滚动部包括两个滚轮以及两个转臂,每个转臂一端通过第一转轴铰接一个滚轮,后端的转臂另一端通过第二转轴铰接横梁的上侧后端,前端的转臂另一端通过第三转轴铰接在横梁的上侧前端,
传动部包括动力源以及第一主动轮,动力源带动第一主动轮转动,第一主动轮固定在主立柱上,第二转轴上套接有第一从动轮,第一主动轮驱动第一从动轮、第二转轴转动,第二转轴上还套设有第二主动轮,后侧的第一转轴上套设有第二从动轮,第二主动轮驱动第二从动轮转动从而带动滚轮转动。其有益效果是:该设置的机架强度高,抗弯能力强,稳定性好,能实现驱动装置平稳前行,简单紧凑,体积 小,适合在农林小道运行,而且安装调节方便,便于维护。
进一步的,第二转轴套接一个第三主动轮,第三转轴套接一个第三被动轮,第三主动轮带动第三被动轮转动,
第三转轴套接一个第二主动轮,前侧的第一转轴套接一个第二从动轮,前侧的第二主动轮带动前侧的第二从动轮转动。其有益效果是:该设置实现了两个滚轮均为主动轮,运行平稳,无跳动。
进一步的,动力源为一个驱动电机,动力源固定在主立柱上侧,动力源的外伸轴套接第一主动轮。其有益效果是:动力源采用驱动电机直接驱动,结构简单,控制稳定,容易操作。
进一步的,驱动电机和牵引部的原电机之间增加一个转换器,驱动电机和牵引部的原电机电连接一套控制系统。其有益效果是:设置转换器,实现驱动电机的牵引动作和牵引部的地面行驶共用一套控制系统,能够在一个界面上完成功能切换,方便操作,而且结构简单,节约成本。
进一步的,动力源为套入牵引部的驱动链内的驱动轮,动力源通过牵引部自身的驱动链或皮带转动,动力源通过第四转轴固定在主立柱下侧,第四转轴另一端安装有第一主动轮。
进一步的,主立柱包括上立柱、下立柱,上立柱上端垂直连接横梁后端,上立柱下端和下立柱上端交错相连,下立柱下端以及侧立柱下端垂直固定在牵引部的后轮两侧,
上立柱和下立柱结合处设有第五转轴,第五转轴两侧分别设有中间轮,第一主动轮驱动连接一侧的中间轮,另一侧的中间轮带动第一被动轮转动。其有益效果是:该设置实现了机架的左右悬挂方式,应用灵活。
进一步的,前端的转臂下端一侧固定有一个第一耳板,后侧的转臂下端一侧固定有一个操作臂,
连杆前端通过销轴铰接于第一耳板且后端通过销轴铰接于操作臂的前端,操作臂后端悬臂设置,转动操作臂能够带动滚轮上下同时运动。
进一步的,前端的转臂下端一侧固定有一个第二耳板,后侧的转臂下端一侧固定有一个第三耳板,
第二耳板和第三耳板形状相同,相对两个转臂的中心线对称安装,第二耳板和第三耳板之间通过棘轮伸缩装置连接,
当棘轮伸缩装置处于收缩拉紧时,第二耳板和第三耳板分别绕各自转轴转动,但转向相反,则两个转臂相反方向转动,从而滚轮下降,反则,当棘轮伸缩装置处于伸长放松时,从而滚轮上升。
进一步的,牵引部为传统的内燃机摩托车或电动车改装结构。其有益效果是:采用现有结构直接改造,成本低,且摩托车或电动车更适用于农田果林道路运输。
进一步的,牵引部后侧设有一个储物部,当物品卸货完成,牵引部被降低接触地面,人工取下驱动装置以及载货装置,储物部装盛载货装置,牵引部启动,驱动装置沿地面从终端返回始端。其有益效果是:设置储物部,能够使载货装置移动更安全可靠,不存在中途移动损坏或遗失。
进一步的,“∩”形结构的支架包括两条相互对称设置的支腿,支腿固定在地面,两条支腿上端形成有弧形的顶端,支腿以及顶端密封而成的空腔为通道,
顶端中心下端固定有固定钩,轨道固定在固定钩的钩身内,固定钩的杆部还连接有加强臂,加强臂连接顶端的一侧。其有益效果是:该支架牢靠,长期运输无偏移以及颤抖,通道方便运输,固定钩以及加强臂实现了轨道可拆卸连接。
进一步的,轨道包括圆柱形的滑道,载货装置包括两个滑轮以及吊钩,两个滑轮滚动连接在滑道上,
吊钩固定在滑块下端,吊钩能够悬挂物体,吊钩下方两侧对称设有连接支架,连接支架两端垂直向上形成杆状结构的固定端,
连接杆两端形成有连接孔,连接孔连接固定端。其有益效果是:两个滑轮滚动连接在滑道上,移动平稳无颤动,而且实现了载货装置的可拆卸连接。
进一步的,第一转轴、第二转轴、第三转轴、第四转轴以及第五转轴两端均套设有轴承。
另外,在本发明技术方案中,凡未作特别说明的,均可通过采用本领域中的常规手段来实现本技术方案。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
图1至图16示意性地显示了根据本发明的一种实施方式的新型悬挂牵引车。如图所示,该装置包括轨道01、支架02、载货装置03以及驱动装置04,若干个支架02固定在地面,支架02上端固定有轨道01,轨道01上滚动可拆卸吊挂若干个载货装置03,相邻载货装置03通过连接杆05连接,载货装置03下端能够悬挂物件,
驱动装置04包括牵引部1、传动部2、机架3以及滚动部4,机架3两端设有牵引钩6,牵引钩6连接相邻连接杆05端头,
机架3下侧固定有牵引部1,牵引部1是能够在地面上行驶的动力车,传动部2固定在机架3上,传动部2传动连接滚动部4,
滚动部4包括滚轮41以及转臂42,滚轮41滚动吊挂在轨道01上,滚轮41安装在转臂42一端,转臂42另一端分别连接在机架3上侧两端,转动转臂42能够使滚轮41上下移动,从而使滚轮41脱离轨道01或接触轨道01,
滚轮41下降并接触轨道01后,将带动牵引部1上升,使其脱离地面,传动部2能将牵引部1的驱动动力传递到滚动部4,能够使滚动部4沿轨道01移动,从而带动载货装置03从始端运动至终端,
滚轮41上升脱离轨道01时,牵引部1下降从而接触地面,驱动装置04能够从轨道01移出,牵引部1启动,驱动装置04能够沿地面行驶从终端返回至起始端。
该新型悬挂牵引车的牵引部1为动力车,而且驱动装置04从轨道01上自由拆卸,在道路不佳时,动力车常采用适合泥泞道路运输以及狭窄空间的车型,该方案行驶空间以及道路要求低,能够在田间小道畅通行驶,驾驶员一人即可完成从终端返回始端,其有益效果是:其一,一个驾驶员即可完成果穗的牵引输送以及牵引车的回程作业,需要人员少,人力成本低;其二,返回速度快,不会出现中间肩抗等人力转运现象,生产效率高;其三;生产节拍稳定,解决了果穗生产现象挤压的现象。
优选的,如图3至图10所示,机架3包括前架31、后架32以及横梁33,前架31以及后架32上端外侧各固定一个牵引钩6,后架32包括主立柱321以及侧立柱322,侧立柱322上端倾斜连接主立柱321中间,横梁33两端分别连接前架31以及主立柱321的上端,主立柱321下端以及侧立柱322下端垂直固定在牵引部1的后轮两侧,
滚动部4包括两个滚轮41以及两个转臂42,每个转臂42一端通过第一转轴43铰接一个滚轮41,后端的转臂42另一端通过第二转轴44铰接横梁33的上侧后端,前端的转臂42另一端通过第三转轴45铰接在横梁33的上侧前端,
传动部2包括动力源20以及第一主动轮21,动力源20带动第一主动轮21转动,第一主动轮21固定在主立柱321上,第二转轴44上套接有第一从动轮22,第一主动轮21驱动第一从动轮22、第二转轴44转动,第二转轴44上还套设有第二主动轮23,后侧的第一转轴43上套设有第二从动轮24,第二主动轮23驱动第二从动轮24转动从而带动滚轮41转动。该设置的机架强度高,抗弯能力强,稳定性好,能实现驱动装置平稳前行,简单紧凑,体积小,适合在农林小道运行,而且安装调节方便,便于维护。
优选的,如图3至图10所示,第二转轴44套接一个第三主动轮25,第三转轴45套接一个第三被动轮26,第三主动轮25带动第三被动轮26转动,
第三转轴45套接一个第二主动轮23,前侧的第一转轴43套接一个第二从动轮24,前侧的第二主动轮23带动前侧的第二从动轮24转动。该设置实现了两个滚轮41均为主动轮,运行平稳,无跳动。
优选的,如图11至图12所示,动力源20为一个驱动电机,动力源20固定在主立柱321上侧,动力源20的外伸轴套接第一主动轮21。动力源20采用驱动电机直接驱动,结构简单,控制稳定,容易操作。
优选的,驱动电机和牵引部1的原电机之间增加一个转换器7,驱动电机和牵引部1的原电机电连接一套控制系统。设置转换器7,实现驱动电机的牵引动作和牵引部1的地面行驶共用一套控制系统,能够在一个界面上完成功能切换,方便操作,而且结构简单,节约成 本。
优选的,如图3至图10所示,动力源20为套入牵引部1的驱动链内的驱动轮,动力源20通过牵引部1自身的驱动链或皮带转动,动力源20通过第四转轴27固定在主立柱321下侧,第四转轴27另一端安装有第一主动轮21。
优选的,如图8至图10所示,主立柱321包括上立柱3211、下立柱3212,上立柱3211上端垂直连接横梁33后端,上立柱3211下端和下立柱3212上端交错相连,下立柱3212下端以及侧立柱322下端垂直固定在牵引部1的后轮两侧,
上立柱3211和下立柱3212结合处设有第五转轴28,第五转轴28两侧分别设有中间轮29,第一主动轮21驱动连接一侧的中间轮29,另一侧的中间轮29带动第一被动轮22转动。该设置实现了机架3的左右悬挂方式,应用灵活。
优选的,如图3至图14所示,前端的转臂42下端一侧固定有一个第一耳板421,后侧的转臂42下端一侧固定有一个操作臂5,
连杆46前端通过销轴铰接于第一耳板421且后端通过销轴铰接于操作臂5的前端,
操作臂5后端悬臂设置,转动操作臂5能够带动滚轮41上下同时运动。
优选的,如图15至图16所示,前端的转臂42下端一侧固定有一个第二耳板422,后侧的转臂42下端一侧固定有一个第三耳板423,
第二耳板422和第三耳板423形状相同,相对两个转臂42的中心线对称安装,
第二耳板422和第三耳板423之间通过棘轮伸缩装置47连接,
当棘轮伸缩装置47处于收缩拉紧时,第二耳板422和第三耳板423分别绕各自转轴转动,但转向相反,则两个转臂42相反方向转动,从而滚轮41下降,反则,当棘轮伸缩装置47处于伸长放松时,从而滚轮41上升。
优选的,如图1至图16所示,牵引部1为传统的内燃机摩托车或电动车改装结构。采用现有结构直接改造,成本低,且摩托车或电动车更适用于农田果林道路运输。
优选的,如图1至图16所示,牵引部1后侧设有一个储物部11,当物品卸货完成,牵引部1被降低接触地面,人工取下驱动装置04以及载货装置03,储物部11装盛载货装置03,牵引部1启动,驱动装置04沿地面从终端返回始端。设置储物部11,能够使载货装置移动更安全可靠,不存在中途移动损坏或遗失。
优选的,如图1至图2所示,“∩”形结构的支架02包括两条相互对称设置的支腿021,支腿021固定在地面,两条支腿021上端形成有弧形的顶端022,支腿021以及顶端022密封而成的空腔为通道023,
顶端022中心下端固定有固定钩024,轨道01固定在固定钩024的钩身内,固定钩024的杆部还连接有加强臂025,加强臂025连接顶端022的一侧。该支架02牢靠,长期运输无偏移以及颤抖,通道方便运输,固定钩024以及加强臂025实现了轨道可拆卸连接。
优选的,如图1至图2所示,轨道01包括圆柱形的滑道,载货装置03包括两个滑轮031以及吊钩032,两个滑轮031滚动连接在滑道上,
吊钩032固定在滑块031下端,吊钩032能够悬挂物体,吊钩032下方两侧对称设有连接支架033,连接支架033两端垂直向上形成杆状结构的固定端034,
连接杆05两端形成有连接孔051,连接孔051连接固定端034。两个滑轮031滚动连接在滑道上,移动平稳无颤动,而且实现了载货装置的可拆卸连接。
优选的,第一转轴43、第二转轴44、第三转轴45,第四转轴27以及第五转轴28两端均套设有轴承8。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种新型悬挂牵引车,其特征在于,包括轨道(01)、支架(02)、载货装置(03)以及驱动装置(04),若干个所述支架(02)固定在地面,所述支架(02)上端固定有所述轨道(01),所述轨道(01)上滚动可拆卸吊挂若干个所述载货装置(03),相邻所述载货装置(03)通过连接杆(05)连接,所述载货装置(03)下端能够悬挂物件,
    所述驱动装置(04)包括牵引部(1)、传动部(2)、机架(3)以及滚动部(4),所述机架(3)两端设有牵引钩(6),所述牵引钩(6)连接相邻所述连接杆(05)端头,
    所述机架(3)下侧固定有所述牵引部(1),所述牵引部(1)是能够在地面上行驶的动力车,所述传动部(2)固定在所述机架(3)上,所述传动部(2)传动连接所述滚动部(4),
    所述滚动部(4)包括滚轮(41)以及转臂(42),所述滚轮(41)滚动吊挂在所述轨道(01)上,所述滚轮(41)安装在所述转臂(42)一端,所述转臂(42)另一端分别连接在所述机架(3)上侧两端,转动所述转臂(42)能够使所述滚轮(41)上下移动,从而使所述滚轮(41)脱离所述轨道(01)或接触所述轨道(01),
    所述滚轮(41)下降并接触所述轨道(01)后,将带动所述牵引部(1)上升,使其脱离地面,所述传动部(2)能将所述牵引部(1)的驱动动力传递到所述滚动部(4),能够使所述滚动部(4)沿所述轨道(01)移动,从而带动所述载货装置(03)从始端运动至终端,
    所述滚轮(41)上升脱离所述轨道(01)时,所述牵引部(1)下降从而接触地面,所述驱动装置(04)能够从所述轨道(01)移出,所述牵引部(1)启动,所述驱动装置(04)能够沿地面行驶从终端返回至起始端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型悬挂牵引车,其特征在于,所述机架(3)包括前架(31)、后架(32)以及横梁(33),所述前架(31)以及所述后架(32)上端外侧各固定一个所述牵引钩(6),
    所述后架(32)包括主立柱(321)以及侧立柱(322),所述侧立柱(322)上端倾斜连接所述主立柱(321)中间,所述横梁(33)两端分别连接所述前架(31)以及所述主立柱(321)的上端,所述主立柱(321)下端以及所述侧立柱(322)下端垂直固定在所述牵引部(1)的后轮两侧。
    所述滚动部(4)包括两个所述滚轮(41)以及两个所述转臂(42),每个所述转臂(42)一端通过第一转轴(43)铰接一个所述滚轮(41),后端的所述转臂(42)另一端通过第二转轴(44)铰接所述横梁(33)的上侧后端,前端的所述转臂(42)另一端通过第三转轴(45)铰接在所述横梁(33)的上侧前端,
    所述传动部(2)包括动力源(20)以及第一主动轮(21),所述动力源(20)带动所述第一主动轮(21)转动,所述第一主动轮(21)固定在所述主立柱(321)上,所述第二转轴(44)上套接有第一从动轮(22),所述第一主动轮(21)驱动所述第一从动轮(22)、所述第二转轴(44)转动,所述第二转轴(44)上还套设有第二主动轮(23),后侧的所述第一转轴(43)上套设有第二从动轮(24),所述第二主动轮(23)驱动所述第二从动轮(24)转动从而带动所述滚轮(41)转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种新型悬挂牵引车,其特征在于,所述第二转轴(44)套接一个第三主动轮(25),所述第三转轴(45)套接一个第三被动轮(26),所述第三主动轮(25)带动所述第三被动轮(26)转动,
    所述第三转轴(45)套接一个所述第二主动轮(23),前侧的所述第一转轴(43)套接有一个所述第二从动轮(24),前侧的所述第二主动轮(23)带动前侧的所述第二从动轮(24)转动。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种新型悬挂牵引车,其特征在于,所述动力源(20)为一个驱动电机,所述动力源(20)固定在所述主立柱(321)上侧,所述动力源(20)的外伸轴套接所述第一主动轮(21)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种新型悬挂牵引车,其特征在于,所述动力源(20)为套入所述牵引部(1)的驱动链内的驱动轮,所述动力源(20)通过所述牵引部(1)自身的驱动链或皮带转动,所述动力源(20)通过第四转轴(27)固定在所述主立柱(321)下侧,所述第四转轴(27)另一端安装有所述第一主动轮(21)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种新型悬挂牵引车,其特征在于,所述主立柱(321)包括上立柱(3211)、下立柱(3212),所述上立柱(3211)上端垂直连接所述横梁(33)后端,所述上立柱(3211)下端和所述下立柱(3212)上端交错相连,所述下立柱(3212)下端 以及所述侧立柱(322)下端垂直固定在所述牵引部(1)的后轮两侧,
    所述上立柱(3211)和所述下立柱(3212)结合处设有第五转轴(28),所述第五转轴(28)两侧分别设有中间轮(29),所述第一主动轮(21)驱动连接一侧的所述中间轮(29),另一侧的所述中间轮(29)带动所述第一被动轮(22)转动。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型悬挂牵引车,其特征在于,前端的所述转臂(42)下端一侧固定有一个第一耳板(421),后侧的所述转臂(42)下端一侧固定有一个操作臂(5),
    连杆(46)前端通过销轴铰接于所述第一耳板(421)且后端通过销轴铰接于所述操作臂(5)的前端,
    所述操作臂(5)后端悬臂设置,转动所述操作臂(5)能够带动所述滚轮(41)上下同时运动。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型悬挂牵引车,其特征在于,前端的所述转臂(42)下端一侧固定有一个第二耳板(422),后侧的所述转臂(42)下端一侧固定有一个第三耳板(423),
    所述第二耳板(422)和所述第三耳板(423)形状相同,相对两个所述转臂(42)的中心线对称安装,
    所述第二耳板(422)和所述第三耳板(423)之间通过棘轮伸缩装置(47)连接,
    当所述棘轮伸缩装置(47)处于收缩拉紧时,所述第二耳板(422)和所述第三耳板(423)分别绕各自转轴转动,但转向相反,则两个所述转臂(42)相反方向转动,从而所述滚轮(41)下降,反则,当所述棘轮伸缩装置(47)处于伸长放松时,从而所述滚轮(41)上升。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种新型悬挂牵引车,其特征在于,所述牵引部(1)后侧设有一个储物部(11),当物品卸货完成,所述牵引部(1)被降低接触地面,人工取下所述驱动装置(04)以及所述载货装置(03),所述储物部(11)装盛所述载货装置(03),所述牵引部(1)启动,所述驱动装置(04)沿地面从终端返回始端。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型悬挂牵引车,其特征在于,“∩”形结构的所述支架(02)包括两条相互对称设置的支腿(021),所述支腿(021)固定在地面,两条所述支腿(021)上端形成有弧形的顶端(022),所述支腿(021)以及所述顶端(022)密封而成的空腔为通道(023),
    所述顶端(022)中心下端固定有固定钩(024),所述轨道(01)固定在所述固定钩(024)的钩身内,所述固定钩(024)的杆部还连接有加强臂(025),所述加强臂(025)连接所述顶端(022)的一侧。
    所述轨道(01)包括圆柱形的滑道,所述载货装置(03)包括两个滑轮(031)以及吊钩(032),两个所述滑轮(031)滚动连接在所述滑道上,
