复合机中压辊是必不可少的一个机构,通过上下压辊的压合,将多层布料进行压合,对于压辊机构来说,包括上下压辊,上下压辊分别通过传动机构进行传动,带动其转动,传动机构一般为链条或者皮带。在实际生产的时候需要根据实际情况(复合料的厚度等等)对上下压辊的之间的间隙进行调节,在调节的过程中将其中一个压辊进行上下垂直方向的调节,在调节之后需要重新布置传动机构,比如链条,需要重新更换合适的链条重新安装,这样的方式需要停机重新安装,影响了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述问题,提供一种可调间隙的复合机压辊机构。

本发明提供的可调间隙的复合机压辊机构,通过电机驱动丝杠螺母机构带动上压辊的安装装座上下移动,动作灵敏,准确度高,同时通过在上下压辊之间通过连杆以齿轮串接起来,当需要调整压辊之间的间隙时,各个齿轮依旧是啮合的,且其传动比什么的都没有变化,这样就不需要调整期传动机构,能够实现在线调整,即在生产过程中不停机进行调整。

本发明的工作原理为:
当需要调整压辊之间的间隙时,启动电机17,电机带动链轮传动,从而带动螺母19转动,这样就可以带动丝杠18上下移动,从而带动提升横梁15上下移动,提升横梁15上下移动这样局可以带动上安装座12上下移动,从而实现上压辊7的上下移动。
上压辊向上提升或者向下移动的时候,此时只是第一连杆8和第二连杆9之间的位置发生变化,其余的各个齿轮依旧是啮合的,且其传动比什么的都没有变化,这样就不需要调整期传动机构,能够实现在线调整。即在生产过程中不停机进行调整。
