Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de mode de financement à base de crédit ou de certificat numérique de chaîne de blocs consistant à : premièrement, acquérir et combiner des informations concernant une partie de financement pour acquérir des données de secteur ; puis évaluer les données de secteur ; recevoir, par une agence de garantie de gestion de risque, un formulaire de demande de financement provenant d'une plateforme, effectuer une inspection et une évaluation hors ligne de la partie de financement, et déterminer si la partie de financement respecte, ou non, une condition de financement ; si la partie de financement respecte la condition de demande de financement, signer une garantie et un contrat d'assurance ; payer, par la partie de financement, des frais associés ; la partie de financement étant obligée de demander la création d'un compte initial de chaîne de blocs, puis de choisir, en fonction d'un critère de celle-ci, de négocier en utilisant un certificat numérique ou un crédit, une règle de négociation stipulant que le certificat numérique ou le crédit soit payé à une partie de plateforme, puis une partie de fourniture effectue une livraison ; et après que la partie de financement a confirmé une réception réussie, transférer le certificat numérique ou le crédit par la plateforme à la partie de fourniture pour le paiement ou la réception de crédit.L'invention combine une agence de garantie de gestion de risque (ou une agence financière) et un fonds de paiement d'avance ou une assurance, ce qui réduit les coûts financiers grâce à une « désintermédiation », et améliore l'efficacité.
