Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rotoreinheit (1) für einen bürstenlosen Elektromotor aufweisend : - einen ringförmigen Rotorkern (3), der eine Mittelachse (2) umgibt, - einer Mehrzahl von Magnetanordnungen, die in einer Umfangsrichtung der Rotoreinheit (1) um den Rotorkern (3) herum angeordnet sind, und die jeweils eine konvexe äußere Umfangsfläche (16), eine innere Anlagefläche (8), zwei axiale Stirnseiten (12) und zwei in Radialrichtung weisende Seitenflächen (10, 11) aufweisen, - einen an den Rotorkern (3) einteilig angespritzten Magnethalter (21), der eine Anzahl von in Umfangsrichtung gleichmäßig beabstandeten Halteabschnitten (20) aufweist, die jeweils zwischen zwei benachbarten Magnetanordnungen angeordnet sind, wobei die Halteabschnitte jeweils einen Schaftabschnitt und einen Kopfabschnitt (23) aufweisen, wobei der Schaftabschnitt in Umfangsrichtung zwischen den Magnetanordnungen liegt und der Kopfabschnitt an einem Ende des Schaftabschnitts ausgebildet ist, wobei der Kopfabschnitt den Schaftabschnitt in Radialrichtung, nach innen zum Rotorkern hin überragt und in eine korrespondierende Ausnehmung (26) des Rotorkerns (3), die im Bereich der Stirnfläche des Rotorkerns (3) angeordnet ist, eingreift und somit den Magnethalter an dem Rotorkern in Radialrichtung befestigt.
