Abstract
多種多様な着色塗料を使用することが可能であり、経年変化による体裁の劣化が少ない着色コンクリートブロックの製造方法および着色コンクリートブロックの提供。 コンクリートブロック本体(2)の表面に着色塗料を塗布して着色被膜(3)を形成する塗装工程と、コンクリートブロック本体(2)の表面の凹凸の凹部(5)内の着色被膜(3)が剥がれないように、凸部(6)の頂部の着色被膜(3)をコンクリートブロック本体(2)の表面の地肌(4)が露出するまで削り取る研磨工程とを含む。
Description
本発明は、表面を着色した着色コンクリートブロックの製造方法および着色コンクリートブロックに関する。
従来、コンクリートブロックの表面を着色したい場合には、顔料を混合したコンクリートを型枠内に打設してブロック全体を着色したり、予め製造したコンクリートブロックの表面に別途塗料を塗布したりしている。また、着色料を溶かした着色液を型の内面に付着させた後、該型枠内にコンクリートを打設して着色液を拡散させ、その後に養生する方法も知られている(例えば、特許文献1参照。)。
しかしながら、顔料を混合したコンクリートを型枠内に打設したり、着色料を溶かした着色液を型の内面に付着させてからコンクリートを打設したりする場合、コンクリートブロック本体の製造段階において予め着色する色を決定しておく必要がある。また、型枠内へのコンクリートの打設により着色層をコンクリート本体と一体化する必要があるため、使用できる着色材料に制限が大きい。また、予め製造したコンクリートブロックの表面に着色塗料を塗布すると、表面の塗料が経年変化により剥がれてしまい、体裁を損ねてしまうという問題がある。
そこで、本発明においては、多種多様な着色塗料を使用することが可能であり、経年変化による体裁の劣化が少ない着色コンクリートブロックの製造方法および着色コンクリートブロックを提供することを目的とする。
本発明の着色コンクリートブロックの製造方法は、コンクリートブロック本体の表面に着色塗料を塗布して着色被膜を形成する塗装工程と、コンクリートブロック本体の表面の凹凸の凹部内の着色被膜が剥がれないように、凸部の頂部の着色被膜をコンクリートブロック本体の表面の地肌が露出するまで削り取る研磨工程とを含む。
本発明の着色コンクリートブロックの製造方法によれば、コンクリートブロック本体の表面の凹凸の凹部内にのみ着色塗料による着色被膜を有し、コンクリートブロック本体の表面の凹凸の凸部の頂部の地肌が露出した着色コンクリートブロックが得られる。
本発明の着色コンクリートブロックは、着色被膜がコンクリートブロック本体の表面の凹凸の凹部内にのみ存在し、コンクリートブロック本体の表面の凹凸の凸部の頂部には初めから着色被膜がなく、地肌が露出している。そのため、歩行者や車両等の通過等によって着色コンクリートブロックの表面が削られても、露出した地肌は地肌のままであり、着色コンクリートブロックの表面の凹凸の凹部内のみに存在する着色被膜に影響はなく、経年変化による体裁の劣化が少ない。
また、本発明の着色コンクリートブロックは、コンクリートブロック本体の表面に着色塗料を塗布して着色被膜を形成するため、多種多様な着色塗料を使用することが可能であり、ユーザの好みに合わせて自由に色を選択することが可能である。

図1は本発明の実施の形態における着色コンクリートブロックの斜視図、図2は図1の着色コンクリートブロックの製造工程を示す説明図であって、表面の凹凸部分の断面模式図である。
図1に示すように、本発明の実施の形態における着色コンクリートブロック1は、コンクリートブロック本体2の表面の凹凸の凹部内にのみ着色塗料による着色被膜3を有する。着色被膜3は、図1の表面を拡大した部分拡大図の黒塗り部分である。また、コンクリートブロック本体2の表面の凹凸の凸部の頂部の地肌4には着色被膜3がなく、地肌4は露出している。
以下、図2を参照して、図1の着色コンクリートブロック1の製造方法について説明する。
[コンクリートブロック本体製造工程]
コンクリートブロック本体2は、セメント、細骨材、粗骨材、水等を混練し、成形、養生することにより形成する。なお、コンクリートブロック本体2の製造工程については公知技術であるため、ここでの詳細な説明を省略する。

[塗装工程]
次に、図2(a)に示すように、コンクリートブロック本体2の表面2aに、同図(b)に示すように、着色塗料を塗布して着色被膜3を形成する(塗布工程)。このとき、着色塗料の塗布は吹き付けや刷毛塗り等により行い、コンクリートブロック本体2の表面の凹凸の凹部5および凸部6の全てに行き渡るようにする。なお、着色被膜3の膜厚は0.01~5mm程度である。
次に、図2(a)に示すように、コンクリートブロック本体2の表面2aに、同図(b)に示すように、着色塗料を塗布して着色被膜3を形成する(塗布工程)。このとき、着色塗料の塗布は吹き付けや刷毛塗り等により行い、コンクリートブロック本体2の表面の凹凸の凹部5および凸部6の全てに行き渡るようにする。なお、着色被膜3の膜厚は0.01~5mm程度である。
[研磨工程]
図2(c)に示すように、コンクリートブロック本体2の表面の凹凸の凹部5内の着色被膜3が剥がれないように、凸部6の頂部の着色被膜3をコンクリートブロック本体2の表面の地肌4が露出するまで削り取る。このとき、コンクリートブロック本体2の表面の地肌4を0.1mm~10mm削り取るようにすることで、地肌4上に着色被膜3が確実に残らないようにすることができる。
図2(c)に示すように、コンクリートブロック本体2の表面の凹凸の凹部5内の着色被膜3が剥がれないように、凸部6の頂部の着色被膜3をコンクリートブロック本体2の表面の地肌4が露出するまで削り取る。このとき、コンクリートブロック本体2の表面の地肌4を0.1mm~10mm削り取るようにすることで、地肌4上に着色被膜3が確実に残らないようにすることができる。
上記製造方法により得られた着色コンクリートブロック1は、着色被膜3がコンクリートブロック本体2の表面の凹凸の凹部5内にのみ存在し、コンクリートブロック本体2の表面の凹凸の凸部6の頂部には初めから着色被膜がなく、地肌4が露出している。そのため、歩行者や車両等の通過等によって着色コンクリートブロック1の表面が削られても、露出した地肌は地肌のままであり、着色コンクリートブロック1の表面の凹凸の凹部5内のみに存在する着色被膜3に影響はなく、経年変化による体裁の劣化が少ない。
また、本実施形態における着色コンクリートブロック1は、コンクリートブロック本体2の表面に着色塗料を塗布して着色被膜3を形成するため、多種多様な着色塗料を使用することが可能であり、ユーザの好みに合わせて自由に色を選択することが可能である。
本発明は、表面を着色した着色コンクリートブロックの製造方法および着色コンクリートブロックとして有用であり、特に、多種多様な着色塗料を使用することが可能であり、経年変化による体裁の劣化が少ない着色コンクリートブロックの製造方法および着色コンクリートブロックとして好適である。
Claims (3)
- コンクリートブロック本体の表面に着色塗料を塗布して着色被膜を形成する塗装工程と、
前記コンクリートブロック本体の表面の凹凸の凹部内の着色被膜が剥がれないように、凸部の頂部の着色被膜を前記コンクリートブロック本体の表面の地肌が露出するまで削り取る研磨工程と
を含む着色コンクリートブロックの製造方法。 - 前記研磨工程は、前記コンクリートブロック本体の表面の地肌を0.1mm~10mm削り取ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の着色コンクリートブロックの製造方法。
- コンクリートブロック本体の表面の凹凸の凹部内にのみ着色塗料による着色被膜を有し、前記コンクリートブロック本体の表面の凹凸の凸部の頂部の地肌が露出した着色コンクリートブロック。
