown in Tables 1 to 3 below. Table 1 shows the results of using normal tissue paper as a sample, Table 2 shows the results of using lotion tissue as a sample, and Table 3 shows the results of using kitchen paper as a sample. is there. The lotion tissue is obtained by applying a known lotion agent to the base paper to impart moisture retention, and the kitchen paper is obtained by embossing (matched steel) both base papers in a pair.

The details of the specific measurement method of each test are as follows.
(Load resistance evaluation)
As shown in FIG. 5, the load resistance evaluation is carried out by placing a compressed package in a horizontal trapezoidal shape and applying a load of 10 kgf on the upper side via an aluminum flat plate 50 (compression rate%) (compression rate). Were measured at five points, and the average value was obtained. The measurement was performed for the top surface direction ((A) in FIG. 5), the short side surface direction ((B) in FIG. 5), and the long side surface direction ((C) in FIG. 5). The load is assumed to be stored, and it was determined that the product can be applied if the sink rate is less than 15%, but the greater the sink rate is, the more the pressure resistance strength of the cardboard case that packs the product is. Since it is a factor of cost increase such as required, it is preferable that the sink rate is as small as possible in terms of physical distribution and storage costs.
In addition, although it tried to measure the sinking rate after opening, it was able to measure only in the height direction, and in the front-back direction and the left-right direction, the package could not withstand a load of 10 kgf and could not be measured.

(Compact)
The ratio of the web height before and after vacuum compression was expressed in percent, and if the web height compression rate was less than 85%, it was judged that the advantages in terms of transportation and storage were great.

(Volume of packaging)
Water was poured into a water tank large enough to contain the package, and the amount of overflowed water was received with a pan. The volume of the overflowed water was measured with a graduated cylinder. After opening the vacuum packing, a tape capable of sealing the opened portion was attached, and after submerging in water to confirm that there was no air leakage, the volume of overflowing water was measured in the same manner.

(Pop-up property)
A four-step evaluation of x, Δ, ○, and ◎ by blind evaluation of eight subjects was made. × indicates that the papers are crimped and there is a problem with pop-ups (with a probability of 20% or more, there are cases where multiple sets are unintentionally pulled out at once, or the pulling resistance is high and the sheet breaks). (Less than 20%, there is a problem with a probability of 5% or more), ○ has almost no problem (has a problem with a probability of 1% or more, less than 5%), ◎ No problem (less than 0% or less than 1%) This is an average of the results of actual use evaluations of eight people.

(Beautiful sheet)
With respect to wrinkles by blind evaluation of 8 subjects, a four-step evaluation of x, Δ, ○, and ◎ was made. Of these, the wrinkles are overlapped with a thickness (width) of 1 mm or more, and have folding from the upper end to the lower end in the longitudinal direction (flow direction) of the sheet. In the evaluation, the sanitary thin paper after opening the packing is taken out from the upper part, the central part, and the lower part so that the number is almost the same, and the total is about 10% of the number of products. The kite is expressed as the number of kits per 100 sets by converting the total number of kits evaluated into the number of product sets. X is 31 or more cocoons, △ is 21 to 30 cocoons, ○ is 11 to 20 cocoons, ◎ is 10 or less, and the results of actual use evaluation of 8 people were averaged Is.

(Measurement of water absorption and oil absorption)
The amount of water absorption and oil absorption is determined by cutting the test piece vertically and horizontally 100 mm × 100 mm (± 1 mm), preparing the test piece, and measuring the weight. Add distilled water or salad oil to the pan to a depth of 20 mm, immerse the cut test piece on top of the paper with distilled water or salad oil, lift the test piece with tweezers, hold for 10 seconds, and hold water or oil Quit. Thereafter, the weight of the test piece is measured. One test piece was measured five times, and the average value was taken as the measured value.
Water absorption amount of test specimen, oil absorption amount = [(weight after water absorption, after oil absorption) − (weight before water absorption, before oil absorption)] × 100 (unit: g / m 2 )
