一般的,在安装后保险杠总成时,通过利用后保险杠的韧性在车体的侧区域通过向车体的纵轴方向敲击后保险杠总成强制将后保险杠总成安装在车体上,如图1所示的Y方向。但是如果需要在车身侧位与后保险杠之间的分型线附近安装后保险杠装饰条时,则需要在后保险杠总成安装完成后,在工程上多增加一步安装后保险杠装饰条的程序,以将后保险杠装饰条安装在车体上,这会增加操作者安装的周期并且增加制造成本。如果在后保险杠总成安装之前,将装饰条与后保险杠总成组装成新的后保险杠总成,则由于装饰条的材料导致新形成的后保险杠总成韧性降低,如果继续采用传统的安装方式,将后保险杠总成在车体的侧向通过敲击强制将后保险杠总成安装在车体上,则会导致后保险杠总成产生潜在的裂痕并且有可能损坏装饰条。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本申请的目的是:提供一种通过卡扣连接将包括后保险杠装饰件的后保险杠总成经过一步工序安装在车体上的用于车辆的后保险杠安装支架,以解决现有技术中需要在安装后保险杠之后多增加一步安装后保险杠装饰件的程序从而增加制造成本和生产周期的问题。
(二)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,一方面,本申请提供一种用于车辆的后保险杠 安装支架,其包括固定在车体上的第一支架和固定在后保险杠总成上的第二支架,其中,后保险杠总成包括后保险杠装饰条,通过第一支架和第二支架的在车体的长度方向上的卡扣连接将后保险杠总成安装在车体上。
根据上述方案的可选方案,第一支架包括第一支架本体和设置在第一支架本体上的多个第一支架卡扣连接结构,并且第二支架包括第二支架本体和设置在第二支架本体上的、数量与第一支架卡扣连接结构的数量相对应的多个第二支架卡扣连接结构,其中,通过多个第一支架卡扣连接结构中的每一个和多个第二支架卡扣连接结构中的每一个之间的彼此配合的卡扣连接将后保险杆总成安装在所述车体上。
根据上述方案的可选方案,多个第一支架卡扣连接结构中的至少一个包括设置在第一支架本体上的第一镂空部分以及从第一镂空部分的边缘的至少一部分向第二支架突出的卡扣部分;多个第二支架卡扣连接结构中至少一个包括设置在第二支架本体上的第二镂空部分以及从第二镂空部分的边缘的至少一部分向第一支架突出的卡槽部分。
根据上述方案的可选方案,卡扣部分包括彼此成角度连接的第一阻挡板和第二阻挡板,其中第一阻挡板和第二阻挡板分别连接在第一镂空部分的、在车体的长度方向上的相对两端,其中第一阻挡板用于在车体的长度方向上限制第二支架,并且在车体的高度方向上支撑第二支架,第二阻挡板用于在车体的宽度方向上限制第二支架。
根据上述方案的可选方案,第一阻挡板在与第二阻挡板连接的端部呈弯曲结构,第一阻挡板通过弯曲结构与第二阻挡板连接
根据上述方案的可选方案,在车体的高度方向上,第一阻挡板具有小于第二阻挡板的宽度。
根据上述方案的可选方案,第二阻挡板在与第二支架连接的一侧上设置有平行于第二阻挡板的边缘形成的多个加固梁。
根据上述方案的可选方案,卡槽部分包括从第二镂空部分的边缘的至少一部分向第一支架突出的多个卡槽板以及设置在所述多个卡槽板中的其中一个上的卡槽,卡槽部分具有朝向车体的头部方向的开口,以朝向车体的头部方向滑入卡扣部分。
根据上述方案的可选方案,多个卡槽板中的其中一个上设置有向卡槽突 出的相对的两个导向块,其中,在卡槽部分卡入卡扣部分的过程中,导向块用于引导卡槽滑入卡扣部分,当卡槽部分卡入卡扣部分后,导向块用于阻挡卡槽从卡扣部分滑出。
本申请的另一方面提供一种车辆,其具有如上任一方案所述的用于车辆的后保险杠安装支架。
(三)有益效果
本申请的上述技术方案具有如下优点:
本申请提供的一种用于车辆的后保险杠安装支架,其包括固定在车体上的第一支架和固定在后保险杠总成上的第二支架,其中,后保险杠总成包括后保险杠装饰条,通过第一支架和第二支架的在车体的长度方向上的卡扣连接将后保险杠总成安装在车体上。由此,将后保险杠装饰件组装在后保险杠总成上,并且通过分别安装在后保险杠总成和车体上的可以相互配合卡扣连接的后保险杠安装支架,可以将装有后保险装饰件的后保险杠总成在车辆组装过程通过一道工序,即通过一步安装过程来安装在车体上,相比现有技术中先把后保险杠安装在车体上然后将后保险杠装饰件安装在车体上的两部安装工序相比,不仅能够缩短安装周期,同时也能降低制造成本,具有较好的经济性,此外,这种卡扣连接方式相比现有技术中通过侧向敲击后保险杠来将后保险杠强制安装在车体上的安装方式相比,可以减少后保险杠在安装过程中产生的潜在裂痕并且降低安装过程损坏的风险,从而提高后保险杠的质量。

具体实施方式
为使本申请实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请提供一种用于车辆的后保险杠安装支架,其包括固定在车体上的第一支架100和固定在后保险杠总成上的第二支架200,通过第一支架100和第二支架200之间的沿车身长度方向的卡扣连接将后保险杠总成安装在车体上。其中第一支架100通过如图2所示的多个打紧点P安装在车体上,安装后的结构如图3所示。第二支架200通过焊接固定在后保险杠总成上,如图4所示,其中在后保险杠总成上可以安装有后保险杠装饰件。通过第一支架100和第二支架200在车体的长度方向上的卡扣连接将后保险杠总成安装在车体上,车体的长度方如图5中所示的X方向。第一支架100和第二支架200卡扣连接后形成的结构如图6A所示,根据本申请的用于车辆的后保险杠安装支架分别对称的安装在车体的左右两侧,以在车体的左右两侧同时固定后保险杠总成,为了方便,本申请以其中一侧为例进行描述。图6A中A区域的放大图如图6B所示,图6C和图6D分别为图6B中沿A方向和B方向的视图,图6E是图6C中的C区域的放大图,通过图6A-图6D可以看出第一支架100和第二支架200通过在X方向,即车体的长度方向的卡扣连接,可以将安装有后保险装饰件的后保险总成安装在车体上,从而减少了分开安 装后保险杠和后保险杠装饰件的安装步骤,缩短组装周期,降低生产成本,通过图6E可以看出,通过本申请的后保险杠安装支架使后保险杠安装在车体上时,X向的预留打紧点与后翼子板之间的距离可以缩短为约130mm,可以使后保险杠与车体侧围之间的安装公差为+/-1。
图7A是第一支架100的结构示意图,图7B是沿图7A的A向的视图,图7C是沿图7A的B向的视图,图7D是沿图7A的C向的视图,图7E是沿图7A的D向的视图。

第一支架100的结构如图7A-图7E和图9A-图9E中所示,第一支架100包括第一支架本体110和设置在所述第一支架本体110上的多个第一支架卡扣连接结构120。第一支架卡扣连接结构120中的至少一个包括设置在第一支架本体110上的第一镂空部分121和从第一镂空部分121的边缘的至少一部分向第一支架本体110的、与第二支架200连接的一侧突出的卡扣部分122。从第一支架本体110与第二支架200连接的一侧突出的卡扣部分122可以用于挂住第二支架200,以形成卡扣连接。
根据本申请的实施例,第一镂空部分121可以呈包括正方形、长方形及梯形等的四边形,也可以呈三角形和圆形,可以依据设计者的需要和安装后保险杠的空间需要进行调整,即第一镂空部分121为在第一支架本体110上开设的边缘呈封闭状的缺口。根据本申请的实施例,第一镂空部分121为长方形,其包括第一边121-1、第二边121-2、第三边121-3和第四边121-4,其中,第一边121-1和第三边121-3位于车体高度方向上的相对两侧,第二边121-2和第四边121-4位于车体长度方向上的相对两侧。
根据本申请的实施例,为了保证在车体的长度方向上进行安装后保险杠总成,也就是说为了保证第一支架100和第二支架200在车体的长度方向上进行卡扣连接,从第一支架本体110突出的卡扣部分122需提供在车体的长度方向对第二支架200的阻挡力,以防止第二支架200从第一支架100的卡扣部分122滑出。根据本申请的一个实施例,卡扣部分122包括彼此成角度 连接的第一阻挡板122-10和第二阻挡板122-20。第一阻挡板122-10和第二阻挡板122-20分别连接在第一镂空部分121的、在车体的长度方向上的相对两侧,即第一阻挡板122-10和第二阻挡板122-20分别连接在第一镂空部分121的第二边121-2和第四边121-4。根据本申请的实施例,第一阻挡板122-10和第二阻挡板122-20之间的角度可以根据实际需要进行调整,但需要保证第一阻挡板122-10可在车体的长度方向上限制第二支架200并且在车体的高度方向上支撑第二支架200,并且第二阻挡板122-20可在车体的宽度方向上限制第二支架200。
根据本申请的实施例,第一阻挡板122-10在与第二阻挡板122-20连接的端部呈弯曲结构122-11,通过该弯曲结构122-11,第一阻挡板122-10和第二阻挡板122-20连接在一起,通过该弯曲结构122-11,第一阻挡板122-10和第二阻挡板122-20可以顺滑地连接,这样可以保证第一阻挡板122-10和第二阻挡板122-20之间的连接部分,即弯曲结构122-11与第一阻挡板122-10为一体成型,即为一个整体,当在车体的长度方向施加力时,第一阻挡板122-10和第二阻挡板122-20之间的连接部分可以具有较好的强度,从而保证了第一支架100在车体的长度方向对第二支架200有很好的支撑和卡扣限制力。
根据本申请的实施例,第二阻挡板122-20包括依次呈角度连接的第一部122-21、第二部122-22和第三部122-23,其中第一部122-21连接在第一镂空部分121的边缘、第三部122-23与第一阻挡板122-10连接并且第二部122-22连接在第一部122-21和第三部122-23之间,其中第一部122-21和第三部122-23分别位于第二部122-22的两侧。
根据本申请的实施例,在第一部122-21和第二部122-22的、与第二支架200连接的一侧上设置有平行于第一部122-21和第二部122-22的边缘的多个加固梁122-30。加固梁122-30从第一部122-21和第二部122-22向外突出,并且多个加固梁122-3彼此平行,用于进一步加强第二阻挡板122-20的强度。
根据本申请的实施例,第一阻挡板122-10具有小于第二阻挡板122-20的宽度,即第一部122-21、第二部122-22和第三部122-23具有大于第一阻挡板122-10的宽度,这样能够保证在第二支架200滑进第一支架100之后,第二阻挡板122-20能够在车体的宽度方向限制第二支架200。
根据本申请的实施例,如图8和图9A-图9E中所示,第二支架200包括 第二支架本体210和设置在第一支架本体110上的、数量与多个第一支架卡扣连接结构120的数量相对应的多个第二支架卡扣连接结构220,多个第一支架卡扣连接结构120中的每一个与多个第二支架卡扣连接结构220中的每一个相配合形成卡扣连接,以将后保险杠总成安装在车体上。
第二支架卡扣连接结构220中的至少一个包括设置在第二支架本体210上的第二镂空部分221和从第二镂空部分221的边缘的至少一部分向第二支架本体210的、与第一支架100连接的一侧突出的卡槽部分222。从第二支架本体210突出的卡槽部分222可以与第一支架100的卡扣部分122形成卡扣连接,以将后保险杠总成安装在车体上。

根据本申请的实施例,卡槽部分222包括从第二镂空部分221的边缘的至少一部分向第二支架本体210的、与第一支架100连接的一侧突出的卡槽板222-10和设置在卡槽板222-10上的卡槽222-20。为了使第二支架200能够在车体的长度方向滑入第一支架100,卡槽板222-10和卡槽222-20上设置有朝向车体的车头方向的开口,通过该开口,卡槽222-20可以滑入第一支架100上的卡扣部分122,即卡在第一阻挡板122-10上,并且被限制在第二阻挡板122-11与第一镂空部分121之间并且使卡扣部分122限制在卡槽板222-10与第而镂空部分221之间。这样,第一阻挡板122-10在车体的高度方向上支撑第二支架200的卡槽板222-10,第二阻挡板122-20在车体的宽度方向限制第二支架200的卡槽板222-10,防止卡槽板222-10从卡扣部分122滑出。
根据本申请的实施例,卡槽板222-10至少包括第一板222-11、第二板222-12、第三板222-13和第四板222-14,其中第一板222-11和第三板222-13连接在第二镂空部分221的第一边221-1和第三边221-3,并且第二板222-12 连接在第二镂空部分221的第二边221-2,第四板222-14的与第一板222-11、第二板222-12和第三板222-13连接,以形成从第二镂空部分221向第二支架本体210的、与第一支架100连接的一侧突出的突出结构,由于在第二镂空部分221的第四边221-4没有连接卡槽板222-10,因此在卡槽板222-10在朝向第四边221-4设有开口。根据本申请的实施例,在第四板222-14上设置有卡槽222-20,卡槽222-20的开口方向与卡槽板222-10的开口方向一致,朝向第二镂空部分221的第四边221-4,这样从该开口,即从第二镂空部分221的第四边221-4朝向第二边221-2的方向,将卡槽222-20滑入第一支架100的第一阻挡板122-10并且挂在第一阻挡板122-10上。
根据本申请的实施例,卡槽板222-10上设置有向卡槽222-20突出的相对的两个导向块222-30,即在卡槽板222-10的上下两侧的卡槽板,也就是第一板222-11和第三板222-13上设置有向卡槽222-20突出的相对的两个导向块222-30,即由于导向块222-30的设置,导致此处的卡槽222-20的宽度减小,这样在卡槽卡入卡扣部分122后,导向块222-30可以被第一阻挡板122-10在车体的长度方向上限制,并且被第二阻挡板122-20在车体的宽度方向上限制。并且根据本申请的实施例,导向块222-30呈弧形,这样利用导向块222-30的弧线,可以方便的在将卡槽222-20向卡扣部分122内滑入时使导向块222-30滑过第一阻挡板122-10,然后在导向块222-30滑过第一阻挡板122-10以后,即卡槽222-20卡到卡扣部分122以后,导向块222-30的突起又能阻挡导向块反向地从第一阻挡块122-10滑出,从而在车体长度方向上保证了第二支架200不能从第一支架100滑出,另外由于导向块222-30的突起使得导向块222-30的下边缘低于第二阻挡板122-20的上边缘,使得导向块222-30不能从第二阻挡板122-20的上边缘滑出,从而在车体宽度方向上保证了第二支架200不能从第一支架100滑出。另外,导向块222-30形状可以根据实际情况进行改变,只要在导向块222-30的滑向第一阻挡板122-10的一侧具有便于滑过第一阻挡板122-10的上边缘的结构,并且在滑过第一阻挡板122-10的上边缘以后能够防止从第一阻挡板122-10的上边缘再反向滑出的结构即可。
第一支架本体110在第一支架本体卡扣连接结构120上方设置有向第一支架本体110的、与第二支架200连接的一侧突出的第一支撑结构,即该支撑结构从第一支架本体110的与第二支架200连接的一侧垂直于第一支架本 体110向外延伸,并且第二支架本体120在第二支架本体卡扣连接结构120上方设置有向第二支架本体210的、与第一支架100连接的一侧突出的第二支撑结构,即该第二支撑结构从第二直接本体210的与第一支架100连接的一侧垂直于第二支架本体210向外延伸,在将第二支架200卡扣连接在第一支架100上时,第二支撑结构接触第一支撑结构上表面,从而在车体的高度方向上被第一支撑结构支撑。根据本申请的实施例,第一支撑结构和第二支撑结构为板状结构。
根据实际需要,可以将第一支架安装在后保险杠总成上,将第二支架安装在车体上。
根据本申请的实施例,卡扣部分122的各个组成部件可以一体成型,并且卡槽部分222的各个组成部件可以一体成型。并且卡扣部分122与第一支架本体110可以一体成型,并且卡槽部分222和第二支架本体210可以一体成型。
本申请还以提供一种包括以上所述的后保险杠安装支架的车辆。
综上所述,本申请提供了一种用于车辆的后保险杠安装支架,其包括固定在车体上的第一支架和固定在后保险杠总成上的第二支架,其中,后保险杠总成包括后保险杠装饰条,通过第一支架和第二支架的在车体的长度方向上的卡扣连接将后保险杠总成安装在车体上。由此,将后保险杠装饰件组装在后保险杠总成上,并且通过分别安装在后保险杠总成和车体上的可以相互配合卡扣连接的后保险杠安装支架,可以将装有后保险装饰件的后保险杠总成在车辆组装过程通过一级工序,即通过一步安装过程来安装在车体上,相比现有技术中先把后保险杠安装在车体上然后将后保险杠装饰件安装在车体上的两部安装工序相比,不仅能够缩短安装周期,同时也能降低制造成本,具有较好的经济性,此外,这种卡扣连接方式相比现有技术中通过侧向敲击后保险杠来将后保险杠强制安装在车体上的安装方式相比,可以减少后保险杠在安装过程中产生的潜在裂痕并且降低安装过程损坏的风险,从而提高后保险杠的质量。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或 者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于车辆的后保险杠安装支架,其特征在于,其包括固定在车体上的第一支架和固定在后保险杠总成上的第二支架,其中,所述后保险杠总成包括后保险杠装饰条,通过所述第一支架和所述第二支架的在车体的长度方向上的卡扣连接将所述后保险杠总成安装在所述车体上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的后保险杠安装支架,其特征在于,所述第一支架包括第一支架本体和设置在所述第一支架本体上的多个第一支架卡扣连接结构,并且所述第二支架包括第二支架本体和设置在所述第二支架本体上的、数量与所述第一支架卡扣连接结构的数量相对应的多个第二支架卡扣连接结构,其中,通过所述多个第一支架卡扣连接结构中的每一个和所述多个第二支架卡扣连接结构中的每一个之间的彼此配合的卡扣连接将所述后保险杆总成安装在所述车体上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于车辆的后保险杠安装支架,其特征在于,所述多个第一支架卡扣连接结构中的至少一个包括设置在所述第一支架本体上的第一镂空部分以及从所述第一镂空部分的边缘的至少一部分向所述第二支架突出的卡扣部分;所述多个第二支架卡扣连接结构中至少一个包括设置在所述第二支架本体上的第二镂空部分以及从所述第二镂空部分的边缘的至少一部分向第一支架突出的卡槽部分。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于车辆的后保险杠安装支架,其特征在于,所述卡扣部分包括彼此成角度连接的第一阻挡板和第二阻挡板,其中所述第一阻挡板和所述第二阻挡板分别连接在所述第一镂空部分的、在车体的长度方向上的相对两端,其中所述第一阻挡板用于在所述车体的长度方向上限制所述第二支架,并且在所述车体的高度方向上支撑所述第二支架,所述第二阻挡板用于在所述车体的宽度方向上限制所述第二支架。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于车辆的后保险杠安装支架,其特征在于,所述第一阻挡板在与所述第二阻挡板连接的端部呈弯曲结构,所述第一阻挡板通过所述弯曲结构与所述第二阻挡板连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的用于车辆的后保险杠安装支架,其特征在 于,在所述车体的高度方向上,所述第一阻挡板具有小于所述第二阻挡板的宽度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于车辆的后保险杠安装支架,其特征在于,所述第二阻挡板在与所述第二支架连接的一侧上设置有平行于所述第二阻挡板的边缘形成的多个加固梁。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的用于车辆的后保险杠安装支架,其特征在于,所述卡槽部分包括从所述第二镂空部分的边缘的至少一部分向所述第一支架突出的多个卡槽板以及设置在所述多个卡槽板中的其中一个上的卡槽,所述卡槽部分具有朝向所述车体的头部方向的开口,以朝向所述车体的头部方向滑入所述卡扣部分。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用于车辆的后保险杠安装支架,其特征在于,所述多个卡槽板中的其中一个上设置有向卡槽突出的相对的两个导向块,其中,在所述卡槽部分卡入所述卡扣部分的过程中,所述导向块用于引导所述卡槽滑入所述卡扣部分,当所述卡槽部分卡入所述卡扣部分后,所述导向块用于阻挡所述卡槽从所述卡扣部分滑出。
  10. 一种车辆,其特征在于,具有如权利要求1-9任一项所述的用于车辆的后保险杠安装支架。
