现在的这类似采摘卡板箱,一般采用嵌套卡板箱与可拆卸的底座及支撑腿组合,形成使用后分类回收,使用时进行组装,这种操作,使用时的操作步骤较多(支撑腿及底座需要单独装配,回收时需要工具进行拆开分类回收,其操作步骤较多,而且回收时,因支撑腿的单独回收,会造成零部件丢失,成为易耗品,后期的产品的维护成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种操作方便,维护成本低的卡板箱。

在以下描述中,为了清楚展示本发明的结构及工作方式,将借助诸多方向性词语进行描述,但是应当将“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“外”、“内”、“向外”、“向内”、“上”、“下”等词语理解为方便用语,而不应当理解为限定性词语。
本申请的卡板箱包括底座,多个支撑腿和箱体。箱体可拆卸地连接于支撑腿的顶端。每个支撑腿的底端可折叠地连接于底座并能够在相对于底座折叠的状态和相对于底座竖立的状态之间转换。使用卡板箱时,可将支撑腿相对于底座竖立,然后将箱体放置在支撑腿顶部,从而完成卡板箱的组装。在卡板箱不使用时,箱体可以和底座分离,分离后的箱子可以相互嵌套在一起,如图11所示。支撑腿可以相对于底座折叠,然后多个底座可以堆叠在一起,由此便于存放和运输,如图12所示。本申请的卡板箱的主要规格有1219mm×1219mm×710mm、1219mm×1118mm×814mm等。本申请的技术也可用于其他规格的卡板箱。
图1-9示出根据本发明的一实施例的卡板箱。如图1-2所示,卡板箱1具有底座2,安装于底座2的四个角部的四个支撑腿3和安装于支撑腿3顶端的箱体4。箱体4可相对于支撑腿3分离。
如图5和图9所示,底座2具有方形底板5。底板5的边缘向上延伸出的侧壁6。侧壁6的高度只要满足能够对箱体4的底端进行限位,同时能够容纳折叠后的支撑腿3即可。侧壁6的内侧设有定位部7。定位部7与箱体4上的对应定位结构8配合,以实现箱体4相对于底座2的定位。本实施例中,侧壁6上的定位部7是波浪形凸起。相应地,箱体4上的定位结构8也是轮廓匹配的波浪形凸起。
底板5的四个角部分别一体地形成有四个底脚9。在四个底脚9之间还形成有若干个支脚10。底脚9与支脚10之间设有叉车孔。底脚9用作底座与箱体连接的第一连接部。底脚9的底部设有接纳腔(图未示)。接纳腔用于在卡板箱堆叠时, 与下层卡板箱的箱体上的定位凸起配合,实现卡板箱之间的定位。在卡板箱的底座与箱体分离后,接纳腔还可用于在底座相互堆叠时,与下层底座上的定位凸起配合,实现底座之间的定位。
如图5-6A和图9所示,底脚9具有朝上开口并朝向底座内侧开口的安装槽11。安装槽11的侧壁上设有安装孔12,用于安装支撑腿3。支撑腿3插入安装槽并可转动地连接于底座9的内侧的安装孔12。底脚9的顶部设有定位凸起13。定位凸起13用于与底脚的底端内的接纳腔配合,以对相互叠置在一起的底座进行定位。在底脚9的顶部还设有限位凸起14,限位凸起14用作第一限位部,其与支撑腿3上的第二限位部配合,以在支撑腿处于相对于底座竖立的状态下,限制支撑腿3的运动。
如图7所示,支撑腿3具有主体15和从主体15的下端一侧向下延伸出的第二连接部16。第二连接部16插入安装槽11并可转动地连接于安装孔12。第二连接部16为大致板状。第二连接部16的底端设有转轴17。转轴17插入安装孔12。支撑腿的主体15的底面在靠近第二连接部的位置处设有向下突出的凸起18,其用作支撑腿的第二限位部。凸起18与底脚9上的限位凸起14配合,以在支撑腿处于相对于底座竖立的状态下,限制支撑腿3的运动。第二连接部16的高度设置成:在支撑腿3处于相对于底座竖立的状态下,主体15的底面抵压底脚9的顶面。
支撑腿3的顶端相对于主体缩窄,从而在顶端与主体之间形成限位台阶19。支撑腿3的顶端用作插入部,其在组装时插入箱体4的插孔。在箱体4安装至支撑腿3时,限位台阶19起到限位作用。
支撑腿3的顶端侧壁设有锁孔20。锁孔20用于接纳安装于箱体4上的锁定件的锁舌。这里,锁定件和锁孔等构成支撑腿3与箱体4之间的锁定机构,用于将支撑腿和箱体相互锁定。
如图2-3所示,箱体4具有两对相对的侧壁21。侧壁21上分布着通气孔。侧壁21的顶端一体地向外延伸出侧缘22。一对相对的侧壁21的侧缘22上设有操作孔23,以便于使用者操作箱体。相邻的两个侧壁21的侧缘相交的位置处设有插孔24。在组装时,支撑腿3的顶端插入该插孔,由此将箱体4安装在支撑腿3上。
箱体4的侧壁还设有定位结构8。本实施例中,定位结构8为波浪形凸起,其与底座上的定位部7配合,以对箱体进行定位。
箱体的侧壁顶部设有定位凸起25。定位凸起25用于在卡板箱堆叠时,与上层 卡板箱的底脚9的底部内的接纳腔配合,实现卡板箱之间的定位。
如图4所示,箱体4的侧缘22内安装有锁定件26。锁定件26具有锁舌27。锁定件26安装于箱体4的侧缘内的锁定件安装部内并能够在其内移动,以使得锁定件的锁舌能够可操作地进入锁孔,以将箱体和支撑腿相互锁定,或者锁舌从锁孔退出,以将箱体和支撑腿解锁。
具体地,如图8所示,锁定件26的一端具有锁舌27。锁定件26具有板状本体41。板状本体的顶端设有操作部28。锁定件26的板状本体上还设有弹性臂29。弹性臂29具有连接于板状本体的弹片30和位于弹片末端的挂台31。具体地,板状本体上设有开孔33,弹片30位于该开孔33内。弹片30能够相对于板状本体弹性变形,从而带动挂台31运动。
箱体的侧缘22上设有限位孔32。在组装时,锁定件26的挂台29置于该限位孔32并与形成该限位孔的箱体侧缘内的限位部40配合,以防止锁定件26意外脱离箱体。挂台29与箱体侧壁之间具有一定的摩擦力,在没有人为操作的情况下,锁定件可依靠该摩擦力保持在原来的位置。在操作时,用户在操作部28施加力,使得锁定件26相对于箱体滑动,由此实现锁定或者解锁。
本申请的卡板箱中,由于支撑腿可折叠地连接于底座,因此操作更方便,且不会发生支撑腿以为丢失的问题。另外,通过在支撑腿与箱体之间设置锁定机构,可以使得箱体与支撑腿之间的连接更稳定。

考虑到上文的详细描述,能对实施例做出这些和其它变化。一般而言,在权利要求中,所用的术语不应被认为限制在说明书和权利要求中公开的具体实施例,而是应被理解为包括所有可能的实施例连同这些权利要求所享有的全部等同范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种卡板箱,其特征在于,所述卡板箱包括:
    底座;
    多个支撑腿,每个所述支撑腿的底端可折叠地连接于所述底座并能够在相对于所述底座折叠的状态和相对于所述底座竖立的状态之间转换;以及
    箱体,所述箱体可拆卸地连接于所述支撑腿的顶端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的卡板箱,其特征在于,所述底座的顶部设有第一连接部,所述第一连接部具有朝上开口并朝向所述底座内侧开口的安装槽,其中,所述支撑腿插入所述安装槽并可转动地连接于所述第一连接部。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的卡板箱,其特征在于,所述第一连接部进一步设有第一限位部,所述支撑腿设有第二限位部,其中在所述支撑腿处于相对于所述底座竖立的状态下,所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部配合,以限制所述支撑腿的运动。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的卡板箱,其特征在于,所述第一限位部为设置在所述第一连接部的顶部的凸起,所述第二限位部为设置所述支撑腿的对应位置处的向下突出的凸起。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的卡板箱,其特征在于,所述支撑腿具有主体和从所述主体的下端一侧向下延伸出的第二连接部,所述第二连接部插入所述安装槽并可转动地连接于所述第一连接部,以及在所述支撑腿处于相对于所述底座竖立的状态下,所述主体的底面抵压所述第一连接部的顶面。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的卡板箱,其特征在于,所述底座具有位于分别位于四个角部的四个底脚,所述底脚的底端设有接纳腔,所述底脚的顶端设有所述第一连接部,以及所述第一连接部的顶部设有定位凸起。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的卡板箱,其特征在于,所述底座具有底板和从所述底板的边缘向上延伸出的侧壁,以及所述底板的四个角部分别一体地形成有四个底脚。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的卡板箱,其特征在于,所述箱体具有两对相对的侧壁,相邻的两个侧壁顶部相交的位置处设有插孔,以及所述支撑腿的顶端具有插入部,其中在所述支撑腿处于相对于所述底座竖立的状态下,所述插入部插入所述插孔。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的卡板箱,其特征在于,所述支撑腿的顶端与所述箱体之间设有锁定机构,用于将所述支撑腿和所述箱体相互锁定。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的卡板箱,其特征在于,至少一个所述支撑腿的顶端侧壁设有锁孔,所述箱体上安装有锁定件,所述锁定件具有锁舌,其中所述锁定件的所述锁舌能够可操作地进入所述锁孔,以将所述箱体和所述支撑腿相互锁定。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的卡板箱,其特征在于,所述锁定件设有弹性臂,所述箱体的顶部设有侧缘,所述侧缘设有限位孔,其中所述锁定件安装于所述侧缘内,且所述弹性臂挂靠在所述限位孔内并能够沿着所述限位孔运动。
  12. 一种卡板箱,其特征在于,所述卡板箱包括:
    底座;
    多个支撑腿,每个所述支撑腿的底端连接于所述底座;以及
    箱体,所述箱体可拆卸地连接于所述支撑腿的顶端,其中
    至少一个所述支撑腿的顶端侧壁设有锁孔,所述箱体上安装有锁定件,所述锁定件具有锁舌,其中所述锁定件的所述锁舌能够可操作地进入所述锁孔,以将所述箱体和所述支撑腿相互锁定。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的卡板箱,其特征在于,所述支撑腿可折叠地连接于所述底座并能够在相对于所述底座折叠的状态和相对于所述底座竖立的状态之间转换。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的卡板箱,其特征在于,所述底座的顶部设有第一连接部,所述第一连接部具有朝上开口并朝向所述底座内侧开口的安装槽,其中,所述支撑腿插入所述安装槽并可转动地连接于所述第一连接部。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的卡板箱,其特征在于,所述第一连接部进一步设有第一限位部,所述支撑腿设有第二限位部,其中在所述支撑腿处于相对于所述底座竖立的状态下,所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部配合,以限制所述支撑腿的运动。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的卡板箱,其特征在于,所述第一限位部为设置在所述第一连接部的顶部的凸起,所述第二限位部为设置所述支撑腿的对应位置处的向下突出的凸起。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的卡板箱,其特征在于,所述支撑腿具有主体和从所述主体的下端一侧向下延伸出的第二连接部,所述第二连接部插入所述安装槽并可转动地连接于所述第一连接部,以及在所述支撑腿处于相对于所述底座竖立的状态下,所述主体的底面抵压所述第一连接部的顶面。
  18. 如权利要求12所述的卡板箱,其特征在于,所述箱体具有两对相对的侧壁, 相邻的两个侧壁顶部相交的位置处设有插孔,以及所述支撑腿的顶端具有插入部,其中在所述支撑腿处于相对于所述底座竖立的状态下,所述插入部插入所述插孔。
