Abstract

運転状態が監視可能な1以上の対象設備(100)それぞれの消費電力を推定する消費電力推定装置(10)は、合計消費電力の時系列データを取得する合計電力ベクトル生成部(32)と、1以上の対象設備(100)の運転パラメータの時系列データを取得する状態行列生成部(34)と、1以上の参照信号を生成する参照信号生成部(36)と、合計消費電力を目的変数、1以上の対象設備(100)の運転パラメータおよび1以上の参照信号の成分値を説明変数として重回帰分析することで、1以上の対象設備(100)それぞれの寄与度を算出する寄与度推定部(38)と、対象設備(100)の寄与度と運転パラメータとを乗算することで、対象設備(100)の消費電力を算出する内訳算出部(42)と、を備える。

Description

消費電力推定装置
 本明細書は、所定区域に設置されるとともにその運転状態が監視可能な1以上の対象設備それぞれの消費電力を推定する消費電力推定装置を開示する。
 ビルや工場等の建物において、省エネを目的として電力の管理を行う場合には、その内部に設置されている複数の電気設備それぞれの消費電力を把握する必要がある。しかし、このような消費電力を計測するためには、各電気設備に電力量メータを設ける必要があり、コストがかかっていた。
 そこで、一部では、所定区域で消費される合計消費電力の時系列データと、所定区域に設置される設備の駆動状況を示す時系列データと、に基づいて回帰分析することで、各設備の消費電力を推定する技術が提案されている。
 例えば、特許文献1では、所定区域に設置された複数の空調機それぞれの消費電力を算出する装置が開示されている。この特許文献1では、所定区域で消費される合計消費電力と、空調機以外で消費される電力であるベース電力と、から複数の空調機で消費する全空調消費電力を求め、この全空調消費電力の時系列データと、複数の空調機それぞれの駆動状態を示す時系列データと、に基づいて各空調機の消費電力を求めている。かかる技術によれば、設備ごと電力計測機器を設ける必要がないため、低コストで、複数の設備それぞれの消費電力を取得できる。

 しかしながら、特許文献1の技術では、空調機以外で消費される電力であるベース電力の推定精度が低いため、結果として、設備ごとの消費電力の推定精度も低いという問題があった。すなわち、特許文献1では、特定の日時における合計消費電力(例えば、特定の条件を満たすある一日のうち、空調機が駆動していない時間帯の合計消費電力)を、空調機以外で消費される電力、すなわち、ベース電力と推定しており、このベース電力の値は、日、月が変わっても一定であるとみなしている。
 しかし、空調機以外で消費される電力としては、照明や、パソコン、オフィス機器、調理機器など様々あり、これらの使用量(消費電力)は、刻々と変化するのが普通である。したがって、特許文献1のように、ベース電力を一定とみなした場合には、現実との乖離が大きくなり、空調機ごとの消費電力の推定精度が悪化する。
 そこで、一部では、消費電力推定装置で、その駆動状況が監視できない設備、例えば、オフィス機器などで消費される電力量を、所定区域内に存在する人員の数から推定することも提案されている(例えば特許文献2など)。しかし、この場合、人員の数を管理するためのシステムが別途必要であり、コストアップを招く。
 そこで、本明細書では、所定区域に設置された対象設備それぞれの消費電力を、より簡易な構成でより高精度に推定できる消費電力推定装置を開示する。
 本明細書で開示する消費電力推定装置は、所定区域に設置されるとともにその運転状態が監視可能な1以上の対象設備それぞれの消費電力を推定する消費電力推定装置であって、前記所定区域全体での消費電力である合計消費電力の時系列データを取得する合計消費電力取得部と、前記1以上の対象設備の運転状態を数値化した運転パラメータの時系列データを取得する運転状態取得部と、それぞれが所定の基底関数で表される1以上の参照信号を生成する参照信号生成部と、取得された前記合計消費電力を目的変数、取得された前記1以上の対象設備の運転パラメータおよび生成された前記1以上の参照信号の成分値を説明変数として重回帰分析することで、前記1以上の対象設備それぞれの前記合計消費電力に対する寄与度を算出する寄与度推定部と、前記対象設備の前記寄与度と前記運転パラメータとを乗算することで、前記対象設備の消費電力を算出する消費電力算出部と、を備えることを特徴とする。
 この場合、前記消費電力算出部は、前記1以上の対象設備それぞれの消費電力を各時間ごとに算出することで、前記合計消費電力の各時間ごとの内訳を生成してもよい。
 また、前記基底関数は、略山形または略矩形の立ち上がりが1回だけ発生する関数であってもよい。この場合、各参照信号は、前記基底関数で表される信号を、単位時間ごとに繰り返してもよい。さらに、前記1以上の参照信号は、1以上の信号グループを含み、各信号グループは、互いに同一の形状、かつ、互いに位相が異なる複数の参照信号を含んでもよい。この場合、同一の信号グループに属する前記複数の参照信号は、幅Wの山を持つ略山形の関数で表されており、W/2ずつ位相がずれていてもよい。さらに、前記1以上の参照信号は、2以上の信号グループを含んでおり、一つの信号グループに属する参照信号の山の幅は、他の信号グループに属する参照信号の山の幅と異なっていてもよい。
 本明細書に開示の消費電力推定装置によれば、複数の参照信号で、対象設備以外で消費される電力を模擬するため、所定区域に設置された対象設備それぞれの消費電力を、より簡易な構成でより高精度に推定できる。

 以下、図面を参照して消費電力推定装置10の構成について説明する。図1は、消費電力推定装置10の物理的構成を、図2は、機能的構成を示すブロック図である。この消費電力推定装置10は、所定区域に設置された1以上の対象設備それぞれの消費電力を回帰分析により、推定する装置である。すなわち、一般に、ビルや工場等の建物には、その建物全体、あるいは、フロア全体での消費電力を計測する電力量メータが設けられている。この電力量メータを用いれば、所定区域(例えば建物全体またはフロア全体)の合計消費電力は、把握できる。
 しかし、省エネを目的として電力を管理する場合には、合計消費電力だけでなく、所定区域内に設置された1以上の対象設備それぞれの消費電力(以下「個別消費電力」という)も把握することが望まれる。対象設備とは、建物管理システムで運転管理されている設備であり、例えば、空調設備である。こうした対象設備の個別消費電力を正確に把握するためには、対象設備ごとに電力量メータを設ける必要がある。しかし、対象設備ごとに電力量メータを設けることは、コスト増加を招く。そこで、消費電力推定装置10は、こうした対象設備の個別消費電力を、合計消費電力、および、対象設備の運転状態に基づいて推定する。以下では、一つのビル全体を「所定区域」とし、このビル全体に設置された複数の空調設備を「対象設備」とする消費電力推定装置10を例に挙げて説明する。
 図1に示すように、消費電力推定装置10は、特定のプログラムに従って駆動する1以上のコンピュータで構築される。すなわち、消費電力推定装置10は、図1に示すように、CPU12と、記憶装置14と、入力装置16と、出力装置18と、通信インターフェース(以下「通信I/F」という)20と、を備えており、これらが、バス22により接続されている。
 CPU12は、各種演算を行なう。具体的には、CPU12は、必要に応じて、記憶装置14に記憶される消費電力推定プログラムを読み込んで、消費電力の推定に必要な各種演算を行なう。このCPU12による処理の具体的内容については、後述する。
 記憶装置14は、各種データ(プログラム含む)を記憶するもので、例えば、RAMやROMといった半導体メモリ、ハードディスクドライブ、ソリッドステートドライブ等を1以上組み合わせて構成される。この記憶装置14には、後述する消費電力の推定を行なうための消費電力推定プログラムが記憶されている。
 入力装置16は、オペレータからの操作指示およびデータ入力を受け付けるもので、例えば、キーボード、マウス、タッチパネル、マイク等を1以上、組み合わせて構成される。出力装置18は、オペレータに各種情報を出力するもので、例えば、ディスプレイ、スピーカー等を1以上、組み合わせて構成される。
 通信I/F20は、他の電子機器および情報端末とデータを遣り取りする。例えば、建物管理システムで検知された合計消費電力や、対象設備(空調設備)の運転状態は、この通信I/F20を介して、消費電力推定装置10に入力される。また、消費電力推定装置10による診断結果は、この通信I/F20を介して、他の情報端末に送られてもよい。なお、図1では、消費電力推定装置10を、1台のコンピュータとして図示しているが、消費電力推定装置10は、互いに通信可能な複数のコンピュータで構成されてもよい。また、消費電力推定装置10は、建物管理システムの一部であってもよい。
 次に、消費電力推定装置10の機能構成について図2を参照して説明する。ビルには、複数の対象設備100と、複数の非監視設備102と、が設置されている。対象設備100は、個別消費電力の推定対象となる設備であり、建物管理システム110で、その運転が管理されている設備である。本例では、ビルに設置された空調設備、例えば、空調室内機、空調室外機等を対象設備100としている。
 非監視設備102は、電力を消費する設備のうち、建物管理システム110で管理されていない設備である。したがって、非監視設備102としては、例えば、照明や、コンセント等が含まれる。対象設備100および非監視設備102は、いずれも、電力供給ライン103を介して電源106に接続されており、当該電源106から電力が供給される。対象設備100および非監視設備102に供給された電力の合計値、すなわち、合計消費電力は、電力量メータ104で計測される。
 建物管理システム110は、予め設定された管理プログラムに従って、対象設備100の運転を管理する。この建物管理システム110の構成は、適宜、変更可能であるが、建物管理システム110は、少なくとも、運転状態記憶部114と、合計消費電力記憶部112と、を有している。
 運転状態記憶部114は、複数の対象設備100それぞれの運転状態の時系列データを記憶する。より具体的には、建物管理システム110は、各対象設備100の運転状態を定期的に取得して、日時と対応づけて運転状態記憶部114に記憶する。このとき、建物管理システム110は、運転状態を数値で表す。例えば、運転中は「1」、運転停止中は「0」という数値で表す。以下では、この運転状態を示す数値を、運転パラメータと呼ぶ。この運転パラメータの値は、上述したように、運転中なら「1」、運転停止中なら「0」という2値であってもよい。また、別の形態として、運転パラメータの値は、暖房運転中なら「1」、冷房運転中なら「0.8」、換気運転中なら「0.3」、運転停止中なら「0」というように、運転種類に応じて多段階に設定されてもよい。さらに、別の形態として、運転パラメータの値は、空調の目標温度と現在の室温との差分値や、コンプレッサーの回転数などに応じて設定されてもよい。いずれにしても、運転状態記憶部114には、複数の対象設備100それぞれの運転状態を示す数値(運転パラメータ値)の時系列データが記憶されている。
 合計消費電力記憶部112は、ビル全体の消費電力の合計値(合計消費電力)の時系列データを記憶する。具体的には、建物管理システム110は、電力量メータ104で計測された単位時間当たりの合計消費電力を定期的に取得して、日時と対応付けて合計消費電力記憶部112に記憶する。この合計消費電力のサンプリングタイミングと、対象設備100の運転状態のサンプリングタイミングは、一致させることが望ましい。また、サンプリング周期は、特に限定されないが、30秒以上、1時間以内の値に設定されることが望ましく、1分以上、10分以内の値に設定されることがより望ましい。
 また、本例では、運転パラメータ値および合計消費電力の時系列データを、建物管理システム110が記憶するとしているが、これらのデータは、消費電力推定装置10に設けられた記憶装置14に記憶されてもよい。
 消費電力推定装置10は、合計消費電力を目的変数、運転パラメータ値および後述する参照信号の成分を説明変数として重回帰分析することで、複数の対象設備100それぞれの個別消費電力を推定する。この消費電力推定装置10の機能構成を説明する前に、個別消費電力の推定の原理について説明する。
 あるサンプリングタイミングnにおける合計消費電力yは、複数の対象設備100の個別消費電力の合計値Xと、複数の非監視設備102の個別消費電力の合計値Rと、の和となる。すなわち、y=X+Rとなる。以下では、Xを「対象消費電力」、Rを「非監視消費電力」と呼ぶ。
 第m対象設備100の個別消費電力は、その運転状態(運転パラメータxm)に依存すると考えると、第m対象設備100の個別消費電力は、(xm・am)と表すことができる。ここで、amは、対象設備100それぞれに設定される寄与度である。そして、第1~第M対象設備100の個別消費電力の合計値である対象消費電力Xは、式1で表すことができる。

 一方、非監視設備102は、運転状態を把握できないため、対象設備100のようなモデルを構築することはできない。そこで、本例では、非監視設備102の個別消費電力の合計である非監視消費電力Rを、複数の参照信号ri(i=1,2,・・・,I)を用いて模擬する。図3、図4は、参照信号の一例を示す図である。図3は、第1~第5参照信号r1~r5を示す図であり、図4は、第1~第5参照信号r1~r5を重ね合わせた図である。
 参照信号は、所定の基底関数で表される信号を単位時間ごと(例えば24時間ごと)に繰り返した信号である。この基底関数の種類は、特に限定されないが、略山形または略矩形の立ち上がりが1回だけ発生する関数であることが望ましい。本例では、基底関数として、式2に示すガウス関数を用いている。

 ガウス関数は、山形(より正確には釣鐘形)の関数であるが、その山の幅Wは、σに依存し、山の中心は、μに依存する。第i参照信号riは、式2で表される信号を、24時間ごとに繰り返した信号である。図3、図4の例では、各参照信号r1~r5の山の幅Wは、約12時間=720分となっている。また、複数の参照信号の位相は、山の幅Wの約1/2である6時間=360分ずつずれている。なお、ここで、山の幅Wとは、riの値が、ピーク値の1%を超えてから1%未満になるまでの期間とする。
 本例では、非監視消費電力Rを、第1~第I参照信号r1~rIを用いて、式3のように表す。なお、biは、参照信号riそれぞれに設定される寄与度である。また、cは、定数項であり、時間に依存することなく、常時、発生する消費電力を意味している。

 ここで、これまでの説明において、対象設備100の運転パラメータxmと、参照信号riと、合計消費電力yは、既知であるが、寄与度amおよびbiと、定数項cが未知である。この寄与度amおよびbiと定数項cを解くことができれば、対象設備100の個別消費電力xm・amを求めることができる。そこで、本例では、消費電力を式4でモデル化し、重回帰分析により、寄与度amおよびbiと定数項cとを求める。この式4の各項目についての説明を図5に示す。

 この式4は、N>(M+I+1)であれば解くことができる。したがって、(M+I+1)回以上、合計消費電力yおよび運転パラメータxmが収集できれば、寄与度am,biと定数項cを算出できる。そして、各対象設備100の運転パラメータxmに、算出された寄与度amを乗算することで、サンプリングタイミングnにおける第m対象設備100の消費電力を算出できる。なお、以下では、式4の左辺を「合計電力ベクトル」と呼ぶ。また、右辺にある一つ目の行列を「状態行列」と呼ぶ。
 消費電力推定装置10は、こうした演算が行なえるような機能構成となっている。そこで、再び、図2を参照して消費電力推定装置10の機能構成について説明する。合計電力ベクトル生成部32は、合計消費電力記憶部112に記憶されている合計消費電力yの時系列データから、合計電力ベクトル、すなわち、式4における左辺のベクトルを生成する。したがって、合計電力ベクトル生成部32は、合計消費電力yの時系列データを取得する合計消費電力取得部として機能する。なお、このとき、合計電力ベクトルを構成するサンプル数Nは、対象設備100の個数Mと、参照信号の個数Iと、1と、を加算した値(M+I+1)以上であれば、特に限定されない。ただし、サンプル数Nは、24時間分以上の個数であることが望ましい。
 状態行列生成部34は、運転状態記憶部114に記憶されている運転パラメータ値xmの時系列データ、および、参照信号生成部36で生成された参照信号riに基づいて、状態行列を生成する。なお、状態行列生成部34は、運転パラメータ値xmの時系列データを取得する運転状態取得部として機能する。参照信号生成部36は、状態行列生成部34からの要求に応じて、参照信号riを生成する。
 生成された合計電力ベクトルおよび状態行列は、寄与度推定部38に入力される。寄与度推定部38は、合計電力ベクトルおよび状態行列ベクトルを、式4に当てはめたうえで、寄与度amおよびbiと、定数項cを解く。この算出には、公知の重回帰分析技術を用いることができるため、詳細な説明は省略する。
 寄与度推定部38で算出された寄与度am,biと定数項cは、寄与度記憶部40に記憶される。内訳算出部42は、対象設備100の運転パラメータxmに、寄与度記憶部40に記憶されているamを乗算して、対象設備100の個別消費電力を算出するもので、消費電力推定部として機能する。また、式3に、参照信号ri、および、寄与度記憶部40に記憶されているbi,cを当てはめて、複数の非監視設備102全ての消費電力、すなわち非監視消費電力Rを算出する。そして、これにより、各時間の消費電力の内訳が算出される。算出された内訳(各対象設備100の個別消費電力と非監視消費電力R)は、時刻と対応付けられて消費電力記憶部44に記憶される。
 次に、この消費電力推定装置10における消費電力推定処理の流れについて図6、図7を参照して説明する。消費電力推定処理は、寄与度の推定処理と、消費電力の内訳の推定処理と、に大別される。図6は、寄与度の推定処理の流れを示している。この寄与度の推定処理は、少なくとも、1回、実行されればよい。ただし、推定精度を向上するためには、この寄与度の推定処理を、ある程度の時間を空けて、繰り返し実行し、寄与度記憶部40に記憶されている寄与度および定数項の値を更新するのが望ましい。すなわち、複数の対象設備100それぞれの寄与度amは、単位時間(上記の例ではサンプリング周期)当たりの個別消費電力を表している。この単位時間当たりの個別消費電力は、周辺環境や、対象設備100の劣化等によって変化する。寄与度を定期的に推定し、更新することで、こうした対象設備100の劣化等も考慮した推定結果を得ることができる。
 寄与度を推定する場合には、まず、合計電力ベクトル生成部32が、合計消費電力yの時系列データに基づいて、合計電力ベクトルを生成する(S10)。また、消費電力推定装置10が、運転パラメータxmの時系列データと、参照信号riと、に基づいて、状態行列を生成する(S12)。
 合計電力ベクトルおよび状態行列ベクトルが生成されれば、寄与度推定部38は、式4の回帰モデルに従って、寄与度am,bi、定数項cを重回帰分析により求める(S14)。そして、算出された寄与度am,bi、定数項cが、寄与度記憶部40に記憶されれば、寄与度の推定処理は、終了となる(S16)。
 図7は、消費電力の内訳の推定処理の流れを示すフローチャートである。この消費電力の内訳の推定処理は、寄与度が算出された後であれば、どのようなタイミングで何回実行されてもよい。したがって、内訳の推定処理は、定期的に行われてもよいし、ユーザから指示されたタイミングで行われてもよい。いずれにしても、内訳を推定する場合、内訳算出部42は、内訳を推定したい期間中に取得された複数の対象設備100それぞれの運転パラメータxmの時系列データを読み込む(S20)。また、内訳算出部42は、寄与度記憶部40に記憶されている複数の寄与度am,biおよび定数項cも読み込む(S22)。続いて、内訳算出部42は、対象設備100の運転パラメータxmに、寄与度amを乗算した値を、対象設備100の個別消費電力として算出する(S24)。また、式3に、参照信号ri、および、寄与度記憶部40に記憶されているbi,cを当てはめて、非監視消費電力Rを算出する(S26)。そして、これらの消費電力を消費電力記憶部44に記憶すれば、内訳の推定処理は終了となる(S28)。
 以上の説明から明らかなとおり、本例では、非監視設備102の消費電力の合計値である非監視消費電力Rを、複数の参照信号riで模擬している。そのため、非監視消費電力Rを一定とみなす特許文献1に比べて、誤差を低減することができ、対象設備100の個別消費電力の推定精度をより向上できる。また、消費電力を、人員の数で模擬する特許文献2と異なり、本例では、人員の数を消費電力推定に利用していない。そのため、人員の数をモニタリングするシステム(例えば入館システムなど)が不要となり、対象設備100の個別消費電力をより簡易に推定できる。
 そこで、本例と従来技術との推定精度の比較について、図8、図11を参照して説明する。図8、図11は、それぞれ、あるビルの24時間分の消費電力の実測値R,Xと推定値R,Xとを示すグラフである。より詳しく説明すると、図8、図11では、複数の非監視設備102の消費電力の合計値(非監視消費電力R)および複数の対象設備100の個別消費電力の合計値(対象消費電力X)の積み上げグラフである。図8、図11において、太破線は、非監視消費電力の実測値Rを、太実線は、当該実測値Rの上に積み上げて描画した対象消費電力の実測値Xを示している。同様に、図8、図11において、細破線は、非監視消費電力の推定値Rを、細実線は、当該推定値Rの上に積み上げて描画した対象消費電力の推定値Xを示している。
 ここで、図11では、特許文献1に開示の技術に基づいて、推定値R,Xを推定している。すなわち、図11では、推定値Rが常に一定であるとみなしたうえで、合計消費電力の実測値と、複数の対象設備100の運転状態と、に基づいて、複数の対象設備100それぞれの個別消費電力を重回帰分析で求めている。すなわち、図11は、式5に示す回帰モデルに基づいて、各寄与度amを求めている。この式5から明らかなとおり、従来技術において、非監視消費電力の推定値Rは、回帰モデルでは既知の定数項として扱われる。

 図11から明らかなとおり、従来技術では、非監視消費電力の推定値Rを一定とみなすため、この非監視消費電力の推定値Rと実測値Rとの誤差が大きくなる。回帰モデルで用いられる定数項であるRの誤差が大きいと、当然ながら、回帰モデルを用いた推定精度も悪化し、対象設備100の個別消費電力の推定精度が悪化する。これは、図11において、対象設備100の個別消費電力の合計値である対象消費電力の推定値Xと実測値Xとの誤差が大きいことからも明らかである。
 一方、本例では、複数の参照信号riを用いて、非監視消費電力を模擬している。その結果、図8に示す通り、本例では、非監視消費電力の推定値Rと実測値Rとの誤差が小さい。そして、非監視消費電力を精度よく推定できるため、本例では、対象設備100の個別消費電力の推定精度も向上している。これは、図8において、対象消費電力の推定値Xと実測値Xとの誤差が小さいことからも明らかである。
 なお、これまで説明した構成は一例であり、少なくとも、合計消費電力の時系列データを目的変数、複数の対象設備の運転パラメータの時系列データおよび複数の参照信号の成分を説明変数として、重回帰分析して、複数の対象設備それぞれの消費電力を求めるのであれば、その他の構成は、適宜、変更されてもよい。例えば、複数の参照信号の形態は、適宜、変更されてもよい。例えば、上述の説明では、幅Wが12時間の山形の信号を参照信号として用いているが、参照信号の山の幅Wは、図9に示すように、適宜、変更されてもよい。図9において、参照信号riの幅Wは、上段から順に、幅Wが、24時間、16時間、12時間、8時間となっている。また、いずれの場合でも、複数の参照信号riは、W/2ずつ位相がずれている。
 また、複数の参照信号riは、2以上の信号グループを含んでおり、一つの信号グループに属する参照信号riの山の幅Wは、他の信号グループに属する参照信号riの山の幅Wと異なってもよい。例えば、複数の参照信号riは、図9に示した四種類の参照信号riを組み合わせてもよい。図10に示すような複数の参照信号riで、非監視消費電力を模擬してもよい。

Claims (7)

  1.  所定区域に設置されるとともにその運転状態が監視可能な1以上の対象設備それぞれの消費電力を推定する消費電力推定装置であって、
     前記所定区域全体での消費電力である合計消費電力の時系列データを取得する合計消費電力取得部と、
     前記1以上の対象設備の運転状態を数値化した運転パラメータの時系列データを取得する運転状態取得部と、
     それぞれが所定の基底関数で表される1以上の参照信号を生成する参照信号生成部と、
     取得された前記合計消費電力を目的変数、取得された前記1以上の対象設備の運転パラメータおよび生成された前記1以上の参照信号の成分値を説明変数として重回帰分析することで、前記1以上の対象設備それぞれの前記合計消費電力に対する寄与度を算出する寄与度推定部と、
     前記対象設備の前記寄与度と前記運転パラメータとを乗算することで、前記対象設備の消費電力を算出する消費電力算出部と、
     を備えることを特徴とする消費電力推定装置。
  2.  請求項1に記載の消費電力推定装置であって、
     前記消費電力算出部は、前記1以上の対象設備それぞれの消費電力を各時間ごとに算出することで、前記合計消費電力の各時間ごとの内訳を生成する、ことを特徴とする消費電力推定装置。
  3.  請求項1または2に記載の消費電力推定装置であって、
     前記基底関数は、略山形または略矩形の立ち上がりが1回だけ発生する関数である、ことを特徴とする消費電力推定装置。
  4.  請求項3に記載の消費電力推定装置であって、
     各参照信号は、前記基底関数で表される信号を、単位時間ごとに繰り返す、ことを特徴とする消費電力推定装置。
  5.  請求項3または4に記載の消費電力推定装置であって、
     前記1以上の参照信号は、1以上の信号グループを含み、
     各信号グループは、互いに同一の形状、かつ、互いに位相が異なる複数の参照信号を含む、
     ことを特徴とする消費電力推定装置。
  6.  請求項4に記載の消費電力推定装置であって、
     同一の信号グループに属する前記1以上の参照信号は、幅Wの山を持つ略山形の関数で表されており、W/2ずつ位相がずれている、
     ことを特徴とする消費電力推定装置。
  7.  請求項5に記載の消費電力推定装置であって、
     前記1以上の参照信号は、2以上の信号グループを含んでおり、
     一つの信号グループに属する参照信号の山の幅は、他の信号グループに属する参照信号の山の幅と異なる、
     ことを特徴とする消費電力推定装置。
