Description

拼接式多功能塑料托盘 技术领域
本发明涉及存储运输设备,尤其涉及一种拼接式多功能塑料托盘。
背景技术
随着货物、物流的增多,以及人工装卸费的增高,叉装式塑料托盘使用量大增,但受现有塑料托盘大小及结构的局限,有些产品仍用不上托盘,如化肥、饲料、家具、板材、建筑材料等,由于物品较大,现有塑料托盘面积不够大,不能摆放或不易摆放,食品、服装、配件、医药、礼品、工艺品等怕挤压物品,不易叠加存放,现在的解决办法是用金属焊接比较大的托盘,或用厚重木材加工大型托盘,但是成本高、效率低,且重量大。为了增加仓库的利用率,大多数用户用建设多层金属货架的方式来解决,但成本高,且不能移动,亦不方便操作。现在生产的塑料托盘,都需要大型注塑机,还需要制作大型模具,但受注塑机注射量的限制,还是做不了太大,而且大型注塑机和大模具的价格都很高,且需要模具数量多,投资成本高。现有的塑料托盘,不能保护和固定货物,且易坍塌、易刮伤货物。现有的塑料托盘,不能维修,不能拼接,一旦损坏一小部分,就整体报废,造成浪费。此外,现有塑料托盘不能拼接成平板式,也不能拼接成箱式,更不能任意转换成桌子、椅子、床、沙发、车子、简易房等物品。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,本发明提供了一种拼接式多功能塑料托盘。
根据本发明提供的一种拼接式多功能塑料托盘,其包括:
两个以上拼接单元,所述拼接单元周面上设有分布均匀并交替排列的多个T形台和T形槽,一个拼接单元上的所述T形台、T形槽能够与另一个拼接单元上的所述T形槽和T形台互相配合插接,相邻拼接单元互相插接而组合为一体;
四个以上支柱座,所述支柱座的一个侧面上设有能够与所述拼接单元上的T形槽和T形台互相配合插接的T形台、T形槽;以及
设置于所述支柱座内部的支柱架,所述支柱架包括大卡扣和小卡扣,所述大卡扣从所述支柱座内部向上伸出并搭设在所述拼接单元的上表面上,相对的两个 大卡扣之间通过上紧固条连接,所述小卡扣从所述支柱座内部向下伸出并搭设在所述拼接单元的下底面上,相对的两个小卡扣之间通过下紧固条连接。
进一步地,所述支柱架由一块扁铁冲压后折叠而成,所述支柱架上依次设有冲压而成的所述大卡扣、两个固定片、接插片、所述小卡扣、两个固定孔和一个引边,所述接插片的中央部分为中空且所述接插片的靠近所述小卡扣的边框上开设有一开口,两个固定片分别设置于所述接插片的开口的两侧上,两个固定片之间的距离与两个固定孔之间的距离相等;折叠所述支柱架之后,所述引边插入所述接插片的中央部分,两个固定片分别插入两个固定孔中。
可选地,所述大卡扣上设有用于连接所述上紧固条的多个矩形孔,所述小卡扣上设有用于连接所述下紧固条的多个矩形孔。
进一步地,本发明提供的拼接式多功能塑料托盘还包括支柱,所述支柱架的位于所述支柱座内部的中央部分开设有容纳所述支柱底端的支柱安装口,所述支柱的顶端设有卡槽板,所述卡槽板上设有卡槽孔。
进一步地,本发明提供的拼接式多功能塑料托盘还包括角钢梁,所述角钢梁的端部设有卡槽孔,所述角钢梁通过销钉插入所述卡槽板的卡槽孔内和所述角钢梁的卡槽孔内而固定于所述卡槽板的内侧。
优选地,所述拼接单元的中部设有分布均匀的多个插口,所述插口纵向贯通所述拼接单元,所述拼接单元的每条边框的两端的内侧上分别设有夹扣槽。
进一步地,所述拼接单元的上表面设有覆盖所述拼接单元的平面板,所述平面板的四个角部上分别开设有与所述夹扣槽相对应的凹口,所述夹扣槽通过所述凹口从所述平面板露出,所述凹口的开口处设有连接所述平面板的桥部。
进一步地,相邻的两个拼接单元的互相插接的两个边框上共同设有与所述夹扣槽配合的夹扣,且所述夹扣穿过所述凹口与所述夹扣槽配合并将所述桥部夹于所述夹扣与所述夹扣槽之间。
优选地,组合为一体的两个以上拼接单元的外围设有多个防护边,所述防护边内均匀分布有至少两个边支柱座,所述边支柱座与所述支柱座相同,且所述边支柱座与所述防护边为一体,所述防护边的一外侧面上设有分布均匀的多个T形槽,所述防护边上的T形槽能够与所述拼接单元上的T形台互相配合插接,所述防护边上的T形槽能够与所述拼接单元上的T形槽对接形成“工”字形孔。
优选地,本发明提供的拼接式多功能塑料托盘还包括:
箱板,所述箱板相对的两个端面上分别设有与所述箱板位于同一平面的圆管状连接头,相邻两个箱板通过各自的圆管状连接头对接并于所述圆管状连接头内插有圆轴而拼接;以及
箱板连接块,所述箱板连接块的下部为“工”字形且能够插入所述“工”字形孔并与所述“工”字形孔紧配合,所述箱板连接块的上部设有能够与所述圆管状连接头相对接的圆管,所述箱板连接块与所述箱板之间通过所述箱板连接块的圆管与所述箱板的圆管状连接头对接并于所述圆管和圆管状连接头内插有圆轴而拼接。
可选地,所述支柱座和/或所述边支柱座的内部设有朝向地面的插脚,所述插脚的自由端设有车轮。
简言之,本发明提供一种拼接式多功能塑料托盘,其包括拼接单元、支柱座、支柱架、支柱、角钢梁、T形台、T形槽、卡槽孔、卡槽板、大卡扣、小卡扣、上紧固条、下紧固条、支柱安装口、固定片、固定孔、引边、接插片、折叠线、平面板、箱板、夹扣、夹扣槽、插脚、箱板连接块、卡簧、防护边。
T形台、T形槽在拼接单元的四个边上,并垂直于拼接单元平面;每个边上的T形台、T形槽的对应间距相同;一个拼接单元的T形台、T形槽可以与另一个拼接单元的T形槽、T形台相互配合插接,夹扣卡在拼接单元的四边,固定拼接单元的上下移动,固定平面板及防护边。
支柱座上设有T形槽、T形台,支柱座上的T形槽、T形台与拼接单元上的T形台、T形槽可以相互配合插接;支柱座上设有安装支柱架的孔,支柱座与拼接单元配合接插后,支柱座上的安装支柱架的孔的轴线与拼接单元平面垂直。
支柱架由一块扁铁冲压后折叠组合而成,其上设有的大卡扣、小卡扣、固定片、固定孔、引边、接插片都是冲压而成的;在折叠之前,小卡扣在引边和接插片之间,大卡扣和小卡扣上冲有矩形孔便于安装上紧固条和下紧固条;固定片在接插片上,固定孔在引边的内侧,两个固定孔的距离与两个固定片的距离相同;在折叠组合时沿折叠线折叠,将引边插入接插片形成的孔中,固定片插入固定孔中然后将小卡扣弯折180度形成支柱架。
拼接单元拼接成托盘后,支柱座通过T形槽、T形台安装在拼接单元形成的托盘边上,多个支柱座安装在托盘边上形成矩形,支柱架安装在支柱座内使得大 卡扣、小卡扣分别在托盘的两侧,上紧固条连接两个相对的大卡扣,下紧固条连接两个相对的小卡扣;支柱插进支柱架的支柱安装口内。
所有支柱等高,支柱顶端安装有卡槽板,卡槽板上有卡槽孔,角钢梁安装在两个支柱顶端的卡槽板内侧,角钢梁端部有卡槽孔,角钢梁与托盘一边平行,用销钉插入卡槽板和角钢梁的卡槽孔内,将角钢梁固定在支柱顶端。
所述平面板,为塑料制品,平面尺寸与拼接单元相同,四角设有8个长方形小口,小口向下延伸成凹状并形成桥部,相对应拼接单元的边框上的夹扣槽,用夹扣将平面板和拼接单元固定在一起。
所述防护边,为塑料制品,防护边的外侧为平面,内侧设有T型槽,与拼接单元边上的T型头相对应,能够与拼接单元相插接,防护边和边支柱座设为一个整体,防护边可同时起到支柱座的作用,防护边的T型槽,与拼接单元的T型槽对接后形成“工”字形孔,用于插接箱板连接块。
所述箱板连接块,为塑料制品,下部为“工”字型,“工”字型尺寸,与拼接单元和防护边形成的“工”字孔一样大,并能插入“工”字孔内;上部为圆管状,圆管平行于“工”型,圆管的尺寸外形与箱板的圆孔对应相等,箱板连接块的圆管与箱板上的圆管能拼接成一条直线,一根圆轴能将箱板连接块和箱板串在一起。
所述箱板,也为塑料制品,箱板的上下两头,相互对应地也设有圆管状连接头,圆管状连接头与箱板平行,两块箱板可以互相拼接,也能与箱板连接块拼接,圆管状连接头内插有圆轴,连接两块箱板,使两块箱板能向一个方向对折,箱板内设卡簧口,卡簧口内插有稳固相邻箱板的卡簧,使相互拼接的箱板其不能活动。箱板与箱板连接块对接后,垂直插入拼接单元。
所述夹扣,为塑料制品,为勾状,卡在拼接单元四边的夹扣槽上,固定拼接单元、平面板、防护边等。
所述插脚,为塑料制品,与支柱架的作用相同,插接在支柱座内,朝向地面插接有插脚(即塑料方管),插脚的自由端上可插接小车轮。
本发明提供的拼接式多功能塑料托盘具有以下有益效果:采用模块拼接方式,解决了生产塑料托盘时模具数量众多,模具成本很高以及使用大型注塑机生产,投资成本高、占地多的问题,不能维修,只要损坏一个部位,就整体报废的问题,根据本发明提供的拼接式多功能塑料托盘,其支柱和角钢梁的配合解决了现有塑 料托盘不能保护和固定货物、易坍塌、易刮伤货物的问题,另外,在叠加存放时,使得货物不易受挤压,且能够提高仓库的使用率;根据本发明提供的拼接式多功能塑料托盘,拼接单元具有多个插口,拼接单元与平面板的配合,解决了现有塑料托盘,不能改装成平面的问题,根据本发明提供的拼接式多功能塑料托盘,其箱板及箱板连接块的配合,可拼接成箱式;根据本发明提供的拼接式多功能塑料托盘,多个拼接单元拼接(不具有插口的情况下)组合后还可作为仓库垫板使用;根据本发明提供的拼接式多功能塑料托盘,其平面板、防护边、插脚、箱板、箱板连接块、卡簧、支柱的配合,可拼接成桌子、椅子、床、柜子、推拉车、简易房屋等,增加了塑料托盘的功能和用途。

参照图6,上述大卡扣10上设有用于连接上述上紧固条12的多个矩形孔,上述小卡扣11上设有用于连接上述下紧固条13的多个矩形孔。
将若干个拼接单元1通过T形台6、T形槽7拼接成完整的矩形或正方形托盘,将支柱座2通过T形台6、T形槽7接插在托盘边上,使四个支柱座2形成矩形或正方形。将支柱架3安装在支柱座2中,使得大卡扣10在托盘的上面,小卡扣11在托盘的下面,使用上紧固条12将相对两个大卡扣10连接,使用下紧固条13将相对的两个小卡扣11连接,上紧固条12和下紧固条13起到紧固托盘的作用。
参照图1、3和6,本发明提供的拼接式多功能塑料托盘还包括支柱4,上述支柱架3的位于上述支柱座2内部的中央部分开设有容纳上述支柱4底端的支柱安装口14,上述支柱4的顶端设有卡槽板9,该卡槽板9上设有卡槽孔8。
需要注意的是,上述支柱4为多根高度相同的支柱,可根据用户的需要确定该支柱4的具体数量和高度。
参照图1、3和4,本发明提供的拼接式多功能塑料托盘还包括角钢梁5,该角钢梁5的端部设有卡槽孔8,该角钢梁5通过销钉插入上述卡槽板9的卡槽孔8内和该角钢梁5的卡槽孔8内而固定于上述卡槽板9的内侧,即该角钢梁5将上述支柱4的顶端固定。
将支柱4安装到支柱安装口14内,相邻支柱4的顶端安装角钢梁5,并使用销钉将角钢梁5和卡槽板9通过卡槽孔8连接在一起。
这样形成一个有支撑作用的托盘,即使在托盘上叠加托盘也不用担心会损坏货物。
参照图2,上述拼接单元1的中部设有分布均匀的多个插口20,该插口20纵向贯通上述拼接单元1,该拼接单元1的每条边框的两端的内侧上分别设有夹扣槽21。
图7示出了平面板的立体结构示意图。参照图7,上述拼接单元1的上表面设有覆盖该拼接单元1的平面板,使具有插口20的托盘变成平面托盘,且该平面板的四个角部上分别开设有与上述夹扣槽21相对应的凹口22,上述夹扣槽21通过上述凹口22从上述平面板露出,上述凹口22的开口处设有连接上述平面板的桥部。
图8示出了夹扣的立体结构示意图。参照图8,相邻的两个拼接单元1的互相插接的两个边框上共同设有与上述夹扣槽21配合的夹扣,且该夹扣穿过上述凹口22与夹扣槽21配合并将上述桥部夹于上述夹扣与夹扣槽21之间。
需要说明的是,上述拼接单元1的上表面不覆盖平面板时,相邻的两个拼接单元1的互相插接的两个边框上于夹扣槽21上共同夹有一个夹扣,以防止相邻两个拼接单元1的上下移动;上述平面板为塑料制品,当上述拼接单元1的上表面覆盖平面板时,相邻的两个拼接单元1的互相插接的两个边框上于夹扣槽21上仍共同夹有一个夹扣,且该夹扣穿过平面板上的凹口22与夹扣槽21配合并将该平面板上的桥部夹于夹扣与夹扣槽21之间,这样夹扣不仅能够防止相邻两个拼接单元1的上下移动,而且还能够将平面板固定在拼接单元1上;夹扣为塑料制品,为勾状,并具有一定的弹性。
图9示出了防护边(直角)的侧面结构示意图;图10示出了多个防护边(直角)拼接的俯视结构示意图;图11示出了防护边(锐角)的俯视结构示意图;图12示出了多个防护边(锐角)与拼接单元拼接的俯视结构示意图。参照图9至12,组合为一体的两个以上拼接单元1的外围设有多个防护边,该防护边内均匀分布有至少两个边支柱座29,该边支柱座29与上述支柱座2相同,且该边支柱座29与上述防护边为一体,该防护边的一外侧面上设有分布均匀的多个T形槽7,该防护边上的T形槽7能够与上述拼接单元1上的T形台6互相配合插接,该防护边上的T形槽7能够与上述拼接单元1上的T形槽7对接形成“工”字形孔。
需要说明的是,上述边支柱座29与支柱座2完全相同,不仅结构、尺寸等相同,而且设置在其上的装置(比如支柱架、支柱、插脚)也可以相同;上述边支柱座29与防护边可一体制作形成,比如,一条防护边对应一块拼接单元1,则该 防护边的两端分别设有一个边支柱座29;上述防护边为塑料制品,该防护边的外侧为平面,内侧设有多个T形槽7,由于上述拼接单元1的周面上设有分布均匀并交替排列的多个T形台6和T形槽7,则该防护边上的T形槽7隔一个与上述拼接单元1上的T形台6互相配合插接,该防护边上的另外一些T形槽7与上述同一块拼接单元1上的T形槽7对接形成“工”字形孔;防护边的外角部可为直角(如图9和图10所示),防护边的外角部也可为锐角(如图11和图12所示),防护边的外角部为锐角时该防护边与拼接单元拼接组合后整个托盘的四个角部具有圆弧;防护边上的边支柱座29加上拼接单元1上的支柱座2,在本发明提供的拼接式多功能塑料托盘组合为简易房时,可在边支柱座29和支柱座2内安装上支柱(或立柱)或隔墙板的支柱(或立柱)。
参照图9和图11,上述防护边的两端部的内侧上分别设有夹扣槽21,该防护边及与该防护边相插接的拼接单元1的边框上于夹扣槽21上共同夹有一个夹扣,以防止互相插接的防护边与拼接单元1之间的上下移动。
参照图10,上述防护边的一端部的外侧面上开设有卡槽28,另一端部的外侧面上延伸有直延长边26或角延长边27,该直延长边26或角延长边27的内侧上均设有可卡入上述卡槽28的卡件,多个防护边首尾拼接并通过上述卡件和卡槽28的卡入配合固定在一起,多个防护边可将插接为一体的多个拼接单元1围住,不仅可以保护托盘,而且增加了托盘的宽度,此外,由于若干个拼接单元1通过T形台6、T形槽7拼接成完整的矩形或正方形托盘,所以位于直边的防护边上设有直延长边26,而位于角部的防护边上设有角延长边27。
图13示出了箱板连接块的立体结构示意图;图14示出了箱板的立体结构示意图;图15示出了卡簧的结构示意图。参照图13至15,本发明提供的拼接式多功能塑料托盘还包括箱板,也为塑料制品,该箱板相对的两个端面上分别设有与该箱板位于同一平面的圆管状连接头23,相邻两个箱板通过各自的圆管状连接头23对接并于该圆管状连接头23内插有圆轴而拼接;以及箱板连接块,该箱板连接块的下部为“工”字形且能够插入上述“工”字形孔并与该“工”字形孔紧配合,上述箱板连接块的上部设有能够与上述圆管状连接头23相对接的圆管25,上述箱板连接块与箱板之间通过该箱板连接块的圆管25与箱板的圆管状连接头23对接并于该圆管25和圆管状连接头23内插有圆轴而拼接,以使托盘变成箱式托盘。
参照图14和15,箱板的两端部上分别开设有卡簧口24,相邻两块箱板之间通过“人”字形卡簧进行固定,稳固箱板以防止相邻的两块箱板的相对活动,卡簧具有一定的弹性。
需要注意的是,上述箱板与箱板连接块对接后,垂直插入拼接单元与防护边之间。
图16示出了插脚的结构示意图。参照图16上述支柱座2和/或边支柱座29内部设有朝向地面的插脚,即在上述支柱架的下方可设有插脚,该插脚为塑料制品,其长度可根据用户需求确定,其作用与上述支柱架3的作用相似,该插脚的自由端设有车轮,以使本发明提供的拼接式多功能塑料托盘可拼接成推拉车等。
需要说明的是,上述支柱座2、边支柱座29的中部内壁上设有竖筋,上述插脚的插入上述支柱座2(边支柱座29)内的端部的周面上设有与上述竖筋相配合的卡筋30,上述插脚可通过上述卡筋30卡住上述竖筋的配合而固定于上述支柱座2(边支柱座29)内,当然上述插脚也可以通过现有技术中已有的其他多种方式固定于上述支柱座2(边支柱座29)内;上述插脚的自由端设有车轮,该车轮可以是可拆卸的插接式,也可以是固定的。
此外,本发明提供的拼接式多功能塑料托盘在不具有插口和其他配件的情况下,仅是多个拼接单元拼接组合后还可以作为仓库的垫板使用,而且本发明提供的拼接式多功能塑料托盘的拼接单元的尺寸可根据使用者的需求而确定,该拼接单元的边长可在40cm-300cm之间,使用者或用户可根据自己的需求任意拼接组合,可组合成3000多种尺寸,满足不同用户的各种需求。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种拼接式多功能塑料托盘,包括:
    两个以上拼接单元(1),所述拼接单元(1)周面上设有分布均匀并交替排列的多个T形台(6)和T形槽(7),一个拼接单元(1)上的所述T形台(6)、T形槽(7)能够与另一个拼接单元(1)上的所述T形槽(7)和T形台(6)互相配合插接,相邻拼接单元(1)互相插接而组合为一体;
    四个以上支柱座(2),所述支柱座(2)的一个侧面上设有能够与所述拼接单元(1)上的T形槽(7)和T形台(6)互相配合插接的T形台(6)、T形槽(7);以及
    设置于所述支柱座(2)内部的支柱架(3),所述支柱架(3)包括大卡扣(10)和小卡扣(11),所述大卡扣(10)从所述支柱座(2)内部向上伸出并搭设在所述拼接单元(1)的上表面上,相对的两个大卡扣(10)之间通过上紧固条(12)连接,所述小卡扣(11)从所述支柱座(2)内部向下伸出并搭设在所述拼接单元(1)的下底面上,相对的两个小卡扣(11)之间通过下紧固条(13)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拼接式多功能塑料托盘,其中,所述支柱架(3)由一块扁铁冲压后折叠而成,所述支柱架(3)上依次设有冲压而成的所述大卡扣(10)、两个固定片(15)、接插片(18)、所述小卡扣(11)、两个固定孔(16)和一个引边(17),所述接插片(18)的中央部分为中空且所述接插片(18)的靠近所述小卡扣(11)的边框上开设有一开口,两个固定片(15)分别设置于所述接插片(18)的开口的两侧上,两个固定片(15)之间的距离与两个固定孔(16)之间的距离相等;折叠所述支柱架(3)之后,所述引边(17)插入所述接插片(18)的中央部分,两个固定片(15)分别插入两个固定孔(16)中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的拼接式多功能塑料托盘,其中,所述大卡扣(10)上设有用于连接所述上紧固条(12)的多个矩形孔,所述小卡扣(11)上设有用于连接所述下紧固条(13)的多个矩形孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的拼接式多功能塑料托盘,还包括支柱(4),所述支柱架(3)的位于所述支柱座(2)内部的中央部分开设有容纳所述支柱(4)底端的支柱安装口(14),所述支柱(4)的顶端设有卡槽板(9),所述卡槽板(9)上设有卡槽孔(8)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的拼接式多功能塑料托盘,还包括角钢梁(5),所述角钢梁(5)的端部设有卡槽孔(8),所述角钢梁(5)通过销钉插入所述卡槽板(9)的卡槽孔(8)内和所述角钢梁(5)的卡槽孔(8)内而固定于所述卡槽板(9)的内侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的拼接式多功能塑料托盘,其中,所述拼接单元(1)的中部设有分布均匀的多个插口(20),所述插口(20)纵向贯通所述拼接单元(1),所述拼接单元(1)的每条边框的两端的内侧上分别设有夹扣槽(21)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的拼接式多功能塑料托盘,其中,所述拼接单元(1)的上表面设有覆盖所述拼接单元(1)的平面板,所述平面板的四个角部上分别开设有与所述夹扣槽(21)相对应的凹口(22),所述夹扣槽(21)通过所述凹口(22)从所述平面板露出,所述凹口(22)的开口处设有连接所述平面板的桥部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的拼接式多功能塑料托盘,其中,相邻的两个拼接单元(1)的互相插接的两个边框上共同设有与所述夹扣槽(21)配合的夹扣,且所述夹扣穿过所述凹口(22)与所述夹扣槽(21)配合并将所述桥部夹于所述夹扣与所述夹扣槽(21)之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的拼接式多功能塑料托盘,其中,组合为一体的两个以上拼接单元(1)的外围设有多个防护边,所述防护边内均匀分布有至少两个边支柱座(29),所述边支柱座(29)与所述支柱座(2)相同,且所述边支柱座(29)与所述防护边为一体,所述防护边的一外侧面上设有分布均匀的多个T形槽(7),所述防护边上的T形槽(7)能够与所述拼接单元(1)上的T形台(6)互相配合插接,所述防护边上的T形槽(7)能够与所述拼接单元(1)上的T形槽(7)对接形成“工”字形孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的拼接式多功能塑料托盘,还包括:
    箱板,所述箱板相对的两个端面上分别设有与所述箱板位于同一平面的圆管状连接头(23),相邻两个箱板通过各自的圆管状连接头(23)对接并于所述圆管状连接头(23)内插有圆轴而拼接;以及
    箱板连接块,所述箱板连接块的下部为“工”字形且能够插入所述“工”字形孔并与所述“工”字形孔紧配合,所述箱板连接块的上部设有能够与所述圆管状连接头(23)相对接的圆管(25),所述箱板连接块与所述箱板之间通过所述箱板连接块的圆管(25)与所述箱板的圆管状连接头(23)对接并于所述圆管(25)和圆管状连接头(23)内插有圆轴而拼接。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的拼接式多功能塑料托盘,其中,所述支柱座(2)和/或所述边支柱座(29)的内部设有朝向地面的插脚,所述插脚的自由端设有车轮。
